La camera era molto confortevole e grande, ma la nostra tipologia di camera non aveva vista sul mare. Il servizio e le strutture in generale erano molto buoni, ma sono rimasto un po' sorpreso dal fatto che la pulizia cambiasse solo le lenzuola, la spazzatura sul tavolo era non rimosso e le bucce dell'anguria erano ancora lì 😂 Le cose nel lavandino non sono disposte in modo ordinato Dopo tutto, sono rimasto al Four Seasons. Mettono un panno sotto e ti aiutano a metterli uno per uno l'hotel è preoccupato per i reclami dei clienti e per il disordine delle cose dei clienti, ma potrebbe davvero essere migliorato, perché la ragazza straniera seduta nel secchio con me ha preso l'iniziativa di chiedermi come era stata riordinata la stanza. Ha detto che la loro stanza non era stata riordinata Tutto. L'ambiente è molto confortevole e la piscina è bellissima.

We came for our honeymoon we were amazed with the hotel view the staff also from nancy that she checked us in and explain in details every thing she also came with to the villa to make sure that everything was fine. Breakfast was amazing lucky was very very nice along with nat there service was amazing all the staff were very friendly the chef also are accommodating and smiling I will not forget also WK from sales she made sure that our honeymoon goes prefect Emmy helped us a-lot with all the information around the city she gave us a very good recommendations Iyan made sure to book for us in the jungle village even it was hard to find a place and also a transportation going to the massage in ritz and also to the restaurant The bogy driver nine very smily and accommodating every time taking us to the room or from the room Over all the staff of the hotel made our honeymoon very special thank you so much everyone

My daughter wanted to go somewhere really special to celebrate her 30th birthday and was interested in going to Thailand. Then she saw some photos of this hotel and it’s amazing views. After reading the reviews the decision was made. We were so excited and so hoped it would live up to everything we dreamed of. We had chosen a private pool villa and it was THE most amazing room with a private pool and outside jacuzzi in a beautiful garden. We felt like we were living in a dream. The big round inside jacuzzi bath in our bathroom was huge. On her birthday I had decorated our room and the staff matched the colours with petals on the bed and two cakes. One was made from towels the other was a delicious white chocolate one! The room was behind the main beach pool so we would get a buggy up to the lounge but we always chose to walk down the big hanging bridges back to the room. The views were stunning and the bridges and stairs looked so pretty lit up at night. We both visited the spa for treatments on her birthday which were very nice. We wanted to go to an ethical elephant sanctuary whilst in Thailand and the concierge booked us to go to Samui Elephant Kingdom. This was just a short drive from the hotel and was one of the high lights of our trip. It was a wonderful experience and we would definitely recommend it. The club lounge was where we had our daily afternoon tea and evening drinks and canapés. The club staff were great they got to know us and knew my daughter liked the duck spring rolls. To her surprise they brought out two on a plate with candles in on her birthday whilst singing “happy birthday“. It’s the little things that make it perfect. I would like to thank you all for everything. I can only remember a few names, Lisa, Knowfang, Meen, Markey but you were all great. A special thank you goes to Dow. You were amazing, kind, professional, friendly and very helpful especially when the air con needed attention. I can’t thank you enough. I had wished we got to see you before we left to say it personally but it was your day off. All the staff from management to ground staff were professional, friendly, polite and always had a smile on their faces. The service was excellent. The hotel app was great. If you wanted anything you just sent a message and the response was immediate. We wanted different pillows they were there in 5 minutes. We asked for sun loungers for our garden again there in a few minutes. We had a problem with the air con and immediately the engineers came. I have never stayed anywhere with such great service. This hotel not only lived up to expectations it surpassed them. It really was like living in a dream. Thank you to all the staff for making this the perfect holiday. We will most definitely be back.

