Hotel 4 stelle a Haikou

A causa di un cambio di programma, sono arrivato ad Haikou prima del previsto e ho cercato un hotel all'ultimo minuto, attirato dal punteggio elevato di 4.9. Il risultato ha superato le mie aspettative! È stata la mia prima volta in un hotel in stile neo-cinese e, a essere onesti, delle quattro notti passate in hotel ad Hainan, questa è stata l'unica in cui ho dormito benissimo. Essendo arrivato piuttosto tardi, alle 23:00, non ho avuto tempo di scattare foto della stanza, mi sono lavato e sono andato subito a dormire. Ho dormito ininterrottamente dalle 00:30 alle 11:00 del mattino, senza essere mai disturbato, a differenza di altri hotel dove il rumore della gente che passa davanti alla porta mi svegliava. Forse l'insonorizzazione della stanza è ottima, o forse la mia stanza era più interna, ma non ho sentito alcun rumore e ho dormito molto bene per tutta la notte, fino al mattino. L'hotel offriva la colazione, ma l'ho persa perché ho dormito troppo. Ho scattato solo foto del ristorante e del corridoio prima di partire, il che dimostra che l'arredamento dell'hotel è davvero ottimo e anche la stanza era molto spaziosa. La prossima volta che verrò ad Haikou con i bambini, tornerò sicuramente in questo hotel e l'ho già consigliato ai miei amici. Le ragazze alla reception sono state estremamente gentili! L'esperienza è stata davvero super, lo consiglio vivamente!

We enjoyed our stay in the spacious family room, and the beds were very comfortable. Loved the warm homemade drinks at the counter and when we checked out on the morning of 1st February, there were two female staff at the counter (Jinyan and her colleague) who were really friendly, welcoming and helpful!

The rooms are new but The environment outside the rooms and lobby are not great. Problem is u must get past the old main building to get to the hotel lobby. So the entire ambience is ruined. The hotel lobby and amenities were good and new. But the lift interior from ground floor to the hotel lobby (level 8) were so old. Service stuff: v polite and tried their best to answer all questions. Front desk was prompt in attending to my requests. Unfortunately, it was a little harder to sleep through at times because the room was near the elevator (?). It sounded like pulley machines were operating around 5/6am. I really don’t know what it was. Overall, I would still give atour chain a chance since they seem to put in effort in terms of their amenities and keeping the room clean but I would lookout for one that is in a much better location and where the building is much newer. r

Novotel Hotel West Coast Haikou offers excellent service, with receptionists who are very supportive, professional, and welcoming. The staff are especially friendly and patient with kids and elderly guests, making everyone feel comfortable and well cared for. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well maintained, providing a pleasant stay. All hotel facilities are kept clean and organized, reflecting high standards of hygiene. The hotel is in a great location near shopping malls, with plenty of eateries and dining options.

漢堡小姐姐服務很好，服務熱情周到，提出的問題都能用心解決。環境整體温馨幽靜，房間衞生整潔，酒店裝修很好，設計感很強，四樓就是餐廳，五樓就是麻將包廂，七樓有洗衣房和健身房，大廳寬敞氣派，網絡速度飛快，停車場大到根本不用愁車位！庭院裏綠意盎然，一步一景。裝修風格充滿設計感，配色、燈光、傢俱搭配都看得出花了心思，細節之處非常精緻，整體氛圍既高級又舒適，

