Hotel 5 stelle a Haikou

The breakfast variety is very comprehensive and tasty, definitely matching a 5-star hotel standard! There is a great mix of international, Chinese, and local Hainan cuisine. We loved the small bowls of Hainan noodles, which they rotate daily; I enjoyed a different type of noodle on both days. Since I did not have a Chinese phone number, I faced some problems paying a special promotional breakfast price for one of my children. Ms Lisa Wang kindly helped me resolve it. She was there on both days and remembered my payment issue from the previous day! This hotel is perfectly suited for families with young children. Our kids loved the amenities so much and there was plenty to do, meaning they were never bored. We went to the outdoor water playground every day. On Level 2, there is an indoor playground for kids, a mini obstacle course, and four VR arcade machines—the kids had so much fun! Ms Jiang Yulu and Ms Alice Tang were on duty there, and they were incredibly patient with the children. They even kindly allowed my kids to play multiple VR game rounds because my little boy was crying after playing one fewer round than his sister. At the basement level, the kids could visit the gym, the indoor swimming pool, a mini indoor water playground, and play table tennis or Chinese chess. On our last day, knowing that we were checking out, Ms Lisa immediately arranged pick up for our luggage from the room so that we could head straight to the airport right after breakfast. It was a wonderful stay at an excellent hotel with super friendly frontline staff—from the cleaning ladies to the housekeeping team. All of them greeted us with a smile. The housekeeping lady on the 15th floor (during my two night stay) constantly checked in with us whenever she saw us in the corridor to ask when it would be convenient to make up our room. We had to keep changing the time with her because the kids were having so much fun with the hotel's family-friendly facilities! Every night, we came back to an immaculately cleaned room, along with a complimentary night-time dessert for two people.

La posizione era una sorta di deserto, non molto, ma c'è un McDonalds e un caffè a circa 5 minuti. Harry Sun, che gestì la nostra prenotazione, era molto accogliente, amichevole e paziente. La piscina era bella, anche una sauna, e una sala infrarossi, la palestra aveva un sacco di attrezzature e era molto pulita.

Questa volta la camera era pulita e non puzzava. Adoriamo questo hotel. Forse è il momento di migliorare il servizio di consegna del cibo, dato che a volte è un peso arrivare al gate per ritirarlo. Forse un robot, come in molti altri hotel, sarebbe una buona aggiunta. Un'altra cosa un po' scomoda sono i bagni e le docce gelide della piscina esterna. Oggi mi sono sentito male dopo aver lasciato l'hotel perché camminavo nel bagno gelido per usarlo mentre nuotavo all'aperto. È davvero scomodo e per niente salutare. Una temperatura adeguata sarebbe molto meglio. Rende l'uso dei bagni in quella zona doloroso. A parte questo, adoriamo sempre tutto in questo hotel. Torneremo.

Questo è stato di gran lunga il miglior soggiorno che abbia mai avuto a Haikou. Prima di tutto, il personale era assolutamente sorprendente; il giorno prima ho detto che chiedevo se c’era un negozio di torte vicino, perché era il compleanno di mia moglie. Quando siamo arrivati all'hotel, non solo ci hanno fornito una torta gratuita, ma hanno anche aggiornato la nostra stanza in una stanza di vista sul mare di alto livello. La piscina era a pochi passi dall'hotel, ma molto bello, e le calde fonti e il bagno di pesce erano davvero rilassanti. Abbiamo anche provato il buffet per solo 198 RMB per persona, ed è stato molto utile. Il cibo era eccellente la sashimi era fresca, la birra e il vino erano inclusi, e la varietà era ampia. Ci è stato accuratamente goduto. In generale, questa è stata un'esperienza sorprendente, e consiglierei questo hotel a chiunque visiti Haikou.

About 20mins by taxi to the airport. Nearby there is a mall to shop and quite a handful of restaurants.

Non so da dove cominciare, un posto surreale. Enorme. C'è di tutto. Zona piscina interna grandissima e bellissima. Zona piscina fuori non usufruita perché era inverno. C'è anche una zona centro commerciale negozi, per lo più negozi per il golf, ma non sembra davvero di essere in un hotel. Camere bellissime Colazione strepitosa La zona termale è molto diversa da quelle che abbiamo in Italia, molto grande anche se un po' ripetitiva. L'unica parte con gli idromassaggi è la parte a America. Il resto sono per lo più vasche di acqua a dicesse temperature. Area termale enorme. C'è anche una parte al coperto. Mettere in conto di camminare molto. Nel complesso è stata una bellissima esperienza, certamente un'esperienza unica

L'hotel ha le caratteristiche molto specifiche, la confezione è molto completa, se vuoi stare tranquillo, vivere qui è molto bene, l'obiettivo è il servizio molto buono, fare molto attentamente, la reception Xiao Xiao Mei, Xiao Su e Xiao Xiao Xiao, e Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao X L'emozione è molto utile. Questa atteggiamento è anche molto buono. Gli ospiti prestano attenzione ai sentimenti. Inoltre, la stanza è molto pulita, la casa è tranquilla, l'hotel è vicino al mare, ma i due giorni sono molto freddi e sono stati costruiti. Alla fine, ho preso un vestito. L'hotel mi ha aiutato a fare un buon lavoro. In genere, ho fatto una valutazione così dettagliata. Devo fare una valutazione questa volta. Grazie per il servizio dell'hotel

Siamo 3 generazioni che hanno soggiornato in una villa con 2 camere da letto e che ha riscontrato molti problemi durante il nostro soggiorno di 5 notti. Ci sono stati 2 giorni in cui abbiamo avuto problemi con l'acqua calda, 2 giorni diversi in cui abbiamo avuto problemi elettrici (le luci non si accendevano o spegnevano nella camera da letto principale), 1 giorno di problemi con il bagno e anche alcuni problemi con la pulizia della cucina. La nostra maggiordoma Michelle si è impegnata a fondo per aiutarci a risolvere i problemi il più velocemente possibile, ma è stato piuttosto frustrante e non era affatto ciò che ci aspettavamo da un Ritz Carlton. Mi è dispiaciuto per Michelle che ha dovuto occuparsi dei nostri problemi anche nei suoi giorni liberi e, quando non era presente, abbiamo dovuto parlare con 3 diversi manager (Peter, Arthur e Felix) in 3 giorni diversi... sembra proprio che non ci sia stata coerenza nel loro servizio, nonostante le buone intenzioni del personale. Purtroppo, non possiamo consigliare questo hotel in base al nostro soggiorno.

Eileen mi fece davvero eccezionale il soggiorno al Marriott. La sua calda ospitezza, professionalità e attenzione ai dettagli si sono rese fuori dal momento in cui sono arrivato. Era sempre utile, assicurando che tutto fosse perfetto e comodo. La sua atteggiamento e dedizione positiva hanno creato un’atmosfera benvenuta che ha reso la mia esperienza memorabile e piacevole.

The staff working here are absolutely excellent. From the ladies and gentlemen on the front desk, to the amazing chefs and restaurant staff, and the fantastic guest room upkeep and service crew, the duty managers and floor managers and the maintenance and garden and pool crew. We stayed for a few days during a national holiday, and were so impressed by the professional, friendly excellent staff who were all doing a truly great job. It made our stay, with a child, of the highest quality and satisfaction. Justin, the manager on duty when we arrived was very friendly and attentive and was a wonderful help to us. The pools and restaurants and cafes at the I hotel are fantastic. Beautiful, clean and well organized. The evening hour in the Executive Lounge was excellent also. Very satisfied and grateful to Justin and all the staff at this great hotel.