Away from the hustle of central Chaweng, so is a good spot to be based for quiet times and used as a base to explore the island. Beachfront pool villas are nice, large and great views of the ocean. Private pool is a bonus and well worth the upgrade. Hotel was busy when I stayed and everyone seemed to be happy and enjoying themselves. The pool isn’t the largest but plentiful for the amount of rooms. Don’t forget, there are the villas with private pools, so a fair number of guests will be in their own area. Access to the beach is not directly in front of the hotel, but that’s a good thing otherwise I would be hearing everyone in front of my villa each day. Access is the side of the resort just past the restaurant. Along this stretch of beach has a few other hotel bars and restaurants to eat and drink in and if you head to the furtherest headland point, and head inland, you will come across a handful of bars and restaurants. As many people have said, the hotel is next to a road - but like most hotels in Samui, it’s just the design of the island. You can avoid the main road for your walk to the local area by going along the stretch of beach. And when you are on the island, why wouldn’t you want to walk along the beach?! So don’t listen to those comments about nothing nearby. If you want the hustle of the nightlife, Chaweng central is 15 minutes away. Get on the shuttle or order a taxi for 300thb. It’s a 4 star hotel, trying to get back to some kind of normal after covid and over time, I am sure the owners will reinvest their money to make improvements where some other guests have commented about in other posts but I do think it is dependent on the room type you book and/or are assigned as most of them are fine. Give it a go, it is worth it. I’ve been to many hotels over the years - more than the average Joe - and it’s only recently where I’ve checked in and out of two hotels on the same day in all these years.

Avevo un soggiorno fantastico nel resort Bandara.Abbiamo avuto una stanza 146 che era grande e i giardini erano bellissimi!! Speciale grido a Kitti, che è un ottimo ospite e ha fatto il nostro soggiorno speciale!! Una bella custode di casa per la nostra prima settimana che ha lavorato molto duramente per rendere la nostra camera fantastica e profumata Devine quando è tornata dopo un giorno. E Faye/kaye scusami non sono al 100% al colazione lei era bella anche. Personale speciale merita una menzione speciale!! We will definitely return! L'hotel ha un forte senso del rituale del check-in. Ci sarà una persona dedicata che introdurrà l'odore della lozione per il corpo e del sapone e fornirà più scelte, oltre ai cuscini. Inoltre, fornirà anche un codice QR che tutti i servizi in camera possono essere completati dal tuo cellulare, ordina bevande e cibo direttamente sull'app e ti verrà consegnato in camera in breve tempo È una bellissima esperienza. Ma l'unica cosa che mi ha infastidito è stato lo strano evento accaduto alle 7:30 del secondo giorno di check-in: il campanello ha suonato da solo. All'inizio pensavo che il dipendente avesse premuto il pulsante sbagliato e avesse chiesto all'hotel una spiegazione ragionevole. Tuttavia, l'hotel ha controllato il sistema di sorveglianza e ha scoperto che, sebbene un dipendente fosse passato davanti alla mia porta un minuto prima che suonasse il campanello, non aveva suonato. Il campanello stava suonando forte! Mi ha fatto davvero venire i brividi. Successivamente, hanno spiegato che si era verificata una situazione simile con questo campanello. Era possibile che l'aria fosse umida e la batteria fosse scarica, rendendo i pulsanti a sfioramento particolarmente sensibili. Hanno rimosso la batteria e il problema non si è più verificato. Il servizio è impeccabile. Tutti nel resort sono gentili e disponibili. Tanti piccoli dettagli straordinari che sono unici per l'hotel come la ”sorpresa del giorno” e gli snack durante il giorno. Il resort è grande e dispone di una spiaggia privata dove è possibile praticare moto d'acqua e molti altri sport acquatici. C'è anche un beach club e molte altre strutture di intrattenimento. Tornerò sicuramente!

