Hotel a 2 stelle in Baden-Württemberg, Germania

We enjoyed the comfort and quietness of this hotel. It is an economical hotel close to Ulm's train station as well. The location is ok and it is about a 10 minute walk from the train station and Ulm Munster. There isn't much nearby but most spots to see in Ulm are about 10 to 20 minutes away and there are plenty of good restaurants throughout Ulm that aren't too far away from the hotel. This is a true economy hotel and it has standard offerings similar to other B&B hotels. They have a small table, a couple of stools, a small TV and some space to hang up clothes and put your things. The bed is comfy, the wifi is good, the room was clean, and the room was very quiet at night. The temperature was easy to control for our room with the AC unit that blew plenty of heat in December and quickly warmed up the room. We also learned during this stay that you could borrow a kettle at the front desk but you need to pay for the tea bags. The bathroom was good and the shower offers good pressure and the temperature is easy to control. You may want to consider bringing your own products because they have an all in one body cleanser here. One thing we thought could improve the hotel is a better means to access the hotel if you arrive early because they don't always leave the door open/unlocked as we found out when we arrived to drop off our bags around 11 am. Not all staff here speak English either but they were good when we checked in. They do have a self check in kiosk outside the lobby but it didn't seem to be working when we visited and we would be slightly concerned if we came very late to check in because it seems their front desk is not always manned. They use a code to access the hotel after hours but you need to check in first and that same code is used to unlock your room's door. The hotel has street parking nearby as well as a parking garage underneath. The hotel offers a discounted breakfast if you use their application and there may be a membership to get a free breakfast during your stay. They have drinks, snacks and pizza available at the front desk too.

La pulizia è una delle priorità più importanti in questo caso! La posizione non poteva essere migliore: la vecchia città e il castello sono proprio fuori dalla porta, e si può anche vedere il castello di Heidelberg guardando in alto. There’s also a bus stop downstairs with a direct connection to the main train station. Mi piace davvero questo posto. È la mia prima scelta in Germania, e sinceramente, ritornerò a Heidelberg per restare qui.  Il proprietario e il personale sono incredibilmente gentili e benvenuti, e tutto è pulito senza spot. I clienti sono amici, rispettosi e tranquilli, che rende facile incontrare persone mentre si sentono ancora rilassati. Ogni letto ha un proprio socket di potenza, un bagno e una doccia, una lenzuola fresca, un asciugacapelli, una cucina spaziosa e una camera comune accogliente. Mi piacevano soprattutto la parete foto, il libro degli ospiti e la mappa del mondo con pin. Caffè gratuito e latte, asciugacapelli disponibili. Il riscaldamento è grande, la vista fuori dalla finestra è bella, e c'è anche un piccolo giardino balcone. In inverno freddo tedesco, questo posto mi ha davvero riscaldato il cuore. È sinceramente il mio ostello preferito. Spero davvero di tornare!

La posizione era buona e la camera era pulita e spaziosa. Era un hotel con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. La cucina era troppo sporca e il frigorifero era difficile da usare. Questo è più un problema degli ospiti che un problema dell'hotel.

Leider war der Empfang an der Rezeption nicht zufriedenstellend. Ich hatte den Eindruck, dass man wenig Interesse zeigte und ich mich als Gast nicht willkommen fühlte. Freundlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit und ein professioneller Umgang gehören für mich zu einem guten Service und haben bei meinem Besuch gefehlt. Ich hoffe, dass das Team diesen Punkt als konstruktive Kritik versteht und den Empfangsbereich künftig serviceorientierter gestaltet, denn der erste Eindruck ist entscheidend.

La stazione Stogad è in costruzione, e'difficile da capire.Dopo aver lasciato la macchina, si prega di andare a destra sulla ferrovia.Se si va a sinistra, si cammina verso l'uscita davanti.La stanza è abbastanza per vivere da sola.Mi sento solo preoccupato per non avere frigorifero. La connessione della TV è palese, posso ridere.Penso sia una buona cosa per coloro che vogliono vivere a buon mercato vicino alla stazione.A volte ho dimenticato di raccogliere le voci.La zona intorno alla notte è molto oscura, quindi fai attenzione.

