"很多年前就來過飛鳥酒店，當時印象就很好，這次房間寬敞明亮，有自己的停車區域，餐廳也能滿足基本需求，這次來竟新添加了健身器材，最開心的是有小燒烤了而且店主家小朋友熱心而勤奮，話述還非常專業，特別可愛～因為崇禮生態環境非常好，偶遇“瘦腿先生”幫忙消滅蚊蠅，見着發財～哈哈哈～"

Quando sono arrivato non sono riuscito a trovare la strada, la signora alla reception mi ha aiutato a indicarmi la strada, ho portato molte cose e ho chiesto a qualcuno di aiutarmi a spostarle. Il bambino ha bagnato il letto di notte, il personale di servizio è venuto a cambiarci le lenzuola senza dire una parola e ha preparato con cura giocattoli per bambini per farci addormentare, così premuroso! La stanza è ampia e spaziosa e puoi vedere le montagne a colpo d'occhio, il che può farti rilassare. Temo di non poter stare qui quando esco per giocare, ma è davvero pulito e igienico. "抓住暑假的尾巴，終於去了心心念唸的崇禮翠雲山。很早之前就去過崇禮，那時候冬天去滑雪，太子，萬龍，開車過去不堵車還得4個小時，現在京張高鐵太方便了，高鐵到酒店的接駁服務也是無縫銜接，按照高鐵時刻表排的車次，特別方便。特別感謝朵拉提前一天就電話聯繫，按照需求安排好房間，很貼心的安排我們連通房，長者和孩子都很開心，對我們的問題隨時都給予耐心的幫助，讓我們此行非常圓滿。皇冠假日和智選假日在一個樓裡邊，但是區域劃分的特別好，互不幹擾。房間空間大，陽台寬敞，白天和晚上都挺安靜的，很適合度假。早餐種類豐富，味道不錯，現烤的麪包都很好吃。十層的健身房和空中泡池，雖然面積不大，但是玩起來也夠用了，就是現在泡池的温度有點低，再熱點就更好了。酒店門口的小動物園，每天早晨都去投喂，三衹小豬，三衹大鵝，太有意思了。小鎮的配套足以滿足三天兩晚，孩子們每天三趟滑圈，一趟滑車，玩不夠。晚餐我們都在虎娃吃的，砂鍋好吃，烤串爆贊，物美價廉。唯一一點遺憾就是翠雲山森林公園趕上下雨了，坐足了大腳車，沒能徒步到山頂，衹能下次再去了。總之很滿意的旅程！！"

"Stayed 3 days 2 nights and our room was ready upon arrival the morning. We had a up graded room which the balcony faces the ski mountain! Excellent service by Jason Wen from the start of our stay to the end. He make sure that our family were well taken care of during the 3 days. One of the best service here and I will never hesitate to recommend this hotel to my friends. On our last day, Jason drove us to the railway station as we had 4 luggages & 2 kids in toll. Everything here in this hotel was great. Once again, I would like to thank Jason Wen for going extra miles for us."

Ci sono stati ricevuti alla porta d'ingresso e al momento di arrivare alla ricezione, le procedure di controllo sono state completate e dopo aver visto i nostri ID ci sono stati consegnati con le chiavi della stanza. La camera astetica era troppo buona e tutti gli oggetti erano decenti posizionati che hanno aggiunto all'eleganza generale. In generale, la posizione, l'ambiente, l'ospitalità, i servizi ~ tutto era fuori classe. L'unica cosa che può essere migliorata è aggiungere più varietà al colazione per i viaggiatori internazionali."

"We just loved our 3-night stay at the Thaiwoo Hotel! First off, it was so clean, which is really important when traveling with family – you want everything to feel spotless and comfortable, and that’s exactly what we had here. The location was fantastic, especially for skiing families like ours. It’s just steps from the ski resort entrance, so no stressing about long walks or shuttles. Honestly, it couldn’t be more convenient! There were plenty of food places around for easy dinners after a long day on the slopes, and the hotel’s breakfast was Chinese-style and absolutely satisfying. It gave us all the energy we needed for the day ahead – just perfect for both kids and adults! The service was another highlight. Everyone was so kind and accommodating, and traveling moms know how much little things like that matter. Plus, the hotel even offers a convenient transfer to the train stations, which made our trip so much easier. No headaches or complicated logistics – just smooth sailing! We had such a wonderful time and will absolutely be coming back. If you’re planning a family ski trip, I can’t recommend the Thaiwoo Hotel enough. It checked all the boxes for us, and we can’t wait to return!"
