Hotel 3 stelle a Sa Pa

Hotel pulito e bello, vista incredibile e qualità del prezzo è bello, l'hotel è un po' indossato, tuttavia,è pulito e la famiglia che gestisce l'hotel è molto bello e amichevole, offrono una bevanda benvenuta e mi hanno anche dato un snack quando sono partito. Mi piaceva la posizione. Inoltre, vi offrono consigli direzionali e possono anche aiutarvi a prenotare tour.

Positives: Immaculate service. Very warm, welcoming, friendly and personalised experience. The team takes the time to speak to each and every guest, always greeting with a smile 💕 Laundry was USD4 /kg. Very nice strong smell for the detergent. Great selection of food and wonderful ala carte breakfast buffet. Scrambled eggs were so so good! The beef soup as well 👍 Loved the house pets 💕 Location is great! Not too far from city, yet far enough for peace and quiet. Near the rice fields, amazing views and fresh air. Near the alpine coaster. Massage was great too. A lil pricey but so convenient and worth it. The overall vibe was fantastic and relaxing. Definitely coming back here again despite some of the negatives below. Negatives: Insects everywhere! On the bed too! No bed bugs, that's clean. But due to the location and how each house is built, tons of little flying insects. The mosquito net helps keep most of the insects off the bed so we kept it open over the bed. Not so much privacy as the porch and tub had direct view of another room's porch.. Might have gotten exposed once or twice... we did ask for a private room but were placed right next to the pool deck. The dining place mats were dirty and re-used. They ignored the dirty spots and just placed the utensil on the mats. I had to wipe my utensils clean and placed them over serviettes instead. Too many steps 😅 we checked in after a 2d1n hike up Fansipan so our thighs were screaming with each step up and down within the Hotel compound. Overall, definitely a 9.5/10 stay!

Il personale è davvero gentile. La vista sulla valle è meravigliosa. L'aria condizionata funzionava bene e l'acqua calda in bagno era sufficiente. Mi piace perché è un hotel semplice, non lussuoso. La posizione dell'hotel è un po' lontana dal centro. È un po' pericoloso camminare perché ci sono molte colline, auto e moto. Se prendete un taxi, arriverete in cinque minuti. I ristoranti di fronte all'hotel sono accoglienti e il cibo vale la pena di essere assaggiato.

The host was super friendly and provided superb hospitality. Offered us luggage storage before checking in and after checking out without charging anything, super grateful for their service. They also offer a simple bathroom for cleaning up before collecting luggage back for fre. Extremely recommended !sorry for the irrelevant photo.

Wonderful Stay at Sapa Elegance Hotel – Perfect Location and Amazing Hospitality! We had a lovely stay at Sapa Elegance Hotel! The location is perfect—close to everything you need in Sapa like shops, transport, and local spots, but tucked away just enough to enjoy peace and quiet away from the tourist crowds. A highlight of our stay was the newly opened restaurant downstairs, Taste of Vietnam. The food was excellent—truly one of the best in town—and Mr. Tim, the owner, is incredibly kind, humble, and accommodating. The hotel staff were also amazing. Special thanks to Andy, who was always helpful, polite, and spoke English very well. He made our stay even more comfortable with his assistance and warm hospitality. The room itself was great value for money. The water heater and water pressure were both excellent—something we truly appreciated after a long day of exploring. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sapa!

Adoro la posizione, l'ambiente è bellissimo e tranquillo. Sono grato al personale della reception per l'accoglienza calorosa e al manager per avermi assegnato la piccola stanza che mi ha permesso di ritirarmi in pace e contemplazione, come un nomade utopico in cerca di illuminazione. Sono anche grato per la colazione nutriente offerta ogni giorno. Se dovessi tornare a Sapa, in Vietnam, sceglierei di nuovo di soggiornare qui. Ho passato più di dieci giorni qui, e ogni mattina, immerso nell'aria fresca e dolce ricca di ioni negativi, ho meditato rivolto al cielo. Questo è un luogo eccellente per i praticanti che cercano pace e contemplazione. ☆ Grato per l'incontro! 😇

