Posizione incantevole, camera e bagno puliti e curati nei minimi dettagli. Tutti i comfort sono presenti e il personale è molto professionale. Nelle vicinanze si trovano l'Esplanade, bar e Woolworths. Spesso sono disponibili parcheggi di fronte alla struttura, sulla strada.

The hotel is in a very good location for exploring Cairns, a short walk to the harbour and even shorter walk for all kinds of restaurants, the hotel has its own restaurant where they serve a BBQ type meal with the meats being carved at your table. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful, Francesca was really lovely, there’s three lifts to all floors, our room 718, was very clean and tidy, lovely cool cotton sheets on a massive bed, a large TV and coffee and tea making facilities, the shower and toilet was ok maybe a bit dated but it served a purpose, the room was cleaned with fresh towels every day, we had breakfast in the hotel which was $25 each, its buffet style so have as much as you need, the restaurants around the hotel are very eclectic, but YaYas’ Greek restaurant is fantastic, the food the staff the atmosphere are all great, highly recommend you try it. All in all the hotel is at the heart of Cairns and all it has to offer.

Really nice apartment with lots of amenities on site which made travelling easier. The room itself was clean and spacious with good appliances. Location was also brilliant right near the central mall and bus station and also not to far a walk or drive from the seafront and main bars and restaurants. Only thing that I can think of that let it down abit is that you are right under a flight path which can wake you up in the morning when the planes are coming in to land. Otherwise I would definitely recommend for the price.

The unit is adequate for my family of six for a 3-night stay. Basic necessities are generally met, and the overall stay was acceptable. However, there were several maintenance and usability issues that affected comfort. Some air-conditioning remotes were faulty or missing batteries, requiring us to swap between rooms to find working ones. The telephone/RJ45 connection head was also broken and left dangling, with wiring not properly connected, which gave a poor impression of upkeep. In terms of sleeping comfort, the beds are quite soft and the pillows offer very little support. The positioning of the electrical wall outlets behind the bed also made it inconvenient, as we had to shift the bed forward to access the sockets. For kitchen use, it would be helpful to provide basic dishwashing supplies such as a small bottle of dishwashing liquid and a sponge, especially when only a few items are used in the dishwasher. On a positive note, the bathroom facilities are in good condition. Water pressure is strong and hot water is consistently available, which made showers comfortable. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but there is clear room for improvement in maintenance and basic guest amenities.

This is the best value accomodation in Cairns in my experience, Ingrid the receptionist was very friendly and helpful I arrived early and they still checked me in and gave me a free upgrade from a standard room to an apartment, the location is excellent only a very short walk to the esplanade and amazing restaurants, free private parking available (although it is limited to availability) I think this will be my preference for staying in Cairns city from now on.

I expected much better from a hotel carrying the Ramada name. We arrived just after midnight, exactly as we had advised the hotel in advance. To our surprise, the entrance gates were locked. There was a phone number on the gate to call for assistance, but despite repeated calls, nobody answered. We could see reception from outside, and could clearly hear the phone ringing, but there was no one there to help. After standing on the roadside for around 15 minutes with two tired children in the middle of the night, I ended up climbing over the locked fence just to unlock the gate from the inside so my family could enter. Once inside, we rang the reception bell several times before anyone appeared. Around 20 minutes later, the receptionist (a gentleman with long hair) eventually arrived. Rather than apologising for leaving a family locked outside at midnight, he simply said he had been ”dealing with something”, that there were ”100 guests and just him”, and told us, ”you need patience.” Those are his exact words. I appreciate that staff can be busy, but this was a complete failure of customer service. An apology would have gone a long way. Instead, we were met with rudeness and a dismissive attitude. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I have encountered. The hotel itself was also disappointing. The photos on the website appear to be either very old or heavily enhanced. The grounds look nothing like the promotional images—there are no palm trees as shown, and the swimming pool sits right beside the car park, giving it a very different feel from what is advertised. The one major positive is the location. It's within easy walking distance of the city centre, which was extremely convenient. Unfortunately, because of the poor customer service on arrival and the misleading impression created by the website photos, I would not choose to stay here again

ロケーションはとにかく良かったです。フェリー乗り場にも近くエスプラネード公共プールは徒歩数十秒、ナイトマーケットも2分ほどで着き、スーパーマーケットは道挟んだ向かいにあるなど最高の立地でした。 しかし立地以外は正直微妙で、良かった点はフロント横のウォーターサーバーで水が飲めることとバルコニーでタバコが吸えること、後はYouTubeや Netflixなどが自室のTVで観れることくらいです。 残念な点を上げると、まずシーツやタオルが不衛生。タオルはシミが付いていて匂いますしシーツも生乾きのような匂いがしました。バスルームはシャワーの水圧が信じられないほど弱く洗い流すのにとても時間がかかります。水はけが悪過ぎたのでフロントでお願いした所不在時に直してくれたのかマシになりましたがとにかく水圧もどうにかして欲しかったです。施設のプールはジャグジーがありましたが温かいわけでもなくイマイチ。スタッフは日中の方はフレンドリーで良い方が多かったですが夜間にいらした初老の男性は威圧的で何が不愉快なのか笑顔も一切無し。オーストラリアに一年ほど住んでいた為英語には不自由しない程度の語学力はあると思っていましたが、彼の言っていることは2回聞いてもよく分からず聞き返すと『もういい』と話しかけてきたくせに終わらせる始末。正直不快な気分でした。 昔近くのマントラトリロジーに泊まった際はここまで不満は感じなかったと記憶しています。 しばらくケアンズに行く予定はもうないですが、次また選ぶかというと無しかな、という感想です。 親切に対応して下さったスタッフの方々はありがとうございました。

Un alloggio ben presentato con tutto quello che hai bisogno. Mi piaceva davvero l'ora del desktop front. Sono aperti fino a 10.30 pm. L'unico guasto è che il wi fi non funzionava.

In primo luogo, questo non è un hotel 5* e non sta cercando di essere. Questo è un posto di bilancio per stare e, in questo senso, ho pensato che fosse fantastico. Le camere erano abbastanza grandi, avevano un tavolo e sedie, caldaia, frigorifero, microonde, cucina, le più attrezzature finora in 4 mesi di viaggio. Su di esso vi è una piscina modesta e una grande zona di cucina che ha utensili che sono stati davvero utili per noi che viaggiano nel bilancio. La posizione è quanto potevamo, 30 minuti a piedi alla stazione ferroviaria e al porto, un'ora a piedi dall'aeroporto. Il parcheggio è anche disponibile. Anche se - Era un po' sporco e rustico nei luoghi - vi sono stati molti piccoli rocciosi che vengono con il territorio, ma vale la pena ricordare - ci sono stati 3 piani nel nostro blocco, ciascuno con un bagno, il nostro bagno è stato pulito ma nessuno carta da bagno è stato riempito per i 3 giorni che eravamo lì
