Review of Casa Faraona Luxury Residences, Madrid I recently had the pleasure of staying at Casa Faraona Luxury Residences in Madrid, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of elegance and comfort that truly set the tone for our stay. Incredible Room Experience The room we stayed in was nothing short of spectacular. Every detail was meticulously crafted, exhibiting a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The bed was heavenly, adorned with silky sheets that made it feel like a dream. It was the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the vibrant city. Exceptional Service The service at Casa Faraona was outstanding. The staff were genuinely welcoming, attentive, and eager to ensure our stay was perfect. They went above and beyond to cater to our needs, making us feel like valued guests every step of the way. Delicious Breakfast and Free Cocktails One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. Each morning, we were treated to a delightful spread that catered to every taste, from fresh pastries to hearty options. Additionally, the complimentary cocktails were a lovely touch, allowing us to unwind and enjoy the ambiance of the residence. Prime Location The location of Casa Faraona Luxury Residences couldn’t be better. Nestled in the heart of Madrid, it provided easy access to some of the city’s top attractions, dining, and shopping. We loved being able to explore the vibrant streets and return to our luxurious oasis at the end of the day. In conclusion, Casa Faraona Luxury Residences exceeded all our expectations. With its stunning rooms, impeccable service, delicious breakfast, complimentary cocktails, and prime location, it offers an unforgettable experience. I can’t wait to return and make more wonderful memories in this beautiful hotel!

Hemos estado en una de las habitaciones remodeladas y está preciosa, la decoración muy luminosa y actual y el mobiliario moderno y funcional. Las cortinas elegantes y con opacidad garantizada. Cama muy cómoda. La habitación y el baño amplios y muy limpios con productos de ducha y lavabo. El desayuno de 10, buena calidad y amplia variedad. Todo el personal es muy amable.

L'hotel è pulito e ogni giorno vengono fornite gratuitamente due bottiglie d'acqua in camera. La posizione è comodissima: a pochi minuti a piedi si trovano supermercati e farmacie, e di fronte, sempre a pochi minuti, ci sono un minimarket asiatico e un ristorante cinese con ottimo cibo. La camera è un po' piccola, l'ascensore è un po' rumoroso e la colazione è piuttosto semplice. Davanti all'hotel ci sono sempre taxi disponibili.

Abbiamo cambiato 3 volte stanza in quanto appena arrivati nonostante avessimo prenotato per due adulti e letto extra per bambino ci hanno dato una stanza solo per due adulti. Alla prima lamentela ci hanno spostato in un’altra stanza dove c’era un divano letto ma senza lenzuola in quanto sostenevano che la bambina dovesse dormire con noi in due letti singoli , dopo la seconda chiamata alla reception dove si ostinavano a sostenere la loro tesi , ho preteso il terzo letto e finalmente si sono convinti a farci cambiare dinuovo stanza , semplicemente portandoci le chiavi e senza nessun aiuto a spostare i bagagli, quasi come se fosse una cortesia. È la prima volta che in un Novotel riceviamo questo trattamento di poca accortezza al cliente. Sicuramente non lo prenderò in considerazione per un prossimo soggiorno a Madrid.

Bella hotel. Il letto re è molto grande e confortevole, abbiamo avuto un soggiorno molto bello. L'hotel è a soli 5 minuti dalla fermata della metropolitana e dell'autobus. Poche fermate dal centro della città. Sicuramente consiglierà questo hotel agli amici.

Love the theater theme throughout the hotel. The spiral staircase is a work of art, and the overall atmosphere is very sophisticated and chic. It really stands out from standard chain hotels. On the location: Perfectly situated on Gran Vía! I was able to walk to almost everything. Near Callao, Sol, and the Royal Palace are just minutes away. The reception staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful, which made the stay even better. Many thanks to Roberto and Patricia at the front desk for their exceptional service. Roberto was incredibly helpful with recommendations and arranging luggage storage while I continued my trip to Morocco. Patricia’s warm personality, efficiency, and attention to detail truly stood out from organizing my wake-up call to advising on the best route to the airport to avoid morning traffic. Always kind and smiling, she really makes you feel at home. Lastly, a big thank you to the lady for arranging help with my two large pieces of luggage, and to another gentleman at reception who made my check-out seamless. I forgot their names. But I highly recommend this hotel not only for its excellent location, but also for its stylish art deco and theater-themed rooms, which I find very stylish and defo a nice break from the standard and generic hotel decor standards. Especially the staffs who truly make me feel at home.. Thank you!

