Let's start with the positives. The rooms at the hotel were undeniably great. They were spacious, well-designed, and offered a comfortable ambiance. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room decor, making it a pleasant space to relax after a long day of exploring the area. The hotel's breakfast selection was another highlight of my stay. There was a good variety of options, and the quality of the food was quite impressive. Starting my day with a satisfying breakfast definitely set a positive tone for my daily adventures. Though the overall service at the hotel was just okay, there was one staff member who stood out and made a significant difference in my stay - Kitty. Kitty's exceptional assistance and attentiveness were truly commendable. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. However, there were some glaring issues that affected my experience. First and foremost, the Wi-Fi connection was terrible. As a traveler, having reliable internet access is essential for staying connected and planning daily activities. Unfortunately, the unreliable Wi-Fi at the hotel made this difficult, and it was quite frustrating. Additionally, the swimming pool was a letdown. Despite appearing beautiful in the pictures, it was actually dirty during my stay. I was looking forward to relaxing by the poolside, but the unclean water made it an unappealing option. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was a significant drawback. It was far from most of the popular attractions and amenities, making it inconvenient and time-consuming to travel to places of interest. I found myself spending more time commuting than enjoying the destination itself. On the culinary front, while there was a restaurant called ”China First,” the food was indeed excellent. However, I can't overlook the fact that it was expensive, and overall, the hotel felt overpriced for the amenities and services provided.

What an odd room, toilet has no door just a curtain to the wash basin, followed by transparent glass door to the toilet seat and then shower area. We booked this room with parents and siblings. How on earth can we use toilet peacefully without door 😂 room has lots of useless cabinets built to just cover up the old walls of the original building which seems really unnecessary. Sofa in the room looks really battered and heavily used. But the saving grace is that toilet seat comes with bidet Location is perfect as you are right beside the street where taxi can stop by and within the old street.

Hotel bellissimo, personale molto piacevole. I colazione sono molto cordiali e deliziosi. La stanza ha tutto quello che ti serve. Situato proprio nel centro storico di Haikou, ma a notte l'hotel è tranquillo e dorme bene. Ci sono buoni ristoranti vicino. Situato su una strada pedonale, il taxi si ferma al lato più vicino alla strada vicino alla Torre Haikou. - Cosa? Hotel bellissimo, personale molto piacevole. Colazione molto soddisfacente e deliziosa. Ci sono tutto quello che ti serve nella stanza. Situato nel centro storico di Haikou, ma all'hotel è tranquillo e perfettamente dormire alla notte. 民宿在村子的最邊上，因為是新修的，還沒有完善，周圍沒有吃的和超市。為了住海景房定的這家酒店，淡季400多，性價比不高，房間海景不錯，我們住在四樓，入住當天晚上，電梯就壞了，每次衹能走樓梯，一直到第二天早上離店電梯仍未修好，早上七點下樓大廳櫃枱都沒人，給老闆打了電話，八點多才來人送了湯粉做早餐，説是當地特色，房間衹包兩個人的早餐，如果多的人就要另外交20塊錢一個人，特別要提到的是，房間沒有凳子，吃東西的時候衹能站着吃，後來讓老闆拿了凳子進房間。酒店為了節省空間，洗手枱在床旁邊，看着還行，但是每次洗手的時候，水流聲很大，就在床邊上影響睡覺的人休息。如果衹是看海不在乎其他，可以住，還有很大的提升空間，還是希望酒店越來越完善。

Hotel overall vibe is very zen. The room is super spacious and clean with facial cleanser provided. Hotel was very nice to contact me personally to ask when was my bf birthday and they provided a whole mini cake. Breakfast is very simple, not the typical american style BUT the noodles with the minced meat is good. Also like the mini mangoes during breakfast.

春節來海南旅遊，看了很多家酒店，選了這家，超出預期，入門就感受到酒店大堂的環境，房間很乾凈，所有物品都是乾淨的，床也很大很軟乎， 位置：去海邊，附近商圈都蠻近的，附近有一個大商場，在酒店需要吃飯的話，樓下就有餐廳，和麻將室，可以和朋友一起打麻將，可惜行程比較趕，沒來得及去體驗棋牌室。餐廳的海南雞飯很好吃，推薦
