Hotel 4 stelle a Colombo

Recentemente ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare al Mandarina Colombo e nel complesso è stata un'esperienza positiva. La posizione dell'hotel è comoda, situato nel cuore di Colombo, rendendo facile esplorare le attrazioni della città. Le camere erano pulite e ben tenute, offrendo un rifugio confortevole dopo una giornata di visite turistiche. Il personale era cordiale e attento, sempre pronto ad aiutare con qualsiasi domanda o richiesta. I servizi dell'hotel, tra cui il ristorante in loco e il centro fitness, hanno contribuito alla comodità complessiva del mio soggiorno. Un punto forte è stata la vista impressionante dalla mia camera, con vista sul paesaggio urbano. Ha aggiunto un tocco piacevole all'atmosfera generale dell'hotel. Anche se l'arredamento potrebbe non essere dei più moderni, emanava un fascino classico che completava l'atmosfera generale. La colazione gratuita offriva una buona varietà di opzioni, per soddisfare gusti diversi. Le offerte culinarie erano soddisfacenti, garantendo un buon inizio di giornata. Tuttavia, vale la pena notare che alcune aree dell'hotel potrebbero beneficiare di un po' di rinnovamento, poiché alcuni arredi mostrano segni di usura. Inoltre, la connessione Wi-Fi a volte potrebbe essere incoerente. In conclusione, Mandarina Colombo offre un soggiorno confortevole e conveniente con personale cordiale e servizi discreti. Potrebbe non essere l'opzione più lussuosa di Colombo, ma offre un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo per chi cerca una sistemazione accogliente e ben posizionata.

One of the more affordable hotels, but for me a very good one in a great location. The staff was very friendly—truly exceptionally nice. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the breakfast was very good. There was nothing to complain about, and I would definitely come back. Especially worth mentioning are the manager, who personally takes care of guests and explains the important things in the room, and the “breakfast chef,” who even opened breakfast earlier than scheduled while I was waiting. Thank you—I really felt well taken care of as a guest.

Ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno in questo hotel, tutto era perfetto. Il personale è incredibilmente gentile, benvenuto, e sempre pronto ad aiutare. La squadra di accoglienza mi ha fatto sentire particolarmente comodo e ben curato per tutto il mio soggiorno. Se stai pensando a prenotare, non esitate! Questo è un posto fantastico per rimanere!

The hotel is clean and 15 minutes to the train station. But the SERVICE here is the worst. My room was opposite the restaurant. In the restaurant they sing every day until the morning. I felt like I was at a concert in the front row. The noise of drums and electric guitar did not let me sleep. I called the reception, they said they would call me, but they didn’t it.The next day, after check out. They didn’t apologize and didn’t even say goodbye. Cause they didn’t care, since my reservation had already ended. I really regretted staying there. It does not even pull 3 stars

I recently stayed at Anarva Hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went out of their way to ensure I felt welcome and comfortable. The rooms were modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, with beautiful decor that added to the relaxing atmosphere. The amenities, especially the spa and pool area, were top-notch, providing the perfect place to unwind. The hotel’s location was ideal, offering easy access to nearby attractions, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. I also have to mention the dining experience—delicious food with a great variety of local and international options. Every meal was a treat! Overall, Anarva Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

Ottimo soggiorno, colazione abbondante e possibilità di rinfrescarsi con un bel bagno in piscina. Rooftop carino per godersi un drink a fine serata. A circa 20 Min in tuk tuk dal forte.

This hotel is in a great location. The staff are very friendly and pleasant. The room is large and the bed seemed clean. That is where the positives end, unfortunately. Upon arrival, very late at night, after a long trip. There were no towels in the room. Too exhausted to rectify, we just went to sleep without a shower. The hotel has an off smell about it, a bit like wet carpet. The cleanliness is questionable. Some mould. It seems it is not thoroughly cleaned. Frequently. Our room was not attended to, so we didn't receive fresh water. If you need to get work done while at the hotel don't book here. The WiFi is intermittent and would only work on my phone, not laptop. Therefore it's not suitable for any online workers. The toiletries were less than those advertised. Body lotion, shampoo and body wash are all that are provided. There is an ironing board...but no iron. Why? The hairdryer is one of those models you must continually hold down the button for it to work. It would work for only around 5 minutes and then would shut off and then had to wait 5 minutes for it to cool down to use again

Mount Lavinia Hotel era così buono - non più. AC non funziona bene. Telefoni in camera non funzionano, danno un numero mobile per chiamare invece. Il mantenimento della casa richiede età per venire. Non l'hotel grande che conoscevamo una volta più.

Situazione eccellente accanto a molti grandi ristoranti, tra cui Chilax. Bella vista ininterrotta sull'oceano indiano. Buon aria condizionata e acqua calda ampia nel bagno. Buona WiFi in tutto. È un po' alto dai treni che passano anche dopo che le finestre sono chiuse. La vista sul tetto dell'oceano indiano è davvero rilassante. Il personale è bello e rilassato. Si consiglia.
