Hotel 4 stelle a Wuhan

Vivete qui per qualche giorno, mi sento davvero fantastica. Devo fare un complimento! Prima di parlare del servizio, non ho niente da dire.Il piccolo ricevimento è molto buono, il soggiorno è molto difficile, vedendo gli ospiti di iniziare a salutare e portare l'acqua dolce.Quando si fermano, il personale di iniziare a aiutare a inviare i bagagli nella stanza, molto intimido. Dopo aver aggiunto una microscrittura, ogni giorno ricorderà di avere una buona notte di zucchero, come un lingottino d'argento e così via.Quando si lascia, il manager ha anche inviato alla porta con entusiasmo e ha chiesto se voleva aiutare a chiamare la macchina.Questo tipo di attenzione per i benefici fa sentire molto caldo. L'hardware della stanza è anche abbastanza forte.Il letto è seta e dormi molto comodo; la funzione di schermo di lancio della TV di 65 pollici, e il film è molto stupendo a letto di notte; il minibar contiene bevande e birra; il bagno è dotato di un cavallo intelligente. L'hotel ha anche una sala fitness e lavanderia, e il servizio di lavanderia è anche molto conveniente. Everything was perfectly prepared before the arrival of me together with my two colleagues. Room is clean, quiet and comfortable. Here I want to specifically thank miss Hu from reception. Not only because she helped me arrange the 30kg shipment, but she also helped me purchase a special tool online and got delivered in 20 minutes. This saved me a lot of time and headache. Without her kind help I would run into trouble. So that's why my special thanks to miss Hu. Of course other employees from hotel are also with warm heart. In short, it is a nice stay and journey in your hotel. I look forward to visit your hotel again in the near future

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti ed è stato un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. Gli addetti alla reception sono stati molto disponibili. La posizione è ottima, vicino a tutte le attrazioni turistiche, con negozi di alimentari e chioschi gastronomici locali. La metropolitana è a circa 10 minuti a piedi e l'autobus è proprio dietro l'angolo. L'hotel è un edificio storico, ristrutturato. Gli interni dell'hotel ricordano l'età dell'oro dell'antica Cina, e ne apprezziamo gli arredi tradizionali. L'ascensore è un vecchio macchinario con spazio limitato (circa 2 persone, che mi ricorda l'ascensore di un vecchio palazzo di Manhattan). Ma non è un problema per la vita moderna.

Questa esperienza di soggiorno è particolarmente soddisfacente. Excellent stay in a prime location – highly recommended The Radisson Red Hotel in ***** is an outstanding four-star hotel located very close to the main pedestrian area. Within just about 200 meters, you reach the lively shopping street, and from there it is a pleasant 15–20 minute walk all the way to the river, where you can find ferry services and sightseeing boats. The location is simply ideal for exploring the city on foot. The hotel itself impresses with excellent service, a high level of cleanliness, and a modern, welcoming atmosphere. Everything feels well-organized and comfortable. A special highlight is the breakfast. It is truly remarkable, offering a wide range of options. There are plenty of European choices such as toast, butter, jam, cheese, and sausages, along with freshly prepared eggs just the way you like them. In addition, there is a rich selection of Chinese dishes, all presented in a very pleasant and stylish setting. One small area for improvement is the English capability of the in-room AI system. While it is innovative and clearly trying to assist, it does not always fully understand commands, which can occasionally lead to minor frustration—for example when adjusting the temperature, controlling the TV, or opening the curtains. However, given the pace of technological development in China, this will likely improve very quickly. Overall, this is an excellent choice for anyone visiting *****, combining comfort, location, and quality at a very high level.

Un soggiorno davvero piacevole. L'hotel si trova sulla via pedonale Jianghan Road, vicino alla linea 2 della metropolitana, con un'ampia scelta di mezzi di trasporto, ristoranti, negozi e attrazioni turistiche nelle vicinanze. L'hotel stesso è un edificio centenario in stile occidentale, con interni ed esterni molto fotogenici, e la terrazza sul tetto offre una vista sul fiume. Se avete molti bagagli all'arrivo o alla partenza, il personale vi aiuterà proattivamente a portarli su e giù per le scale. Se viaggiate con bambini e la vostra camera supera gli standard previsti, vi forniranno prodotti da bagno extra. Al primo piano c'è una caffetteria dove gli ospiti ricevono una tazza di caffè gratuita ogni giorno e una parete dei desideri con cartoline in un angolo; c'è una palestra al terzo piano; e al quarto piano sono disponibili lavatrici e asciugatrici, tutte gratuite. Dalla reception al personale addetto alle pulizie, tutti sono stati molto professionali, cordiali e cortesi.

