Hotel di design a Koh Samui

La camera era molto confortevole e grande, ma la nostra tipologia di camera non aveva vista sul mare. Il servizio e le strutture in generale erano molto buoni, ma sono rimasto un po' sorpreso dal fatto che la pulizia cambiasse solo le lenzuola, la spazzatura sul tavolo era non rimosso e le bucce dell'anguria erano ancora lì 😂 Le cose nel lavandino non sono disposte in modo ordinato Dopo tutto, sono rimasto al Four Seasons. Mettono un panno sotto e ti aiutano a metterli uno per uno l'hotel è preoccupato per i reclami dei clienti e per il disordine delle cose dei clienti, ma potrebbe davvero essere migliorato, perché la ragazza straniera seduta nel secchio con me ha preso l'iniziativa di chiedermi come era stata riordinata la stanza. Ha detto che la loro stanza non era stata riordinata Tutto. L'ambiente è molto confortevole e la piscina è bellissima.

My daughter wanted to go somewhere really special to celebrate her 30th birthday and was interested in going to Thailand. Then she saw some photos of this hotel and it’s amazing views. After reading the reviews the decision was made. We were so excited and so hoped it would live up to everything we dreamed of. We had chosen a private pool villa and it was THE most amazing room with a private pool and outside jacuzzi in a beautiful garden. We felt like we were living in a dream. The big round inside jacuzzi bath in our bathroom was huge. On her birthday I had decorated our room and the staff matched the colours with petals on the bed and two cakes. One was made from towels the other was a delicious white chocolate one! The room was behind the main beach pool so we would get a buggy up to the lounge but we always chose to walk down the big hanging bridges back to the room. The views were stunning and the bridges and stairs looked so pretty lit up at night. We both visited the spa for treatments on her birthday which were very nice. We wanted to go to an ethical elephant sanctuary whilst in Thailand and the concierge booked us to go to Samui Elephant Kingdom. This was just a short drive from the hotel and was one of the high lights of our trip. It was a wonderful experience and we would definitely recommend it. The club lounge was where we had our daily afternoon tea and evening drinks and canapés. The club staff were great they got to know us and knew my daughter liked the duck spring rolls. To her surprise they brought out two on a plate with candles in on her birthday whilst singing “happy birthday“. It’s the little things that make it perfect. I would like to thank you all for everything. I can only remember a few names, Lisa, Knowfang, Meen, Markey but you were all great. A special thank you goes to Dow. You were amazing, kind, professional, friendly and very helpful especially when the air con needed attention. I can’t thank you enough. I had wished we got to see you before we left to say it personally but it was your day off. All the staff from management to ground staff were professional, friendly, polite and always had a smile on their faces. The service was excellent. The hotel app was great. If you wanted anything you just sent a message and the response was immediate. We wanted different pillows they were there in 5 minutes. We asked for sun loungers for our garden again there in a few minutes. We had a problem with the air con and immediately the engineers came. I have never stayed anywhere with such great service. This hotel not only lived up to expectations it surpassed them. It really was like living in a dream. Thank you to all the staff for making this the perfect holiday. We will most definitely be back.

L'hotel ha un forte senso del rituale del check-in. Ci sarà una persona dedicata che introdurrà l'odore della lozione per il corpo e del sapone e fornirà più scelte, oltre ai cuscini. Inoltre, fornirà anche un codice QR che tutti i servizi in camera possono essere completati dal tuo cellulare, ordina bevande e cibo direttamente sull'app e ti verrà consegnato in camera in breve tempo È una bellissima esperienza. Ma l'unica cosa che mi ha infastidito è stato lo strano evento accaduto alle 7:30 del secondo giorno di check-in: il campanello ha suonato da solo. All'inizio pensavo che il dipendente avesse premuto il pulsante sbagliato e avesse chiesto all'hotel una spiegazione ragionevole. Tuttavia, l'hotel ha controllato il sistema di sorveglianza e ha scoperto che, sebbene un dipendente fosse passato davanti alla mia porta un minuto prima che suonasse il campanello, non aveva suonato. Il campanello stava suonando forte! Mi ha fatto davvero venire i brividi. Successivamente, hanno spiegato che si era verificata una situazione simile con questo campanello. Era possibile che l'aria fosse umida e la batteria fosse scarica, rendendo i pulsanti a sfioramento particolarmente sensibili. Hanno rimosso la batteria e il problema non si è più verificato. Ma ho ancora delle paure persistenti. A parte questo, il soggiorno è stato abbastanza piacevole.

Il servizio è impeccabile. Tutti nel resort sono gentili e disponibili. Tanti piccoli dettagli straordinari che sono unici per l'hotel come la ”sorpresa del giorno” e gli snack durante il giorno. Il resort è grande e dispone di una spiaggia privata dove è possibile praticare moto d'acqua e molti altri sport acquatici. C'è anche un beach club e molte altre strutture di intrattenimento. Tornerò sicuramente!

