Hotel con balcone a Madrid

Ottima posizione, Wi-Fi veloce, letto comodo. La lavanderia è stata un vero vantaggio. Per quanto riguarda gli aspetti negativi... Il primo giorno la gente continuava a entrare nella mia stanza con le loro chiavi magnetiche, e non tutti erano dipendenti dell'hotel, il che era inquietante. Una notte alcuni vicini erano **********. Bene per loro, non tanto per il mio sonno, quindi l'insonorizzazione potrebbe essere migliore. E poi sono diventato allergico al bagnoschiuma, cosa che non mi era mai successa prima. Quindi è stata davvero un'esperienza 50/50

Abbiamo cambiato 3 volte stanza in quanto appena arrivati nonostante avessimo prenotato per due adulti e letto extra per bambino ci hanno dato una stanza solo per due adulti. Alla prima lamentela ci hanno spostato in un’altra stanza dove c’era un divano letto ma senza lenzuola in quanto sostenevano che la bambina dovesse dormire con noi in due letti singoli , dopo la seconda chiamata alla reception dove si ostinavano a sostenere la loro tesi , ho preteso il terzo letto e finalmente si sono convinti a farci cambiare dinuovo stanza , semplicemente portandoci le chiavi e senza nessun aiuto a spostare i bagagli, quasi come se fosse una cortesia. È la prima volta che in un Novotel riceviamo questo trattamento di poca accortezza al cliente. Sicuramente non lo prenderò in considerazione per un prossimo soggiorno a Madrid.

Love the theater theme throughout the hotel. The spiral staircase is a work of art, and the overall atmosphere is very sophisticated and chic. It really stands out from standard chain hotels. On the location: Perfectly situated on Gran Vía! I was able to walk to almost everything. Near Callao, Sol, and the Royal Palace are just minutes away. The reception staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful, which made the stay even better. Many thanks to Roberto and Patricia at the front desk for their exceptional service. Roberto was incredibly helpful with recommendations and arranging luggage storage while I continued my trip to Morocco. Patricia’s warm personality, efficiency, and attention to detail truly stood out from organizing my wake-up call to advising on the best route to the airport to avoid morning traffic. Always kind and smiling, she really makes you feel at home. Lastly, a big thank you to the lady for arranging help with my two large pieces of luggage, and to another gentleman at reception who made my check-out seamless. I forgot their names. But I highly recommend this hotel not only for its excellent location, but also for its stylish art deco and theater-themed rooms, which I find very stylish and defo a nice break from the standard and generic hotel decor standards. Especially the staffs who truly make me feel at home.. Thank you!

Ottima posizione vicino a tutti i principali siti del centro di Madrid. La camera era piccola ma pulita e ben strutturata e tutto funzionava come dovrebbe. Il personale cordiale della reception e il servizio di pulizia, e un eccellente rapporto qualità-prezzo per chiunque desideri stare vicino all'azione!

È molto pulito. Nella stanza c'è un bagno, un WC e un armadietto, il che è molto comodo! Personale cordiale. La zona è anche molto sicura, quindi le ragazze possono sentirsi a loro agio anche venendo qui da sole. Al momento del check-in verrà richiesto un deposito cauzionale di 5 euro, rimborsabile al momento del check-out.

L'hotel è molto ben situato, pulisce bene e personale molto corretto. L'unico svantaggio è la piscina,pochi ombrelli per poter essere durante il giorno,soprattutto se pillole super giorni caldi che è stato quello che è successo a noi. Per la notte è fantastico , buon ambiente e molto ricchi cocktail

La mia famiglia, compresi mio figlio in età da scuola elementare e mia figlia in età da scuola media, ha soggiornato in questo hotel durante un viaggio in Italia e Spagna. Si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di ATOCHA, a pochi passi dalle attrazioni turistiche più vicine, e ci sono molti supermercati e ristoranti nelle vicinanze, quindi la posizione è eccellente. È anche possibile registrarsi per il check-in in anticipo, il che è molto comodo perché si può andare direttamente in camera il giorno stesso. L'unico inconveniente, e potrebbe essere stata solo una coincidenza, è stato che il condizionatore della camera vicino all'ingresso si spegneva dopo circa un'ora e ho dovuto riaccenderlo. Era impostato per spegnersi dopo circa un'ora, ma non sono riuscito a capire come disattivarlo, e il condizionatore in camera da letto continuava a funzionare, quindi penso che fosse un problema di impostazione, ma non sono riuscito a capirlo bene. Nel complesso, la camera era pulita, il bagno e il WC erano puliti e nuovi, ed era una camera confortevole.

We came to the apartment at 3pm (check in time) and found out that a cleaner was still in the mid-way of cleaning. We talked to reception who immediately sent one more cleaner to help and said the apartment would he ready in 10 mins. We got into the apartment like 20 mins later and felt like that the floor might not have been mopped. I stayed there for 5 nights and found that the sole of my slippers were blackened, which always left dirty slipper print in washroom after shower. We had stayed in a 2 bedrooms 2 washrooms apartment. The furnishing however was very strange. While the master bedroom was equipped with 2 single beds placed together, the other small bedroom with only sliding door was with a double bed! My friend stayed in a 2 bedrooms 1 washroom apartment got a much better configuration which is a normal double bedroom and a twin room (as advised in website). Besides, the living room was a bit dark. On the whole, the stay was still fairly satisfactory. Reception staff was polite, helpful and efficient. Provision of basic cooking essentials including oil was good. Stuff in cleaning kit and toilet paper however was inadequate for a long stay. We needed to go to reception (opens only 0900-1700) to get additional supplies. Wish the cleaner would stock the place according to stay duration of the guests. The apartment is situated in a very convenient location. 5 mins to Metro Palos de la Frontera, 10 mins to Atocha train station, 2 mins to Carrefour Express, 7 mins to Lidl supermarket. There is also another big supermarket Dia nearby. Above all, the building provides free luggage storage facilities in 3,4 & 5 floors. You need €1 to operate the locker but you can it back when returning the key. That’s real convenient.

This review is not about the €9 breakfast charge. I paid for the breakfast because I had eaten it. This review is about how I was treated afterwards. A simple misunderstanding over breakfast escalated into one of the most unprofessional hotel experiences I have ever had. After I politely suggested that the hotel communicate its breakfast policy more clearly to avoid similar misunderstandings in the future, a staff member, Yansel, began shouting at me from outside the hotel, called me back inside, repeatedly accused me of “trying to play with him,” raised his voice throughout the interaction, claimed that he was the manager, refused my request to speak with the General Manager, and aggressively handled my personal belongings. He pushed and kicked my luggage towards the exit, damaged my bags, repeatedly shouted at me to take my belongings and leave, and I also felt mocked while trying to communicate in English instead of being treated with patience and professionalism. As a solo female traveller, I found this behaviour intimidating and completely unacceptable. Guests should be able to raise feedback respectfully without being shouted at, aggressively confronted, or having their belongings handled in this manner. I later spoke with Raul, who was professional, apologised for the way I had been treated, acknowledged that there had been been a misunderstanding regarding the breakfast, confirmed that I was entitled to leave my luggage after check-out, and informed me that Yansel was not the General Manager or the manager. I appreciate Raul’s professionalism. However, that does not change what happened. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying at Hotel Mayerling Madrid. There are many hotels in Madrid where guests can expect to be treated with professionalism and respect. In my experience, this was not one of them. As a solo female traveller, I did not feel safe after the way this situation was handled. For that reason, I cannot recommend this hotel and would encourage other travellers to consider alternative accommodation.
