Hotel 4 stelle a Pattaya

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, there are several issues with the management system that need improvement. First, regarding room cleaning procedures: at most hotels and accommodations, the front desk keeps a spare key or key card so housekeeping can access rooms for cleaning when guests are out. At this property, guests are required to hang their room key outside the door until housekeeping finishes cleaning, sometimes as late as 2:00 PM. This is a serious security concern because anyone could potentially access the room while the key is left unattended outside. Second, if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful stay with good soundproofing, this hotel may not be the best choice. Noise from outside the room is easily heard throughout the day and night. Last night, shortly after midnight, I was awakened by a very loud group of people. When I went outside to investigate, I saw a group of guests drinking in the restaurant area located directly next to my room. The noise was so loud that I could not sleep. I politely asked why the restaurant was still open, as I had been informed during check-in that it closed at 10:00 PM. The guests told me that a staff member had opened the restaurant for them. I then politely asked them to lower their voices because my room was right next to the restaurant. I do not blame the guests at all. The responsibility lies with the hotel staff, who allowed the restaurant to be used after midnight despite the clearly stated closing time of 10:00 PM. Areas for improvement: 1. Guest safety and security — Guests should not be required to leave their room keys hanging outside their doors for housekeeping. 2. Enforcement of hotel policies — If the restaurant closes at 10:00 PM, that rule should be consistently followed. Future guests staying in rooms near the restaurant should not have to endure loud noise until 1:00 or 2:00 AM as I did. Overall, the hotel has potential, but better management and stricter adherence to its own policies would greatly improve the guest experience.

L'hotel è grande, vasto, ombreggiato, le camere sono molto pulite. Il personale sorride, benvenuti clienti, buon servizio, la camera in cui viviamo, il condizionatore d'aria è rumoroso. Informi il personale, si prega di ripararlo immediatamente. La piscina è grande, i bambini la amano molto.

2 km a nord della via principale, la località vanta bar e ristoranti gestiti da clienti locali. Più tranquillo della via principale ma cibo eccellente. Camera tranquilla, pulita e splendente. Aree comuni ben presentate. La buona colazione a buffet copre i gusti occidentali e tailandesi. Facile da trovare con un buon parcheggio riparato, per lo più turisti stranieri, quindi molti spazi vuoti. Abbiamo preso un taxi per il Central Festival e da lì abbiamo esplorato Beach Road. Visiteremo di nuovo ed esploreremo più zone a piedi. Mi è piaciuta molto la birra tedesca e le micro birrerie facilmente raggiungibili dall'hotel.

La posizione è tranquilla, vicino alla strada principale. La spiaggia è a circa 20-25 minuti a piedi. Accanto si trovano un supermercato e un KFC. Quindi la posizione è accettabile, anche se i 20 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia possono essere fastidiosi quando fa molto caldo. La camera sembra piccola, ma accettabile se si soggiorna per meno di 5 giorni. Il letto ha prese di corrente vicino a un lato, ma non dall'altro. I servizi sono un po' strani considerando la classificazione a stelle di questo hotel. Non ci sono pantofole in camera, si potrebbe pensare che non sia un grosso problema, ma quando le scarpe sono ricoperte di sabbia a causa della spiaggia, avere un cambio di scarpe è utile. Sono stati forniti solo 2 cuscini e 2 asciugamani per due persone, ho dovuto chiederne altri (di solito sono previsti 4 in totale). La ​​pressione della doccia è buona, ma la temperatura dell'acqua sarà buona per qualche minuto e poi bollente: anche chiudendo la doccia o impostando il termostato su ”super freddo”, non fa differenza. I servizi giornalieri includono bagnoschiuma, shampoo e balsamo, ma solo 2 di questi, non tutti e 3. Quindi è fastidioso avere 2 balsami e nessun bagnoschiuma. Ora, tutti i problemi di cui sopra sono di piccola entità e facilmente risolvibili su richiesta... ma credo che l'idea di un buon hotel sia quella di non dover mai chiedere: tutto dovrebbe essere fornito e standard. La colazione è discreta, anche se il primo giorno ci è stato detto di ordinare dal menu anziché dal buffet... non ci è piaciuto. La sala colazione è tranquilla, ma la quantità, la varietà e la qualità del cibo potrebbero essere migliorate. Anche se mi è piaciuto mangiare il French Toast. La camera ha un frigorifero con un piccolo congelatore, un bollitore e l'hotel offre acqua potabile gratuita ogni giorno. Una nota più positiva è che il personale è disponibile e cordiale. L'aria condizionata in camera è buona (questo è fondamentale in Thailandia). Penso che se volete soggiornare a Pattaya, potete trovare di peggio che scegliere il Levana, ma potete anche trovare di meglio. Sarebbe meglio scegliere un hotel più vicino alla spiaggia, ma se si rimane in città solo per pochi giorni non è poi così male. A proposito, c'è una lavanderia a gettoni aperta 24 ore su 24 lungo la strada per la spiaggia, quindi è molto utile.

