Ho trascorso un soggiorno fantastico al Sapa Yen Hotel, senza dubbio il miglior viaggio di compleanno che abbia mai fatto! 🎉 Il personale mi ha sorpreso con una camera splendidamente decorata, una deliziosa torta di compleanno e un mazzo di fiori freschi. La loro calorosa ospitalità mi ha fatto sentire speciale e davvero coccolata. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque visiti Sapa e desideri un'esperienza memorabile. Grazie, Sapa Yen Hotel! 💐🎂

Un enorme grazie alla proprietaria per averci aiutato a prenotare i biglietti dell'autobus! Sia la proprietaria che il proprietario sono incredibilmente gentili! Noleggiano moto per i massaggi e il servizio di lavanderia è economico e pulito: si può lasciare il bucato nel pomeriggio e ritirarlo la sera. La vista dalla nostra camera era assolutamente mozzafiato e la camera era molto pulita; ci è piaciuto moltissimo e ci torneremmo sicuramente! Anche i ristoranti consigliati dalla proprietaria erano eccellenti!

This place is amazing. They stay true to their words - to be eco-friendly and reduce wastage. Nam and his team were very helpful and Nam is exceptionally attentive to our needs. The room is exactly the same as the photos on Trip.com and we received a pleasant surprise with a beautifully decorated bed when they know that it’s our wedding anniversary. The common area has a fireplace where guests can gather around and have small conversations. The food and drinks (including cocktails) were so good that almost every day we would rather stay at the resort to have our meals. Nam makes great cocktails! Lastly, there is a resident dog, as well as a cat. Both are adorable and love to be around people. Our stay with Eco Palm House is amazing. Great place, great view, and great people! We will certainly recommend to our family and friends. Hope we are also able to visit and stay here again!

The view from my cabin is spectacular and the air conditioning is good with a clean nice shower bathroom which has a window to peek outside. The hotel is housed inside Matsu cafe and they have nice food there to offer. Downside is there are insects visiting the room but it can't be helped since it is integrated as part of nature.

Wonderful Stay at Sapa Elegance Hotel – Perfect Location and Amazing Hospitality! We had a lovely stay at Sapa Elegance Hotel! The location is perfect—close to everything you need in Sapa like shops, transport, and local spots, but tucked away just enough to enjoy peace and quiet away from the tourist crowds. A highlight of our stay was the newly opened restaurant downstairs, Taste of Vietnam. The food was excellent—truly one of the best in town—and Mr. Tim, the owner, is incredibly kind, humble, and accommodating. The hotel staff were also amazing. Special thanks to Andy, who was always helpful, polite, and spoke English very well. He made our stay even more comfortable with his assistance and warm hospitality. The room itself was great value for money. The water heater and water pressure were both excellent—something we truly appreciated after a long day of exploring. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sapa!

Arrived early into Sa Pa and requested for early check in. Needed to pay an extra 40,000 VD which was fine as it came inclusive of breakfast. However, from the moment the keycard was inserted into the slot, nightmare began. The power fused out and had to go down to the reception to request for assistance. Front desk staff were not helpful and kept saying the issue was resolved. But the power trip repeated for more than 4 times and with me going up and down before they finally had someone to check the room. So much for early check in. Room was damp, heater hardly function and bathroom can certainly improve in cleanliness. This was on day one. Day two, we decided to check out the breakfast and was again disappointed. I have never seen such a miserable spread and we were limited to only one bowl of noodles or if pancake serving. In any event, nothing great to be missed! And the saga of the power trip continues. Did I mentioned that on Day one, I have to endure an extremely cold bath as half-way through my bath with shampoo in my hair, hot water was no longer available. When we reached out to the team, we were told to wait for 15 mins for hot water to be restored. Can you imagine, standing stark naked with shampoo and bath gel on your body and to wait for 15 minutes in the cold? For the price that I paid for the room, it was definitely not worth it. The explanation from the hotel team for all these.. it's TET and we don't have technicians on site. Although Mr Dao, the Hotel Manager seems friendly, obliging and apologetic, extended free transfer to the bus station the next day, it hardly made up for such a bad staying experience.

Buona posizione. Camminando dalla strada di intrattenimento (Alimento, bar e marzo). Il servizio è fenomenale. Prepareranno colazione a casa per voi uno per uno. Ho mangiato Pho Bo(Beef). Una parte è molto generosa non posso finire da sola. La camera ha una grande vista sulla montagna.Vorrei consigliare ai giovani viaggiatori.I viaggiatori che hanno problemi di ginocchio potrebbero trovare difficile accedere al soggiorno di casa.

This homestay is located in 15 minutes away by car to the centre of Sapa. It is very peaceful and perfect place, if you are tired of a noisy city and want silence. The views from this homestay on Moang Hoa Valley are very beautiful. You can see the mountains, green fields and changing of the view while sitting with a book on the balcony with roses. Fresh air, silence and views, what can be more perfect? My room was clean, it has towels, slippers, teeth brush, bottles of water. You can order a breakfast there, but I love to walk, so I found another cafes nearby. If you want peaceful and silent place for a vacation, it is a good one:)

La posizione di questo hotel è eccellente, proprio accanto al mercato di Sapa. Il lago di Sapa e il centro città sono raggiungibili a piedi. Il proprietario è molto gentile. Non parla inglese, ma si riesce a comunicare benissimo tramite app di traduzione sul telefono. Del resto, anche il mio inglese è un po' arrugginito, e il traduttore vocale/testuale cinese-vietnamita è stato estremamente utile. La cosa più importante è che le camere sono grandi, pulite e con bagno privato, e il prezzo è anche molto conveniente. Ho prenotato una notte su Trip, poi un'altra direttamente con il proprietario, e dopo essere tornato da un'escursione a Ta Van, ho aggiunto una terza notte. L'hotel non è molto grande, ma dispone di un ascensore e al piano terra c'è un ristorante. Ho provato il pho di pollo per colazione e il riso fritto con gamberi per pranzo; erano entrambi buoni e a prezzi ragionevoli. Noleggiare una moto dal proprietario è anche molto conveniente: altre strutture chiedono 150k o più al giorno, lui ne chiede solo 120k. La moto, pur non essendo nuovissima d'aspetto, ha ottime prestazioni. L'ho noleggiata per andare a Ta Van, e nonostante le condizioni stradali fossero pessime in alcuni tratti, la moto ha superato tutto in sicurezza.

Отличный отель! Отдыхали семьей пару дней. Место расположение просто супер! Рядом находится кафе с видом на поезд. Хотя из окон отеля тоже можно увидеть поезд. Очень понравилось пространство внизу отеля: кухонная зона, диван, много мест для отдыха. Все сделано с любовью! Готовишь и смотришь, как ездит поезд - везут людей на Фансипан. И до станции поезда тоже 5 минут пешком не спеша. Очень удобно. Лучшая локация! Вай фай в номерах норм, в лобби просто летал. В номере было чисто, приятная обстановка. Постельное белье чистое, все отлично! Очень доброжелательный персонал. Разрешили оставить вещи в лобби до вечера. Спасибо за гостеприимство! Обязательно будем вас рекомендовать!
