Hotel 5 stelle a Koh Samui

Può essere descritto come perfetto, soprattutto le attività fornite dall'hotel. Kayak, paddle boarding e vela sono tutte molto divertenti. Puoi praticarle ogni giorno. Lo snorkeling è fantastico, meglio di Koh Tao , alcuni dei quali enormi. Anche la spa è fantastica. Non dirò molto della spa del Banyan Tree A parte il fatto che è costosa, non c'è niente di sbagliato. C'è un maggiordomo personale durante tutto il viaggio, basta chiedere qualsiasi cosa. L'hotel deve effettuare il check-out alle 12. Ma se il tuo volo è in ritardo, puoi comunque riposare in hotel e divertirti. Ci sono drink di benvenuto, drink di addio, un piccolo regalo per l'apertura della camera, un giocattolo per la tartaruga e un piccolo regalo d'addio, un passaggio nasale alle erbe.

Review: A Beautiful, Design-Led Oasis in Fisherman’s Village We recently stayed at the Hansar Samui, and it is truly a beautiful property with a thoughtful design. The location is perfect—just a short, pleasant stroll away from Fisherman’s Village, making it easy to explore the local area while still feeling like you have a quiet retreat to return to. The Highlights Dining Experience: The breakfast was a standout. I particularly appreciated having eggs made fresh to order; there is nothing worse than pre-cooked, rubbery eggs left under heat lamps, so this was a huge bonus for me. The Vibe: The swimming pool is lovely, and the beach is kept very clean. The hotel maintains a relaxed atmosphere, complemented by a great selection of background music. Service & Little Touches: The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind. I loved the ”turn-down” service around 5:00 PM, where housekeeping brought little chocolates and water—an adorable touch that made us feel looked after. Facilities: The gym is clean and well-maintained. Crucially for those working remotely, the Wi-Fi was excellent and reliable enough for me to take Zoom meetings without any issues. Room Design: The rooms are beautifully decorated with stunning balconies and views. The bathroom was a highlight, especially the large rainfall shower. Room Comfort & Maintenance We did have a significant issue with the bed. The mattresses are very soft, which didn't suit us at all as my husband has a bad back. It made sleeping quite difficult. However, the staff were wonderful and tried their best to accommodate us; they helped remove the mattress so we could sleep on the wooden base with just the mattress topper. While not ”luxury” comfort, it was much better for his back than the soft mattress. We also had a few issues with a temperamental toilet flush, but to the hotel's credit, maintenance was very prompt in coming to fix it each time. Dining & Logistics We had dinner at the restaurant one evening, ordering the Massaman curry and Chicken Panang. While the food was edible, it was just ”okay”—we were perhaps expecting a bit more given how high the quality of breakfast was. That said, the view from the restaurant in the evening is spectacular, and they occasionally have lovely entertainment. One small hiccup occurred when we booked a taxi through the hotel to take us to the pier for our trip to Koh Phangan. The driver unfortunately dropped us at the wrong port. We had to quickly catch a Grab to the correct one, but luckily we made it just in time for our ferry. Overall Despite a few minor glitches, this was a wonderful stay. The aesthetic of the hotel is gorgeous, and the professionalism of the staff ensures that any issues are handled quickly. I would definitely recommend Hansar for anyone looking for a stylish and relaxed stay in Samui!

Un nuovo hotel, aperto nel gennaio 2024. Molto bello e pulito in cui il designer guarda ogni piccolo dettaglio nella progettazione della stanza. Tutti i membri del personale sono molto amichevoli e gentili. Prenoto una camera con piscina privata, ma quando accedo, non c'è bagno in camera. Quindi chiediamo di cambiare la camera con bagno, il loro amichevole personale, Nat, ci mostri la camera, aiuta a cambiare e aggiornare la stanza per noi. L'hotel è vicino a molti ristoranti e luoghi di interesse.La colazione è molto buona e ci piace il colazione molto per 3 giorni. Forniscono attività come pilate, esercizio idrofitto mattina e sera e free-cream e 1 Per 1 bevanda al lato della piscina. In generale, un hotel molto bello e amichevole che torneremo.

Garrya Tonsay Bay è stata una bella e tranquilla oasi su Koh Samui! Ci siamo trasferiti per una coppia di notti e abbiamo amato la varietà di attività incluse, dalla yoga mattina e Muay Thai alle classi di circuito, bordi di padella e snorkeling tutto molto ben organizzato. Il ristorante era eccellente; ci è stato divertito il ”Tasta della Thailandia settentrionale”, e il buffet di colazione è stato uno dei migliori che abbiamo mai avuto. Il personale era sorprendente, incredibilmente amichevole, attento a ogni dettaglio. Molto consiglia questo relax!

