Design philosophy is open, innovative, humane and functional, with emphasis on the functioning and spatial organization of the various areas and on the formal beauty of the structure itself. The design is simple and generous, and the space is clean and transparent. The room heating facilities are all water-heating. It is most suitable during the dry season of Shangri-La. There are rest, tea and recreational facilities in the public areas.

Questo B&B supera le mie aspettative. Raramente lo commento, ma ora devo dargli una buona recensione. La stanza è molto calda, con riscaldamento a pavimento, un umidificatore e un concentratore di ossigeno. Inoltre, è a soli 4-5 minuti a piedi dalla ruota della preghiera. È un posto tranquillo in una città frenetica! Anche il parcheggio è comodo, la colazione è di nostro gusto, il maggiordomo è molto entusiasta, puoi rivolgerti a lui se hai bisogno di qualcosa. Excellent Management and Hospitality
The owners are incredibly kind and helpful, assisting us throughout our stay. We came here for a relaxed, free-and-easy trip, and this place was perfect for that. Our main goal was to unwind, enjoy the food, experience the culture, and meet the local people—and we truly did.
One of the most helpful services they offer complimentary pick-up and/or transfer, which made a big difference for us as first-time visitors to China. Upon landing in Kunming, we were able to head straight to Shangri-La without any stress.
They also gave us lots of useful advice and even provided herbal drinks to help prevent acute mountain sickness, which we really appreciated given the altitude.
They hooked us up with their electric motorbike so we could cruise around the old town — such a cool way to explore!
For first-time visitors or those who prefer to plan their trip upon arrival, there are several partner agencies offering reasonably priced travel packages. It’s a great setup for a stress-free and enjoyable journey.
Definitely will come back again!

NNaajihahThe hotel was so beautiful. The wood of building structure makes every angle of the hotel is unique. It reminds me of Istana Seri Menanti in Kuala Pilah, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia.
We just stayed in the room and enjoy the view. The Sunset and sunrise.
The owner named Renqing Cimu Mei was so kind. She helped us in wearing traditional clothes - tibet. She also helped us in paying our dinner at the dukezong halal restaurant since that restaurant didn't receive Ali Pay. We're panicked at that time and so relieved when Renqing Cimu helped us. She also pickup and send us back to the railway station and give us some souvenirs.
We're so happy with the hospitality that given by her. For sure we will comeback with my big family of 12, with extra days of staying, riding the horse, and let my 2 years old niece play with the sheep.

Recommendation:
Maybe you can open a small shop at the lobby and sell white tshirts that printed your hotel name or napa hai lake view or any beautiful nature view in xianggelila. The guests can buy it and bring back to their hometown and will always remember the memories being in your hotel.

MMiguelQuesto è uno di quei casi in cui hanno chiaramente cercato di fare più di quello che sapevano... Cominciamo dagli aspetti positivi: è un hotel dall'aspetto gradevole, con un design gradevole e camere belle. Le camere sono ben attrezzate per il comfort, ma io non ne ho avute... Diverse cose non hanno funzionato come avrebbero dovuto: prima di tutto il water era uno di quei water automatici che ora si trovano ovunque negli hotel di fascia media in Cina, ma questo si scaricava sempre non appena ci si avvicinava. E lo scarico era troppo forte, quindi usciva un po' d'acqua, il che è fastidioso se è acqua sporca... Il materasso del letto era riscaldato abbastanza forte (il che non era necessario perché la stanza aveva il riscaldamento a pavimento), quindi abbiamo provato di tutto per spegnerlo senza successo. Abbiamo provato davvero di tutto... Stavamo sudando così tanto che abbiamo persino deciso di rimuovere la carta della stanza dal porta-carta per disattivare tutto... Ma che ci crediate o no, non ha funzionato... un'altra cosa fastidiosa è che la doccia non era separata dal water. Quindi quando fai la doccia, bagni il water e il pavimento tutto intorno al water, quindi ogni volta che vai in bagno ti bagni i piedi, e poi quando cammini con i piedi bagnati sul pavimento della stanza ti sporchi i piedi perché il pavimento della stanza non era perfettamente pulito. A proposito, il pavimento della stanza era anche un po' irregolare, il che sembra essere un effetto del riscaldamento a pavimento che era un po' troppo forte in alcuni punti. Ah, inoltre la TV non funzionava, e si sono offerti di ripararla, ma ho rifiutato.
Tutti questi sono problemi minori, ma preferirei non avere questi ”comfort” extra se non funzionano correttamente.
Per il resto il servizio è stato buono, hanno cercato di essere d'aiuto e l'hotel si trova in un quartiere tranquillo.

