Hotel 4 stelle a Madrid

L'Hotel Regina Madrid offre ai suoi ospiti una sistemazione molto confortevole ed efficiente. Le strutture oscuranti dell'hotel sono eccellenti, garantendo agli ospiti un ambiente di sonno confortevole in ogni momento. Inoltre, il frigobar in camera è riccamente attrezzato per soddisfare le esigenze e le preferenze dei diversi ospiti. Anche se all'inizio del soggiorno si è verificato un piccolo problema con la zanzariera nel soggiorno, l'hotel ha risposto molto rapidamente e il giorno successivo il problema è stato risolto correttamente, il che dimostra che l'hotel attribuisce grande importanza all'esperienza degli ospiti. Anche il servizio alla reception è encomiabile, cordiale e paziente e ha risolto efficacemente varie domande sollevate dagli ospiti. Sulla base di questa esperienza, non solo consiglierei l'Hotel Regina ai viaggiatori che cercano una sistemazione di qualità, ma lo sceglierò sicuramente come luogo in cui soggiornare di nuovo a Madrid in futuro.

Le camere SuperB per una settimana sono spaziose e belle, ma vista in cortile? Il suono del ristorante dal mattino era gonfio e svegliato con grande, svegliato alle 6 e dormito male a causa della musica fino alle 12 di notte ....it sarebbe stato perfetto se non fosse solo questo ... che consiglio di cambiare la finestra a una finestra di prova. L'hotel stesso è molto bene fatto

La posizione è molto comoda, vicino alla stazione ferroviaria di Atocha, con facile accesso a tutte le direzioni. La camera è pulita e ordinata. La reception ha detto che è possibile passare a una camera più grande pagando un piccolo supplemento, ma la camera è un po' piccola rumoroso fronte strada. Anche lo shampoo, il balsamo e il dentifricio sono di alta qualità, la pressione dell'acqua è sufficiente, la reception è molto gentile e la colazione è buona. Il marchio Hardrock è garantito. La cosa strana è che nell'edificio l'energia elettrica sarà insufficiente e ci saranno interruzioni di corrente. Una mattina l'ascensore non funzionava, ma per noi non ha avuto un grande impatto.

Di fronte alla stazione ferroviaria di Atocha, ma può volerci del tempo per attraversarla perché si trova lungo gli incroci principali. La terrazza si affaccia sul parco del Retiro ma non si vede molto. Le camere con terrazza sembrano tutte situate al 7° piano (la più alta è 8). La stanza è piuttosto polverosa (sul pavimento) anche se nel complesso sembra pulita. Servizi richiesti tramite scansione del codice QR. Ho richiesto alcuni articoli (dato che non ce ne sono nemmeno un bollitore!) e ho ricevuto una chiamata che dicevano che avevano già le pantofole e il kit dentale in camera ma che invieranno comunque. Ma non c'erano pantofole e kit dentale nella stanza, ecco perché lo richiedo. Ad ogni modo, delle cose che ho richiesto, hanno inviato solo le 2 sopra e il bollitore. Alcuni altri articoli non mi hanno inviato anche se li avevo richiesti, come una bustina di tè e un kit di cortesia.

Vicinissimo alla fermata dell'autobus 203 per la stazione ferroviaria e l'aeroporto. Camminare non è un problema per noi, quindi la posizione è piuttosto buona. Ci sono voluti circa 45 minuti per raggiungere a piedi il Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía, attraversando il Parco del Retiro. Il Palacio de Cristal è chiuso, ma la fontana di fronte è molto carina. Anche il ritorno lungo P.º del Prado di notte è piacevole.

La camera è ben organizzata e pulitissima, dotata di acqua in bottiglia e macchina del caffè. L'unico inconveniente è il letto matrimoniale, troppo morbido e con i bordi che tendono a cedere. Il divano letto non è molto stabile, ma per un bambino va benissimo. La struttura si trova molto vicino al Parco del Retiro. La zona circostante è residenziale e ci si sente molto al sicuro.

