Hotel a 4 stelle in North Yorkshire, Regno Unito

一棟小別墅，房間整潔乾淨，很温馨安靜，服務很好很熱情，我們住3樓，沒有電梯，行李箱都是店家幫拿上房間的，停車也算方便。周住環境不錯，出行也方便，沿河邊步行20分鐘邊觀景過走很快就到達鬧市區的旅遊景點，唯有早餐很貴。一天兩晚還算是愜意的體驗吧。

Il servizio era molto buono sia alla ricezione che al bar, ma le camere erano eccessivamente calde, quindi nessuna rete sulla finestra doveva essere chiusa per la privacy. Il ventilatore di bagno era costantemente sul suolo (fino a quando la carta non era stata rimossa per tagliare l'elettricità). Entrambi i dispensatori per il gel di doccia/shampoo sono stati rotti. In zona bar le gambe da tavola/base erano sporche, ovviamente non sono state pulite quel giorno. I tempi di piscina per i bambini potrebbero essere prorogati un po' più tardi, ossia il nostro dodici anni non poteva entrare dopo le 6:00. Grazie, Ian

Abbiamo avuto il soggiorno più bello al No.1 Guest House - se non c'era così tanto da vedere e fare a York, saremmo stati felici di stare e goderci l'hotel tutto il fine settimana. Il personale era sorprendente, soprattutto Ellie, che ci ha fatto sentire così benvenuti e non poteva fare abbastanza per noi. L'hotel è così accogliente e perfetto per questa volta dell'anno.

Beautiful hotel only 10 minutes walk from the city centre  Our room was clean and cosy  In the room was hairdryer, iron and ironing board as well as tea/coffee facilities and an electric fan which was definitely needed with temps reaching 29 degrees 🥵 The outdoor area was stunning with lots of seating and little pods to dine in of an evening very pretty all lit up at night  All the staff were friendly and helpful  We will definitely return in the near future.

We had a wonderful experience at the Leonardo Hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the amenities provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A huge thank you to the staff—the service was truly excellent and made us feel very welcome.Over all a great choice to explore.

Se avessi avuto un soggiorno molto bello, pensavo che il parcheggio fosse troppo costoso e il servizio quando ci siamo seduti a cena di San Valentino, aspettavamo un po'. A volte sembrava che le persone non sapessero cosa stavano facendo.

Great reception staff. The room was advertised as a ‘cosy double’ but it was a huge bed, huge room and small bathroom. The breakfast had an excellent selection which you could help yourself to. The one downside was that the walls were quite thin so you could hear people in the next room or talking while passing along the corridor.

Scendete dal treno a York e vi troverete letteralmente in questo favoloso hotel. Un salto indietro nel tempo con splendide sale dove mangiare e bere. Giardini meravigliosi. Una bellissima atmosfera natalizia con alberi e decorazioni stupendi. La cena di Capodanno era deliziosa, ma eviterei l'antipasto, non fa per noi. Più lati positivi che negativi. La camera con vista sul giardino era fredda a causa delle vecchie finestre a ghigliottina, ma il letto era comodo e la camera pulita. Vista incantevole.

Abbiamo avuto un fantastico soggiorno in questo hotel! Il personale del front desk è stato incredibilmente utile e amichevole, facendo un check-in e offrendo grandi raccomandazioni. Amiamo le comode strutture lavanderia in loco, che sono venute a buon uso durante il nostro viaggio. La posizione è perfetta – solo a pochi passi dal fiume, con vista stupenda che ha reso le nostre sere veramente memorabili. Molto consiglia a chiunque cerca comfort e bellezza scenica!

Had a fantastic weekend in York with old friends from afar.. the Radisson York is well located for a great trek around the City .. restaurants and great pubs are all well within comfortable walking distance. The hotel as a great bar for the last nightcap the buffet breakfast is brilliant .The hotel is located on the river with great views of some of the night life and during the day just to relax.. My next time in York will be with the Radisson..and it also offers good parking which is very secure albiet it does come on first come basis.. but overall this hotel is excellant.. thankyou Radisson. Your kindly David Maskrey
