The apartment location is in good environment, going around with taxi is fair enough, however, the building itself doesn't exist on the map, only the neighbor one does, which made us difficult to find the right building when we first arrived, plus we have no idea that the check in room, is one of the room on the 5th floor, as in the address of the hotel, it just put room 501, 521 Gaolin Road, etc. I recommend to give more details to ease the check-in of the hotel description like, 'when arrive, please contact room 501 on the 5th floor to check in', also, the hotel should pin the exact building location on the map, otherwise, guests may get lost on first arrive like us, whereas people around don't speak English to help too. The apartment itself is clean and in good condition with good space & layout. Facilities are good enough, except, the kitchen is kind of waste because there is no kitchenette at all, they only provide bottle water, glasses/paper cup & electric kettle in the kitchen, in which we expect a hotel apartment should have at least some kitchenette like tableware, cutlery, pot or pan (as they have electric stove) and at least a microwave oven & dishwashing liquid, which partly why we choose to stay in the apartment rather than normal hotel. This is one of the upset issues that we have for this stay. The breakfast comes as McDonald's breakfast coupon consists of one small Berger & a drink, which is fine as McDonald is on the street level of the building itself. Plus thing is that we can request for more bottle water & the disposable towel with no additional cost. Although the disposable towel is not so good to use as towel, they are still acceptable & hygienic, so, if you want more comfort, I suggest, bring your own towel. The washer works well, no dryer, but they provide hanger with drying space where there are windows open. The nearest large shopping center, Wanda Plaza, is nearby, taxi costs only ~CNY10, where you can find lots of restaurants & Walmart, etc. In overall, this property is good & worth of money.

You need to call them from the ground floor and they send someone down to collect you. This is common in China, but it's hard if you don't speak Chinese. We arrived from an overnight international flight and although we had WeChat, we struggled to communicate. Through the help of a young Chinese lady, she helped us check in.

Really grateful for the free airport pickup. Added their number to my wechat and called them using wechat. Was given directions where to be picked up and asked to send a picture of how I look like. waited at the pickup point and even message them at exactly which location I'm at. Received a call later to ask where am I and also messaged me the car plate number. As the pickup point only allow 8mins of wait time, the driver was pretty pissed when I arrived. I mean, couldn't you have sent a picture of the car and the car plate number earlier? Driver was smoking all the way while driving and I'm unfortunately seated behind him, breathing in all his smelly smoke. He opened his window but that didn't help, the wind has kept blowing the smoke into my face. Luckily it was a short drive. I feel that the hotel should educate their drivers not to smoke while driving. This is so selfish. I got upgraded to a bigger room because they wanted me to give a good review. My room has a big window with the street view. Room was clean and nice. Slippers given. Toilet was badly designed. the shower head faces the toilet bowl and the sewage system is not good. After showering, the toilet flooded. I only realised the next morning that there are some buttons that you can switch on for ventilation in the toilet. The toilet was still flooded in the morning but I think if I have known about the buttons earlier, it would have been dried in the morning. The buttons are in chinese characters. Ask for help to decipher them. The room has a projector but nothing was watchable. You need to have accounts to sign on to their various content provider. The hotel is near a small street market with awesome and cheap food. There was also some supermarkets opened late into the night. Cannot expect much from sound proofing as dead into the night, you can still hear food delivery rider delivering their food to occupants. The driver in the morning did not smoke but when I told him that nobody asked me which terminal I'm going to, he insisted that it is impossible for them not to ask.