Il posto è carino. È vicino al centro città, tuttavia non lo consiglierei a persone anziane perché i gradini sono un po' stretti. Il posto è molto tranquillo, quindi è un vantaggio. Abbiamo riscontrato alcuni problemi, soprattutto con l'elettricità e la tessera magnetica. La tessera magnetica non ha funzionato per tutto il tempo in cui siamo rimasti lì. L'unico lato positivo è che la persona con cui parliamo su WhatsApp risponde velocemente, quindi ci hanno fornito una password temporanea ogni volta che dovevamo entrare, altrimenti avremmo dovuto far aprire le porte alla donna delle pulizie se era presente. Anche la corrente elettrica ha causato cortocircuiti, causandoci un'interruzione di corrente.

Итак, я снова забронировала , точнее продлила свое проживания на одну ночь и меня попросили сменить номер. Этот номер оказался на пару этажей ниже и..окна выходили в коридор. По сути, можно сказать, что номер без окна. Что для меня максимально не комфортно. Конечно же ты не будешь открывать жалюзи с видом на коридор где проходят люди, а твоя кровать прямо напротив этого самого «окна», так что все время он был закрыт. Но зато благодаря этим огромным окнам абсолютно все слышно и ощущение, что ты буквально живешь в коридоре. Хотелось поскорее покинуть это место, невозможно нормально спать. Я была так удивлена, что такая идеальная гостиница для меня стала местом откуда хотелось убежать. Еще и почему-то в это утра завтрак превратился всё-таки в «шведский стол» о чем предупредили буквально за полчаса до завершения, окей. Спальное место также комфортное, все чисто и так далее. Если кому-то нормально в номере без окон, то все еще смело рекомендую, но мне было ужасно дискомфортно. С радостью бы вернулась в эту гостиницу, но в первый номер. В этот ни за что

La posizione di questo hotel è eccellente, proprio accanto al mercato di Sapa. Il lago di Sapa e il centro città sono raggiungibili a piedi. Il proprietario è molto gentile. Non parla inglese, ma si riesce a comunicare benissimo tramite app di traduzione sul telefono. Del resto, anche il mio inglese è un po' arrugginito, e il traduttore vocale/testuale cinese-vietnamita è stato estremamente utile. La cosa più importante è che le camere sono grandi, pulite e con bagno privato, e il prezzo è anche molto conveniente. Ho prenotato una notte su Trip, poi un'altra direttamente con il proprietario, e dopo essere tornato da un'escursione a Ta Van, ho aggiunto una terza notte. L'hotel non è molto grande, ma dispone di un ascensore e al piano terra c'è un ristorante. Ho provato il pho di pollo per colazione e il riso fritto con gamberi per pranzo; erano entrambi buoni e a prezzi ragionevoli. Noleggiare una moto dal proprietario è anche molto conveniente: altre strutture chiedono 150k o più al giorno, lui ne chiede solo 120k. La moto, pur non essendo nuovissima d'aspetto, ha ottime prestazioni. L'ho noleggiata per andare a Ta Van, e nonostante le condizioni stradali fossero pessime in alcuni tratti, la moto ha superato tutto in sicurezza.

Отличный отель! Отдыхали семьей пару дней. Место расположение просто супер! Рядом находится кафе с видом на поезд. Хотя из окон отеля тоже можно увидеть поезд. Очень понравилось пространство внизу отеля: кухонная зона, диван, много мест для отдыха. Все сделано с любовью! Готовишь и смотришь, как ездит поезд - везут людей на Фансипан. И до станции поезда тоже 5 минут пешком не спеша. Очень удобно. Лучшая локация! Вай фай в номерах норм, в лобби просто летал. В номере было чисто, приятная обстановка. Постельное белье чистое, все отлично! Очень доброжелательный персонал. Разрешили оставить вещи в лобби до вечера. Спасибо за гостеприимство! Обязательно будем вас рекомендовать!
