Hotel a 3 stelle in Norfolk, Regno Unito

E'un soggiorno decente, molto funzionale e senza problemi. Tutto quello che si aspetta per il prezzo, quindi non c'è motivo di lamentarsi. Molto pulito, la posizione è grande e vicino a tutto. Certamente resterò di nuovo.

Carpark a little small but you can use next door. Room a little tired with marks on carpet. Quiet room and good sleep. Breakfast included which was good quality, however coffee machine not great.

Solo una notte di soggiorno, camera molto moderna. Bagno pulito molto povero. Capelli neri sul pavimento, reti di cofano sopra la doccia. Toaletta sporca. Spogliatoio ha bisogno di sostituire. La camera molto calda di fronte al sole, anche se il fan forniva troppo caldo per dormire. Non ha offerto un'alternativa. Non c'è spiegazione per il colazione e cosa fare. Buona selezione continentale di colazione. La persona che ha risposto il giorno prima ha detto ”ciao”.Ha bisogno di formazione.

Booked for one night to go to the football at Carrie road which is about 15min walk from hotel town centre is about 20min walk, it is easy to get to from the station just a short walk, arrived and some other guests let me in at first as the manager was not there, he arrived a few minutes later and quickly booked quests in, very easy process he showed me were I was staying as staying the other side of hotel, told me if I had any problems to ring the number on the paper stuck to the back of the door, and if I wanted to use the WiFi the code was also there. Room was small but had a shower toilet and sink as well as a hairdryer and clothes rack. There was also a kettle with tea and coffee facilities. Overall place was clean and tidy I stayed in the top part at the front it was a pleasant stay.

Communal toilets were clean, the hotel was warm but due to not being able to adjust the heating in the room ( house rules ) it was unbearably hot so we had to have the window open - no consideration from the staff at the restaurant next to the hotel as they were loudly throwing things into the bins just below our room at 12am. Therefore my partner had extremely broken sleep, did not feel rested and was exhausted the next day, but good value for what it is and likely better for solo business travelling as the hotel can supply earplugs. Rang the number for the hotel as advised before checking in, called three times but no answer so had to ring the doorbell twice before being let in, staff seemed unhappy to be answering the door and slightly unwelcoming ( this was at only 5pm )

It’s a bit isolated, making it less convenient for those relying on public transport.

I stayed at The George Hotel in Norwich for a quick overnight stop and I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. Although I booked a super cheap deal for a single room, I was given a double room which was warm and comfortable. The location is easy to reach and it's about a 15 minute walk to the big shopping area in Norwich. The hotel staff were really attentive and friendly during check in and check out, they certainly made me feel very welcome and I wouldn't mind staying at The George Hotel again. They have an onsite restaurant called The Arlington Bistro which I would like to try as I didn't have a meal there during my stay. In summary, I can definitely recommend this nice, friendly hotel for everyone.

Un bel hotel, oltre le distretti del fiume, e in un ambiente tranquillo. Il personale era molto utile, anche portando il mio caso su una spiaggia chicca.La stanza era pulita, con buona decorazione e strutture.L’en-suite aveva un bagno e una doccia, che era un bonus. L'unico sconto è stato limitato i sockets di plug, ma è stato un problema minore. L'hotel stesso è accogliente, con alcune basse porte e corridoi, aggiungendo alle caratteristiche originali. E nonostante una combinazione di vecchi/nuovi decori, mentre continuano a migliorare, ha avuto un'atmosfera molto rilassata. La colazione era bella, ben cucinata con un sacco di sapore (grande bacon e salsa!) Non abbiamo usato il bar, sedi aperto o giardino, ma la zona dei bambini Play sembrava divertente!

Beautiful hotel surrounded by farmland, extremely peaceful at night and we slept soundly in the large, comfortable bed. We only stayed one night during a road trip but would definitely return for longer, this hotel is perfect for a quiet weekend away. We ate at Rocky Bottoms on the coast in the evening but next time would try the hotel restaurant because the menu looked great, and the breakfast was excellent (loved the homemade marmalade). The staff were very warm & hospitable, we felt very welcome. The room was clean, cosy, and tastefully decorated in keeping with the period architecture. Superb value for money, we highly recommend a visit to The Saracen's Head.