English: 5/5 — Highly Recommended! Don’t let the older exterior fool you — the inside of the hotel is surprisingly modern, comfortable, and well maintained. We booked the family-friendly kids’ room, which was absolutely adorable and came with an extra bed for our 6-year-old. The room was very spacious and even included a separate play/mahjong area, complete with a cute little tent that our child loved. The room itself was very clean, and the city view from the windows was beautiful, especially at night. We took a video tour of the room, so some of the screenshots may appear slightly blurry. The hotel also has a small kids’ playroom on the first floor, which is really cute and a great bonus for families. The staff were extremely friendly and responsive, especially the front desk team and Xiao Liang. They answered all my questions thoroughly and were very helpful. On our last night, I needed to use the laundry room but had trouble figuring out the machine settings. Even though it was late, a staff member came upstairs very quickly and patiently showed me how to use the washing machine — excellent service. The location is another big plus. People’s Park is right next to the hotel, and we enjoyed walking there every morning to see locals exercising and socializing. There are also many malls and shopping centers nearby, all within walking distance, making it easy and fun to explore and window shop. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Haikou. 中文: 五星好评，强烈推荐！ 千万不要被酒店外观略显陈旧的建筑迷惑，酒店内部其实非常新、舒适，而且维护得很好。 我们预订的是亲子家庭房，房间非常可爱，还为我们 6 岁的孩子准备了加床。房间空间很大，另外还有一个独立的娱乐/麻将区域，里面有一个小帐篷，孩子特别喜欢。 房间整体非常干净，从窗户可以看到城市景观，尤其是晚上，夜景非常漂亮。我们拍了房间的视频介绍，所以截图可能会稍微有点模糊。 酒店一楼还有一个小型儿童游乐区，布置得很可爱，对带孩子的家庭来说是一个很贴心的加分项。 酒店的工作人员都非常友好、响应迅速，尤其是前台的几位小姐姐和工作人员小梁。他们耐心、详细地解答了我所有的问题，服务非常周到。我们入住的最后一晚需要使用洗衣房，但我不太会操作洗衣机。虽然已经很晚了，工作人员还是很快上楼，亲自教我如何使用洗衣机，服务真的非常贴心。 地理位置也非常棒。酒店旁边就是人民公园，我们每天早上都会去公园散步，看当地人锻炼身体、休闲聊天，氛围非常有生活气息。周边还有很多商场和购物中心，步行就能到，非常适合逛街和随意探索。 下次再来海口，我们一定还会选择住在这里。

Ho soggiornato qui per una notte. È stato un soggiorno piacevole. L'hotel emanava un'atmosfera datata che ho apprezzato. Il personale era cortese. I servizi erano sufficienti. C'era anche una piccola struttura termale pubblica appena fuori dall'hotel e una vasca che puoi riempire con acqua termale nella tua camera d'albergo. Diverse varietà di cibo servite durante la colazione. La posizione è comoda per andare a Qilou Old Street. Abbiamo preso un taxi.

Il Jinjiang Metropolo Hotel (Qilou Old Street, negozio duty-free Sun Moon Plaza) è la scelta migliore per soggiornare a Haikou! L'esperienza è stata di prim'ordine! Il servizio è stato impeccabile. All'arrivo, Xiao Hui mi ha aiutato proattivamente con i bagagli, offrendomi un servizio attento e premuroso per tutta la durata. Anche il servizio di Xiao Li è stato superbo: entusiasta, paziente e pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Nonostante un piccolo problema al check-in, il direttore lo ha risolto rapidamente ed efficientemente, offrendomi persino della frutta fresca come piccolo gesto di cortesia! La posizione è comoda per lo shopping e i ristoranti, e le camere sono pulite e confortevoli. Altamente consigliato!

The bathroom is huge and the bed is comfortable, but the daily cleaning touch-up is a hit or miss on my 6-night stay. I noticed hairs weren’t picked up around the toilet area as well as the drainage of the shower area. I don’t wish to have to tell the cleaning staff what they already know they should do. It’s up to the house-keeping managers to make sure the cleaners are doing their jobs properly. Besides that, the hotel is situated across from one of their more famous shopping centers (you do have to walk 15 minutes on a rainy day due to a road barrier), and only an 8-10 minute ride to another one, which greatly helped in me getting lunches and dinners on the ready. Noteworthy to mention, they have food delivery robots serving you your orders right to your room, which greatly helps in receiving food at any hour. I want to say some of the cleaning ladies were nice but others were apprehensive towards me which was somewhat annoying as I’ve been nothing but kind to them. I even made sure the room was kept relatively clean so they don’t have to do too much on a daily basis. Oh but one nice thing they did, which warmed me was the addition of an air-purifier in my room for my entire stay, as the room smelled funky every now and then but the machine kept it minimal.

此次入住體驗非常愉快，地理位置很好，靠近秀英港，小區環境很好，綠植很多很好看，前台小姐姐辦理速度快，服務超好，升級海景晚上夜景超級美，性價比很高！