Another Amari disappointing stay. first was amari hua hin and 2nd is this hotel. stayed in amari koh samui for 4nights, we just got back from koh samui a few days ago. location wise sure cant deny that, it's by the beach front, 5 mins drive away from central koh samui mall and walking from the night life but so does other resorts around the area. when you get to the hotel specially after paying so much per night and to be classified as a 5 star hotel, you expect a good service, a 5 star service. Specially when the first point of contact to the customer service is the front staffs, however very disappointing. Most, if not all of the staffs doesnt seem to smile at all. We arrived early so we had lunch first and sure they managed to give us earlier check in at almost 2pm, their check in is at 3pm. we let it go perhaps we were just too tired and sensitive as we just arrived in koh samui and it was humid, however, throughout our stay their customer service was absolutely lacking. VERY LACKING. specially a few staffs driving the buggy service, we even had an accident one time when we were on our way back to the room, one of the driver drove so fast, THEY ALL DRIVE REALLY FAST, and he rammed onto one of the on coming buggy, i was holding my baby so tight. luckily nothing happened to us. same buggy driver who was had a grumpy look the entire stay and we saw him throwing luggages on to the buggy instead of handling them with care. so when you are taking a buggy, tell them to drive slow. the room, we booked a connecting room, which was a mistake. booking 2 rooms would have been cheaper but anyhow, the room was not clean at all, the bathtub was moldy the floors felt dirty and there were alot of mosquitos every single day. first day we arrived we killed 10 mosquitos in one room whats up with that. breakfast had good selections, they have 3 pools around the resorts as it is a big resort best one is the one over looking the beach, kid friendly pool. they have kids room, not that big just a small room.. anyway overall would i come back here in Amari Koh Samui, absolutely NOT. Would i recommend amari koh samui, absolutely NOT. if you want to stay in a beach front, there are alot of beach front resorts near amari and around the area check that out.. they did something nice from my baby;s birthday, decorated the mirror and gave cake so i appreciated that. with kids i would recommend hyatt koh samui, they are friendlier to kids and service is top notch. we moved there after amari THANK GOODNESS

Tutto era perfetto in hotel. Personale adorabile, ottimi servizi, molto attento ai bambini e al supporto delle famiglie. La spiaggia è davvero privata e non c'è accesso vietato a sconosciuti. Il personale è pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda e a fornire qualsiasi aiuto. Ad esempio, abbiamo chiesto informazioni sulla tata e sono stati lieti di aiutarci a trovarla fuori dall'hotel. È assolutamente fantastico. Il servizio e l'atmosfera sono eccezionali e il soggiorno è letteralmente su misura per le vostre esigenze, in un'atmosfera tranquilla e rilassante. Spero di avere l'opportunità di tornarci.

Il secondo hotel in cui ho soggiornato a Koh Samui. L'hotel è costruito sulla montagna e non c'è niente intorno. È adatto per un puro soggiorno in hotel. Siamo rimasti solo per due notti e abbiamo scelto di andare all'estero il giorno in cui abbiamo cambiato hotel. La tipologia di camera prenotata è una camera con vista mare parziale, il che è davvero buono Al momento della prenotazione, è stato scritto chiaramente che la camera con vista mare sarà più costosa della camera con vista mare parziale. Non ci saranno problemi inutili al momento del check-in. L'area pubblica dell'hotel è molto bella, le foto sono fantastiche e ci sono molte piscine. È molto adatto al bambino energico della mia famiglia che nuota dalla mattina alla sera. La spiaggia è agitata, le onde sono grandi e sono tutte rocce. Ci sono molti granchi sugli scogli. Ci sono molte scelte per la colazione e il gusto è molto buono. Il servizio al ristorante è molto buono, c'è un menù per bambini e i prezzi non sono eccessivi. Nel complesso, il soggiorno in hotel per 2 giorni è altamente raccomandato.

Complimenti a Cathy e allo staff molto disponibile e accogliente. La ristorazione sulla spiaggia, l'enorme piscina, i giardini ben tenuti e la spaziosa villa sono stati un grande vantaggio. Vicino all'aeroporto + una breve corsa in taxi per Chaweng e Bhoput. Nel complesso, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo in una zona meno trafficata dell'isola.

Volevo solo lasciare e condividere la mia esperienza sul mio soggiorno all'hotel Beachfront su un'isola privata. Onestamente, il personale era super gentile e ha fatto di tutto per assicurarsi che avessimo tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. La camera era accogliente e aveva una splendida vista sull'oceano. Inoltre, la colazione gratuita era un bel tocco. La nostra cena è stata favolosa al ristorante Longdtai. Nel complesso, è stata un'esperienza fantastica sull'isola privata e non vedo l'ora di tornarci per la prossima vacanza.

L'hotel ha un forte senso del rituale del check-in. Ci sarà una persona dedicata che introdurrà l'odore della lozione per il corpo e del sapone e fornirà più scelte, oltre ai cuscini. Inoltre, fornirà anche un codice QR che tutti i servizi in camera possono essere completati dal tuo cellulare, ordina bevande e cibo direttamente sull'app e ti verrà consegnato in camera in breve tempo È una bellissima esperienza. Ma l'unica cosa che mi ha infastidito è stato lo strano evento accaduto alle 7:30 del secondo giorno di check-in: il campanello ha suonato da solo. All'inizio pensavo che il dipendente avesse premuto il pulsante sbagliato e avesse chiesto all'hotel una spiegazione ragionevole. Tuttavia, l'hotel ha controllato il sistema di sorveglianza e ha scoperto che, sebbene un dipendente fosse passato davanti alla mia porta un minuto prima che suonasse il campanello, non aveva suonato. Il campanello stava suonando forte! Mi ha fatto davvero venire i brividi. Successivamente, hanno spiegato che si era verificata una situazione simile con questo campanello. Era possibile che l'aria fosse umida e la batteria fosse scarica, rendendo i pulsanti a sfioramento particolarmente sensibili. Hanno rimosso la batteria e il problema non si è più verificato. Ma ho ancora delle paure persistenti. A parte questo, il soggiorno è stato abbastanza piacevole.