Der Aufenthalt begann leider bereits mit einer irritierenden Begrüßung an der Rezeption. Sinngemäß wurde geäußert, dass ein Urlaub in Freiburg zu dieser Jahreszeit nicht lohnenswert und eine schlechte Idee sei. Diese Aussage empfand ich als wenig einladend und habe daher im weiteren Verlauf davon abgesehen, die Rezeption erneut aufzusuchen. Die Schlafräume sind sehr klein und selbst für Hostel-Verhältnisse nur unzureichend ausgestattet. Besonders problematisch war die Sauberkeit: Auf nahezu allen Oberflächen lag deutlich sichtbarer Staub, sodass man kaum etwas ablegen wollte. Die Bettwäsche wies zudem Flecken auf, die den Eindruck mangelnder Hygiene verstärkten. Auch das Leitungswasser hatte in den ersten Sekunden einen stark unangenehmen Geruch, was ebenfalls irritierend war. Der Schlafkomfort ließ insgesamt stark zu wünschen übrig. Die Matratzen sind sehr dünn und liegen lediglich auf einfachen Holzplatten statt auf einem Lattenrost. Ein erholsamer Schlaf ist unter diesen Bedingungen kaum möglich; Rückenschmerzen sind nahezu vorprogrammiert. Die Preise für Getränke liegen deutlich über dem üblichen Niveau und sind etwa doppelt so hoch wie im Supermarkt. Dass ein Betrieb wirtschaftlich arbeiten muss, ist nachvollziehbar, die Höhe der Aufschläge erscheint jedoch nicht mehr angemessen. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die zentrale Lage sowie die optische Gestaltung der Anlage, die auf den ersten Blick ansprechend wirkt. Leider entsteht der Eindruck, dass der Fokus stark auf das äußere Erscheinungsbild gelegt wurde, während grundlegende Aspekte wie Sauberkeit und Schlafqualität vernachlässigt wurden. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis aus meiner Sicht nicht. Eine attraktive Optik kann die genannten strukturellen und hygienischen Mängel leider nicht ausgleichen.

Bello hotel con personale sorprendente! Tutto è nuovo e conveniente, offrendo grande valore per il prezzo. La posizione è perfetta per stare vicino all'aeroporto. Grazie mille a un ragazzo che ci ha controllati inè stato incredibilmente gentile e benvenuto!

A parte i letti, non c'è molto altro da offrire. Tutto il resto è a pagamento. Le camere non vengono pulite quotidianamente, gli asciugamani non vengono cambiati e non c'è tè o caffè in camera. Il parcheggio costa 8 euro in più. Sebbene le camere siano pulite, l'intero hotel ha un forte odore di prodotti per la pulizia, piuttosto sgradevole. Il personale è gentile, ma non aspettatevi un servizio alberghiero di alto livello. La posizione, tuttavia, è perfetta, proprio al confine tra Germania e Svizzera.

L'hotel è uno di quei tipi di autocontrollo, senza una ricezione. Non avevamo ricevuto il codice, quindi dovremmo chiamare il numero di servizio. La persona sul telefono era buona e ci ha dato il codice. Molto comodo letto e grande camera, eccellente per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato. In una zona tranquilla circondata da edifici di ufficio, e parcheggio commerciale. Molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, ma non troppo intorno. Cons: Poteva essere un po' più pulito, c'erano i capelli nel bagno, per esempio, e alcune cose non funzionavano: una lampada, un ferro di tovagliolo riscaldato, anche la porta del bagno mancava.

Excellent small hotel. Very clean and away from the main street so it’s very quiet at night. Beds are very comfortable. My only complaint is that they don’t have a check-out process, so the cleaning staff don’t know if you have left or you are still in your room. The cleaning staff opened the door to my room at 8:30am on the day of my departure. I had just come out of the shower and was not wearing any clothes.(Check-out time is 12:00) I suggest implementing some kind of check-out process, or instructing staff to wait until 12:00 for opening the doors in occupied rooms.
