Veramente bel posto, lussuoso valore, camere pulite con prodotti del bel bagno tutto il personale veramente piacevole helga sulla reception era bellissimo e il bagno era un bonus con asciugamani e padella gratuiti alla reception spa pagato molto più per molto meno grande parcheggio per £6 def utilizzare di nuovo le camere sono davvero ben progettate, sicura, asciugacapelli di ferro buona quantità di caffè di tè e latte solo meno è che potrebbe utilizzare un frigo

Great location and has parking that is a bonus. Room was well appointed. Only gripe is no water in the room and cleanliness not the greatest. Has a skylight above the bed that was full of cobwebs Apart from that team very bubbly and would stay again

We had a comfortable stay with a spacious room and great amenities. However, there was a party in the lobby during our stay that made the area quite crowded and noisy. Despite that, we still had a good experience overall and would recommend it for families.

Stayed here for 1 night to watch a show at the Barbican, the hotel overall is great showing some signs of wear and tear but you can see this is being worked on. All main communal area looked great and well presented. We stayed in a basic double but there was more than adequate room for our stay and the cleanliness in the room was great. Bathroom again was small but very clean and usable with an amazing rain shower. Reception staff, housekeepers and Measure facilities staff were all very pleasant and wanting to give a good experience. The only area that I believe needs improvement sooner rather than later is the stair carpet from the car park into reception which doe not give the best impression of what you are going to find inside as it appears very dirty and worn. Would highly recommend, once past reception steps you will find the Milner Hotel fantastic

Purtroppo, per alcune questioni, aveva tre camere, senza alcuna attenzione, e un odore proveniente dal bagno, la terza stanza era a posto e aveva una bella vista sul mare e sul porto di Scarborough, bagno e spa un bel toccamento e il personale erano tutti amichevole molta scelta sul menu per il cibo, solo bisogno di affrontare alcuni problemi per rendere questo degno di 4 stelle e che per me dovrebbe essere considerato lusso dove questo si sentiva più sopra la media ma non lusso 3.5 / 5 posizione sorprendente personale sorprendente lasciato giù dall'allarme antincendio che è stato vapore a colpire i venti aerei sono sporchi che questa necessità guarda, la custodia casa ha bisogno di lavorare più insieme alla manutenzione per assicurarsi che le questioni siano affrontate. La sicurezza nella seconda stanza era rotta ma la manutenzione lo ha ordinato e erano molto amichevoli, la ricezione e il personale spa sono tutti eccellenti, non può commentare il cibo ma aveva molta scelta e se non avessimo fatto i piani ci sarebbe stata considerata la notte di curry l'hotel aveva su .Su tutto 3.5 / 5

Il personale è gentile e amichevole. Il parcheggio è situato al retro dell'hotel. È una posizione piacevole e conveniente. Rimaniamo sul pavimento, a pochi passi di sopra, dalla reception. Era molto grande, non abbiamo bisogno di preparare il letto di divano, avevano fatto prima della nostra arrivo. Solo la pulizia è un po' fuori dal livello standard. È bello fornire spazzole e raschiature, ma non ci sono scarpe da donna, che è l'unica cosa che abbiamo dimenticato. Il corpo e il lavaggio della mano sono bloccati, era vuoto nel doccia, abbiamo dovuto chiamare per riempire. Se possiamo spostare il lavabo, allora non abbiamo bisogno di disturbare il personale. Il peggio non è una prova di suono. Puoi sentire qualcuno fuori dal corridoio e anche la porta accanto. Possiamo sentire chiaramente la conversazione della porta accanto.

Lovely hotel . Cannot really say anything negative about about it . I ve stayed in many many hotels over the years with work so I am very welltravelled . The staff are very helpful and friendly . Location is great . Very nice buffet and a La carte breakfast . We had scrambled eggs and smoked salmon this morning and it was cooked to perfection . Parking is £15 a night . I was a little worried about finding a car parking space due to some of the reviews I had read . The area is very small so I am not sure how it will work if the hotel is very busy albeit we did not have a problem. Check in was very smooth and quick without any issues . I will definitely return and would recommend . We stayed for 2 nights .

We had a lovely weekend stay at the Crowne Plaza Harrogate. The room was a good size and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Check in was a breeze and having an on site car park was a real bonus (although it is chargeable). Ideally located within Harrogate and all nearby attractions and places of interest were within walking distance. Would recommend and will stay again

My daughter and I stayed in a twin room for a night while we visited York University. The Hotel staff were warm and welcoming. They were kind and helpful and more than happy to let us leave our luggage there as we were too early for check in. The main lobby area is just like it looks in the photos. There is comfortable seating, a bar and a place to get food. The rooms are clean, comfortable and feel new. The whole place felt modern and fresh. It was a 15minute taxi ride from the station and a 5/6 minute walk to The Shambles area in York where there are loads of restaurants and cafes. I literally have nothing bad to say about it. We will be back to stay again hopefully in September.
