The hotel was amazing very respectful staff the room was amazing amenities were great aswell very close to many places to get food walking distance a small little minor discretion the door chain lock was broken but no biggie other than that I highly recommend this hotel and I would stay there again

Awful nasty dirty place found Roaches crawling throughout the room and what really was the end of out stay was the spiders. Spiders at foot of the bed and who knows where else also they say they have security walking around parking lot but can't really secure the lot when he is in conference room watching terminator while people are outside in bed of my truck trying take things . We left with 2 nights still on our trip and Nativo refused to refund us 2 night that we weren't staying didn't make sense to me but I recommend staying away from this place "the Cockroach lodge"

Very nice stay, the desk clerk was nice and friendly, even gave us a glass of wine and a beer. The only thing missing in room was kleenix. Each room has a microwave, small fridge, and coffee maker. The location was easy to get to right off I-25 and near I-40.

The shower could have used a cleaning especially behind the shower curtain. The shower drain needs some drain-o.
There was busted glass in the parking lot.
Fixing these issues would have made it great.

Excellent hotel. The Nativo Lodge is excellent great rooms. Friendly and attentive staff and great location. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing excellent lodging

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Dome rooms have local artists murals on the walls. Very nicely decorated. Definately will stay here again.

The staff was very very courteous and professional! The best customer service I have ever experienced!! Thank you for being so gracious to me and my family. We we’re in Albuquerque for a medical procedure and your team went out of their way to make sure my mother comfortable! We look forward to staying at your hotel again and I will recommend your hotel as well to family, friends, and colleagues.

was very clean. the art rooms were spectacular and very interesting. staff was amazing. only thing was no body wash in shower.

The woman who checked me in was very nice and professional.
It's an old hotel with a new paint job. Here is the list of issues: there's one rickety elevator, the furniture was dirty and threadbare, the towels were the consistency of co**** sand paper, they require texting to communicate, but there are no USB ports to charge the phones, the tv and appliances didn't work, and it was so loud. We were facing the highway. All night there was drag racing, engine brakes, and sirens. There is no sound proofing.
I read the reviews on Google from the dirty chair and most said the same thing.
The hotel responded with canned text on all the negative reviews. They mostly said what I'm saying now. I know it was during the Balloon Fiesta and they were busy, but these are consistent issues.
Do not recommend.
