Hotels con vasche da bagno a Koh Samui

La camera era molto confortevole e grande, ma la nostra tipologia di camera non aveva vista sul mare. Il servizio e le strutture in generale erano molto buoni, ma sono rimasto un po' sorpreso dal fatto che la pulizia cambiasse solo le lenzuola, la spazzatura sul tavolo era non rimosso e le bucce dell'anguria erano ancora lì 😂 Le cose nel lavandino non sono disposte in modo ordinato Dopo tutto, sono rimasto al Four Seasons. Mettono un panno sotto e ti aiutano a metterli uno per uno l'hotel è preoccupato per i reclami dei clienti e per il disordine delle cose dei clienti, ma potrebbe davvero essere migliorato, perché la ragazza straniera seduta nel secchio con me ha preso l'iniziativa di chiedermi come era stata riordinata la stanza. Ha detto che la loro stanza non era stata riordinata Tutto. L'ambiente è molto confortevole e la piscina è bellissima.

My daughter wanted to go somewhere really special to celebrate her 30th birthday and was interested in going to Thailand. Then she saw some photos of this hotel and it’s amazing views. After reading the reviews the decision was made. We were so excited and so hoped it would live up to everything we dreamed of. We had chosen a private pool villa and it was THE most amazing room with a private pool and outside jacuzzi in a beautiful garden. We felt like we were living in a dream. The big round inside jacuzzi bath in our bathroom was huge. On her birthday I had decorated our room and the staff matched the colours with petals on the bed and two cakes. One was made from towels the other was a delicious white chocolate one! The room was behind the main beach pool so we would get a buggy up to the lounge but we always chose to walk down the big hanging bridges back to the room. The views were stunning and the bridges and stairs looked so pretty lit up at night. We both visited the spa for treatments on her birthday which were very nice. We wanted to go to an ethical elephant sanctuary whilst in Thailand and the concierge booked us to go to Samui Elephant Kingdom. This was just a short drive from the hotel and was one of the high lights of our trip. It was a wonderful experience and we would definitely recommend it. The club lounge was where we had our daily afternoon tea and evening drinks and canapés. The club staff were great they got to know us and knew my daughter liked the duck spring rolls. To her surprise they brought out two on a plate with candles in on her birthday whilst singing “happy birthday“. It’s the little things that make it perfect. I would like to thank you all for everything. I can only remember a few names, Lisa, Knowfang, Meen, Markey but you were all great. A special thank you goes to Dow. You were amazing, kind, professional, friendly and very helpful especially when the air con needed attention. I can’t thank you enough. I had wished we got to see you before we left to say it personally but it was your day off. All the staff from management to ground staff were professional, friendly, polite and always had a smile on their faces. The service was excellent. The hotel app was great. If you wanted anything you just sent a message and the response was immediate. We wanted different pillows they were there in 5 minutes. We asked for sun loungers for our garden again there in a few minutes. We had a problem with the air con and immediately the engineers came. I have never stayed anywhere with such great service. This hotel not only lived up to expectations it surpassed them. It really was like living in a dream. Thank you to all the staff for making this the perfect holiday. We will most definitely be back.

We stayed here for a week March 24 , weather was amazing !!!! Hotel was very clean , rooms are huge and beds made up everyday and rooms cleaned daily if wanted Good location as it’s not to far from main nightlife of Chaweng Nice pool area and right on the beach , beach was very dirty but if you walk down the beach about 10 minutes it gets better Would defo stay here again if we come back to Ko Samui

C'è un servizio cinese al di fuori del desk.Il servizio della signorina PeiPei è molto buono.Parla molto bene cinese. Vorremmo tornare a questo hotel se abbiamo la possibilità di vivere una bella vacanza.

