"This was the best hotel I've stayed at in China. It's even better than hotels that were 4 times the price. The attention to detail in the rooms was excellent. My favorite amenities were the pillow/mattress menu, free soap scrubber in the shower, open concept bathroom. I was also please that the hotel provided a small air conditioner (since it's late October, the hotel's system was set to heat instead is cool) and I was able to sleep in 20 degree comfort. Also, the hotel had free wine tasting! Also, the restaurant was delicious (expensive, but worth it!)."

"Molto molto soddisfatto di questo hotel! Si può dire che il rapporto qualità-prezzo è molto alto! Le ragioni sono molteplici. La prima cosa è che la stanza è molto grande, recentemente arredata e dall'aspetto molto lussuoso. Il secondo letto era molto comodo e anche la trapunta era molto comoda, il che ha reso il sonno molto rilassante. La colazione nel terzo hotel era deliziosa e molto ricca! Il personale del quarto hotel ha offerto un buon servizio, è stato cordiale e cortese. Per i motivi sopra esposti, inizialmente ho prenotato per un giorno e poi ho prolungato il soggiorno per un altro giorno. 😁Sarebbe meglio se l'hotel cambiasse il gel da bagno con uno che non sia scivoloso!"

"抓住暑假的尾巴，終於去了心心念唸的崇禮翠雲山。很早之前就去過崇禮，那時候冬天去滑雪，太子，萬龍，開車過去不堵車還得4個小時，現在京張高鐵太方便了，高鐵到酒店的接駁服務也是無縫銜接，按照高鐵時刻表排的車次，特別方便。特別感謝朵拉提前一天就電話聯繫，按照需求安排好房間，很貼心的安排我們連通房，長者和孩子都很開心，對我們的問題隨時都給予耐心的幫助，讓我們此行非常圓滿。皇冠假日和智選假日在一個樓裡邊，但是區域劃分的特別好，互不幹擾。房間空間大，陽台寬敞，白天和晚上都挺安靜的，很適合度假。早餐種類豐富，味道不錯，現烤的麪包都很好吃。十層的健身房和空中泡池，雖然面積不大，但是玩起來也夠用了，就是現在泡池的温度有點低，再熱點就更好了。酒店門口的小動物園，每天早晨都去投喂，三衹小豬，三衹大鵝，太有意思了。小鎮的配套足以滿足三天兩晚，孩子們每天三趟滑圈，一趟滑車，玩不夠。晚餐我們都在虎娃吃的，砂鍋好吃，烤串爆贊，物美價廉。唯一一點遺憾就是翠雲山森林公園趕上下雨了，坐足了大腳車，沒能徒步到山頂，衹能下次再去了。總之很滿意的旅程！！"

"We chose this hotel since we wanted to go on staycation and this isn't too far from Thaiwoo Ski Resort. We arrived at about 7pm in the hotel and the parking lot was full but some cars were parking beside the hotel's entrance so we just followed them and parked too. We thought it was alright since nobody told us not to. But the next day early in the morning they called us to move our car because it doesn't look good for their hotel and since we aren't morning people we were kinda pissed. They could have told us last night. Although; this thing happened to us, we still think the hotel is nice for staying. Great rooms."

"We just loved our 3-night stay at the Thaiwoo Hotel! First off, it was so clean, which is really important when traveling with family – you want everything to feel spotless and comfortable, and that’s exactly what we had here. The location was fantastic, especially for skiing families like ours. It’s just steps from the ski resort entrance, so no stressing about long walks or shuttles. Honestly, it couldn’t be more convenient!
There were plenty of food places around for easy dinners after a long day on the slopes, and the hotel’s breakfast was Chinese-style and absolutely satisfying. It gave us all the energy we needed for the day ahead – just perfect for both kids and adults!
The service was another highlight. Everyone was so kind and accommodating, and traveling moms know how much little things like that matter. Plus, the hotel even offers a convenient transfer to the train stations, which made our trip so much easier. No headaches or complicated logistics – just smooth sailing!
We had such a wonderful time and will absolutely be coming back. If you’re planning a family ski trip, I can’t recommend the Thaiwoo Hotel enough. It checked all the boxes for us, and we can’t wait to return!"