Our recent stay in a two-bedroom apartment with a fantastic night city view was enjoyable, with a few minor hiccups that didn’t overshadow the overall experience. Check-In Experience:** The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and complimentary drinks, setting a welcoming tone for our stay. They provided detailed information about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions. Room Quality:** Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a stunning night view of the city skyline. The modern decor created a cozy atmosphere, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen area was well-equipped, with coffee machine, washer and dryer, making it easy during our stay. Amenities:** The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, sauna and jacuzzi. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the restaurant, with Wuhan noodles made to order. Location:** Located above a vibrant mall, Somerset Hotel provides easy access to a variety of shops and restaurants right at your doorstep. The subway exit in the basement makes getting around the city incredibly convenient. While the highway is nearby, the hotel maintains a peaceful atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day. Service:** Overall, the service was excellent. Staff members were attentive and quick to address any concerns. A special shoutout to COCO who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. She was proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed, making our experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, Manager APRIL deserves high praise for all the wonderful arrangements she made for our visit.  Conclusion:** Somerset Hotel is a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the city. With its friendly staff, great amenities, and prime location, we would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, yet convenient getaway. We’ll definitely consider returning in the future!

Ho soggiornato di recente in questo hotel e l'esperienza complessiva è stata fantastica! Innanzitutto, la posizione dell'hotel è molto comoda, a pochi minuti dall'Università di Wuhan, e gli spostamenti sono molto comodi. In secondo luogo, la stanza è pulita e ordinata, lo stile dell'arredamento è moderno e accogliente e la biancheria da letto è comoda, il che mi consente di dormire bene ogni notte. Anche i servizi dell'hotel sono molto completi, con una palestra e un ristorante, cosa che mi ha colpito molto. Ma la cosa più importante è che il servizio offerto da Panpan alla reception dell'hotel è stato molto premuroso. Personale cordiale e accogliente, check-in e check-out senza intoppi e tanti consigli di viaggio locali. In breve, sono molto soddisfatto di questa esperienza di soggiorno e la consiglio vivamente a tutti gli amici in viaggio verso Wuhan! Location: There's a lot to do in the area and a ton of convenience stores, restaurants, shops, etc. Baotong temple, Dream Plaza mall, and the subway station are all approx a 10 minute walk away. It's also easy to hail a Didi in front of the hotel. During our stay, the outer facade seems to be under construction, so it could appear confusing re: how to enter the hotel, but there are signs pointing you towards the detour, and you can always ask the guards on duty for directions. Lobby is on the 2nd floor. Cleanliness: This hotel is very new, so the rooms feel pristine. Really appreciated having a bidet toilet. Slippers are excellent quality. Housekeeping replaces towels and amenities daily. Service: Everyone working here was polite and eager to help, from front desk to breakfast staff to housekeeping. Facilities: The breakfast buffet is solid, complete with a noodle bar, traditional Chinese breakfast offerings and some Western options as well, plus a coffee machine that made a pretty decent espresso. It is, however, a bit pricier than other hotels we've stayed at...around 68 RMB per person per day. The laundry room was a bit challenging for us as well. You have to scan a QR code in order for the machines to work, and the QR code leads to an app that requires a Chinese phone number. The staff was kind enough to help us by using their own phones for the machines, but this means you can't really do laundry on your own if you're an international guest.

A good hotel with excellent service! The staff doesn't speak English, but they are very welcoming and friendly. They helped us with all our questions using a translator. There's a laundry room and a gym on the 16th floor. The only disappointing thing was the cleaning. The rooms are new, but quite dirty. The floor is sticky, and there was ash in the toilet as soon as we checked in, and it wasn't cleaned during our entire stay.
