Hotel 4 stelle a Wuhan

Everything was perfectly prepared before the arrival of me together with my two colleagues. Room is clean, quiet and comfortable. Here I want to specifically thank miss Hu from reception. Not only because she helped me arrange the 30kg shipment, but she also helped me purchase a special tool online and got delivered in 20 minutes. This saved me a lot of time and headache. Without her kind help I would run into trouble. So that's why my special thanks to miss Hu. Of course other employees from hotel are also with warm heart. In short, it is a nice stay and journey in your hotel. I look forward to visit your hotel again in the near future

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti ed è stato un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. Gli addetti alla reception sono stati molto disponibili. La posizione è ottima, vicino a tutte le attrazioni turistiche, con negozi di alimentari e chioschi gastronomici locali. La metropolitana è a circa 10 minuti a piedi e l'autobus è proprio dietro l'angolo. L'hotel è un edificio storico, ristrutturato. Gli interni dell'hotel ricordano l'età dell'oro dell'antica Cina, e ne apprezziamo gli arredi tradizionali. L'ascensore è un vecchio macchinario con spazio limitato (circa 2 persone, che mi ricorda l'ascensore di un vecchio palazzo di Manhattan). Ma non è un problema per la vita moderna.

Questa esperienza di soggiorno è particolarmente soddisfacente. La stanza è pulita e pulita, la luce e l'aria sono molto puliti, il letto è morbido e confortevole e il sonno è molto sicuro.Il servizio di ricezione è molto attento, il soggiorno è molto veloce e il trasporto è conveniente. Hotel situation right next to Jianghan Customs Museum. Right behind is Jianghan pedestrian street. Because of the age of the building, it’s not very accessible if one has mobility issues. For help with luggage to get them up and down the stairs, you have to go inside to get help. Hotel should have a permanent doorman there and not relying on the front desk or the security guard on such issue. Check in was slow and late, didn’t get in until 3:30pm. Special requests was not paid attention to. The room was given was quite the opposite, lowest floor, view was facing the square, noisy, right by the escalator. Restaurant was small, and often at capacity. View at the rooftop was magnificent. I could have stayed in a more comfortable hotel and just dine there for the view. There are many hotels nearby. The hotel is not quite riverfront and I believe none of the room has river view because it has only 5 storeys.

Il colazione era eccellente, con una vasta gamma di opzioni fresche e deliziose per adattarsi a tutti i gusti. Questo hotel ha superato tutte le mie aspettative. Innanzitutto, la posizione dell'hotel è molto comoda, a pochi minuti dall'Università di Wuhan, e gli spostamenti sono molto comodi. Ma la cosa più importante è che il servizio offerto da Panpan alla reception dell'hotel è stato molto premuroso. In breve, sono molto soddisfatto di questa esperienza di soggiorno e la consiglio vivamente a tutti gli amici in viaggio verso Wuhan! La prossima volta che verrò, sceglierò sicuramente di nuovo questo posto!

Location: There's a lot to do in the area and a ton of convenience stores, restaurants, shops, etc. Baotong temple, Dream Plaza mall, and the subway station are all approx a 10 minute walk away. It's also easy to hail a Didi in front of the hotel. During our stay, the outer facade seems to be under construction, so it could appear confusing re: how to enter the hotel, but there are signs pointing you towards the detour, and you can always ask the guards on duty for directions. Lobby is on the 2nd floor. Cleanliness: This hotel is very new, so the rooms feel pristine. Really appreciated having a bidet toilet. Slippers are excellent quality. Housekeeping replaces towels and amenities daily. Service: Everyone working here was polite and eager to help, from front desk to breakfast staff to housekeeping. Facilities: The breakfast buffet is solid, complete with a noodle bar, traditional Chinese breakfast offerings and some Western options as well, plus a coffee machine that made a pretty decent espresso. It is, however, a bit pricier than other hotels we've stayed at...around 68 RMB per person per day. The laundry room was a bit challenging for us as well. You have to scan a QR code in order for the machines to work, and the QR code leads to an app that requires a Chinese phone number. The staff was kind enough to help us by using their own phones for the machines, but this means you can't really do laundry on your own if you're an international guest.

A good hotel with excellent service! The staff doesn't speak English, but they are very welcoming and friendly. They helped us with all our questions using a translator. There's a laundry room and a gym on the 16th floor. The only disappointing thing was the cleaning. The rooms are new, but quite dirty. The floor is sticky, and there was ash in the toilet as soon as we checked in, and it wasn't cleaned during our entire stay.

The location is superb just at the pedestrian street . Very easy to locate and has car park also easily access by car . There is hey tea and molly tea below the hotel .The hotel has good customer service will greet you or smile when u pass by the reception. Hotel has 2 elevator that one can access to the mall directly and go up to level 8 above for room and the other elevator at the tea shop go to level 8 . Level 8 is the reception. Metro station walk around 15mins that access the pink line directly to the airport. All is easy to locate .
