Well-kept and clean, convenient location. The staff are friendly and can remember me despite my last trip being more than 4 months ago.

Il mio soggiorno finale era al Mercure Haikou City Center. Ho prenotato una camera Deluxe, pulita e funzionale. Il personale era amichevole e ci ha aiutato ad esplorare l'hotel precedente. La posizione era eccellente, con facile accesso ai parchi e alle tende. La camera venne con un bidet, che era un bel toccamento, e il letto era comodo. Tuttavia, il condizionatore d’aria era debole e, poiché non potevamo aprire completamente la finestra, dovevamo dormire senza biancheria. In generale, per il prezzo e lo spazio, non posso lamentarmi. È un ottimo hotel per gli esploratori della città che hanno solo bisogno di un posto per fare il bagno e dormire. Ci sono molte opzioni per il cibo e gli acquisti a piedi, e si può facilmente affittare una bici per esplorare Evergreen Park, Century Park e anche Qilou Old Street.

Buona posizione, vicino a un grande centro commerciale, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria Chengxi. Let's start with the positives. The rooms at the hotel were undeniably great. They were spacious, well-designed, and offered a comfortable ambiance. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room decor, making it a pleasant space to relax after a long day of exploring the area. The hotel's breakfast selection was another highlight of my stay. There was a good variety of options, and the quality of the food was quite impressive. Starting my day with a satisfying breakfast definitely set a positive tone for my daily adventures. Though the overall service at the hotel was just okay, there was one staff member who stood out and made a significant difference in my stay - Kitty. Kitty's exceptional assistance and attentiveness were truly commendable. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. However, there were some glaring issues that affected my experience. First and foremost, the Wi-Fi connection was terrible. As a traveler, having reliable internet access is essential for staying connected and planning daily activities. Unfortunately, the unreliable Wi-Fi at the hotel made this difficult, and it was quite frustrating. Additionally, the swimming pool was a letdown. Despite appearing beautiful in the pictures, it was actually dirty during my stay. I was looking forward to relaxing by the poolside, but the unclean water made it an unappealing option. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was a significant drawback. It was far from most of the popular attractions and amenities, making it inconvenient and time-consuming to travel to places of interest. I found myself spending more time commuting than enjoying the destination itself. On the culinary front, while there was a restaurant called ”China First,” the food was indeed excellent. However, I can't overlook the fact that it was expensive, and overall, the hotel felt overpriced for the amenities and services provided.

This is indeed a great hotel to stay, as it is very family friendly, good locations, with lots of nice food around the areas.

One of my favorite places in Haikou. A stone’s throw from the beach and about two kilometers from the west coast boulevard, which has restaurants by the beach. It offers a cool swim in the swimming pool and a hot soak in the large hot tubs. The rooms are clean, the bed is soft, and the TV is enormous. Breakfast could be a tad better, but given the price, it’s pretty good. The only thing I missed was a cup of black coffee

環境衞生非常好。嗯，樓層也挺高的，往下看景色也很漂亮。確實是很高樓層電梯很快就到了，然後熱水洗澡特別沖，特別舒服。睡覺的床也特別舒服，而且他那兒也有一個挺舒服的睡袍。這兩天海口冷了，有這個睡袍還真挺方便的，要不然都不知道得多冷啊。周邊也挺方便的，離日月廣場也不遠，打車很方便，吃飯的也特別多。酒店早餐還是可以的，種類還是行的。服務挺不錯的，礦泉水也是無限暢飲，而且有迷你免費小吧。嗯，飲品也是免費提供的，總體來説確實不錯，可以值得推薦。服務意識也挺強的，下次還是會來這兒住。嗯，提個小建議，我希望電梯的指示牌兒要更清晰一些。能一眼看到，而且寫字樓的電梯跟電梯都要有明確的指示牌兒，哪是上到酒店電梯，哪是上到寫字樓電梯？以免客户走路走錯路也是挺難受的，整體來説不錯啊。乾淨舒服，掛耳咖啡都挺好的。酒店也比較新，也比較智能。

Hotel overall vibe is very zen. The room is super spacious and clean with facial cleanser provided. Hotel was very nice to contact me personally to ask when was my bf birthday and they provided a whole mini cake. Breakfast is very simple, not the typical american style BUT the noodles with the minced meat is good. Also like the mini mangoes during breakfast.
