"This was the best hotel I've stayed at in China. It's even better than hotels that were 4 times the price. The attention to detail in the rooms was excellent. My favorite amenities were the pillow/mattress menu, free soap scrubber in the shower, open concept bathroom. I was also please that the hotel provided a small air conditioner (since it's late October, the hotel's system was set to heat instead is cool) and I was able to sleep in 20 degree comfort. Also, the hotel had free wine tasting! Also, the restaurant was delicious (expensive, but worth it!)."

"Kind of disappointed for the mountain view is really mountain view of non-ski slope even though the photos shown so beautiful ski slope mountain view. Has cooking facilities but do not have utensils and stuffs. Location right beside ski rental centre. Bus alight along the door step but it is the last pick up when go to the railway so if crowded may not able to get up and will miss train unless u take taxi. Room set up is satisfied as per photos though."

"We chose this hotel since we wanted to go on staycation and this isn't too far from Thaiwoo Ski Resort. We arrived at about 7pm in the hotel and the parking lot was full but some cars were parking beside the hotel's entrance so we just followed them and parked too. We thought it was alright since nobody told us not to. But the next day early in the morning they called us to move our car because it doesn't look good for their hotel and since we aren't morning people we were kinda pissed. They could have told us last night. Although; this thing happened to us, we still think the hotel is nice for staying. Great rooms."

No electric charger for cars in the underground parking though. But there are chargers nearby which can be used."

Staff are very helpful except the chef during breakfast. We ask politely for omelette for our kid, but chef was refuse & respond it with improper manner. However, the other chef during lunch on our first day was nice.
Overall Hyatt Chongli is a great place to stay for ski trip in Thaiwoo!"

UUtente ospite選擇在端午和六一兩個家庭帶娃入住，總體來説還可以。一個月前就定了房間，很火爆，當然價格也不低。閨蜜生日，需要提前幫忙佈置，簡單拉了一個生快的條旗。
設施：基本齊全，獨棟別墅樓上樓下跑的挺累的。有烤爐，需要買炭進行燒烤。所有東西沒有免費提供的，一定強調一點：別看有樹屋，但是孩子的床單被罩通通沒有！！！視為你孩子不會在上面住！！如果有需要，是要單獨下單的！！！！！聯繫了攜程客服，最後順利解決。
三層樓，每層都有獨立的衞浴設施，阿道夫的洗護用品。水池和水龍頭設計不合理，洗個臉水嘩嘩往外流。而且還沒有孩子的枕頭。
衞生：還湊合，畢竟是民宿。
環境：因為在山裡，蚊蟲比較多，隔音效果較差，下雨和鄰居的麻將、歌聲都能聽到。
服務：這個有必要説説，在定好房間後，工作人員主動加了綠泡泡，有任何問題都可以詢問。住了兩天，覺得很麻煩的就是好像整體都非常半自動，有任何問題都需要通過微信來和工作人員聯繫，他們再安排服務人員上門。最後離開的時候需要幫忙拿行李到停車場，不夠準時，我們就自己走了。
有小動物；可以放煙花（需自行購買）；有商業街，到咖啡廳沒有美式咖啡；自營點單可以送到屋裡；有餐廳，但自助早餐很單一。。旁邊還有施工的地方，總的來説，不夠完善，比較簡易。

C'è anche un po'di carenza: questo hotel a prezzo, due stronzate di quote d'acqua al giorno, sarà più difficile da migliorare, e questo mi sembra di dover migliorare.Inoltre, due stronzate al lato della piscina sono ancora appoggiate, che possono essere collegate a meno persone che hanno perso la vita.Inoltre, è relativamente e non c'è speranza di vendere.

酒店的親子設施非常豐富，小型的室內小童遊樂場，如海洋球、滑梯、蹦床等……
還有室外小童樂園，小火車60元兩大一小，卡丁車50元5分鐘遊樂項目眾多……
室內還有一個較大的水上樂園，大小不同的滑梯🛝，下午4點還有泡泡活動，還有兩個相對大一點的滑梯，有身高限制要求1米5以後
水樂園的門口還有租電動水槍的是1塊5一分鐘[呲牙]
我們是第二次入住了，前台小姐姐很熱情，這次給我們升級了房間[強]，會員還給了兩張飲料卷，棒棒噠[禮花]

UUtente ospite來蔚縣玩在歸途中恰好路過，進來後才知道剛剛營業，確實是剛營業的狀態，所有的房間設施都特別新，一次性的用品也特別好，符合酒店得定位，房價也適中，帶着孩子休整一晚，乾淨還能在水樂園一起玩一玩水，晚上泡泡温泉直接可回去房間，相當完美，搓澡也有 吃飯也不需要發愁，全部都解決了，休整好明天繼續出發，特別推薦，而且辦理入住前台的工作人員都特別熱情並且熱心，孩子受傷前台及時拿出了備用葯品幫忙消毒提供創可貼，明天還繼續關心孩子受傷情況，特別推薦
