L'hotel è proprio al contrario della stazione di Atocha. Il personale è molto bello. La stanza è pulita. Oltre al asciugacapelli, forniscono anche un rimedio per capelli. Il colazione è buona.

L'hotel è in una posizione molto centrale a Gran Via (strada principale). La stazione della metropolitana è a pochi metri di distanza. Il personale è molto amichevole e le camere sono abbastanza grandi. Ci è anche un bel bar al tetto con buoni cocktail. A causa della posizione, l'hotel è grande per un viaggio di fine settimana a Madrid.

L'esperienza di soggiorno è la più perfetta!Originariamente, le opere d'arte dei dodici artisti elencati nell'hotel sono state scelte. I risultati sono molto perfetti dal senso di progettazione delle strutture dell'hotel, dalla prassi e dalla comodità!Il servizio dell'hotel ha raggiunto anche lo standard di cinque stelle (come il letto notturno). Il colazione è molto ricco. Il prezzo dei bar e del ristorante al piano superiore è un popolo personale rispetto agli hotel di livello UE!Molto consigliato!

This review is for 60 balconies iconic. So, a surprise for me, after reserving on booking.com, is that this is an apart hotel. Positives - the location is AMAZING and the room (we had an appt for 3 people) was EXCELLENT . Staff were very helpful. Very clean throughout. Bed was super comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. A gorgeous breakfast was delivered every morning. Bread, fruit, yogurts, cereals… Negatives - pool (which had workmen upgrading the roof terrace) was freezing. Naturally, not heated, but attached to hose from mains water. Icy. Personally, not a fan of the frosted glass doors/walls to the toilet. We had a large teenager sleeping on the pull down single bed. Was a bit small. Positives far outweigh the negatives. As long as you don’t have your heart set on swimming, you will not regret staying here.

Questa visita commerciale in Spagna è molto comoda e senza guaio. Oltre a volare per molto tempo, è molto comodo rilassarsi dopo essere arrivato all'hotel Phoenix. Facilità: soddisfacente Salute: soddisfacente Ambiente: soddisfacente Servizio: soddisfacente

We had such a nice stay here! The staff really made the difference. They were always friendly, attentive and recommended great places to go and to eat (including gluten free- Celicioso, because I am Celiac). They were also very helpful making reservations for us. Our room was lovely, quiet and comfortable, and the attention to detail and service was apparent daily, both in our room and at breakfast. Breakfast in the hotel was delicious and had many choices, including gluten free options. Thank you again to the morning front desk staff 😊 and to Alina, Manuel and Melhem in the afternoon and evenings. We greatly appreciated you all! Madrid is a beautiful city and we can’t wait to come back.

El 1 de agosto, mi familia y yo llegamos al hotel de la calle Almirante dispuestos a dar comienzo de nuestras vacaciones. Nuestras expectativas eran altas, basadas en el precio que pagamos, las fotos prometedoras y la reputación en línea del hotel. Pero la realidad resultó desalentadora desde el primer momento. La falta de advertencia sobre las multas en Madrid Central al llegar en coche fue un golpe inesperado. ¿Cómo es posible que un hotel de supuesto lujo no se preocupe por informar a sus huéspedes sobre esto? Viajar con un bebé ya implica desafíos, y esta sorpresa lo hizo aún más complicado. Mi solicitud de ayuda fue ignorada, y la falta de empatía nos hizo sentir desamparados. El apartamento que encontramos no se parecía en nada a las fotos en línea. Las paredes desgastadas y sucias, los marcos de las puertas envejecidos y los baños anticuados eran una decepción total. Nuestra inversión de más de 200€ no se correspondía con la realidad que encontramos, y la diferencia era dolorosamente evidente. El peor momento fue cuando la puerta de la nevera se rompió al abrirla, dejándola inutilizable. Esta situación se convirtió en un total despropósito al viajar con un bebé que necesitaba comida y poder guardar medicinas frescas. Nuestra llamada en busca de ayuda quedó sin respuesta, y la sensación de abandono fue abrumadora. A pesar de nuestras solicitudes de ayuda tanto con la situación del coche como con el estado del apartamento, fuimos ignorados. Incluso expresar nuestra frustración solo generó una respuesta indiferente. La promesa de ”lo anoto y se lo haré llegar a mi responsable” resultó ser vacía, sin explicaciones ni disculpas. Casi un mes después, tras agotar las esperanzas de que la empresa se comunique con nosotros y nos de las necesarias explicaciones, he contactado con ellos. Nada nuevo bajo el sol. Excusas y palabras vacías que no van cambiar la pésima experiencia sufrida ni van a revertir el peor inicio de vacaciones que uno puedo imagin****.

Perfezionare le strutture dell'hotel ～ Servizio prudente ～ Carismatica ～ Vale la pena menzionare i prodotti di lavaggio: ～yyds di Eushudan Il personale di servizio è anche intimo servizio di letto notturno e invia il mantello di guardia a Eushudan ～ È molto buono ～ La stanza ha una consegna gratuita di acqua minerale ～ L'unica carenza è un gusto di camminare dalla strada dall'hotel alla strada...E'molto male ～ (la porta dell'hotel è nella scatola)

Hotel facilmente raggiungibile dall’aeroporto,situato in un quartiere elegante e tranquillo.Camere spaziose (pur essendo una quadrupla) pulite e silenziose.La colazione è stupefacente per varietà e qualità e il personale è eccezionale per la cortesia, la disponibilità e sempre pronto ad aiutarti in ogni tua richiesta col sorriso.CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!!

Great hotel and great staff. The room is everything a travel could ask for--the bed is large and comfy, the rainfall shower head is a godsend after a long day of exploring Madrid, the towels are large and fluffy, free water, and all the bathroom amenities and accessories are available for free. What's more, the staff are super friendly and helpful, and put up with my muy malo español with aplomb. Though seriously, they all speak English very well. The location is great--smack in the middle of the city and so many restaurants within walking distance, including a Michelin-recognized one. Just a few blocks from the high-end shopping area. Breakfast is tasty too and the restaurant is nice. When I'm back in Madrid, I will definitely come back to The Pavilions Madrid.