Six Senses Samui is everything I could have hoped for and more. We were lucky enough to stay in a Hideaway Pool Villa - an absolutely gorgeous huge room with an amazing bathroom and an outdoor shower. The villa has its own private pool with sun-loungers and outdoor lounge seating and is absolutely spectacular. I had the opportunity to see a couple of the other pool villas and the ocean view suites really are exceptional with either sunrise or sunset views. The infinity pool is stunning and has far reaching ocean views. Drink and food service by the pool is fantastic with a lovely menu. Drift is Six Senses Samui’s beach club. With a pool, bar and the most comfortable loungers and seating imaginable. There was never an issue finding a lounger either at the pool or down on the beach. Drift Bar has a livelier atmosphere than the serene infinity pool and is a great place for lunch or afternoon cocktails at Happy Hour. Dining on the Hill is wonderful for breakfast - a fantastic selection on both the buffet and a La carte menu. Dinner was fantastic - a great selection of both Thai and Western food and I’d highly recommend booking Half Board. The resort is so beautiful at night as well with all the lights twinkling. We didn’t have the opportunity to eat at Dining on the Rocks but heard that it was a very special experience. The staff at Six Senses are all lovely. Each Villa is assigned a GEM (Guest Experience Maker) and we were lucky enough to have the wonderful Beth. Beth made us feel so welcome and was so helpful and friendly - he really is a credit to Six Senses and made our stay even more wonderful. Although you can walk around the resort and take in the views, when the heat becomes too much for the hills and steps, buggy’s are readily available to transport you around. Despite the size of the resort it somehow still retains an intimate feel. Despite feeling totally secluded in Paradise, Six Senses is only a 15 minute taxi journey from Samui Airport as well as The Fisherman’s Village which is well worth a visit - we loved the Fire Show at Coco Tams as recommended by Beth our GEM. Sustainability is clearly very important to Six Senses and it’s great not to see plastic anywhere at the resort. Six Senses Samui is the perfect destination for couples and families - there are plenty of activities available for children and adults alike if you can tear yourself away from the stunning views!

This was our place to go whenever we visited Koh Samui. This is a small, quiet beach front boutique hotel. The staff have always been very friendly and will try their best to accommodate you. This visit we felt very unwelcome. Considering this was our 5th visit, and we were excited to be back in Koh Samui, I was expecting to have been welcome back in a nicer way. No, that did not happen. We found our bathroom was dirty, especially around the toilet, and immediately I contacted Reception, who sent someone to clean it and then asked if we wanted to change rooms. I asked why the toilet had not been cleaned in the first place, and they could not answer. I was so disappointed. I then started to notice other things that I was not happy about. We asked for the manager, who we know well and has always been very hands-on and always came to welcome us back when we returned for a visit, and they said they would send a message. The manager sent us a bottle of wine and an apology note. Well, that was very presumptuous of the manager because I don't drink!!! We returned the bottle!!! I eventually met the new manager, he's new from England. I did let him know how I felt and told him it was not very nice to step into an unclean bathroom. Excuse was they just done maintenance, I told him that's not my concern it should have been cleaned, and he accepted this should have been done. The hotel is looking very old and does not have the wow look anymore, and considering we've visited many times the hotel did have refurbishments in the room, the rest of the hotel definitely needs refurbishment. You would have thought this would have been taken care of during the lockdown. The sky roof in the breakfast area needs cleaning. The swim up bar the tile fell off and one of the guest had to show the staff member what had happened because it was sitting in the bottom of the pool which the guest went and pull up and gave to the staff member. So, to be honest it's a lovely hotel but the manager is an office person and does not really engage well with guests, which is a shame because for a small hotel he definitely needs to be ensuring his guest know who he is and to also welcome them back or thank them for visiting. He did, however, come and wave us goodbye, I suppose he's hoping we will be back. We are not sure we will visit again. We went and checked out another hotel and found other hotels charging the same and are much nicer. Changes bring better, but it did not happen on this occasion, unfortunately.

