Only positive things to say is that room was spacious, and nice Hassan II avenue was close enough for evening walk. About breakfast and dinner nothing good to say. We were there with tour group, so there was no much choice when ramadan. Where these 4 stars come from??

A great place to visit with your family,the price is cheap, stuff are very kind and helpful and the hotel is very clean ... It is located in the middle town so every place you need to go is near. I enjoyed the breakfast at the restaurant, a great way to start your day :) I absolutely recommend it 👍🏻

This hotel is a wonderful place to go with family and friends..located in the downtown and not far from the old medina. A professional stuff that offered a charming welcome either at the reception or the restaurant.the food was amazing both Moroccan and the international..the rooms are clean and have a beautiful view on the Main Street of the city..

Everything is excellent in hotel (room, services, staff and meals..) I was very excited enjoyable and satisfying I'm very interested to visit Morocco next year and live the same experience another time in tghat hotel Thanks for everything

When we arrived, the booking was unavailable. They allowed us to stay in dated basic rooms. The WiFi was constantly down. The hot water was available only for a few hours a day. Breakfast was very basic. TV had no antenna so could not be used.
The staff were kind and helpful when needing assistance. Location is very good.

Terrible service! The piccolo broke the handle of my suitcase and lied that it was like that, despite that the handle was alright when he took away the suitcase in the hotel lobby. The people on reception don’t care at all. On top of that there was loud music coming from somewhere in or near the hotel until 1:00am. The room windows are not soundproof and you can hear the street noises.

A éviter, hôtel à rénover complètement .Pas de wifi car la facture n’a pas été réglée ! Nous avons changé 3 fois de chambre pour avoir une climatisation qui fonctionne. Beaucoup de négligences : ampoule à changer, abat jour cassé, piles manquantes dans la télécommande, frigos pleins d’eau, ménage mal fait. Le dîner était correct mais le petit déjeuner servi à table n’est pas frais . Cet hôtel mérite une étoile pas plus .

Hotel con muchas deficiencias, tales como, ducha que no funciona bien, apenas sale agua y cuando sale está tibia, la tarjeta para entrar a la habitación no funciona, y el trato del personal no fue nada profesional. No lo recomiendo para nada.
