Hotel 4 stelle a Pattaya

I stayed at the TJ Hotel and the experience was truly excellent in every way. The location is one of its strong points: easily accessible from the city's main attractions, it allows for easy travel. The room deserves a special mention: a huge, extremely comfortable double bed ensures perfect rest after a busy day. The bathroom is modern and well-designed, featuring a bathtub and shower, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and very clean, with an above-average level of comfort. You can clearly sense the attentive and professional management, and the staff is always available. I would also like to highlight the friendliness of the staff. The team members at both check-in and check-out were very warm and welcoming. The pool staff and housekeeping team were always smiling, greeting guests in a genuinely friendly manner throughout the stay. Although the hotel is not directly on the beachfront, it is only a short walk to Jomtien Beach. There are plenty of food options along the beach, and it is also conveniently located near several well-known restaurants. One unforgettable highlight was the birthday room decoration arranged for my husband. The hotel did a wonderful job decorating the room in a cute, beautiful, and romantic style, especially with the candles placed on the bed. What exceeded our expectations even more was the cake prepared on the table and a plate of fruit arranged in the refrigerator. It was a truly thoughtful and memorable touch. The common areas, including the pool and relaxation area, are also pleasant and well-maintained. Overall, this hotel offers an excellent balance of quality, location, and price. A reliable and highly recommended choice for a stay in Jomtien, Pattaya. I would definitely love to come back again.

Personale delle pulizie estremamente ostile che si è introdotto con la forza nella mia stanza, ha insistito per portarmi via la spazzatura e poi si è sdraiato in uno strano piccolo ufficio proprio di fronte alla mia stanza per circa 4 ore a controllare il telefono. Ho avuto la sensazione di essere spiato per tutto il tempo e, per qualche motivo, le persone che lavorano in questo hotel sono DAVVERO arrabbiate. Questo è uno di quei locali con ”piante monstera”, dove mettono la pianta monstera per farti capire che fanno parte di questo gruppo specifico (setta) e se scegli comunque di soggiornare lì, in pratica te l'hanno già ”detto”, quindi ora si sentono giustificati ad attaccarti. Beh, LK sta fallendo visto il modo in cui trattano i loro clienti. Sembra più una facciata criminale che un hotel. Anche se l'arredamento è elegante e curato, non ci tornerei nemmeno se mi pagassero. A chiunque nella direzione di LK che legga questo, per favore licenziate tutto il personale delle pulizie. I thailandesi sono così gentili e non c'è motivo di tollerare questo tipo di trattamento in questo hotel palesemente di proprietà criminale. A proposito, se leggendo questo articolo vi sentite scettici o pensate che stia esagerando, provate a scoprire chi possiede LK Hotels e chi ne fa parte. La mancanza di trasparenza dice tutto.

L'hotel è grande, vasto, ombreggiato, le camere sono molto pulite. Il personale sorride, benvenuti clienti, buon servizio, la camera in cui viviamo, il condizionatore d'aria è rumoroso. Informi il personale, si prega di ripararlo immediatamente. La piscina è grande, i bambini la amano molto.

Good large comfortable room and amenities. Large balcony to sit out but later in the day hot with sun. Other side of the complex is probably better for shade and sunset views. Had a problem with the air con controller but the staff responded and fixed it in 10 mins . Friendly staff but the restaurant would not let me take a knife or plate to my room to cut up fruit. Did not try thier food so cannot comment. Pool attendant was a lot friendlier can buy food and drinks and use a plate and knife from there. Pool temperature was too cold, a lot of people were reluctant to go in. Overhaul is good value and good location to the beach, bars and restaurants.

This hotel is in a great location. 7-11, several massage places and food are all walking distance. The nightlife is rocking here. The beds are very comfortable and the pool is OK. Breakfast is awesome. The rooms are very big and spacious with a kitchen. Microwave, full refridgerator and sink. Good outlet placements. You cant go wrong here.

Al mio arrivo, la camera non era molto pulita. C'erano mosche ovunque e un vecchio cetriolo sotto il letto. Se avete una bottiglia d'acqua, sapone o tè dell'hotel, non ve ne daranno di nuove quando puliscono. I letti sono molto comodi. La posizione è vicina al molo, ma l'unico bar si trova sulla Walking Street. Non c'è il servizio di lavanderia, nonostante sia elencato tra i servizi. La colazione è la stessa ogni giorno, ma c'è abbondanza di cibo.

perfect location for travelers, close to soi6 ,close to hollywood, tons of food / night market places near by. tons of massage places near by. good services , easy to locating by grab. the only thing that I might consern is since it's close to hollywood therefore, you can hear the subwoofer from outside.