Questo è il nostro primo viaggio all'estero dopo che mia moglie è andata in pensione e l'epidemia di tre anni si è conclusa. Il Silavadee Resort è la nostra ultima tappa e quella che non vediamo l'ora di fare, quindi voglio ancora dare una valutazione di questa tappa te stesso. Nel complesso sono soddisfatto, ma non perfetto. Innanzitutto il servizio di accoglienza dell'hotel è stato molto buono ed entusiasta. Possiamo comunicare tramite l'APP dell'hotel. Non ero soddisfatto della camera n. 28 che ci era stata assegnata all'inizio, perché era vicina al ristorante , aveva scarsa privacy e le basse piante verdi davanti alla piscina bloccavano la vista. Grazie al coordinamento di Ctrip, siamo stati trasferiti al n. 32. C'è un albero nel cortile e un grande albero vicino alla piscina. Sebbene sia diversa dalle foto promozionali, posso accettarlo. Pensavo di poter vedere l'alba e il tramonto, ma in realtà potevo vederli entrambi, forse a causa di questa imperfezione, ho ritenuto accidentalmente che fosse il vantaggio più grande di questa stanza è che altre stanze simili non ce l'hanno. Poiché un grande albero può ombreggiare il sole, possiamo goderci la piscina per almeno 2 ore ogni giorno. La felicità è una benedizione sotto mentite spoglie. Il ristorante STAR dell'hotel ha un ambiente fantastico, lì puoi vedere la bellissima alba, specialmente di notte, puoi guardare il tramonto sulle montagne e la luna che sorge sul mare ricevere il suo eccellente servizio. Motivo della detrazione dei punti per i servizi: c'è un problema con il rubinetto dell'acqua calda del lavandino sul lato sinistro del bagno, ma non dovrebbe essere così. Motivi per detrarre punti per il servizio: La colazione è davvero squisita, ma il servizio è un po' scadente Possiamo accogliere gli ospiti europei e americani con un sorriso, perché no? Anche il servizio all'uscita dall'hotel era rigido ed era un hotel completamente diverso da quando sono arrivato. Wow. Ok, where to start? I read a LOT of TripAdvisor reviews when planning a trip, and understand that reviews are often a result of the expectations one sets for themselves when anticipating a trip/vacation. That said, while most of the reviews of this property are 5-Star, after researching the property, my own expectations were simply premium accommodations, a quiet retreat-like atmosphere, and a good restaurant. What my wife and I experienced was a full-on 5 (6 if the scale were higher) star resort in every sense. If you are looking for a peaceful, discrete and rejuvenating retreat complete with outstanding and prompt personalized service all in a lush natural tropical setting with supreme ocean views, then look no further, Banyan Tree Samui is it. I could write at length about our experience here, but I know you have a lot of reviews to read if you're like me. So here are most of the Highlights: 1. Fabulous accommodations - super comfortable bed/linens; separate bedroom/living/bath areas all with floor to ceiling windows offering spectacular sea views (IF you get the best villas). Walk-in shower w/large rectangular rain showerhead was brilliant. Pool was sparkling clean and allowed for ultimate cooling/relaxation in the warm temps all while taking in the incredible views. Additional outdoor seating area(s) for enjoying the outside. 2. Staff - Wonderful; THE epitome of hospitable. Super friendly, and always eager to immediately assist with even the smallest of requests. Dada (villa host), Golf, Lek (massage therapist), Jane, all serving staff and buggy drivers, even landscapers we passed throughout the grounds - ALL incredibly pleasant and eager to please. 3. Dining - Breakfast spread (hate to call it a buffet because that makes it sound tacky) was incredible. Multiple hot and cold options, western and Asian dishes, full baked goods/pastries selection, fresh fruits, cold cuts, fresh juices, multiple coffee options. Dinner at Saffron was outstanding. A few reviews have mentioned Saffron as being just average, but the food (including portion size), flavors, and as aforementioned, the servers were all terrific. Yes, it's more expensive than getting dinner at a local Thai joint in town (an obvious point made in another review), but you're at a 5-star resort with top-notch service and very special ambiance being pampered as a resort guest. But to give you an idea of ”expensive” (a very relative term): two appetizers, two soups, two entrees, and two desserts, plus non-alcoholic beverages - $105.00 US dollars. Any fine dining, high-end restaurant in a big city in the USA will cost you triple that. 4. The Spa should not be missed. Incredible massage treatments/experiences provided by very experienced and professional therapists all done in traditional Thai fashion. Wonderful. 5. Incidentals: The resort is mostly non-walkable meaning that you are either in your villa (but that's why you come here; your villa is an oasis) or at one of the
