An amazing family holiday at Clay Beach Samui We had such an amazing holiday at Clay Beach Samui. From the moment we arrived, everything was just so easy and well organised, and the villa itself is absolutely beautiful. What really surprised us was how much there was to do without even having to leave the villa. We tried quite a few of the in-villa experiences and honestly, everything was done so well. The food, the private dining, the floating breakfast, the cocktails and the spa treatments were all fantastic. The kids also had an amazing time. Having the huge garden, trampoline, badminton and paddleboards right there made such a difference. And being directly on the beach meant they could go from the pool to the beach and back again all day. It was great for us as parents because they were having fun while we could actually relax. One of our favourite things was simply being able to spend the whole day at the villa. We didn’t feel like we had to go out every day to find something to do. We could have breakfast by the pool, swim, go down to the beach, have lunch, relax, enjoy a massage or a cocktail and then have an amazing dinner in the evening. The in-villa experiences are a big part of what makes Clay Beach special. We tried several of them and the quality and attention to detail were genuinely impressive. Everything we booked was organised professionally and delivered exactly as we hoped. We have stayed in a lot of places as a family, but Clay Beach felt different. It wasn’t just a beautiful villa where we stayed—it felt like we had our own private resort for the whole family. There was something for everyone, and we never felt bored for a second. Most importantly, we could actually relax and enjoy being together as a family, which is what a holiday should really be about. Clay beach samui is absolutely the best beachfront luxury villa on samui with private Chef with the best luxury in villa experiences and services that we as a family experience so far. Review: A Beautiful, Design-Led Oasis in Fisherman’s Village We recently stayed at the Hansar Samui, and it is truly a beautiful property with a thoughtful design. The location is perfect—just a short, pleasant stroll away from Fisherman’s Village, making it easy to explore the local area while still feeling like you have a quiet retreat to return to. The Highlights Dining Experience: The breakfast was a standout. I particularly appreciated having eggs made fresh to order; there is nothing worse than pre-cooked, rubbery eggs left under heat lamps, so this was a huge bonus for me. The Vibe: The swimming pool is lovely, and the beach is kept very clean. The hotel maintains a relaxed atmosphere, complemented by a great selection of background music. Service & Little Touches: The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind. I loved the ”turn-down” service around 5:00 PM, where housekeeping brought little chocolates and water—an adorable touch that made us feel looked after. Facilities: The gym is clean and well-maintained. Crucially for those working remotely, the Wi-Fi was excellent and reliable enough for me to take Zoom meetings without any issues. Room Design: The rooms are beautifully decorated with stunning balconies and views. The bathroom was a highlight, especially the large rainfall shower. Room Comfort & Maintenance We did have a significant issue with the bed. The mattresses are very soft, which didn't suit us at all as my husband has a bad back. It made sleeping quite difficult. However, the staff were wonderful and tried their best to accommodate us; they helped remove the mattress so we could sleep on the wooden base with just the mattress topper. While not ”luxury” comfort, it was much better for his back than the soft mattress. We also had a few issues with a temperamental toilet flush, but to the hotel's credit, maintenance was very prompt in coming to fix it each time. Dining & Logistics We had dinner at the restaurant one evening, ordering the Massaman curry and Chicken Panang. While the food was edible, it was just ”okay”—we were perhaps expecting a bit more given how high the quality of breakfast was. That said, the view from the restaurant in the evening is spectacular, and they occasionally have lovely entertainment. One small hiccup occurred when we booked a taxi through the hotel to take us to the pier for our trip to Koh Phangan. The driver unfortunately dropped us at the wrong port. We had to quickly catch a Grab to the correct one, but luckily we made it just in time for our ferry. Overall Despite a few minor glitches, this was a wonderful stay. The aesthetic of the hotel is gorgeous, and the professionalism of the staff ensures that any issues are handled quickly. I would definitely recommend Hansar for anyone looking for a stylish and relaxed stay in Samui!

