Abbiamo prenotato un standard con un letto di dimensioni reali.La stanza a questo ramo - Albuquerque East non ha un odore di meraviglia e è pulita e ha un'internazionale che è stato bello. La colazione e il personale erano tutti utili e amichevoli.Bonus: la nostra camera aveva anche una bella vista sulle montagne.
La stanza è stata molto diversa da quella di Holiday Inn Houston East-Channelview, e non è stata molto amichevole e utile (salvo per la signora bengalese, che probabilmente era il manager del desk front), ma ha un odore strano. Il ristorante ha un ristorante molto salino, il colazione era buono e la posizione era buona. Questo era solo il plus per il ramo Houston East Channelview.

JJavier A. RoqueThe customer service was initially great upon check in. Since I have been driving cross country I didn’t really have time to check the details about the parking. When arrived I was told parking was booked and I told I could Park in the side street between the convenient store and the hotel. My car got broken into that night or early morning. Now the staff was good at that moment letting me use the room a little longer to figure out what to do and make sure the police report was good a ect. They had a camera on that street facing my car. This is were the customer service falls. Its been over a week of me ask and calling to request the video footage of the incident and I keep getting pushed to the side. Apparently no one know the situation with me getting the footage but the manager and the so called security team thats in charge with the videos footage. I have sent an email requesting it and have not received nothing. No call back in regards to the video footage. This is highly unprofessional when a customer had their vehicle broken into when staying on their property. I should have gotten the footage at least a day or two after the incident but a full week is crazy and i have to wait for a manager to be on site on Tuesday to get my situation resolved! Unprofessional and unacceptable.

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo prenotato una camera del re, pagato per la stessa e ricevuto conferma. Solo dopo aver fatto check-in e andato in camera, abbiamo scoperto che era 2 letti doppi. Quando mio marito andò a cambiare le camere, una persona al tavolo disse che i re erano tutti prenotati e l'altra persona al tavolo diceva che c'era un modello e non c'erano letti di re. Evidentemente non erano interessati a aiutarci, e dato che avevamo già scaricato tutto il nostro bagaglio, ci siamo rimasti li. AVERTENZA che ciò che li prenoti non sia quello che hai ricevuto, e in loco, e ciò non è stato spiegato da nessuna parte.

UUtente ospiteThe room that I stade the air conditioner made aloud noise when running. The hotel was out darted it is in need of a face lift. The hotel staff will not change your linen or do anything in your room if you are booked in for a week. They if you want clean sheets or tiles you have to bring them to the office and exchange them. If you have a stain of on them they are going to change you$25.00 per item even a face or hand towel. I thought that was crazy. I left a day earlier than when I was supposed to. I did take a video of the room. I just have figure how to up load it

SStephen CornwellHotel is okay,it's an older unit in a rough part of town.Trash outside and inside my room,hallway and rear entrance was not emptied daily.Car in rear parking lot was vandalized while I was there, not my car, there were many warning signs not to leave valuables in cars.I was there 2 1/2 days never received new towels for the ones I used,although bathroom and room was clean when I arrived. Had a bad problem with the room door opening from the outside, I am fairly strong ,but I had to hip-check the door every time to get into my ,it's so obvious that cleaning staff must have reported It was that hard to open,I am easy-going but it needs reported and repaired.

La stanza era pulita quando ci siamo arrivati.
I ragazzi del servizio di aiuto erano molto gentili e sempre disposti ad aiutare.
Il ”salatta” offre pochi bar granola, pochi mele, alcuni yogurt e caffè, solo zucchero regolare.
Pulizia della stanza. Essi richiedono che il cliente chieda la pulizia della stanza... scrivere in un post, e firmare,! poi il tizio al desk lo firmi anche.
