Appartamenti vacanze a Madrid

Ho prenotato in questo hotel per celebrare la sera del mio compleanno. Poiché c'era disponibilità, hanno avuto il dettaglio di offrirci un aggiornamento, quindi abbiamo potuto godere di una delle suite. Nonostante il suo soggiorno nel centro di Madrid, la stanza era in un ambiente caldo e accogliente, quasi come a casa. Ogni dettaglio ci faceva sentire particolarmente comodi. Il letto era enorme e le mutandine, super iper comode. Mi sentivo in una nuvola! Il bagno era molto ampio e lo specchio del lavamano aveva luce regolabili, perfette per macchiare. Inoltre, la camera comprendeva una sauna, un dettaglio che mi aspettavo, ma anche sorpresa quando lo vedi. Anche ci hanno lasciato dei dolci e dell’acqua di cortesia. I prodotti da bagno non so di quale marchio erano, ma sentono molto bene. In generale, se non fosse perche' la stessa notte il mio partner mi ha rotto, sicuramente mi riserverebbe. La posizione è eccellente, accanto al Parco del Retiro e alla Porta di Alcalá.

Vedendo la stanza a piedi, ci sono 90 piani che pensano di andare all'hotel del tesoro... mi sento piu'come Airbnb. Previo ricevimento di un autoregistrazione online di posta invia la password per aprire la porta se è abituato. La cosa più importante, l'hotel non ha un posto dove tenere i bagagli. Alle 11:00, c'è bisogno di uscire. Il bagaglio è 5 euro. Ci sono più bagagli e siamo abbastanza stupidi da mettere in entrata. Abbiamo comunicato diverse ruote e rinunciato. La stanza non può ritardare di mezzo giorno. Abbiamo impostato direttamente un giorno di più per mettere i bagagli. Torna all'aeroporto per prendere i bagagli alle sei.

L'appartamento era in una posizione strategica, nelle immediate vicinanze di un parcheggio pubblico che abbiamo utilizzato, di una stazione della metropolitana e di ristoranti. Siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti della pulizia, della spaziosità, della funzionalità e della modernità dell'intero appartamento, e anche i servizi erano ottimi! Tutto il necessario! L'unico inconveniente per noi è stato proprio all'inizio, quando abbiamo dovuto cercare l'edificio perché mancava parte del nome, e poi la lunga procedura di check-in. Abbiamo dovuto caricare le foto dei documenti di viaggio di ogni occupante e, come se non bastasse, abbiamo dovuto anche inserire i dati di ognuno di noi. Abbiamo viaggiato con il nostro bimbo di un mese da Valencia a Madrid e abbiamo aspettato fuori al freddo il codice per entrare. Solo quando abbiamo chiamato il call center qualcuno ha confermato che avevamo completato la procedura di check-in e ci ha inviato il codice via email. Nel complesso, l'appartamento è stato fantastico, tuttavia, forse dovremmo pensare a una procedura di check-in più semplice e senza stress.

L'hotel è perfettamente situato, la camera è moderna, il letto è grande e confortevole. È importante che l'hotel abbia pensato a tutte le piccole cose che rendeno il vostro soggiorno in un hotel apart molto conveniente. Forniscono sale e pepe, un po' di olio d'oliva e vignetta, e anche un gel di spugna e lavastoviglie. È anche una lavanderia dove si può lavare e ferro i vostri vestiti, anche se non l'abbiamo usata. Il personale è sempre stato in contatto con noi tramite WhatsApp e ha risposto a tutte le nostre domande molto rapidamente. Non hanno una sala di magazzinaggio, ma c'è un assicuratore a circa 2 minuti di distanza, e l'hotel ha anche fornito un piccolo sconto per usarlo. Vorrei solo una più di 2 capsule Nespresso per un soggiorno di tre notti per due persone. Sarebbe anche bello se i vicini non avessero abbattuto le loro porte quando se ne andavano, ci avrebbero svegliati più volte.

