"Camere pulite e dotate di tutti i comfort essenziali per un soggiorno confortevole. La colazione è varia e offre piatti sia cinesi che occidentali. Nel complesso, un soggiorno eccellente. La posizione dell'hotel è facilmente raggiungibile in metropolitana, un po' meno in taxi a causa del traffico tipicamente caotico di questa zona turistica. Il personale dell'hotel è molto gentile e disponibile e la posizione è comoda per visitare le zone pedonali dello shopping. Inoltre, l'hotel dista solo 25 minuti a piedi dal molo per le crociere sul fiume Yangtze."

"Great location within the famous pedestrian walking street. Clean and spacious room. Buffet breakfast was good. The hotel reception staffs are friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the front desk staff Maria who is very helpful and thoughtful during our 4 nights stay there and the housekeeping ladies. A little setback was the hotel is currently undergoing some renovations. Overall we had a pleasant stay here."

I originally booked a short stay at Gallery F in Wuhan near SKP but ended up extending for four more nights—that’s how much I loved it! The location is unbeatable, surrounded by fantastic restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options. Everything you need is just steps away. The customer service here is truly outstanding—every staff member is welcoming, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. I stayed on the executive floor, which was an absolute treat. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and had a stunning view of the city. The jacuzzi was the perfect way to relax after a long day. The hotel also offers a well-equipped gym and a convenient laundry facility, which made my extended stay even more comfortable. If you’re looking for a luxurious yet convenient stay in Wuhan, Gallery F is the perfect choice. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again!"

With subway access just at the basement, it’s an ideal destination for both business travelers and vacationers looking to explore the area. Our recent stay in a two-bedroom apartment with a fantastic night city view was enjoyable, with a few minor hiccups that didn’t overshadow the overall experience. Check-In Experience:** The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and complimentary drinks, setting a welcoming tone for our stay. They provided detailed information about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions. Room Quality:** Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a stunning night view of the city skyline. The modern decor created a cozy atmosphere, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen area was well-equipped, with coffee machine, washer and dryer, making it easy during our stay. Amenities:** The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, sauna and jacuzzi. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the restaurant, with Wuhan noodles made to order. Location:** Located above a vibrant mall, Somerset Hotel provides easy access to a variety of shops and restaurants right at your doorstep. The subway exit in the basement makes getting around the city incredibly convenient. While the highway is nearby, the hotel maintains a peaceful atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day. Service:** Overall, the service was excellent. Staff members were attentive and quick to address any concerns. A special shoutout to COCO who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. She was proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed, making our experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, Manager APRIL deserves high praise for all the wonderful arrangements she made for our visit.  Conclusion:** Somerset Hotel is a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the city. With its friendly staff, great amenities, and prime location, we would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, yet convenient getaway. We’ll definitely consider returning in the future!"

"Siamo stati benissimo in questo hotel. Situato al centro di tutto. Il personale della reception era gentile e le pulizie facevano un ottimo lavoro nel prendersi cura e pulire la camera ogni giorno. È a soli 2 minuti a piedi dalla famosa strada pedonale. Non abbiamo mai mangiato in hotel perché centinaia di servizi di ristorazione erano proprio dall'altra parte della strada. Molto soddisfatto del nostro soggiorno qui e ci tornerei in futuro. Meraviglioso."

"È abbastanza evidente all'incrocio. Appena a sinistra si trovano la stazione della metropolitana della Torre della Gru Gialla, un punto di check-in molto gettonato, e la Torre della Gru Gialla con le sue pareti rosse. C'è anche un negozio di panini al vapore e bastoncini di pasta fritta. Ad agosto, è meglio prendere un taxi per la Torre della Gru Gialla durante il giorno; fa troppo caldo. È a circa 10 minuti a piedi sulla destra, vicino al terminal delle crociere e al traghetto. La crociera sui Due Fiumi è fantastica. Si può anche raggiungere a piedi il Molo n. 1, prendere il traghetto per la dogana di Wuhan e passeggiare lungo Hanjiang Road."

"My experience there was good. The staff were really kind and helpful. The room was good, though I wish it had a minibar. The breakfast was delicious, but if you want some black coffee, you better get it on one of the nearby cafes. The cleaning staff would go to my room around 6pm, which I think is a bit late, but they still went anyways. The location has its pros and cons. The pros are that it’s close to a subway station and you can take a walk to the Hubu Alley and the riverside. In the spring, the scenery around the hotel is beautiful, it has a lot of roses and other kinds of flowers, attracting many tourists and making it hard to carry the luggage around there. The streets are also not that luggage-friendly so it’s quite a mission to walk to the hotel carrying it. I did have some trouble finding the hotel entrance and had to ask five different people for directions. If you don’t speak Chinese, get your translation app ready. Here’s a tip: you’ve gotta take an elevator to get to the hotel lobby."

"Durante un viaggio d'affari a *****, a causa della cancellazione del treno ad alta velocità a causa di un tifone, ho scelto questo hotel di recente apertura, inaugurato nel 2024. È stata una piacevole sorpresa. Situato sopra l'uscita H della stazione di Jianghan Road sulla linea 2 della metropolitana, offre ottimi collegamenti di trasporto ed è situato nel cuore del quartiere commerciale, circondato da numerosi centri commerciali, cinema e ristoranti. La hall dell'hotel si trova al 26° piano e il servizio alla reception è stato eccellente ed efficiente, comprese le bevande locali di ***** in omaggio. La camera era pulita e igienica, con nuovi comfort. La doccia calda era potente e confortevole. L'unico inconveniente erano i cuscini morbidi e una colazione piuttosto monotona. Spero che possano offrire di più in futuro. Nel complesso, è stato un soggiorno molto soddisfacente e tornerò sicuramente."

"Grande posizione, anche se non esattamente vicino a qualsiasi punto caldo turistico ma c'è una stazione di metro e centro commerciale proprio sotto l'appartamento, quindi non c'è bisogno di preoccuparsi del tempo e può arrivare da qualsiasi luogo facilmente. Le strutture dell'hotel includono una sala da ginnastica completa, una tavola da ping pong (i miei genitori l'abbiamo amato), e una sala da giardino femminile ha un grande jacuzzi (che non è in servizio in inverno, che è un peccato!), e una sala da vapore e una sauna. Per usarli, devi dire al desk 30 minuti prima di farlo girare. Il cambiamento è freddo e non c'è acqua calda per il doccia (qualcosa da migliorare). Il colazione ha una bella varietà di cucchiai cinesi e cibo caldo, è più adatto per un appetito cinese/asiatico. Se ordinate la consegna di cibo, la consegnano con un robot, impressionante! L'appartamento 3-bedroom era molto spazioso e me e la mia famiglia l'avevano apprezzata."
