Hotel con balcone a Fez

Excellent location, right at the medina's doorstep. This allows you to arrive by car and have your luggage dropped at the door, but also to be totally immersed in the medina after a 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Beautiful, comfortable and clean bedrooms and bathrooms (we came back for a second stay, so stayed in two different rooms). Delicious breakfast and the best possible service. Amazing restaurant across the street (Maison Fassi), which quickly became our cantine. Will definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Fez!

Excellent experience! This place is beautiful, well located, and each room is unique. The staff and owner were incredibly helpful to my friend and I dealing with some bank troubles, they helped organize rides and tours, and both dinners we ate there were amazing. Strongly recommended.

Riad molto piacevole, molto ben guardato, idealmente situato, a 5 minuti a piedi dal Old Medina e parcheggio auto. Camere spaziali, bagni puliti e docce moderne con porte chiuse, decorazione molto deliziosa, sistema di aria condizionata robusto. Il servizio clienti era molto buono, il mantenimento della casa era meraviglioso, entrambi i concierge Abu Bakr e Muhammad erano molto professionale e gentile, hanno comunicato molto bene con noi e si occupavano di tutte le nostre esigenze. Abbiamo apprezzato la varietà e la qualità complessiva dei cibi nel ristorante di accompagnamento di Soultana.

Tucked away in the labyrinth alleys of the Medina, Riad Algila transports one into a world of tranquility & elegance. The riad's meticulously adorned courtyard with gentle tricking of water from the fountain, swaying green trees and intricate tile work serves as a peaceful sanctuary from the bustling city outside. Our 2 day stay was nothing short of enchanting. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, adorned with traditional Moroccan decor with modern amenities, provided a luxurious retreat after a day of exploration. The staff always attentive with insightful recommendations, made all the difference to our stay. Riad Algila truly embodies the essence of Moroccan hospitality offering a respite of calm and beauty amidst the vibrant tapestry of Fes.

Классный риад! Дизайн внутри произведение искусства! Все прилично, чисто, гостиная вызывает восторг, номера тоже оформлены круто, санузел в порядке, никаких приколов и не приятных моментов не было. Менеджер отеля приветлив, поможет вам с вопросами и хорошо говорит по-английски (лучше пишите в вотсап). Хотите пожить в необычном, атмосферном и очень красивом месте, заселяйтесь без раздумий. Советую. Находится посреди медины, и придется немного поплутать в поисках, но это будет со всеми риадами внутри, тут либиринт) Кому-то в медине кажется грязновати, опасно, не понятно куда идти, но тут бояться нечего, и есть указатели на домах. Там же рынок и достопримечательности, почти все обходится пешком кроме смотровой площадки на верху города.

L'Hotel Sahrai, un hotel privato e bello al di fuori della Medina, è una buona scelta per i viaggiatori che desiderano vivere al di fuori della gru e del busto della città antica. Le strutture fornite erano di prima classe, anche se la selezione del colazione e la qualità del pranzo potevano essere migliorate. Questa è una buona scelta se hai un sacco di bagagli, perché le auto non sono permesse a cadere in Riad all'interno della Medina.

My stay in Fez was truly memorable, thanks to the warmth and professionalism of Hager, the manager. We arrived later than planned, reaching the property at 11 p.m. instead of the expected 9 p.m., yet Hager welcomed us with kindness and patience, making us feel completely at ease despite the late hour. That first impression set the tone for the entire stay. Hager was also incredibly accommodating with breakfast. She kindly arranged breakfast earlier than the usual start time, and it was a delicious traditional Moroccan breakfast — fresh, generous, and beautifully prepared. It was one of the highlights of the stay and a perfect way to start the day. At the time of leaving Fez, I had arranged my transport independently, but the situation did not go as planned and became stressful. When Hager became aware of this, she went out of her way to help, reassured me, and kindly allowed me to stay at the property during the unexpected delay. The property is perfectly located in the heart of the medina, offering an authentic Fez experience while remaining peaceful and comfortable. The room was clean, well-maintained, and felt welcoming after long days of exploring. What truly stood out was the genuine care and hospitality throughout the stay. Hager’s calm, thoughtful, and supportive approach made a real difference and reflects the high standards of this place. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Fez — not just for the location and comfort, but for the exceptional hospitality you’ll experience here.

Soggiorno fantastico nel complesso. La posizione è perfetta, proprio nel cuore della medina. La camera era molto pulita e l'aria condizionata funzionava benissimo. La colazione era abbondante e deliziosa. L'unico piccolo inconveniente era la quantità limitata di acqua calda, quindi le docce dovevano essere veloci, ma la temperatura dell'acqua era buona. Ciò che ci ha davvero colpito è stata la gentilezza del proprietario. Dovendo partire presto il secondo giorno e non potendo fare colazione, ci ha preparato una colazione da asporto. Era confezionata con molta cura ed era perfetta per il viaggio. Siamo rimasti molto colpiti da questo gesto gentile. Consigliatissimo! La posizione è ottima, proprio nel cuore della medina. La camera era pulita, l'aria condizionata funzionava bene e la colazione era abbondante e deliziosa. L'unico piccolo inconveniente era la quantità limitata di acqua calda, ma la temperatura dell'acqua era buona. Un ringraziamento speciale al proprietario: dato che dovevamo partire presto, ci ha gentilmente preparato una colazione da asporto. La sua attenzione e gentilezza sono state davvero toccanti. Consigliatissimo!

The contact person is so nice that helped us arrange city tour and transport to another city. Even though we had to leave at 8, which was not the breakfast timeslot, the house keeper prepared food for us to take away. We had so much fun here.

A very beautiful riad in the middle of medina, we are so happy to have stayed here. Mesmerising inner court, authentic-looking room, and a wonderful host Youssef, who is very welcoming and always ready to help. We stayed in the end of December, so it wasn’t exactly warm in the room, and if there was a heater of some sort, that would be just perfect. But then again, it was the 4th riad in a row we stayed at, and it was the warmest of them all even without aircon or heater. With that being said, I’m sure the temperature would feel just perfect during spring, summer or autumn. Thank you again to Youssef and the team, you left us a wonderful memory of Fes❤️