Inoltre, fornirà anche un codice QR che tutti i servizi in camera possono essere completati dal tuo cellulare, ordina bevande e cibo direttamente sull'app e ti verrà consegnato in camera in breve tempo È una bellissima esperienza. Ma l'unica cosa che mi ha infastidito è stato lo strano evento accaduto alle 7:30 del secondo giorno di check-in: il campanello ha suonato da solo. All'inizio pensavo che il dipendente avesse premuto il pulsante sbagliato e avesse chiesto all'hotel una spiegazione ragionevole. Tuttavia, l'hotel ha controllato il sistema di sorveglianza e ha scoperto che, sebbene un dipendente fosse passato davanti alla mia porta un minuto prima che suonasse il campanello, non aveva suonato. Il campanello stava suonando forte! Mi ha fatto davvero venire i brividi. Successivamente, hanno spiegato che si era verificata una situazione simile con questo campanello. Era possibile che l'aria fosse umida e la batteria fosse scarica, rendendo i pulsanti a sfioramento particolarmente sensibili. Hanno rimosso la batteria e il problema non si è più verificato. Ma ho ancora delle paure persistenti. A parte questo, il soggiorno è stato abbastanza piacevole.

Questa volta l'esperienza di vacanza nel palazzo del mare è davvero inaspettabile.Il design unico del palazzo è unico, integra gli elementi moderni e naturali, l'ambiente è tranquillo e bello.La piscina senza frontiere è molto lusinghiero, l'entusiasmo professionale della squadra di servizio, soprattutto il servizio di curatore, e può fornire servizi cinesi. Il cibo dolce è anche un grande punto luminoso. La cena e il colazione sono molto profughi e di sapore diverso.Questo viaggio non solo ci ha rilassato fisicamente, ma ha lasciato una profonda impressione, e speriamo di avere l'opportunità di venire di nuovo in futuro.

Il servizio è impeccabile. Tutti nel resort sono gentili e disponibili. Tanti piccoli dettagli straordinari che sono unici per l'hotel come la ”sorpresa del giorno” e gli snack durante il giorno. Il resort è grande e dispone di una spiaggia privata dove è possibile praticare moto d'acqua e molti altri sport acquatici. C'è anche un beach club e molte altre strutture di intrattenimento. Tornerò sicuramente!

Questo è il nostro primo viaggio all'estero dopo che mia moglie è andata in pensione e l'epidemia di tre anni si è conclusa. Il Silavadee Resort è la nostra ultima tappa e quella che non vediamo l'ora di fare, quindi voglio ancora dare una valutazione di questa tappa te stesso. Nel complesso sono soddisfatto, ma non perfetto. Innanzitutto il servizio di accoglienza dell'hotel è stato molto buono ed entusiasta. Possiamo comunicare tramite l'APP dell'hotel. Non ero soddisfatto della camera n. 28 che ci era stata assegnata all'inizio, perché era vicina al ristorante , aveva scarsa privacy e le basse piante verdi davanti alla piscina bloccavano la vista. Grazie al coordinamento di Ctrip, siamo stati trasferiti al n. 32. C'è un albero nel cortile e un grande albero vicino alla piscina. Sebbene sia diversa dalle foto promozionali, posso accettarlo. Pensavo di poter vedere l'alba e il tramonto, ma in realtà potevo vederli entrambi, forse a causa di questa imperfezione, ho ritenuto accidentalmente che fosse il vantaggio più grande di questa stanza è che altre stanze simili non ce l'hanno. Poiché un grande albero può ombreggiare il sole, possiamo goderci la piscina per almeno 2 ore ogni giorno. La felicità è una benedizione sotto mentite spoglie. Il ristorante STAR dell'hotel ha un ambiente fantastico, lì puoi vedere la bellissima alba, specialmente di notte, puoi guardare il tramonto sulle montagne e la luna che sorge sul mare ricevere il suo eccellente servizio. Motivo della detrazione dei punti per i servizi: c'è un problema con il rubinetto dell'acqua calda del lavandino sul lato sinistro del bagno, ma non dovrebbe essere così. Motivi per detrarre punti per il servizio: La colazione è davvero squisita, ma il servizio è un po' scadente Possiamo accogliere gli ospiti europei e americani con un sorriso, perché no? Anche il servizio all'uscita dall'hotel era rigido ed era un hotel completamente diverso da quando sono arrivato. Oh, quasi dimenticavo, i biscotti al cocco negli snack gratuiti forniti dall'hotel sono davvero deliziosi. Si dice che li facciano loro stessi. Devo ringraziare il pasticcere dell'hotel.
