l'hotel e la camera erano bellissimi. Vista mozzafiato. Peccato per il parcheggio, troppo expensive, solo valet a $70 al giorno ottimi anche i ristoranti, servizio lento

Si trova in una posizione strategica che si trova a 10 minuti a piedi da Disneyland Anaheim e a 5 minuti a piedi da Walmart/Mcd/KFC/ Burger King. L'hotel è il parcheggio di Toy Story Lot, Disneyland fornirà servizi di autobus a/da Disneyland. 2 minuti a piedi alla farmacia CVS/ 7-11/ e Walgreen per i vostri snacks o souvenir. Le attrezzature che si riferiscono al pasta/scuoio dentale saranno fornite su richiesta. Le foto fornite sono Disneyland per il vostro riferimento.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Conrad Los Angeles and it was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I felt the warmth and professionalism of the staff. The hotel itself is very new and beautifully designed, making for an incredibly comfortable stay. I’ve stayed in hotels that cost significantly more—sometimes 800 to 900 dollars a night—and yet this one exceeds them all in both quality and value. It truly is the best hotel of its kind, bar none. I especially want to mention Lila at the front desk. She was kind enough to upgrade my room, and her helpful nature made me feel so welcome. Throughout my stay, housekeeping was excellent—my room was always spotless and well-stocked. Whenever I asked for extra items like a microwave or an iron, the staff brought them to my room right away and made sure I had everything I needed. The only minor hiccup was with the mini-bar: I removed a few drinks to make space for my own water, and the next day I noticed a charge for using the mini-bar. However, once I let the staff know, they immediately assured me there would be no charge. Overall, Conrad Los Angeles stands out for its beautiful facilities, attentive service, and superb value. I highly recommend it, and I look forward to returning in the future. Thank you again to Lila and the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

Da Roosevelt in passato a Biden oggi, tutti soggiornano in questo hotel quando vengono a San Francisco. L'hotel è vecchio e grande. Le decorazioni natalizie al primo piano attraggono un flusso costante di turisti. Il servizio in hotel è molto buono e professionale e talvolta viene parlato anche il cinese. È degno del fatto che abbia servito il presidente. Tuttavia, i servizi dell'hotel sono nella media. Anche un appartamento di centinaia di metri quadrati può avere solo un piccolo bagno di pochi metri quadrati. Per fare la doccia bisogna stare nella vasca da bagno e il lavandino è molto piccolo. Se non fai attenzione, lo spazzolino e il dentifricio cadranno nel water. La rete è molto buona, il che è accettabile. Situata nel punto più alto di San Francisco, la vista è fantastica e la camera si affaccia direttamente sull'isola di Taipei. Scendendo lungo la collina, a due isolati di distanza troverete Chinatown e Union Square. È un po' faticoso risalire la collina per tornare indietro.

Loved every bit of my stay here. Every staff I encountered during my stay was friendly and helpful. The room is slightly dated but the attentive housekeeping definitely made up for it. Location wise it’s convenient and close to major spots in the city. You might find homeless people a few blocks away from the hotel but it’s common in the neighborhood and the hotel staff and security made me feel safe once entering the hotel area.

Il Grand Hyatt dall'entrata all'uscita era una grande esperienza! Il personale era amichevole e accogliente. Il cibo era grande! Ci siamo stati pranzo, cena e cocktail sul sito e abbiamo fatto servizio in camera per colazione. La più piacevole era la vista “Grande” che avevamo sulla pista dalla stanza!

Lovely hotel however the wifi was down in my room the entire time. I had it checked and the engineer couldn’t fix it. The staff was very nice though.