Il secondo hotel in cui ho soggiornato a Koh Samui. L'hotel è costruito sulla montagna e non c'è niente intorno. È adatto per un puro soggiorno in hotel. Siamo rimasti solo per due notti e abbiamo scelto di andare all'estero il giorno in cui abbiamo cambiato hotel. La tipologia di camera prenotata è una camera con vista mare parziale, il che è davvero buono Al momento della prenotazione, è stato scritto chiaramente che la camera con vista mare sarà più costosa della camera con vista mare parziale. Non ci saranno problemi inutili al momento del check-in. L'area pubblica dell'hotel è molto bella, le foto sono fantastiche e ci sono molte piscine. È molto adatto al bambino energico della mia famiglia che nuota dalla mattina alla sera. La spiaggia è agitata, le onde sono grandi e sono tutte rocce. Ci sono molti granchi sugli scogli. Ci sono molte scelte per la colazione e il gusto è molto buono. Il servizio al ristorante è molto buono, c'è un menù per bambini e i prezzi non sono eccessivi. Nel complesso, il soggiorno in hotel per 2 giorni è altamente raccomandato.

My family and I went to Koh Samui for Easter holidays and have never had a better vacation. The Four Seasons there is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at, and we’ve been to a number of Four Seasons and other 5 star brand hotels around the world. The setting, the staff, the food, the drinks, the experiences were all absolutely incredible. I have to say, the entire team were phenomenal. They were so genuinely friendly, they cared, they *all* knew our kids’ names without them ever introducing themselves to the staff and nothing was ever too much trouble. The managers were also fabulous, dropping past when they saw us at lunch/by the pool etc to say hello, have a quick chat, check everything was ok, and it was such a lovely touch. My only issue was leaving! I would highly recommend this hotel in paradise. And want to say a huge thanks to the FS team for helping us make the best memories. We can’t wait to come back and see you all again.

Il villaggio romantico sognato, molto autentico, bella vista marina, vento dolce, il cibo di ogni ristorante è delizioso ～

Abbiamo prenotato una villa su spiaggia con piscina privata. La villa è molto ampia: camera da letto, bagno, vasca esterna e soggiorno esterno con divano e tv. Bellissima la piscina. Peccato che da essa non si veda il mare perché ci sono delle siepi che ne impediscono la visione. Altra cosa che non capisco: la spiaggia e il mare sono davanti alla piscina della villa ma non è stato creato un accesso (basterebbero tre scalini). Se si vuole quindi andare a fare il bagno in mare bisogna uscire dalla villa, fare tutto un giro e scendere in spiaggia. Altri lati negativi della camera: l’aria condizionata non è gestibile in autonomia. C’è un telecomando ma è totalmente inutile. Le luci della stanza sono tutte collegate tra di loro. Se uno vuole leggere un libro deve farlo con delle luci da stadio. Se si è in coppia e uno dei due vuole dormire, non è assolutamente fattibile. Le luci dei comodini sono inutili. Il letto non ha una zanzariera ma due tendine ai lati, che da sole sono totalmente inutili. C’è un apparecchio chiamato Moszero che dovrebbe eliminare le zanzare ma è un semplice vaporizzatore. E infatti ci sono molte zanzare. I vari vialetti del resort non hanno indicazioni e ci si perde. Non ci sono cartelli che indicano i numeri delle camere e anche all’ingresso dei vialetti mancano le indicazioni di quali camere si trovano all’interno. Si gira a caso e ci si perde. Nota molto negativa per la zona sdraio e la spiaggia. La spiaggia è molto stretta e non ci sono sdraio. Le uniche sdraio presenti sono quelle lato piscina. Di fronte alle sdraio, come nelle ville, sono state posizionate delle siepi. Quindi da sdraiati non si vede il mare. I materassini sono vecchi e usurati. i clienti occupano le sdraio già dal mattino presto con gli asciugamani e questa è una usanza vergognosa che dovrebbe essere impedita dai gestori dell’hotel. Noi abbiamo segnalato il problema ma non è stato fatto niente. In mare c’è un orribile enorme pontile creato con delle boe di plastica. Davvero bruttissimo. Inoltre l’acqua è spesso bassissima ed è quasi impossibile fare il bagno. Noi dopo pranzo ci spostavamo alla alla spiaggia di Lamai.

Right on Bophut Beach. Booked the King Deluxe Sea View and couldn’t have been happier. Incredible view, huge private terrace with day bed. Incredibly comfy bed / duvet. Great facilities. Worked remotely my entire stay and the wifi was incredible not only in the room but also by the beach! Only negative would be the restaurant closes around 930pm so you’re out of luck if you want food after that. And Koh Samui doesn’t have a lot of delivery options at night. But overall incredible stay and really close to Fisherman’s Village which was a blast (great massages, restaurants, markets, beach bars, water activities, etc etc etc). Would definitely come back here.

This was my 5th stay at the Banana Fan Sea, and 1st since it has been renovated, and it is now even more beautiful then before. The pool along with the new swim up bar is great. There is large selection of breakfast options along with a great menu for both lunch and dinner. The bar/ restaurant staff were the best. And a credit to the hotel. They looked after us really well and were fantastic with the kids. The kids particularly loved happy hour when they could get 2 mango or strawberry smoothies for 1. A big Thankyou to Bill who looked after our family group. He organised activities for the kids like bracelet making and keyrings to stamp their names on that they really enjoyed. The resort also organised a private Marine Park speedboat day trip and thai boxing tickets , along with many other things. . Nothing was too much trouble . Thank you so much to all the staff for another fabulous stay at the Banana, we already miss you and are hoping to come back next year.