Love the theater theme throughout the hotel. The spiral staircase is a work of art, and the overall atmosphere is very sophisticated and chic. It really stands out from standard chain hotels. On the location: Perfectly situated on Gran Vía! I was able to walk to almost everything. Near Callao, Sol, and the Royal Palace are just minutes away. The reception staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful, which made the stay even better. Many thanks to Roberto and Patricia at the front desk for their exceptional service. Roberto was incredibly helpful with recommendations and arranging luggage storage while I continued my trip to Morocco. Patricia’s warm personality, efficiency, and attention to detail truly stood out from organizing my wake-up call to advising on the best route to the airport to avoid morning traffic. Always kind and smiling, she really makes you feel at home. Lastly, a big thank you to the lady for arranging help with my two large pieces of luggage, and to another gentleman at reception who made my check-out seamless. I forgot their names. But I highly recommend this hotel not only for its excellent location, but also for its stylish art deco and theater-themed rooms, which I find very stylish and defo a nice break from the standard and generic hotel decor standards. Especially the staffs who truly make me feel at home.. Thank you!

La camera era molto pulita, il servizio era molto cordiale e la colazione era ricca e deliziosa. Anche l'ambiente di Datang è molto pulito e suggestivo. I nostri colleghi che esponevano insieme hanno soggiornato tutti in questo hotel. L'hotel dispone di trasporti molto convenienti e la metropolitana è proprio fuori dalla porta.

The apartment was hugely overpriced. The location is nowhere near the plush area of Retiro as suggested by the apartment description. The apartments are tiny with no natural light. They are very dark and depressing. The water takes a long long time to heat up. There has been money wasted on fancy bathroom sinks and wooden floors when comfort should be the number one priority. The beds are really terrible and really hard. I developed back and shoulder pain within a few hours of trying to sleep on the bed. The human spine is S shaped and if you lie on a decent bed your shoulder and hip should sink into the mattress. This offers vital comfort and support. The pillows are really cheap and uncomfortable and in the two upstairs apartments you can hear the people in the next room loud and clear. The equipment in the kitchen is very restricted. Not enough knives and forks and the cutlery provided is not suitable. Steak knives all two of them to spread butter!!! Nothing to cut loaves or other food stuffs. Half a tea towel and no kitchen towel which is not practical to buy for a 1-3 night stay. Two toilet rolls, not enough for a 3 person stay. Considering the extortionate price charged for the tiny so called Junior Suite, the owner should have provided more comfort and facilities and the beds are truly terrible and lack of sound proofing being able to hear my neighbours farting was pretty awkward. However, the lady on Reception Mayumi was absolutely wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She was kind and considerate and a real asset to the company. The male members of staff were not remotely helpful whoever they were. Not a place I would recommend and certainly not at that price with beds that feel like you are sleeping on the floor with a sheet and pillow!

We came to the apartment at 3pm (check in time) and found out that a cleaner was still in the mid-way of cleaning. We talked to reception who immediately sent one more cleaner to help and said the apartment would he ready in 10 mins. We got into the apartment like 20 mins later and felt like that the floor might not have been mopped. I stayed there for 5 nights and found that the sole of my slippers were blackened, which always left dirty slipper print in washroom after shower. We had stayed in a 2 bedrooms 2 washrooms apartment. The furnishing however was very strange. While the master bedroom was equipped with 2 single beds placed together, the other small bedroom with only sliding door was with a double bed! My friend stayed in a 2 bedrooms 1 washroom apartment got a much better configuration which is a normal double bedroom and a twin room (as advised in website). Besides, the living room was a bit dark. On the whole, the stay was still fairly satisfactory. Reception staff was polite, helpful and efficient. Provision of basic cooking essentials including oil was good. Stuff in cleaning kit and toilet paper however was inadequate for a long stay. We needed to go to reception (opens only 0900-1700) to get additional supplies. Wish the cleaner would stock the place according to stay duration of the guests. The apartment is situated in a very convenient location. 5 mins to Metro Palos de la Frontera, 10 mins to Atocha train station, 2 mins to Carrefour Express, 7 mins to Lidl supermarket. There is also another big supermarket Dia nearby. Above all, the building provides free luggage storage facilities in 3,4 & 5 floors. You need €1 to operate the locker but you can it back when returning the key. That’s real convenient.