La camera era molto pulita, il servizio era molto cordiale e la colazione era ricca e deliziosa. Anche l'ambiente di Datang è molto pulito e suggestivo. I nostri colleghi che esponevano insieme hanno soggiornato tutti in questo hotel. L'hotel dispone di trasporti molto convenienti e la metropolitana è proprio fuori dalla porta.

The apartment was hugely overpriced. The location is nowhere near the plush area of Retiro as suggested by the apartment description. The apartments are tiny with no natural light. They are very dark and depressing. The water takes a long long time to heat up. There has been money wasted on fancy bathroom sinks and wooden floors when comfort should be the number one priority. The beds are really terrible and really hard. I developed back and shoulder pain within a few hours of trying to sleep on the bed. The human spine is S shaped and if you lie on a decent bed your shoulder and hip should sink into the mattress. This offers vital comfort and support. The pillows are really cheap and uncomfortable and in the two upstairs apartments you can hear the people in the next room loud and clear. The equipment in the kitchen is very restricted. Not enough knives and forks and the cutlery provided is not suitable. Steak knives all two of them to spread butter!!! Nothing to cut loaves or other food stuffs. Half a tea towel and no kitchen towel which is not practical to buy for a 1-3 night stay. Two toilet rolls, not enough for a 3 person stay. Considering the extortionate price charged for the tiny so called Junior Suite, the owner should have provided more comfort and facilities and the beds are truly terrible and lack of sound proofing being able to hear my neighbours farting was pretty awkward. However, the lady on Reception Mayumi was absolutely wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She was kind and considerate and a real asset to the company. The male members of staff were not remotely helpful whoever they were. Not a place I would recommend and certainly not at that price with beds that feel like you are sleeping on the floor with a sheet and pillow!

We came to the apartment at 3pm (check in time) and found out that a cleaner was still in the mid-way of cleaning. We talked to reception who immediately sent one more cleaner to help and said the apartment would he ready in 10 mins. We got into the apartment like 20 mins later and felt like that the floor might not have been mopped. I stayed there for 5 nights and found that the sole of my slippers were blackened, which always left dirty slipper print in washroom after shower. We had stayed in a 2 bedrooms 2 washrooms apartment. The furnishing however was very strange. While the master bedroom was equipped with 2 single beds placed together, the other small bedroom with only sliding door was with a double bed! My friend stayed in a 2 bedrooms 1 washroom apartment got a much better configuration which is a normal double bedroom and a twin room (as advised in website). Besides, the living room was a bit dark. On the whole, the stay was still fairly satisfactory. Reception staff was polite, helpful and efficient. Provision of basic cooking essentials including oil was good. Stuff in cleaning kit and toilet paper however was inadequate for a long stay. We needed to go to reception (opens only 0900-1700) to get additional supplies. Wish the cleaner would stock the place according to stay duration of the guests. The apartment is situated in a very convenient location. 5 mins to Metro Palos de la Frontera, 10 mins to Atocha train station, 2 mins to Carrefour Express, 7 mins to Lidl supermarket. There is also another big supermarket Dia nearby. Above all, the building provides free luggage storage facilities in 3,4 & 5 floors. You need €1 to operate the locker but you can it back when returning the key. That’s real convenient.

- La posizione dell'hotel è eccellente per chi desidera visitare i luoghi più iconici di Madrid. Tutto è raggiungibile a piedi, permettendo di pianificare itinerari che tocchino i siti più rappresentativi. - La colazione non è inclusa, ma la consigliamo. È varia, ben fornita e il personale del ristorante è sempre disponibile. Fare colazione vi permetterà di sfruttare al meglio la mattinata visitando i luoghi di interesse. - L'hotel non è nuovo e questo si nota dai dettagli, ma tutti i comfort funzionano senza problemi. - La terrazza è il luogo ideale per concludere la serata (chiude alle 2 del mattino). È intima, tranquilla e offre una splendida vista.