Sebbene il check-in anticipato non fosse disponibile al nostro arrivo, l'app dell'hotel ha fatto la differenza. Tramite l'app, abbiamo potuto esplorare il resort, effettuare richieste e monitorare lo stato della nostra camera. Alla fine, abbiamo ricevuto una notifica che la nostra camera era pronta: un sistema davvero comodo! La camera in sé? Immacolata! Immacolata e progettata con cura, con un letto enorme, una zona doccia pulitissima, un'accogliente zona soggiorno separata e un WC automatico che solleva il coperchio per te. Sedile del WC senza contatto? Un enorme vantaggio! Siamo stati accolti con un delizioso cesto di benvenuto in camera, pieno di bevande speciali, snack e persino una cartolina scritta a mano dal Direttore Generale. È stato un tocco così caloroso e personale: è difficile non innamorarsi all'istante di questo posto. Abbiamo provato la spa e, sebbene sia un po' costosa, il servizio e le strutture valevano assolutamente ogni centesimo: di prim'ordine dall'inizio alla fine. Cabanas, il beach club del Marasca, è un altro punto forte. Atmosfera ultra rilassata, splendidamente progettato con vegetazione lussureggiante, arredi comodi e una vista che si estende fino a Chaweng Beach. Era il posto perfetto per rilassarsi. Colazione? Impressionante. Un ottimo mix di piatti occidentali e asiatici, oltre a una sana varietà di insalate, pasticcini, yogurt, succhi e frullati. I piccoli dettagli come gli shot salutari gratuiti al mattino e il gelato al pomeriggio hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole! Marasca offre anche attività giornaliere per gli ospiti, quindi non rimarrete mai senza cose da fare. In sintesi: questo è, senza dubbio, il miglior hotel in cui abbia mai soggiornato. Un enorme ringraziamento al fantastico team: Mo, Tony, Ja, Chet, Jenny, Puppup, Andy, Pui, Golf e gli altri di cui non ricordo i nomi. Amazing stay at Garrya! Exceptional service, stunning sunrise views from the villa, and a great location not far from Fisherman’s Village, Chaweng, and Cheongmon Beach. Loved the daily in-room snacks, birthday surprise with cake, and the warm smiles from staff. The private beach doesn’t have the softest sand, but is very beautiful and perfect for peace and quiet. Buggy service was always proactive. Highly recommend self-driving for convenience.

Another Amari disappointing stay. first was amari hua hin and 2nd is this hotel. stayed in amari koh samui for 4nights, we just got back from koh samui a few days ago. location wise sure cant deny that, it's by the beach front, 5 mins drive away from central koh samui mall and walking from the night life but so does other resorts around the area. when you get to the hotel specially after paying so much per night and to be classified as a 5 star hotel, you expect a good service, a 5 star service. Specially when the first point of contact to the customer service is the front staffs, however very disappointing. Most, if not all of the staffs doesnt seem to smile at all. We arrived early so we had lunch first and sure they managed to give us earlier check in at almost 2pm, their check in is at 3pm. we let it go perhaps we were just too tired and sensitive as we just arrived in koh samui and it was humid, however, throughout our stay their customer service was absolutely lacking. VERY LACKING. specially a few staffs driving the buggy service, we even had an accident one time when we were on our way back to the room, one of the driver drove so fast, THEY ALL DRIVE REALLY FAST, and he rammed onto one of the on coming buggy, i was holding my baby so tight. luckily nothing happened to us. same buggy driver who was had a grumpy look the entire stay and we saw him throwing luggages on to the buggy instead of handling them with care. so when you are taking a buggy, tell them to drive slow. the room, we booked a connecting room, which was a mistake. booking 2 rooms would have been cheaper but anyhow, the room was not clean at all, the bathtub was moldy the floors felt dirty and there were alot of mosquitos every single day. first day we arrived we killed 10 mosquitos in one room whats up with that. breakfast had good selections, they have 3 pools around the resorts as it is a big resort best one is the one over looking the beach, kid friendly pool. they have kids room, not that big just a small room.. anyway overall would i come back here in Amari Koh Samui, absolutely NOT. Would i recommend amari koh samui, absolutely NOT. if you want to stay in a beach front, there are alot of beach front resorts near amari and around the area check that out.. they did something nice from my baby;s birthday, decorated the mirror and gave cake so i appreciated that. with kids i would recommend hyatt koh samui, they are friendlier to kids and service is top notch. we moved there after amari THANK GOODNESS

