UUtente ospiteThe check in lady is sweet and great, the place makes you feel welcoming. We used to stay in ‘Hamxxx’ (opposite street), but find this place better.
We lived on the 3/F and near the escalator, but the bad smell of the rubbish is very strong around the escalator area, feels like in a dumpster pit. Hope management can move the super full rubbish bin away to somewhere else.

LLudovicusthe cleaning lady knocked at my door TWICE before the check out time of noon, once at ca. 09:30 and another at ca. 1130. I complained to the receptionist, who had the cheek to ask me if I had put the do not disturb sign on. The lack of courtesy at this hotel is stunning. Next time (not with me though), try knocking at everybody's door every hour.
This is NOT a welcoming place and should not be patronized.

UUtente ospiteI really appreciated the staff , real problem solvers and genuinely nice people. One even helped me find a less expensive place to stay to fit my budget. Complimentary coffee ( varied options) , water dispenser in lobby, and a fantastic very large tv in the bedroom were some draw cards. I could use my Netflix membership easily . I didn’t get the included breakfast as I booked through a third party so explore booking direct . The breakfast sounded good:) . It certainly offers a far nicer ambience than the less expensive place I relocated to . Their Nice carefully picked staff make a big difference. They should all be complimented ! :)

JJavier A. RoqueThe customer service was initially great upon check in. Since I have been driving cross country I didn’t really have time to check the details about the parking. When arrived I was told parking was booked and I told I could Park in the side street between the convenient store and the hotel. My car got broken into that night or early morning. Now the staff was good at that moment letting me use the room a little longer to figure out what to do and make sure the police report was good a ect. They had a camera on that street facing my car. This is were the customer service falls. Its been over a week of me ask and calling to request the video footage of the incident and I keep getting pushed to the side. Apparently no one know the situation with me getting the footage but the manager and the so called security team thats in charge with the videos footage. I have sent an email requesting it and have not received nothing. No call back in regards to the video footage. This is highly unprofessional when a customer had their vehicle broken into when staying on their property. I should have gotten the footage at least a day or two after the incident but a full week is crazy and i have to wait for a manager to be on site on Tuesday to get my situation resolved! Unprofessional and unacceptable.

UUtente ospiteReceptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable. The room was spacious and clean. The showerhead needs to be replaced. The water pressure is not that good and there was no fan that worked in the bathroom.
No free breakfast. However, they do have a wait surface kitchen. Paid six dollars for one egg and another six dollars for one piece of bacon.

CCruzn56chevyThe stay was great, the hotel was clean and up to date to how Tru hotels are. Check in was a little long because we had to hunt down someone to check in at 830pm. Breakfast was a little sub par as well, comparing it to all the other Tru hotels we have stayed. Overall I would stay again.

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo prenotato una camera del re, pagato per la stessa e ricevuto conferma. Solo dopo aver fatto check-in e andato in camera, abbiamo scoperto che era 2 letti doppi. Quando mio marito andò a cambiare le camere, una persona al tavolo disse che i re erano tutti prenotati e l'altra persona al tavolo diceva che c'era un modello e non c'erano letti di re. Evidentemente non erano interessati a aiutarci, e dato che avevamo già scaricato tutto il nostro bagaglio, ci siamo rimasti li. AVERTENZA che ciò che li prenoti non sia quello che hai ricevuto, e in loco, e ciò non è stato spiegato da nessuna parte.

MMike and Lea KlattStavo cercando un posto per soggiornare vicino all'aeroporto di Austin. A causa della pulizia e del piacere di questo hotel, ho deciso di soggiornare nel loro hotel sorella a Georgetown! Con le strutture e la pulizia di questo hotel, merita sicuramente un rating più alto!

SStephen CornwellHotel is okay,it's an older unit in a rough part of town.Trash outside and inside my room,hallway and rear entrance was not emptied daily.Car in rear parking lot was vandalized while I was there, not my car, there were many warning signs not to leave valuables in cars.I was there 2 1/2 days never received new towels for the ones I used,although bathroom and room was clean when I arrived. Had a bad problem with the room door opening from the outside, I am fairly strong ,but I had to hip-check the door every time to get into my ,it's so obvious that cleaning staff must have reported It was that hard to open,I am easy-going but it needs reported and repaired.
