Riads a Fez

E' stato un piacevole soggiorno con Riad Al Ansari. Abbiamo soggiornato nella stanza superiore e poteva uscire facilmente dalla terrazza del tetto. Si tiene conto di un po 'di scali, ma ci siamo davvero goduto. Il letto è bello, la doccia è super, e l'aria condizionata la camera ben riscaldata (in inverno) e poi c'era un po' di catrame nel bagno. Quindi non abbiamo avuto freddo. La colazione era molto grande e bella, ma ogni giorno c'era qualcosa di diverso che potevamo provare. La comunicazione con Hicham (il direttore) era eccellente, e ci hanno preoccupati. La prima sera avevamo prenotato anche un pranzo due volte e era bello. La posizione è anche super. Sei in 5 minuti nella Medina e si può anche essere venduti vicino con un taxi. La riad si sente molto tranquillo dopo la pressione della medina. Non dubitare, solo prenotare! Ps tiene conto del cannone ramadán. Ci ha spaventato tanto se non sai cosa è, e si sta per finire alle 3:30 e alle 5:15, ma questo ti farà sentire in tutta Fez.

The experience we had at another Riad set very, very high expectations, so read this with that in mind :) I've worked and stayed in luxury hotels around the world, and if you're looking for a stunning hotel, with pleasant service this would be a top choice. However overall we were looking for more of an intimate experience. Staff were very nice; they were young, friendly, kind and caring. Travelling with my mother however, it felt very uncomfortable when I was asked 'how my wife was doing?!', this summed up the disconnection between the hotel and the experience. A beautiful hotel but short of a 4/5 star experience. It is one of the most stunning Riads you will stay at. The restaurant serves great food, and the views are amazing - if you can handle the three floors of steep steps. Overall, you won't be disappointed but it felt like when we stayed there was no manager for those extra touches you expect when paying this much.

Excellent experience! This place is beautiful, well located, and each room is unique. The staff and owner were incredibly helpful to my friend and I dealing with some bank troubles, they helped organize rides and tours, and both dinners we ate there were amazing. Strongly recommended.

Tucked away in the labyrinth alleys of the Medina, Riad Algila transports one into a world of tranquility & elegance. The riad's meticulously adorned courtyard with gentle tricking of water from the fountain, swaying green trees and intricate tile work serves as a peaceful sanctuary from the bustling city outside. Our 2 day stay was nothing short of enchanting. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, adorned with traditional Moroccan decor with modern amenities, provided a luxurious retreat after a day of exploration. The staff always attentive with insightful recommendations, made all the difference to our stay. Riad Algila truly embodies the essence of Moroccan hospitality offering a respite of calm and beauty amidst the vibrant tapestry of Fes.

If I ever return to Fes, I will definitely stay here again. In contrast to its historic and traditional charm, the rooms were incredibly clean and beautiful. Waking up to nothing but the sound of birds chirping in the morning was a dream. Every detail of the interior was stunning, and the staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. The location is actually much easier to find compared to other accommodations in Fes. However, I did have a bit of trouble finding it at first and unfortunately got scammed by a fake guide—so please be careful! Also, keep in mind that the stairs are quite steep. Aside from those points, my stay was absolutely perfect.

Классный риад! Дизайн внутри произведение искусства! Все прилично, чисто, гостиная вызывает восторг, номера тоже оформлены круто, санузел в порядке, никаких приколов и не приятных моментов не было. Менеджер отеля приветлив, поможет вам с вопросами и хорошо говорит по-английски (лучше пишите в вотсап). Хотите пожить в необычном, атмосферном и очень красивом месте, заселяйтесь без раздумий. Советую. Находится посреди медины, и придется немного поплутать в поисках, но это будет со всеми риадами внутри, тут либиринт) Кому-то в медине кажется грязновати, опасно, не понятно куда идти, но тут бояться нечего, и есть указатели на домах. Там же рынок и достопримечательности, почти все обходится пешком кроме смотровой площадки на верху города.

Riad incredibile! Un bellissimo, comodo luogo, anche se vuoi, non puoi perdere il modo di riad. La pulizia è stata fatta ogni giorno, ha dato un cosmetico di buona qualità per l'anima e il corpo. La stanza era aria condizionata, così fredde notti abbiamo trascorso nel calore. Ferre straordinariamente belle, pile; la vista al giardino interno è molto bella. La colazione è molto grande, soddisfacente e deliziosa. Il personale è molto amichevole, cura! Per tutti 1000% consiglio questo riad! Grazie mille, sicuramente torneremo di nuovo 🫶🏻

Service de navette pour et de l’aéroport proposée par l établissement: assez pratique lorsqu’on arrive tard comme nous. Facturé 25€ (250 dirhams)inclus la majoration de 5€ pour service nocturne. Chambre propre et literie confortable Salle de bain très petite, douche sans bac, l eau coule directement sur le sol et l’eau met pas mal de temps à s écouler par le syphon: pas trop pratique si vous êtes pressés et que vous devez prendre votre douche l un après l’autre rapidement . Le support de pommeau de douche cassé, il fallait le tenir à la main Produits d hygiène a ramener, shampooing non fourni ( difficile quand on voyage avec bagage en cabine pour 2-3 jours) Service de petit déjeuner basique, dommage pour certains produits commerciaux ( olives noires et fromage quiri ) Crepe et brioche préparé sur place, elles étaient très bonne Emplacement parfait , juste à côté d un de suq de la vieille médina Pour manger il y a plein de restos sur place mais ils sont relativement chers car on est en zone touristique Ne pas hésiter à aller manger dans la ville nouvelle, on y va avec taxi pour 2€ par trajet (4€ a/r) Attention: l hôtel affirme accepter la carte bancaire mais nous n avons pas pu régler 170dirham(17€) par carte car commission trop importante . Que les montants élevés sont acceptés ( à prendre en compte si vous payez en fin de séjour et que vous avez l’argent compté) Wifi gratuit , terrasse sympa mais dommage ne pas y pouvoir prendre le petit dej Dans l ensemble séjour agréable et rapport qualité prix correcte

La posizione e il servizio in generale hanno lasciato un'impressione piacevole: l'atmosfera è tradizionale, il personale è gentile, la camera è pulita e confortevole. Tuttavia, ci sono momenti che dovrebbero essere chiariti per i futuri ospiti. Quando la prenotazione non è stato indicato che l'importo aggiuntivo dell'imposta locale appariva già quando è stato evitato, quando la prenotazione sul aggregatore non c'era alcuna parola. Inoltre, i servizi dell'organizzazione di trasferimento erano molto più costosi di quanto mi aspettassi. Sarebbe bello se informasse gli ospiti in anticipo di tutti i pagamenti possibili, evitando le sorprese sgradevoli e rendendo la pianificazione di bilancio più accurata. Nel resto tutto è buono grazie!

If you’re staying in Fes, I recommend you stay here. Staff are super friendly and helpful, room clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself as a great traditional Moroccan feel. Mohammed et al. made us feel very welcome. The location is great, walking distance from medina mazes. Brilliant stay and enjoyed Fes very much.