Il giardino in stile tailandese era ben curato. Il personale della reception e del ristorante era giovane, energico ed entusiasta, anche se è stato strano che abbiano controllato i miei biglietti aerei di ritorno al check-in. La scelta per la colazione era leggermente inferiore rispetto allo Sheraton, ma c'erano opzioni à la carte e succhi di frutta freschi. Ho bevuto il miglior cocktail speziato del viaggio e anche il caffè moka dell'ultimo giorno era davvero buono. La piscina a sfioro era molto pulita e il bar sulla spiaggia aveva un'atmosfera fantastica. Dopo sei giorni, ero riluttante a partire e ci tornerei sicuramente.

Il secondo hotel in cui ho soggiornato a Koh Samui. L'hotel è costruito sulla montagna e non c'è niente intorno. È adatto per un puro soggiorno in hotel. Siamo rimasti solo per due notti e abbiamo scelto di andare all'estero il giorno in cui abbiamo cambiato hotel. La tipologia di camera prenotata è una camera con vista mare parziale, il che è davvero buono Al momento della prenotazione, è stato scritto chiaramente che la camera con vista mare sarà più costosa della camera con vista mare parziale. Non ci saranno problemi inutili al momento del check-in. L'area pubblica dell'hotel è molto bella, le foto sono fantastiche e ci sono molte piscine. È molto adatto al bambino energico della mia famiglia che nuota dalla mattina alla sera. La spiaggia è agitata, le onde sono grandi e sono tutte rocce. Ci sono molti granchi sugli scogli. Ci sono molte scelte per la colazione e il gusto è molto buono. Il servizio al ristorante è molto buono, c'è un menù per bambini e i prezzi non sono eccessivi. Nel complesso, il soggiorno in hotel per 2 giorni è altamente raccomandato.

Che si tratti del personale della reception della hall dell'hotel, del personale di servizio del ristorante o del personale del servizio in spiaggia, sono tutti sorridenti e cordiali. Sia che tu stia effettuando il check-in o il check-out, il personale della reception ti aiuterà a ritirare e trasportare i tuoi bagagli. Anche se abiti al terzo piano, il personale di servizio può aiutarti a trasportare i tuoi bagagli. L'area ricettiva dell'hotel è una residenza a schiera, con 2 camere al primo piano, 2 camere al secondo piano e 2 camere al terzo piano. Concentriamoci sulla sistemazione al terzo piano, questa tipologia di camera non è adatta ad anziani con gambe poco comode o a clienti con bambini, è scomodo salire e scendere le scale senza ascensore. Una delle 2 camere è matrimoniale, mentre l'altra è doppia. È adatto a due famiglie che viaggiano insieme ed è adatto anche a coppie che viaggiano con un genitore. Entrambe le camere hanno il proprio bagno separato, doccia, lavandino, ecc., e hanno anche la TV (che non guardiamo quasi mai). Una delle camere doppie è dotata anche di vasca. Le camere al terzo piano dispongono di piscine indipendenti, terrazze, tavoli quadrati, sedie a sdraio, frigoriferi semplici, microonde e altri servizi, e la privacy è considerata buona. Il segnale TV dell'hotel e il segnale WiFi generalmente non sono molto stabili. Inoltre, si trova in un ambiente tropicale umido e occasionalmente nella stanza sono presenti piccoli insetti, a cui è necessario prestare attenzione. La colazione è più adatta allo stomaco europeo e americano, ma ci sono anche un piccolo numero di noodles, noodles, panini, porridge, ecc. adatti ai cinesi. C'è anche un piccolo bar e una caffetteria accanto al ristorante, che offre una varietà di bevande, vini, ecc. Volevo solo lasciare e condividere la mia esperienza sul mio soggiorno all'hotel Beachfront su un'isola privata. Onestamente, il personale era super gentile e ha fatto di tutto per assicurarsi che avessimo tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. La camera era accogliente e aveva una splendida vista sull'oceano. Inoltre, la colazione gratuita era un bel tocco. La nostra cena è stata favolosa al ristorante Longdtai. Nel complesso, è stata un'esperienza fantastica sull'isola privata e non vedo l'ora di tornarci per la prossima vacanza.