The apartment was hugely overpriced. The location is nowhere near the plush area of Retiro as suggested by the apartment description. The apartments are tiny with no natural light. They are very dark and depressing. The water takes a long long time to heat up. There has been money wasted on fancy bathroom sinks and wooden floors when comfort should be the number one priority. The beds are really terrible and really hard. I developed back and shoulder pain within a few hours of trying to sleep on the bed. The human spine is S shaped and if you lie on a decent bed your shoulder and hip should sink into the mattress. This offers vital comfort and support. The pillows are really cheap and uncomfortable and in the two upstairs apartments you can hear the people in the next room loud and clear. The equipment in the kitchen is very restricted. Not enough knives and forks and the cutlery provided is not suitable. Steak knives all two of them to spread butter!!! Nothing to cut loaves or other food stuffs. Half a tea towel and no kitchen towel which is not practical to buy for a 1-3 night stay. Two toilet rolls, not enough for a 3 person stay. Considering the extortionate price charged for the tiny so called Junior Suite, the owner should have provided more comfort and facilities and the beds are truly terrible and lack of sound proofing being able to hear my neighbours farting was pretty awkward. However, the lady on Reception Mayumi was absolutely wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She was kind and considerate and a real asset to the company. The male members of staff were not remotely helpful whoever they were. Not a place I would recommend and certainly not at that price with beds that feel like you are sleeping on the floor with a sheet and pillow!

We came to the apartment at 3pm (check in time) and found out that a cleaner was still in the mid-way of cleaning. We talked to reception who immediately sent one more cleaner to help and said the apartment would he ready in 10 mins. We got into the apartment like 20 mins later and felt like that the floor might not have been mopped. I stayed there for 5 nights and found that the sole of my slippers were blackened, which always left dirty slipper print in washroom after shower. We had stayed in a 2 bedrooms 2 washrooms apartment. The furnishing however was very strange. While the master bedroom was equipped with 2 single beds placed together, the other small bedroom with only sliding door was with a double bed! My friend stayed in a 2 bedrooms 1 washroom apartment got a much better configuration which is a normal double bedroom and a twin room (as advised in website). Besides, the living room was a bit dark. On the whole, the stay was still fairly satisfactory. Reception staff was polite, helpful and efficient. Provision of basic cooking essentials including oil was good. Stuff in cleaning kit and toilet paper however was inadequate for a long stay. We needed to go to reception (opens only 0900-1700) to get additional supplies. Wish the cleaner would stock the place according to stay duration of the guests. The apartment is situated in a very convenient location. 5 mins to Metro Palos de la Frontera, 10 mins to Atocha train station, 2 mins to Carrefour Express, 7 mins to Lidl supermarket. There is also another big supermarket Dia nearby. Above all, the building provides free luggage storage facilities in 3,4 & 5 floors. You need €1 to operate the locker but you can it back when returning the key. That’s real convenient.

Stayed 5 nights. Apartment itself is clean and adequately stocked up with appliances, utensils, tea coffee , oil, etc. Good! Note: It’s located about 8-9 metro stops from Gran Via or Sol. Takes 15 mins to walk to apartment from the nearest Metro Nuevo Numancia. This area is a ghetto. Not the prettiest. Doesn’t look safe either.  Did not receive access code to access apartment . Called Olala three times until finally a staff managed to send WA to my mobile just as our train pulled into Madrid. Took 1.5 hours for this. Had to scramble to key in passport details to check in before access code is given. You need to call Olala Homes coz they do not reply to emails or messages on Trip.com. Staff was helpful.  Would I stay here again? No. There are affordable apartments near Sol or Gran Via areas.  Olala Homes overall is good. But not the one at Nueva Numancia.

This property in the Serrano area is very well located to reach our starting point in the Colon area to run them Madrid half marathon. 2 km walk and we are at the starting point The rooms are clean. The location of the hotel is close to #2 Metro Station Nunez D bill Bilbao and Diego de Leon Which itself has a very convenient transportation, Hub for us. We will certainly come back again next year when we do Madrid half marathon this will be our ideal location which we like to share with our friends and family

L'appartamento era molto centrale a Chueca, a piedi dalla vita notturna. Era pulito e tempestivo. La strada è molto rumore di notte fino al mattino e tardi con l'apertura del caffè proprio davanti.

Grazie! Ecco la versione rivista con l'aggiunta di quel dettaglio: --- Un hotel essenziale e datato con un tocco di nostalgia Questo è un hotel da 2 a 2,5 stelle, molto datato, ma pulito. Si riceve una buona vecchia chiave fisica invece di una tessera, e il pavimento in gumolite gli conferisce un'atmosfera anni '90. Sembra decisamente fermo nel tempo. Il personale è stato cordiale e accogliente. La colazione era inclusa, anche se bisogna attraversare la strada per raggiungere un altro edificio, il che l'ho trovato un po' strano, ma la vista mozzafiato dal bar ha compensato. Un aspetto negativo era l'odore nei corridoi, non molto piacevole. Inoltre, di notte diventava piuttosto rumoroso e ho visto alcuni operai edili locali alloggiare lì, il che ha un po' cambiato l'atmosfera. Nel complesso, è stato un soggiorno accettabile, ma non sono sicuro che ci tornerei per circa 80 euro a notte.
