Hotel 4 stelle a Fez

The experience we had at another Riad set very, very high expectations, so read this with that in mind :) I've worked and stayed in luxury hotels around the world, and if you're looking for a stunning hotel, with pleasant service this would be a top choice. However overall we were looking for more of an intimate experience. Staff were very nice; they were young, friendly, kind and caring. Travelling with my mother however, it felt very uncomfortable when I was asked 'how my wife was doing?!', this summed up the disconnection between the hotel and the experience. A beautiful hotel but short of a 4/5 star experience. It is one of the most stunning Riads you will stay at. The restaurant serves great food, and the views are amazing - if you can handle the three floors of steep steps. Overall, you won't be disappointed but it felt like when we stayed there was no manager for those extra touches you expect when paying this much.

Tucked away in the labyrinth alleys of the Medina, Riad Algila transports one into a world of tranquility & elegance. The riad's meticulously adorned courtyard with gentle tricking of water from the fountain, swaying green trees and intricate tile work serves as a peaceful sanctuary from the bustling city outside. Our 2 day stay was nothing short of enchanting. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, adorned with traditional Moroccan decor with modern amenities, provided a luxurious retreat after a day of exploration. The staff always attentive with insightful recommendations, made all the difference to our stay. Riad Algila truly embodies the essence of Moroccan hospitality offering a respite of calm and beauty amidst the vibrant tapestry of Fes.

This is a hidden gem of Fes 😍 we were very well treated and the room is cosy and beautiful. The shower head needs something to hold it in place so water does not splash all around but apart from that everything else was perfect. The night receptionist was amazing to make us some breakfast bags for our early trip the next day, and he helped with a taxi and all. My friend has done the hamman and loved it. Well recommended!

If I ever return to Fes, I will definitely stay here again. In contrast to its historic and traditional charm, the rooms were incredibly clean and beautiful. Waking up to nothing but the sound of birds chirping in the morning was a dream. Every detail of the interior was stunning, and the staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. The location is actually much easier to find compared to other accommodations in Fes. However, I did have a bit of trouble finding it at first and unfortunately got scammed by a fake guide—so please be careful! Also, keep in mind that the stairs are quite steep. Aside from those points, my stay was absolutely perfect.

Ho usato due notti durante il soggiorno in Afis.La posizione è a circa cinque minuti a piedi dalla porta Boujrude.Posso usare la mappa di Google per arrivare vicino, ma all'inizio mi sento molto triste, perché la posizione esatta non è corretta, e il simbolo del nome dell'hotel è diverso. Dopo aver fatto il turno, abbiamo ricevuto bevande e pasticci. Il personale è molto amichevole. In uno spazio tranquillo, sono stato curato. Posso dimenticare il divorzio di Fitz. La stanza mi sembra un po'piccola, ma è accettabile per un viaggio. Anche se mi sento molto vecchio, ma la salita e'molto bene, posso passare a mio agio.

Bravo! Jamal e la sua famiglia hanno trasformato la loro casa ancestrale in un luogo che possiamo chiamare a Fez (e anche altri visitatori). Da incontrarci sulla strada principale, scortarci attraverso le strade strette della medina, servirci con piacere ogni mattina colazione e una cena scontato alla nostra serata finale, Jamal e la famiglia erano molto accoglienti e amichevoli.

La posizione e il servizio in generale hanno lasciato un'impressione piacevole: l'atmosfera è tradizionale, il personale è gentile, la camera è pulita e confortevole. Tuttavia, ci sono momenti che dovrebbero essere chiariti per i futuri ospiti. Quando la prenotazione non è stato indicato che l'importo aggiuntivo dell'imposta locale appariva già quando è stato evitato, quando la prenotazione sul aggregatore non c'era alcuna parola. Inoltre, i servizi dell'organizzazione di trasferimento erano molto più costosi di quanto mi aspettassi. Sarebbe bello se informasse gli ospiti in anticipo di tutti i pagamenti possibili, evitando le sorprese sgradevoli e rendendo la pianificazione di bilancio più accurata. Nel resto tutto è buono grazie!

Riad incredibile! Un bellissimo, comodo luogo, anche se vuoi, non puoi perdere il modo di riad. La pulizia è stata fatta ogni giorno, ha dato un cosmetico di buona qualità per l'anima e il corpo. La stanza era aria condizionata, così fredde notti abbiamo trascorso nel calore. Ferre straordinariamente belle, pile; la vista al giardino interno è molto bella. La colazione è molto grande, soddisfacente e deliziosa. Il personale è molto amichevole, cura! Per tutti 1000% consiglio questo riad! Grazie mille, sicuramente torneremo di nuovo 🫶🏻

Sono rimasto a Riad Soultana e l'hotel è la sorella Riad Soultan. Ero molto comodo in entrambi. Sono tranquilli e molto puliti. Il personale è gentile, amichevole, accogliente e utile. Il colazione era bello, con più di tutto e non c'è bisogno di mangiare di nuovo fino alla sera. Entrambi gli hotel hanno bellissimi e interessanti interni. Riad Soultan ha una splendida terrazza di tetto dove ho avuto colazione. Probabilmente anche Riad Soultana ha uno, ma non sono andato li'.