ZZhuozhuoerdehuanyoushijie✨第一次來到香格里拉就發現的寶藏住宿～
與其説是住宿，不如説是一個集帳篷+温泉+騎馬+遊船+觀光為一體的一個度假區。位置離普達措很近，我們玩完普達措還有時間直接來了這家。
圖一的視頻是營地夜景，有很多鋪滿燈帶的小路，挺美但拍不出來哈哈
圖二七八是營地團隊自己養的小牛小羊，還是小小衹，特別可愛，和小牛小羊混熟了之後很好rua！
圖四是房間內部，現代簡約風，很大很乾凈。值得一誇的是床品，非常柔軟舒服，床邊就有便攜式制暖空調，居住體驗還是很不錯！
圖三五是泡温泉的地方，團隊很貼心的給我們提供了泡湯水果和浴巾，服務一級棒
圖九是早餐，豐富好吃，還有廚師姐姐手工包的小圓饅頭。圖十晚安牛奶，應該是新鮮的氂牛牛奶，送來還是熱乎乎的，很貼心。
以上的都是免費的，還有提供燒烤，騎馬，划船和越野車的收費內容，因為我們要趕路就沒有玩到。總體來説，不管從衞生，服務，舒適度還是來説，都無可挑剔，特別是管家的服務，非常周到熱情。我是對酒店十分挑剔的，這家是為數不多完全挑不出毛病的一家了。推薦入住～～

EETHLWe stayed for 4 nights and it was a very enjoyable experience. We were upgraded to a starry night room and it was interesting to be able to view the night sky in the room.
There was night time drinks (ginger tea or warm milk) served nightly. During the day, they also offered coffee or fruits if we passed the reception area.
Room was cleaned well daily. It felt clean enough to walk about the room barefoot.
We booked this hotel as we were concerned about developing altitude sickness and noted that the hotel
had oxygen supply facilities. Thankfully, we did not require it.
We did not notice during booking that the room did not have AC and was shocked when the staff offered to bring us a standing fan as it was a hot day, after showing us our room. Luckily, it was much cooler in the night, and we could rest well by keeping the air ventilators ( so that the cool air from outside could be brought into the room) on throughout the night.
What we appreciate was that the owner was a no nonsense kind of person and was not salesy. He did not try to sell any tours nor drivers to us even when we enquired. He simply mentioned the cost and left it for us to decide.
Location was good. Hotel was accessible by car and just 5 steps from the old town. Lots of food options, convenience stalls and other amenities available.
We will definitely stay back at this hotel or the owner’s other hotel at our next visit.

PPoppyyjiangLa stanza è molto confortevole. La sensazione generale è molto calda. Dispone di aria condizionata e coperta termica. È molto comodo dormire👍🏼
Il capo ci ha intrattenuto molto calorosamente e ci ha invitato ad accendere un fuoco, bere tè al burro e mangiare orzo dell'altopiano, proprio come amici.
Ci tornerò quando tornerò☺️
La posizione è nella città antica. Le auto non possono entrare, ma il capo verrà a prenderti. È molto comodo per chi ha bagagli grandi.

SSiti Raihan AdnanThe hotel owner was so kind to us. The hotel is a bit uphill but the owner came to the north gate to pick up our luggages in the middle of the night. He also offered tea for us and upgraded our room with amazing view ❤️ the hotel is clean and has modern look.
The owner also offered to send the luggage back to north gate, even though we already checked out hours ago.
Thank you very much for the hospitality. (Forgot to take pictures in the room, but it was exactly las advertised) really recommended.

LLEWIS JOHNSimple but great accommodation. Warm and cosy at night with the heated mattress was a nice touch too. Staff friendly, good communication via WeChat, and a good location near the entrance to the old town.
The only negative I found as the difficulty to locate the property - it’s not quite at the right place on the map, but asking a couple of locals with the “local” address helped. Eventually found the right place, and enjoyed my stay.
