UUtente ospiteI really appreciated the staff , real problem solvers and genuinely nice people. One even helped me find a less expensive place to stay to fit my budget. Complimentary coffee ( varied options) , water dispenser in lobby, and a fantastic very large tv in the bedroom were some draw cards. I could use my Netflix membership easily . I didn’t get the included breakfast as I booked through a third party so explore booking direct . The breakfast sounded good:) . It certainly offers a far nicer ambience than the less expensive place I relocated to . Their Nice carefully picked staff make a big difference. They should all be complimented ! :)

JJavier A. RoqueThe customer service was initially great upon check in. Since I have been driving cross country I didn’t really have time to check the details about the parking. When arrived I was told parking was booked and I told I could Park in the side street between the convenient store and the hotel. My car got broken into that night or early morning. Now the staff was good at that moment letting me use the room a little longer to figure out what to do and make sure the police report was good a ect. They had a camera on that street facing my car. This is were the customer service falls. Its been over a week of me ask and calling to request the video footage of the incident and I keep getting pushed to the side. Apparently no one know the situation with me getting the footage but the manager and the so called security team thats in charge with the videos footage. I have sent an email requesting it and have not received nothing. No call back in regards to the video footage. This is highly unprofessional when a customer had their vehicle broken into when staying on their property. I should have gotten the footage at least a day or two after the incident but a full week is crazy and i have to wait for a manager to be on site on Tuesday to get my situation resolved! Unprofessional and unacceptable.

Dopo un giorno familiare estremamente lungo al Grand Canyon, siamo arrivati all'hotel molto tardi e completamente esauriti.
Mi piacerebbe riconoscere in particolare Mona, che era assolutamente incredibile; immediatamente si sentiva benvenuta e si prendeva cura della mia famiglia, anche se era tardi e noi eravamo chiaramente usciti dalla giornata. Mona era gentile, paziente e veramente utile, assicurandoci di avere tutto quello che ci serviva per essere risolti in fretta e confortevole.
L’hotel stesso era pulito, comodo e proprio quello che ci serviva dopo un lungo giorno di viaggio e di esplorazione, ma era il livello di servizio di Mona che era davvero fuori luogo. Persone come lei fanno una grande differenza e sono la ragione per cui rimarremmo qui di nuovo.
Grazie ancora, Mona, per aver preso cosi' tanto cura della mia famiglia, significava molto dopo un giorno così lungo!

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo prenotato una camera del re, pagato per la stessa e ricevuto conferma. Solo dopo aver fatto check-in e andato in camera, abbiamo scoperto che era 2 letti doppi. Quando mio marito andò a cambiare le camere, una persona al tavolo disse che i re erano tutti prenotati e l'altra persona al tavolo diceva che c'era un modello e non c'erano letti di re. Evidentemente non erano interessati a aiutarci, e dato che avevamo già scaricato tutto il nostro bagaglio, ci siamo rimasti li. AVERTENZA che ciò che li prenoti non sia quello che hai ricevuto, e in loco, e ciò non è stato spiegato da nessuna parte.

UUtente ospiteOverall this hotel is good if you just need a bed and a warm shower. The staff were friendly and very helpful! This is a no frills stay but gives you the necessities and a safe spot within the city. The hotel is gated to keep unwanted visitors out and our rental car was safe in the lot. The beds aren’t the nicest, very stiff, and the pillows were very flat- but for the price per night it was fine. We didn’t spend any time in the room except to shower and sleep- which this hotel was perfect for lol. Our room had a smoke smell to it, but we were fine dealing with it. Notified the front deals and they made sure to make a note of it so we weren’t charged smoking fee. Pros: cheap, nice helpful staff, hot shower, good water pressure, gated lot, decently safer area than further into Albuquerque.. Cons: hard bed, flat pillows, thin towels, landlord special upkeep lol.

UUtente ospiteIl posto era pulito e non hanno pagato il deposito 200, ma una 75-taglie molto più conveniente. Il colazione era decente, perché avevano omelete e salsicce insieme ai pancake. Rimarrebbe qui a un prezzo ragionevole.

SStephen CornwellHotel is okay,it's an older unit in a rough part of town.Trash outside and inside my room,hallway and rear entrance was not emptied daily.Car in rear parking lot was vandalized while I was there, not my car, there were many warning signs not to leave valuables in cars.I was there 2 1/2 days never received new towels for the ones I used,although bathroom and room was clean when I arrived. Had a bad problem with the room door opening from the outside, I am fairly strong ,but I had to hip-check the door every time to get into my ,it's so obvious that cleaning staff must have reported It was that hard to open,I am easy-going but it needs reported and repaired.
