Hotel 2 stelle a Xiamen

The apartment location is in good environment, going around with taxi is fair enough, however, the building itself doesn't exist on the map, only the neighbor one does, which made us difficult to find the right building when we first arrived, plus we have no idea that the check in room, is one of the room on the 5th floor, as in the address of the hotel, it just put room 501, 521 Gaolin Road, etc. I recommend to give more details to ease the check-in of the hotel description like, 'when arrive, please contact room 501 on the 5th floor to check in', also, the hotel should pin the exact building location on the map, otherwise, guests may get lost on first arrive like us, whereas people around don't speak English to help too. The apartment itself is clean and in good condition with good space & layout. Facilities are good enough, except, the kitchen is kind of waste because there is no kitchenette at all, they only provide bottle water, glasses/paper cup & electric kettle in the kitchen, in which we expect a hotel apartment should have at least some kitchenette like tableware, cutlery, pot or pan (as they have electric stove) and at least a microwave oven & dishwashing liquid, which partly why we choose to stay in the apartment rather than normal hotel. This is one of the upset issues that we have for this stay. The breakfast comes as McDonald's breakfast coupon consists of one small Berger & a drink, which is fine as McDonald is on the street level of the building itself. Plus thing is that we can request for more bottle water & the disposable towel with no additional cost. Although the disposable towel is not so good to use as towel, they are still acceptable & hygienic, so, if you want more comfort, I suggest, bring your own towel. The washer works well, no dryer, but they provide hanger with drying space where there are windows open. The nearest large shopping center, Wanda Plaza, is nearby, taxi costs only ~CNY10, where you can find lots of restaurants & Walmart, etc. In overall, this property is good & worth of money.

Ho alloggiato per tre notti e per due di queste i miei compagni di stanza hanno fatto rumore dopo le 23:00. Una notte addirittura hanno continuato a sistemare le loro cose fino alle due del mattino, facendo un gran baccano con le valigie. Se si sceglie un ostello, si dovrebbe tenere in considerazione gli altri. Se necessario, si possono fare le cose con delicatezza, appoggiando le valigie con cura invece di sbatterle con forza. È possibile appoggiare le cose lentamente e in silenzio, invece di lasciarle cadere rumorosamente. Anche aprire cerniere e borse si può fare lentamente, senza fare molto rumore, invece di tirarle fino in fondo producendo un fruscio forte. Se le cose fossero fatte con delicatezza, anche se inevitabilmente ci fosse un po' di rumore, credo che tutti potrebbero capirlo. Ma fare rumore senza alcun riguardo per gli altri è qualcosa che proprio non riesco a capire.

Il rapporto prezzo della stanza è particolarmente alto, forse per l'autunno, il piccolo fratello mi ha aiutato direttamente a aggiornare il tipo di stanza.Il sud è anche dotato di caldaie elettriche, particolarmente comode.I pannolini sono un'unica fornitura e molto amichevole.La camera principale è molto TV calda che i membri non possono guardare gratuitamente!!! La posizione geografica è anche molto eccellente. Ci sono cibi dolci intorno a te, non lontano dalla strada della felicità.La stazione della metropolitana può anche camminare.C'è un lato acido vicino che è particolarmente buono!!!! La prossima volta andare a mangiare

We came back to Xiamen to take the plane back to our country. Yes, the building is old, but we saw they are working on its maintenance. Everything was ok. Room perfectly clean.. I just want to add a comment: in this trip, after visiting Fuzhou, Quanzhou and Yongtai, this Homeinn hotel has by far the most tasty breakfast buffet comparing to the other hotels where we stayed this last 10 days. Additionally they have the most charming staff in the dinning room. Front desk staff was also very helpful. Congratulations.

Need read the caption carefully and ready your translator, there is no lobby or automatic gate, just wait for the owner to come and pick us up, but since its the first time I am in China, it is a little bit confusing But the room condition, viewals, location is the best, would be here again for my next trip😃

Ho trascorso cinque giorni a Xiamen e ho soggiornato qui per cinque notti. L'hotel che avevo prenotato prima di arrivare non era un granché, quindi ho prenotato questo dopo il mio arrivo. L'ambiente era gradevole dopo aver fatto il check-in, quindi ho deciso di rimanere. Il personale addetto alle pulizie ha pulito la spazzatura ogni giorno e ho trascorso un soggiorno molto confortevole negli ultimi giorni. La biancheria da letto e la camera erano piuttosto pulite. 房間不錯，很乾凈，外面景色不錯睡覺也很安靜。出了門就是國際遊艇會，玩遊艇很方便，但是距離曾厝垵就比較遠了。設施設計有點不合理，一側無法充電，衞生間馬桶離牆特別近，實際另一側非常空。 酒店服務很不錯，很親切。

La ricetta dell'hotel è molto buona. Papa'mamma e'da nord, non sono ancora arrivate più di undici. La stanza non si lascia. La Signorina ha organizzato altre stanze in anticipo per riposare e cambiare vestiti estivi. La stanza ha una lavatrice, lavanderia e pulizia conveniente, camminando cinque minuti a piedi dal porto della barca.Ho comprato diversi trucchetti in anticipo direttamente nella ricetta dell'hotel. L'esperienza è super buona e molto felice.

Really grateful for the free airport pickup. Added their number to my wechat and called them using wechat. Was given directions where to be picked up and asked to send a picture of how I look like. waited at the pickup point and even message them at exactly which location I'm at. Received a call later to ask where am I and also messaged me the car plate number. As the pickup point only allow 8mins of wait time, the driver was pretty pissed when I arrived. I mean, couldn't you have sent a picture of the car and the car plate number earlier? Driver was smoking all the way while driving and I'm unfortunately seated behind him, breathing in all his smelly smoke. He opened his window but that didn't help, the wind has kept blowing the smoke into my face. Luckily it was a short drive. I feel that the hotel should educate their drivers not to smoke while driving. This is so selfish. I got upgraded to a bigger room because they wanted me to give a good review. My room has a big window with the street view. Room was clean and nice. Slippers given. Toilet was badly designed. the shower head faces the toilet bowl and the sewage system is not good. After showering, the toilet flooded. I only realised the next morning that there are some buttons that you can switch on for ventilation in the toilet. The toilet was still flooded in the morning but I think if I have known about the buttons earlier, it would have been dried in the morning. The buttons are in chinese characters. Ask for help to decipher them. The room has a projector but nothing was watchable. You need to have accounts to sign on to their various content provider. The hotel is near a small street market with awesome and cheap food. There was also some supermarkets opened late into the night. Cannot expect much from sound proofing as dead into the night, you can still hear food delivery rider delivering their food to occupants. The driver in the morning did not smoke but when I told him that nobody asked me which terminal I'm going to, he insisted that it is impossible for them not to ask. I also cannot be bothered to argue. Why would I sabotage my own departure plans? Suggest that before the driver drives off, stressed which terminal you are going to. Terminal 3 for International flights, Terminal 4 for domestic flights. And they are not close to one another apparently. Otherwise, the bed was quite comfy. The socket above the bedside table is almost falling off the wall.

民宿位置很好找，就在路邊，我機場直接打車過來到門口就10分鐘，而且地鐵口很近走路不到200米，第二天出行很方便 入住時間是深夜，老闆提前給我辦理好自助入住，到了也不需要打電話，直接就自行入住了，很快捷 房間打掃的很乾凈，衞生做的很好。床品香香的，床墊也很軟睡起來很舒服，總體來説入住體驗物超所值
