Here's why we gave the experience 3 stars; First of all, when we booked the hotel, neither Trip.com nor The Aster, Los Angeles, mentioned anything about the rooftop being closed on the dates we booked. On May 13 and May 14, we stayed in room 3 0 6. The hotel pictures showed and bragged about having a rooftop and plenty of pics of people there, and nowhere was revealed anywhere on their website or Trip.com that would not be available on those dates. When we reached out to Trip.com, they pretty much said that the rooftop amenities weren't listed as part of our package. Really Trip.com? You have to list the rooftop as the amenity... Got it. That was so lame a response. Everyone knows people book due to the pictures, and this was a seriously lame response from the Trip.com customer support personnel. We decided to save our opinion for this review. The Aster had nice people, but it's hard to believe the availability missing on their website is a detail they would miss. Their hotel has impeccable detail and design. One can only surmise they conveniently left out the information because people would obviously not book there and go somewhere else. I told the front receptionist this as we were checking in. She mentioned, well, it said it on *******. But we didn't book through *******, we booked through Trip.com. And those specific details were not evident. After July 1st the Government is getting stricter on transparency with hotels having to mention things so we missed this window, but we're happy to hold hotels like The Aster accountable:-) Also, on Wednesday, we checked out, and they had a fire alarm drill test that lasted about 10 minutes. They forgot to mention another minor ”inconvenience” when we booked on their website. It was at 10 am. It wasn't so bad, but to state the obvious, they left out the ability for customers to decide by not making that information transparent during the booking process. It's not like the fire department or tech people didn't schedule that in advance. 1. If you book through Trip.com, please make sure you specify, call their customer support, and get it in writing. The clickbait and pictures seem shady and sketchy and reflect a lack of credibility in the process. 2. Trip.com asked which room we wanted to be in. When we picked the room, we picked the city-view balcony. But we got put in the poolside view instead. It wasn't bad, but that was missing in the booking details that Trip.com sent to The Aster. My fiance ended up being okay with the poolside view, but it should have been in the booking details via Trip.com. So please, please make sure you watch this if you book through them and call the hotel in advance. Lastly, the decor, valet, and, in general, the service people were very nice and thoughtful. We would give them 5 stars.

Convenient location and walking distance to the bay. Spacious room with luxury design. Bathroom with privacy at the back of the room. Very comfy bedding and nice staff. The coffee dispenser was empty in the lobby, will be perfect if refilled it in time.

Staying on a day whwn the weather was horrible undoutably did not help this being good review as we were unable to use the pool areas or enjoy the balconies or the bikes etc but I have to say I was disappointed in the room itself given the cost. When it costs in the $600 range I expected more. 300 square feet, with one chair, a bench along one wall facing away from the TV and a work space that I can only describe as laughable is less than I expected. I confess if I had paid more attention to the pictures, they were accurate. The quality of the bedding and the towels etc were top notch as were the robes and other aids. The fridge was strange but it met our needs. The lighting was interesting. Lights turned them selves off and on automatically not always when you wanted them to, including in the middle of the night if you did not want wake your partner. When the lights went off in half the room we were startled but it seems this just might be to keep the electric bill down as when we rentered the area they came back on. They tell you the internet and parking are free but are they? They were the only two things I recieved for a $60 resort fee. On the bright side the staff was excellent though they would benifit having a larger check in area. The dinner at their restaurant was outstanding. Beware, that if you have any walking disabilities some rooms not on the first floor are only accessible via the stair way. Our designated room was one of them and we have disabilities. The staff was able to do some moving around and all was well but if you are going to stay there make sure they are aware.

Dovrebbe essere considerato un boutique hotel di lusso leggero. La posizione è buona e tranquilla. Ci vogliono circa dieci o venti minuti per raggiungere a piedi la famosa Rodeo Drive. Nel mezzo, passiamo accanto a una confortevole zona di ville. Le bellissime casette sono così rinfrescanti. È molto tranquillo di notte, perché è comunque a Beverly, anche alla periferia della città. Inoltre è a pochi chilometri da WeHo e da altre zone di bar, quindi devi prendere un taxi. Il servizio e tutto il resto erano abbastanza buoni. Ho dovuto ascoltare chiaramente quando stavo saldando il conto. Mi hanno quasi fatto pagare una tariffa per il parcheggio perché non guidavo affatto. Non so ancora se il deposito è stato rimborsato.

Ottimo soggiorno di una settimana! Sono arrivato per un convegno e ho aggiunto un po' di tempo a Disneyland. A pochi passi dal Convention Center, da numerosi ristoranti, da Disneyland e dal parcheggio/servizio navetta di Toy Story per Disneyland. Vista sui fuochi d'artificio dal balcone. Personale disponibile. L'acqua del rubinetto locale non ha un sapore di mio gradimento, ma il distributore d'acqua in bottiglia in palestra ha funzionato bene.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Conrad Los Angeles and it was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I felt the warmth and professionalism of the staff. The hotel itself is very new and beautifully designed, making for an incredibly comfortable stay. I’ve stayed in hotels that cost significantly more—sometimes 800 to 900 dollars a night—and yet this one exceeds them all in both quality and value. It truly is the best hotel of its kind, bar none. I especially want to mention Lila at the front desk. She was kind enough to upgrade my room, and her helpful nature made me feel so welcome. Throughout my stay, housekeeping was excellent—my room was always spotless and well-stocked. Whenever I asked for extra items like a microwave or an iron, the staff brought them to my room right away and made sure I had everything I needed. The only minor hiccup was with the mini-bar: I removed a few drinks to make space for my own water, and the next day I noticed a charge for using the mini-bar. However, once I let the staff know, they immediately assured me there would be no charge. Overall, Conrad Los Angeles stands out for its beautiful facilities, attentive service, and superb value. I highly recommend it, and I look forward to returning in the future. Thank you again to Lila and the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

Un hotel davvero adorabile, in termini di hardware, ma purtroppo sospetto di aver potuto incontrare, come asiatico orientale, una sorta di discriminazione razziale in questa proprietà. Mi è stato chiesto, ad esempio, come ho ottenuto il mio passaporto europeo e, per molte volte, da dove sono stato “inizialmente”. Mi sono stato deliberatamente assegnato con una stanza a basso piano, senza alcuna vista (confrontando la loro stanza di ufficio in un atrio stretto; la stanza nelle mie foto è dopo di me che paga per un aggiornamento).

From the valet team, to reception desk, to the restaurant staff, everyone was friendly and went above and beyond! The location is amazing!!