L'hotel si trova vicino alla città. Ci vogliono circa 20 minuti a piedi per raggiungere il centro commerciale, il Terminal 21, e circa 10 minuti per il supermercato Lotus. Dipende molto dalla velocità con cui si cammina. È difficile prendere l'auto a noleggio per strada. Ma ci sono taxi e moto fuori dall'hotel. Solo la direttrice dell'hotel sa comunicare in inglese ed è gentile e disponibile. Tuttavia, non tutto il suo personale e il personale addetto alle pulizie rispettano i suoi ordini per le nostre richieste. Durante il mio soggiorno, ho potuto constatare l'abuso di moltissime sostanze chimiche diverse, tra cui disinfettanti aggressivi, deodoranti per ambienti e pesticidi, sia di giorno che di notte. I miei effetti personali e i miei vestiti sono tutti contaminati da queste sostanze. Onestamente, non mi piace respirare tutte queste sostanze tossiche quando sono in camera e quando dormo. Sono molto sensibile e allergico ai prodotti che usano. In particolare, dovrebbero capire che possono verificarsi reazioni chimiche e tossiche se mescolati insieme. Mi irritava molto e mi faceva tossire continuamente. Dopo averli informati, ne hanno spruzzato ancora di più dentro e fuori dalle mie stanze. I piatti del ristorante non sono gustosi e il personale non è molto cordiale. Il ristorante è grande, ma in pessime condizioni. La zuppa di noodles è servita solo la domenica. Quando ho chiesto qualcosa che non era sul tavolo, mi hanno risposto che non capivano. Non è un hotel di lusso ed è vecchio. Non mi piace vedere la muffa nelle docce. Nella mia camera, il lavandino era difettoso, la ventola era rotta, l'aria condizionata non era fredda ed era molto sporca. L'armadio emanava un cattivo odore, misto a disinfettanti e pesticidi. I prezzi delle camere sono troppo alti. L'unica cosa che mi piace è che hanno un microonde in camera. Non ho provato le loro piscine perché c'era troppo rumore a causa della gente e dei bambini in giro. Non mi sono goduto il mio soggiorno.

The master bedroom offers an incredible ocean view, including the iconic Pattaya City logo. The floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows stretch all the way to the ceiling, providing an almost 200-degree sea view. Waking up, grabbing a Starbucks coffee ☕️, and enjoying Pattaya’s breathtaking blue ocean right from bed is truly a healing experience. The king-size bed (about 2 meters) adds to the comfort. The bathtub on the living room balcony is huge—big enough for both kids and adults, and even fits three people comfortably. The second bedroom also has an ocean view, making it a great choice for families or groups. The WiFi speed is an impressive 1000 Mbps, perfect for both remote work and vacation. The room is equipped with a large Marshall speaker, delivering powerful sound quality. There are two bathrooms—one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. Dyson hairdryers are provided, adding a luxury touch. Housekeeping service checks in daily to arrange a suitable cleaning time. As part of Thailand’s eco-friendly hotel policy, sheets are not changed daily unless requested—only towels and amenities are refreshed. The customer service team is fully Chinese-speaking, incredibly responsive, and helped us book tickets and activities, making our trip hassle-free. It felt like having a personal concierge organizing everything for us, even customizing our itinerary to fit our schedule—super thoughtful! Downstairs is one of Pattaya’s best steakhouses, a must-try! We went on a Saturday night, and it was almost fully booked—definitely a popular spot. The restaurant was filled with expats, and we even met the American owner, who went around checking if everyone was enjoying their meal—haha! Honestly, the steak was fantastic, and they even served complimentary nachos as an appetizer. No surprise that this steakhouse is ranked #1 in downtown Pattaya on Google. This was the best part of our Thailand trip! If you book this hotel, I highly recommend adding their Chinese-speaking customer service on WhatsApp in advance—they can arrange airport transfers and offer great recommendations for food and activities in both Bangkok and Pattaya. The staff were extremely patient and helpful, answering all our questions—even though we had a lot! Check-in was smooth, and we were welcomed by a friendly, chubby Thai butler. Honestly, this is probably the best-located hotel in Pattaya city center. Highly recommended! 👍

Inizialmente mi hanno assegnato una camera pessima con un odore sgradevole. In seguito, sono andato alla reception e ho segnalato il problema, e mi hanno dato un'altra camera molto migliore. La signora delle pulizie ha pulito la camera il giorno dopo e mi ha suggerito di cambiare alcune cose, cosa che ha fatto egregiamente. Grazie per il servizio. Onestamente, il prezzo di questo hotel è ottimo considerando il servizio offerto. Consiglio a chiunque non fosse soddisfatto del servizio di cercare un altro hotel, anche a costo di spendere di più. Questo hotel offre un eccellente rapporto qualità-prezzo. Grazie di tutto. Questo è tutto.
