WWan SuwanThe apartment location is in good environment, going around with taxi is fair enough, however, the building itself doesn't exist on the map, only the neighbor one does, which made us difficult to find the right building when we first arrived, plus we have no idea that the check in room, is one of the room on the 5th floor, as in the address of the hotel, it just put room 501, 521 Gaolin Road, etc. I recommend to give more details to ease the check-in of the hotel description like, 'when arrive, please contact room 501 on the 5th floor to check in', also, the hotel should pin the exact building location on the map, otherwise, guests may get lost on first arrive like us, whereas people around don't speak English to help too.
The apartment itself is clean and in good condition with good space & layout. Facilities are good enough, except, the kitchen is kind of waste because there is no kitchenette at all, they only provide bottle water, glasses/paper cup & electric kettle in the kitchen, in which we expect a hotel apartment should have at least some kitchenette like tableware, cutlery, pot or pan (as they have electric stove) and at least a microwave oven & dishwashing liquid, which partly why we choose to stay in the apartment rather than normal hotel. This is one of the upset issues that we have for this stay.
The breakfast comes as McDonald's breakfast coupon consists of one small Berger & a drink, which is fine as McDonald is on the street level of the building itself.
Plus thing is that we can request for more bottle water & the disposable towel with no additional cost. Although the disposable towel is not so good to use as towel, they are still acceptable & hygienic, so, if you want more comfort, I suggest, bring your own towel. The washer works well, no dryer, but they provide hanger with drying space where there are windows open.
The nearest large shopping center, Wanda Plaza, is nearby, taxi costs only ~CNY10, where you can find lots of restaurants & Walmart, etc.
In overall, this property is good & worth of money.

AAiKaiTe_travelsPros: Comfortable and good quality hostel. The beds were decent, with excellent privacy curtains, and the room was very quiet. The shared bathrooms were always spotlessly clean and there were plenty of toilets and showers (never any need to queue). The common room area is very spacious, with a bar area, pool table, and small tables. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Honestly, I just have a few minor suggestions. Firstly, the ladders up to the top bunks are not angled, so when you try to climb up you bash your knees. Also, in the showers there is no separate changing space, so you have to try and change clothes while standing on a wet floor.
Be aware that, although the location is relatively easy to get to on public transport from the train station, it's still kinda far from most of the sights (not walkable).

However, it's a bit difficult to locate as it only has a small counter in building..
The rooms are decently clean though the view is building rooftop and the water basin tap is leaking, making the room a bit wet...
U may need to bring own towel if u r not used to disposable ones..
In conclusion, it's a decent room and yes, we will stay again n recommend this homestay to others..

Questa proprietà è più di un appartamento di tipo Airbnb che un hotel tradizionale. Anche se la posizione e la vista dalla stanza sono eccellenti, ci sono diversi punti di cui i viaggiatori stranieri dovrebbero essere consapevoli.
Check-in: Il contatore del desk front non fornisce numeri di stanza o orientamenti. Devi contattare direttamente il proprietario tramite la funzione di chiamata dell'app Trip.com. Nota che il proprietario non parla inglese.
Guida della camera: sono stato guidato dalla camera da due giovani in vestiti casuali piuttosto che dal personale dell’hotel, hanno preso foto del mio passaporto e del mio viso per la registrazione, ma sembravano sconosciuti al sistema e hanno lottato per un po’.
Servizi: acqua calda fermata nel bel mezzo della doccia, potrebbe essere dovuta alle condizioni o alla capacità di riscaldamento dell'acqua. Inoltre, la TV è collegata solo a un dispositivo Internet Xiaomi, che richiede un conto privato o un pagamento aggiuntivo per guardare qualsiasi cosa.
Wi-Fi: Ho scansionato il codice QR nella stanza, ma l'AP per la mia stanza (1906) non esisteva. Infine ho potuto collegare al segnale per la stanza vicina (1907).
Abbigliamento: sono fornite solo asciugamani in carta. Si consiglia di portare le tue asciugamani se preferisci quelle reali.
Privacy: Il giorno del check-out, il personale di pulizia è entrato nella mia stanza mentre ero fuori per un passo avanti l'ora di check-out.Ho trovato la loro carrella di pulizia lasciata nella mia stanza quando sono tornato.
Riassunto: si sente come un appartamento residenziale convertito in un servizio di noleggio. Può essere piuttosto scomodo per gli stranieri a causa del stile di servizio non convenzionale. Rimani qui per la vista e la posizione, ma essere preparati per alcuni ostacoli di stile DIY.

