Hotel con spa a Sa Pa

Da quando sono arrivato, questo hotel ha superato tutte le mie aspettative da camere di lusso, decorazioni elegante, letti più piccoli e toni tranquilli fatti per un perfetto ritiro. La stanza era pulita e la vista dal balcone era senza parole.  Quello che ha davvero messo a parte questo soggiorno è l’ambasciatore cliente dell’hotel, la signora Alissa, una professionista veramente attenta che ha agito come un concierge personale durante il mio soggiorno, che fornisce aggiornamenti proattivi sulle condizioni turistiche locali e partecipa alle mie esigenze sia Ogni giorno, ho ricevuto in tempo utile informazioni sui modelli e le condizioni meteorologiche nei luoghi turistici vicini. Questa informazione consapevole mi ha aiutato a pianificare i miei esercizi con fiducia. Infine, il GM, Steven Tan era così caldo, assicurando che l'ospite sia confortevole durante il tempo del colazione. Egli è da Singapore per la strada e aveva guidato il resort per 8 anni. Grande lavoro Steven!! La mia esperienza generale (eccellente) L’atmosfera dell’hotel era benvenuta e lucidata, raggiungendo l’equilibrio ideale tra lusso e comfort. Le strutture hanno reso facile da scongiurare, rimanere attive e esplorare il luogo turistico con fiducia. L’atteggiamento attento, quasi personale, dell’ambasciatore del cliente ha sollevato il soggiorno da eccellente a inoltrabile. Ho lasciato con meravigliose memorie e un forte senso di avere sperimentato una vera e propria ospitità e certamente tornerò più tardi quest'anno per esplorare luoghi che non ho visitato.

Siamo arrivati ​​molto presto, il personale della reception è stato molto efficiente e siamo entrati in camera alle 11:00. Camera, bagno, selezione di tè, accappatoi, tutto eccellente. Ma la caratteristica più straordinaria dell'hotel è la terrazza sul tetto. Vista incredibile, musica rilassante meravigliosa, arredamento bellissimo. Sapa è carina, non spettacolare, la periferia e i famosi villaggi autentici sono sporchi, brutti e pieni di spazzatura. Quindi l'hotel era un'oasi di civiltà in cui non vedevamo l'ora di tornare! La colazione era meravigliosa. Il miglior cappuccino, cioccolata calda e angolo per le omelette. Tutto il personale, estremamente gentile, sorridente e disponibile. Grazie

This is a really outstanding hotel. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms and communal areas feel modern and well maintained. You can use great facilities in the spa area such as heated pools and sauna rooms for free. One of the things that really stood out to me was the cleanliness of my room and the entire hotel. This is the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in and the overall atmosphere created is perfect for relaxing without any worries. Attached pictures include the mountain view from my room and one of the breakfasts I had whilst staying here.

Positives: Immaculate service. Very warm, welcoming, friendly and personalised experience. The team takes the time to speak to each and every guest, always greeting with a smile 💕 Laundry was USD4 /kg. Very nice strong smell for the detergent. Great selection of food and wonderful ala carte breakfast buffet. Scrambled eggs were so so good! The beef soup as well 👍 Loved the house pets 💕 Location is great! Not too far from city, yet far enough for peace and quiet. Near the rice fields, amazing views and fresh air. Near the alpine coaster. Massage was great too. A lil pricey but so convenient and worth it. The overall vibe was fantastic and relaxing. Definitely coming back here again despite some of the negatives below. Negatives: Insects everywhere! On the bed too! No bed bugs, that's clean. But due to the location and how each house is built, tons of little flying insects. The mosquito net helps keep most of the insects off the bed so we kept it open over the bed. Not so much privacy as the porch and tub had direct view of another room's porch.. Might have gotten exposed once or twice... we did ask for a private room but were placed right next to the pool deck. The dining place mats were dirty and re-used. They ignored the dirty spots and just placed the utensil on the mats. I had to wipe my utensils clean and placed them over serviettes instead. Too many steps 😅 we checked in after a 2d1n hike up Fansipan so our thighs were screaming with each step up and down within the Hotel compound. Overall, definitely a 9.5/10 stay!