設施：崇禮萬怡設備設施都非常新，床非常舒服，在攜程特價活動買的山景1.2米雙床房，因為2大2小，前台特別好給免費升級了1.35的雙床，還是最高樓層，挨着電梯，出入非常方便，簡直太幸福了！
環境：崇禮夏天避暑聖地，環境自然不用多説。暑假的小尾巴再來快樂一把，心情就跟天空和白雲一樣，太舒服、太享受了～

酒店環境超讚。套房帶獨立小院，雅緻清幽，長者能曬暖品茶，小孩可肆意玩耍，家人照看方便，家庭入住體驗極佳。周邊葡萄酒莊風景絕美，規劃的路線適合長者小孩，漫步其中，葡萄藤與青山相映，心曠神怡。
酒店服務沒得挑。入住前，主動詢問需求，提醒行車注意事項，備好小童用品；入住後全程陪同介紹酒店，細緻講解設施與適宜長者小孩的區域。體驗的平安牌手工製作活動，一家人互動歡樂，很有紀念意義。
酒店餐飲讓人滿意。含早晚餐的套房很省心，根據長者飲食禁忌和小孩口味偏好推薦預訂菜品，兼顧營養與口感。晚餐美味，顏值口感俱佳，搭配的自釀紅白葡萄酒清甜，長者也能小酌。
這裏太適合帶長者小孩入住，下次一定再來！

Straordinario
FFooStayed 3 days 2 nights and our room was ready upon arrival the morning. We had a up graded room which the balcony faces the ski mountain! Excellent service by Jason Wen from the start of our stay to the end. He make sure that our family were well taken care of during the 3 days. One of the best service here and I will never hesitate to recommend this hotel to my friends. On our last day, Jason drove us to the railway station as we had 4 luggages & 2 kids in toll. Everything here in this hotel was great. Once again, I would like to thank Jason Wen for going extra miles for us.

SSoloTravelAnnaI stayed at a nice local hotel conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Fulong Snow Park. While my room was slightly dirty, it wasn't enough for me to raise a complaint; it felt as though the cleaner might have been in a hurry.
I attempted to order room service, but unfortunately, no one answered the phone. Breakfast offered a mix of Chinese and Western dishes, but I found it lacking compared to other hotel breakfasts I've experienced.
One downside was that there was no way to book tickets for the snow park directly through the hotel. Perhaps there was a method, but it wasn't available in English.
At Fulong Snow Park, I encountered difficulties as the English-speaking window had no staff who could assist in English. It was quite challenging to navigate everything. Fortunately, I managed to find an English-speaking ski instructor named Alex, who I highly recommend. Although this is unrelated to the hotel, I felt it was worth mentioning!

UUtente ospite2025年新開的五星級酒店🕍，房間乾淨整潔，設備嶄新。房間配備空氣凈化器，幾乎聞不到新裝修的味道。全屋智能設備，雙床房帶沙發床，還有免費迷你吧，夜床服務還送進口餅乾🍪和晚安牛奶🥛。
酒店提供高鐵接駁車服務，一出來就能看到小姐姐舉着賓麗雅的牌子，笑容滿面，給人的感覺特別親切！到酒店之後，小姐姐直接給升級了房間（之後才知道這個小姐姐的名字程曉，小姑娘讓我喊她小程就行），進酒店之後，孟梓洺小哥哥主動幫忙拿行李，還送我們到房間，這個服務真的是沒話説。酒店的早餐也很豐富，特別推薦酒店的火鍋，真的很不錯！！！很滿意的一次出行，很值得體驗一次！

酒店位於懷來，依山伴水，空氣清新，城堡式建築風格拍照📷很出片，距離周邊景點也很多：玉渡山、長城、野鴨湖、龍慶峽……
酒店的親子設施非常豐富，小型的室內小童遊樂場，如海洋球、滑梯、蹦床等……
還有室外小童樂園，小火車60元兩大一小，卡丁車50元5分鐘遊樂項目眾多……
室內還有一個較大的水上樂園，大小不同的滑梯🛝，下午4點還有泡泡活動，還有兩個相對大一點的滑梯，有身高限制要求1米5以後
水樂園的門口還有租電動水槍的是1塊5一分鐘[呲牙]
我們是第二次入住了，前台小姐姐很熱情，這次給我們升級了房間[強]，會員還給了兩張飲料卷，棒棒噠[禮花]
酒店早餐種類也很豐富，有粥、麪、餛飩、煎餅（好吃）、肉夾饃、鴨血粉絲湯（好吃，料很足）、涼菜、水果、麪包等等，能滿足多種人的口味需求……

CChristianHotel has a great location specially for the Spartan Event.
Hotel Staff speaks bearly english but is very helpful and can translate via phone.
Rooms are new and clean. Had some long black hairs in my bed though, but I think that was a single event.
Breakfast is good and has everything, also for western people.
No electric charger for cars in the underground parking though. But there are chargers nearby which can be used.