BBeatrizWe came back to Xiamen to take the plane back to our country. Yes, the building is old, but we saw they are working on its maintenance. Everything was ok. Room perfectly clean.. I just want to add a comment: in this trip, after visiting Fuzhou, Quanzhou and Yongtai, this Homeinn hotel has by far the most tasty breakfast buffet comparing to the other hotels where we stayed this last 10 days. Additionally they have the most charming staff in the dinning room. Front desk staff was also very helpful. Congratulations.

GGwenhwyfarHere’s what’s good: The bed and pillows are comfortable, and the room is clean. All the amenities are provided, honestly, more than enough. If you’re only here to sleep and you’re an easy sleeper, you’ll be fine.
What could be better: If you’re taller than 1.8 m or like to sleep in, I’d suggest considering another hotel. There’s construction right in front of the building that starts around 8 a.m. The bathroom platform is very low, especially the area above the toilet, and we almost hit our heads several times. The sound insulation is very poor; we could clearly hear people talking and shouting from both sides.
The corridor and lobby often reek of cigarette smoke. We understand the hotel has tried to enforce no-smoking rules with signage, but unfortunately it comes down to other guests.
Overall, it’s not as great as the photos suggest, but if you’re an easy sleeper, you’ll manage just fine.

UUtente ospite酒店前台小姐姐態度超級好，爸爸媽媽從北方來，十一點多到了還沒到入住時間，房間沒退房，小姐姐提前安排其他房間提供休息和換夏季衣服。房間有洗衣機，下水的濕衣服清洗方便，距離帆船碼頭步行五分鐘。提前買了好幾個快遞都直接放在酒店前台保管，體驗感超級好，很開心。

UUtente ospiteReally grateful for the free airport pickup. Added their number to my wechat and called them using wechat. Was given directions where to be picked up and asked to send a picture of how I look like. waited at the pickup point and even message them at exactly which location I'm at. Received a call later to ask where am I and also messaged me the car plate number. As the pickup point only allow 8mins of wait time, the driver was pretty pissed when I arrived. I mean, couldn't you have sent a picture of the car and the car plate number earlier?
Driver was smoking all the way while driving and I'm unfortunately seated behind him, breathing in all his smelly smoke. He opened his window but that didn't help, the wind has kept blowing the smoke into my face. Luckily it was a short drive. I feel that the hotel should educate their drivers not to smoke while driving. This is so selfish.
I got upgraded to a bigger room because they wanted me to give a good review. My room has a big window with the street view.
Room was clean and nice. Slippers given.
Toilet was badly designed. the shower head faces the toilet bowl and the sewage system is not good. After showering, the toilet flooded. I only realised the next morning that there are some buttons that you can switch on for ventilation in the toilet. The toilet was still flooded in the morning but I think if I have known about the buttons earlier, it would have been dried in the morning. The buttons are in chinese characters. Ask for help to decipher them.
The room has a projector but nothing was watchable. You need to have accounts to sign on to their various content provider.
The hotel is near a small street market with awesome and cheap food. There was also some supermarkets opened late into the night.
Cannot expect much from sound proofing as dead into the night, you can still hear food delivery rider delivering their food to occupants.
The driver in the morning did not smoke but when I told him that nobody asked me which terminal I'm going to, he insisted that it is impossible for them not to ask. I also cannot be bothered to argue. Why would I sabotage my own departure plans? Suggest that before the driver drives off, stressed which terminal you are going to. Terminal 3 for International flights, Terminal 4 for domestic flights. And they are not close to one another apparently.
Otherwise, the bed was quite comfy. The socket above the bedside table is almost falling off the wall.

MMixixibizhouqinmugong民宿位置很好找，就在路邊，我機場直接打車過來到門口就10分鐘，而且地鐵口很近走路不到200米，第二天出行很方便
入住時間是深夜，老闆提前給我辦理好自助入住，到了也不需要打電話，直接就自行入住了，很快捷
房間打掃的很乾凈，衞生做的很好。床品香香的，床墊也很軟睡起來很舒服，總體來説入住體驗物超所值
