"Ho trascorso un soggiorno davvero memorabile in questo hotel, grazie al servizio eccezionale offerto dal personale, che, pur non parlando inglese, ha fatto del suo meglio per comunicare tramite WeChat e tradurre. Dal momento del mio arrivo, si sono impegnati al massimo per garantire che tutto fosse curato nei minimi dettagli. Ciò che mi ha davvero colpito è stato il modo in cui mi hanno aiutato a organizzare il trasporto per il mio viaggio a Lijiang e hanno persino coordinato il mio trasferimento per il tour di Balagezong. Il giorno del mio viaggio a Balagezong, il personale mi ha accompagnato personalmente in motocicletta alla stazione degli autobus più vicina per assicurarsi che prendessi l'autobus giusto in tempo, cosa che non mi sarei mai aspettato, ma che ho apprezzato molto. Questo livello di cura e attenzione ha reso il mio viaggio tranquillo e senza stress. "We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean—just like the photos. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We left our luggage on the floor and woke up to find our clothes warm in the morning—such a nice surprise! The location is perfect—right within Dukezong Old Town and just a short walk to the prayer wheel. Boss lady Zhou was incredibly kind and helpful—she arranged our trip to Balagezong and even sent us to our next accommodation. Truly outstanding hospitality. Highly recommend staying here!"

"Abbiamo avuto un breve soggiorno. Situato ＜100m dalla porta del Nord. La stanza era spaziosa per i 3 di noi. Hanno una materassi riscaldata che è davvero utile perché si raffredda molto a Shangri-la. Dovrete aspettare un po' prima di poter usare l'acqua calda/doccia. Ristoranti Halal proprio fuori dalla porta. Facile da arrivare Didi. Non devi trascinare il tuo sacchetto troppo a lungo sulla pietra di coperchio. Il proprietario è utile. Vicino alla ruota di preghiera. In generale, è stato un buon soggiorno."

"Questo B&B supera le mie aspettative. Raramente lo commento, ma ora devo dargli una buona recensione. Come gruppo di cinque persone, abbiamo faticato a trovare un taxi abbastanza grande da ospitarci, ma i proprietari sono intervenuti e si sono assicurati che non ci perdessimo le parti migliori della città. Ci hanno anche dato fantastici consigli, tra cui uno spettacolo culturale divertente e coinvolgente che ci è piaciuto molto, così come alcuni fantastici ristoranti locali che non avremmo trovato da soli. Il calore della famiglia proprietaria e la genuina cura per i propri ospiti hanno davvero distinto questo hotel. Se potessi dare loro dieci stelle, lo farei assolutamente: se le meritano tutte! Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno memorabile e commovente. Non vediamo l'ora di tornarci!"

"We planned our trip to Yunnan quite last minute and luckily managed to book this B&B — and honestly, it exceeded all my expectations! The hosts were so nice, helpful, and friendly, treating us more like family than guests. They even picked us up from the train station and dropped us off, which made everything so convenient. We also had dinner at their restaurant — the food was pretty good too! The highlight was definitely the view from our room: a stunning, scenic view of Napahai that I’ll never forget. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Shangri-La. Hopefully, we’ll get the chance to come back in the future!"

Upon arriving at the train station, I couldn’t get a taxi, so I sent a quick message to the hotel via WeChat. To my surprise and relief, the staff immediately offered to come pick me up. It was a short ride, but during the drive, they shared interesting insights about the area, setting the tone for what would be a warm and personal stay. The hotel itself felt cozy and welcoming, with two dogs and a cat adding to the homely charm. They had my room ready early, so I could check in and rest right away. The room was spacious, fully equipped, and thoughtfully prepared for the cold weather—it had a large dehumidifier and central floor heating, which made it incredibly comfortable during the chilly days. The hotel is conveniently located near the Shika Snow Mountain, and from the property, I could catch glimpses of the snowy peaks, open grasslands, farms, and plantations. It was a peaceful and scenic spot—an ideal base for exploring the area. What stood out most was the attentiveness of the staff. They were always just a message away, responding promptly to every request. As a first-time visitor to Shangri-La, I appreciated the wealth of local recommendations they provided—from attractions to hidden spots worth visiting. One night, after a long day out, I asked for a simple meal in the room, and they delivered hot fried rice from the kitchen right on time. On my final morning, I had an early departure, and despite the hour, the staff woke up and personally drove me to the train station at 6:30 a.m. Their warmth and dedication left a lasting impression. The hotel also offers traditional ******* clothing that guests can try on for photos—complete with the option to pose with a goat! Although it was too cold during my stay to enjoy the outdoor swing or take many photos outside, the setting was undeniably beautiful. As we drove away on my last day, the view of flat grasslands with horses and cows grazing under the open sky was the perfect farewell. It was a calm, heartwarming experience—one I’ll remember fondly."

"We only stayed at this hotel briefly as our train back to Kunming was scheduled early in the morning at 10am, but the experience was truly pleasant. The service was excellent — the staff picked us up and even sent us to the railway station the next day, helping with our bags every step of the way. Upon arrival, they gave us a helpful briefing on what to do and what to avoid due to the higher altitude, which was thoughtful and informative. They also kindly recommended places to visit at night and shared several halal restaurant options when we asked — very helpful for Muslim travelers. Our room was located near the ancient road, but it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. We also noticed that this hotel seems to be quite popular with Malaysian guests, which made it feel even more familiar and welcoming. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and appreciate the warm hospitality, even if it was just for a short time."