Il miglior hotel! Molto economico per i malasi e sicuramente vale la pena. La camera offre una bella vista sulla montagna e sul treno. È stato fantastico colazione! Il servizio spa era un po' costoso rispetto alle opzioni stradali locali, ma tutto il resto era perfetto. Puoi immagazzinare il bagaglio presto, e hanno anche un bagno con doccia calda dove puoi freschiare, spogliarsi e cambiare prima di entrare. Il posto è molto sicuro. Il personale è stato amichevole e utile ci hanno aiutato a noleggiare una bicicletta e prenotare il nostro viaggio Fansipan direttamente dall'hotel, quindi non abbiamo dovuto cercare o coda altrove. In generale, il miglior soggiorno che abbiamo avuto molto raccomandato!

Il personale è davvero gentile. La vista sulla valle è meravigliosa. L'aria condizionata funzionava bene e l'acqua calda in bagno era sufficiente. Mi piace perché è un hotel semplice, non lussuoso. La posizione dell'hotel è un po' lontana dal centro. È un po' pericoloso camminare perché ci sono molte colline, auto e moto. Se prendete un taxi, arriverete in cinque minuti. I ristoranti di fronte all'hotel sono accoglienti e il cibo vale la pena di essere assaggiato.

Vorrei esprimere i miei più sentiti ringraziamenti all’Hotel e al Spa Sapa, che hanno detto di voler fornire “un’abitazione lontana da casa”, e che hanno davvero fatto la promessa. Da quando siamo arrivati a Sapa al mattino, il personale ci ha consentito di controllare in anticipo; dopo un treno di notte, riuscire a riposare un po’ prima di esplorare Sapa era una benedizione. Non appena entrammo nella stanza, ci sorprendeva la sua spaziosa e pulita, e la vista chiara del lago dalla finestra era semplicemente bella. Il ricevitore ha anche suggerito diverse attività locali per noi, e anche se non potevamo unirci a causa del tempo, apprezzavamo davvero le sue conseguenze. Il giorno della partenza, abbiamo preso un autobus di notte da Sapa, e l'hotel ci ha lasciato usare generosamente la loro bagno per rinfrescarsi prima del viaggio. Ci siamo sentiti veramente curati durante tutto il nostro soggiorno, e io consiglio sinceramente questo hotel a chiunque visiti Sapa.

L'hotel è a soli 2 minuti a piedi da Sun Plaza. Il proprietario è molto gentile. L'hotel è un po' datato, ma pulito e senza odori strani. La proprietaria ci ha preparato un'ottima colazione. C'era il servizio lavanderia a 40.000 dong al chilo (6 ore). Un minimarket proprio accanto all'hotel.

Pros - Smooth liaising with the hotel through WhatsApp/instagram & trip.com itself even before our trip, very responsive & helpful in answering our queries & concerns - We arrived in Sapa early in the morning & appreciate that we're able to check in early - The room was very clean & cozy - Friendly receptionist that catered to our needs - Excellent service with morning call & offer for bellboy service to carry our luggages up to the lobby when we had to check out much earlier - Room cleanup service was quick but also unexpected, as we went for breakfast & came back to a cleaned room. It would be nice if laxsik had a door tag for us to indicate if we wanted 'room service' or not - We had to check out quite early in the morning, laxsik offered to give us a complete set of takeaway breakfast with fruits, sandwiches & bottled water Cons - We stayed in the family bungalow with 2 bedrooms & bathrooms, there was no shower gel for one of the rooms & no conditioner for the other room, it would be great if both rooms had the same amenities - Some tiles on the bathroom ceiling of house 10 were not intact completely hence it felt unsafe & cold air seeped in which turned the bathroom very chilly Overall we had a pleasant stay at laxsik despite the view being blocked by the fog for most of our stay, the accommodations made up for it. Do take note that it is a 10-15mins drive to Sapa town so expect to pay 200,000 vnd for a taxi. The receptionist will help you book a driver if you aren't able to get a Grab from accommodations to town. Getting Grab from Sapa town to the accommodations was quite easy. The fireplace in the lodge is highly recommended if you are staying during the cold season! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and warmed our hearts and bodies.

Hotel molto carino e rilassante. Siamo arrivati ​​la mattina intorno alle 4+ e siamo rimasti sconvolti dal fatto che non possiamo raggiungere l'hotel a causa dei lavori stradali. Le auto non possono circolare, quindi dobbiamo fermarci sul cantiere e portare i nostri bagagli per camminare sulla strada accidentata (fangosa e molte pietre).