Good large comfortable room and amenities. Large balcony to sit out but later in the day hot with sun. Other side of the complex is probably better for shade and sunset views. Had a problem with the air con controller but the staff responded and fixed it in 10 mins . Friendly staff but the restaurant would not let me take a knife or plate to my room to cut up fruit. Did not try thier food so cannot comment. Pool attendant was a lot friendlier can buy food and drinks and use a plate and knife from there. Pool temperature was too cold, a lot of people were reluctant to go in. Overhaul is good value and good location to the beach, bars and restaurants.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel circa 7–8 anni fa e ho avuto una grande esperienza. In quel momento, sono rimasto nell'edificio originale (vecchio), e la camera era spaziale, comoda e molto piacevole. Tuttavia, durante la mia recente visita, mi sono disapprovato, e la mia prenotazione mi ha messo nella residenza J, che è separata dal principale edificio. Questo significava che dovevo andare indietro e andare all'edificio principale per colazione e usare la piscina, che era molto scomoda. Il problema più grande era che l'acqua stava scorrendo dall'unità di condizionamento dell'aria nella mia stanza, che era molto frustrante e inaspettato. Nonostante questi problemi, voglio sottolineare che il personale era molto amichevole e utile, e il cibo era ancora molto buono, proprio come ricordo. perfect location for travelers, close to soi6 ,close to hollywood, tons of food / night market places near by. tons of massage places near by. good services , easy to locating by grab. the only thing that I might consern is since it's close to hollywood therefore, you can hear the subwoofer from outside.

The room was spacious and exceptionally clean. I slept so well that I even ended up buying two of the hotel’s latex pillows before leaving—haha! The master bedroom offers an incredible ocean view, including the iconic Pattaya City logo. The floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows stretch all the way to the ceiling, providing an almost 200-degree sea view. Waking up, grabbing a Starbucks coffee ☕️, and enjoying Pattaya’s breathtaking blue ocean right from bed is truly a healing experience. The king-size bed (about 2 meters) adds to the comfort. The bathtub on the living room balcony is huge—big enough for both kids and adults, and even fits three people comfortably. The second bedroom also has an ocean view, making it a great choice for families or groups. The WiFi speed is an impressive 1000 Mbps, perfect for both remote work and vacation. The room is equipped with a large Marshall speaker, delivering powerful sound quality. There are two bathrooms—one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. Dyson hairdryers are provided, adding a luxury touch. Housekeeping service checks in daily to arrange a suitable cleaning time. As part of Thailand’s eco-friendly hotel policy, sheets are not changed daily unless requested—only towels and amenities are refreshed. The customer service team is fully Chinese-speaking, incredibly responsive, and helped us book tickets and activities, making our trip hassle-free. It felt like having a personal concierge organizing everything for us, even customizing our itinerary to fit our schedule—super thoughtful! Downstairs is one of Pattaya’s best steakhouses, a must-try! We went on a Saturday night, and it was almost fully booked—definitely a popular spot. The restaurant was filled with expats, and we even met the American owner, who went around checking if everyone was enjoying their meal—haha! Honestly, the steak was fantastic, and they even served complimentary nachos as an appetizer. No surprise that this steakhouse is ranked #1 in downtown Pattaya on Google. This was the best part of our Thailand trip! If you book this hotel, I highly recommend adding their Chinese-speaking customer service on WhatsApp in advance—they can arrange airport transfers and offer great recommendations for food and activities in both Bangkok and Pattaya. The staff were extremely patient and helpful, answering all our questions—even though we had a lot! Check-in was smooth, and we were welcomed by a friendly, chubby Thai butler. Honestly, this is probably the best-located hotel in Pattaya city center. Highly recommended! 👍

Considering the price and delivery ratio the hotel is ok. Not advisable for Indians with families. There is no mirror in the room, the light in the washroom is very dim... No toiletries kit.. That is ok, most hotel with low room rates do not give. The location is at the far end of the beach, but situated very near to the beach, just across the road. The front office is very helpful. Understandably it's a big hotel in transitional phase due to change of management..... The things may improve over a period of time.
