Hotel a 4 stelle in North Yorkshire, Regno Unito

一棟小別墅，房間整潔乾淨，很温馨安靜，服務很好很熱情，我們住3樓，沒有電梯，行李箱都是店家幫拿上房間的，停車也算方便。周住環境不錯，出行也方便，沿河邊步行20分鐘邊觀景過走很快就到達鬧市區的旅遊景點，唯有早餐很貴。一天兩晚還算是愜意的體驗吧。

Abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno all'Hotel Crown Spa. Tutto il personale era super amichevole, niente era molto problema. Le camere erano pulite e fresche, avevamo una vista sul mare. Il ristorante era molto buono valore e eccellente qualità. Abbiamo avuto i trattamenti nel bagno, le ragazze erano molto amiche, benvenute e chatte. In verità torneremo.

Another lovely solo stay at No 1 for my birthday. This was my fourth visit and I’ve stayed in a different room each time - all are lovely and staff are very welcoming and helpful

Beautiful hotel only 10 minutes walk from the city centre  Our room was clean and cosy  In the room was hairdryer, iron and ironing board as well as tea/coffee facilities and an electric fan which was definitely needed with temps reaching 29 degrees 🥵 The outdoor area was stunning with lots of seating and little pods to dine in of an evening very pretty all lit up at night  All the staff were friendly and helpful  We will definitely return in the near future.

We had a wonderful experience at the Leonardo Hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the amenities provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A huge thank you to the staff—the service was truly excellent and made us feel very welcome.Over all a great choice to explore.

Se avessi avuto un soggiorno molto bello, pensavo che il parcheggio fosse troppo costoso e il servizio quando ci siamo seduti a cena di San Valentino, aspettavamo un po'. A volte sembrava che le persone non sapessero cosa stavano facendo.

Great reception staff. The room was advertised as a ‘cosy double’ but it was a huge bed, huge room and small bathroom. The breakfast had an excellent selection which you could help yourself to. The one downside was that the walls were quite thin so you could hear people in the next room or talking while passing along the corridor.

La camera era scarsamente illuminata, potevo truccarmi solo in bagno ma non c'era un posto dove appoggiare nulla. Ho dovuto spostare il bollitore sul comodino per collegarlo alla corrente perché non c'erano altre prese disponibili. Abbiamo chiesto per tre volte del caffè decaffeinato in camera, ma non è mai arrivato e non ci hanno dato alcuna spiegazione. Avremmo voluto usare la piscina e la vasca idromassaggio, ma l'idea di dover scendere le scale per entrare in uno stabilimento termale pubblico era piuttosto sgradevole. La nostra camera si trovava sotto le scale che portavano ai piani superiori, quindi era molto rumorosa quando le scale venivano utilizzate dagli altri ospiti. La posizione dell'hotel era comunque eccellente, proprio accanto alla stazione ferroviaria, e anche se la nostra camera si affacciava sulla stazione stessa, non siamo mai stati disturbati da alcun rumore.

Abbiamo avuto un fantastico soggiorno in questo hotel! Il personale del front desk è stato incredibilmente utile e amichevole, facendo un check-in e offrendo grandi raccomandazioni. Amiamo le comode strutture lavanderia in loco, che sono venute a buon uso durante il nostro viaggio. La posizione è perfetta – solo a pochi passi dal fiume, con vista stupenda che ha reso le nostre sere veramente memorabili. Molto consiglia a chiunque cerca comfort e bellezza scenica!

Had a fantastic weekend in York with old friends from afar.. the Radisson York is well located for a great trek around the City .. restaurants and great pubs are all well within comfortable walking distance. The hotel as a great bar for the last nightcap the buffet breakfast is brilliant .The hotel is located on the river with great views of some of the night life and during the day just to relax.. My next time in York will be with the Radisson..and it also offers good parking which is very secure albiet it does come on first come basis.. but overall this hotel is excellant.. thankyou Radisson.
