JJavier A. RoqueThe customer service was initially great upon check in. Since I have been driving cross country I didn’t really have time to check the details about the parking. When arrived I was told parking was booked and I told I could Park in the side street between the convenient store and the hotel. My car got broken into that night or early morning. Now the staff was good at that moment letting me use the room a little longer to figure out what to do and make sure the police report was good a ect. They had a camera on that street facing my car. This is were the customer service falls. Its been over a week of me ask and calling to request the video footage of the incident and I keep getting pushed to the side. Apparently no one know the situation with me getting the footage but the manager and the so called security team thats in charge with the videos footage. I have sent an email requesting it and have not received nothing. No call back in regards to the video footage. This is highly unprofessional when a customer had their vehicle broken into when staying on their property. I should have gotten the footage at least a day or two after the incident but a full week is crazy and i have to wait for a manager to be on site on Tuesday to get my situation resolved! Unprofessional and unacceptable.

SSmileIl parcheggio è ampio, scoperto e gratuito. La stanza è grande, ma l'arredamento è piuttosto vecchio. Il servizio in generale è buono. Si trova alla periferia della città. Ci sono molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze ed è sicuro.

UUtente ospiteThe lobby is beautiful and stylish, probably the best in town. Char restaurant provides good food. I like the grilled Ceaser wedge a lot. The bed is comfortable. I had good sleep.

JJocelynThis is a nice hotel, very clean, great breakfast. However there are some downsides we don’t like: the pool’s water is not that clean and the room service is not that good. When we enter the room on the first day, there was no bath towels at all, I went down to the front desk and asked for some. The second day, after we came back, it was already after 5pm, the room service hasn’t show up yet, I called the front desk and it took a while for them to show up to change my towels.

Lloganm818Room had a stain on the floor and there was a moth in the room. Location is great, right by I40 in the middle of Albuquerque. Staff was ok, not nice, but not rude either. Bed and shower were great, but the bathroom was ridiculously small. Breakfast was good, but some things were precariously placed, like the half-working toaster on a shaky stand and the drink pitchers on a shifty ice bed.

UUtente ospiteSo close to the terminal, just follow the signs once you exit the terminal, cross a couple of roads and you're in the property parking lot.
It's clean and although an old hotel it's kept clean and updated here and there. For example beds have seen better times, but washroom was looking good.
Staff was great, food was fine and served fast.
On the down side one two items:
1 only decaf coffee in the room, odd eh
2 the shower drain wasn't great and will not drain fast enough

UUtente ospiteQuesta è stata la terza visita attraverso Albuquerque e abbiamo soggiornato nel Microtel ogni volta. Le camere sono grandi. Frigorifero. Colazione continentale. Tutto è terribile.
