Hotel con spa a Wuhan

This hotel is wonderful, beds and rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The staff were exceptional kind, especially Claire Shang, who was working at the front desk. She speaks fluent English and a number of the staff know English as well. Every time I have family or friends visit me, I get them a room at this hotel. Can’t recommend it enough. Plus the breakfast is cheap but yummy, and you can order specific dishes you want like an omelette or scrambled eggs. Plus local Chinese dishes. Also they have a cute robot that can bring amenities to your room if you need them.

Had a 98 sm suite. It was fabulous in terms of size and furnishings, very clean and quiet. Wished our stay was longer. Breakfast choices were great and there was a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer to use. Malls nearby were small and not well occupied. Recommended for an comfortable hotel stay at hankou.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel New Century Wuhan. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free room upgrade. The service was excellent staff were friendly and attentive. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The location is perfect, right in the city center, within walking distance to shopping malls, plenty of food options, and close to the MRT. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious. The facilities inside the room were impressive—everything looked new, with an automatic toilet and a bathtub that made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, one of the best hotel experiences in Wuhan. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers. 我在 武汉新世纪大酒店 的入住体验非常棒。酒店免费为我 升级了房间，让我非常惊喜。服务态度一流，工作人员都很热情、细心。房间非常干净、现代又舒适。 酒店位置优越，就在市中心，步行就能到商场，周边有很多餐饮选择，而且离地铁站也很近。早餐种类丰富，味道也很好。 房间里的设施非常新颖，尤其是 智能马桶和浴缸，让住宿体验更上一层楼。 总的来说，这是我在武汉住过的 最好的酒店之一。无论商务还是旅游，都非常值得推荐。

Il Ritz-Carlton è la mia prima scelta a Wuhan, un vero punto di riferimento per gli hotel di lusso! L'hotel si trova nel cuore di Hankou, vicino a Wuhan Tiandi, il che lo rende comodo per visitare la strada di Jianghan e la Torre della Gru Gialla. La lobby al 46° piano offre una vista mozzafiato, con finestre panoramiche che si affacciano sulla confluenza dei due fiumi. Al tramonto, lo spettacolo di luci del fiume Yangtze e la vista notturna della Torre della Gru Gialla sono completamente visibili, offrendo un'esperienza immersiva della splendida città. Le camere incorporano il design della cultura Chu, sono spaziose e pulite, dotate di asciugacapelli Dyson, prodotti da bagno Diptyque e una vasca panoramica con vista. La piscina riscaldata panoramica e la palestra aperta 24 ore su 24 vantano un ambiente eccezionale. L'intera esperienza di soggiorno ha superato di gran lunga le aspettative. The hotel lobby was absolutely stunning—grand and beautifully designed, creating a luxurious first impression. It truly set the tone for a high-end experience.  However, the dining options at both the lunch and dinner restaurants felt somewhat limited. While the food quality was good, the menus could benefit from more variety to cater to different tastes and preferences.  Overall, the stay was fantastic. The rooms were comfortable, the service was excellent, and the ambiance was top-notch. With a few more dining options, this hotel would be perfect! Highly recommend for a luxurious getaway.

Had the most amazing time for my friends birthday, the stuff was very lovely and I had an easy time checking in and out. The restaurant at the hotel is also very lovely the stuff helped me organize my friends birthday dinner and decorated the table perfectly💕

Great hotel with great service. Dry cleaning/laundry costs a little high. Good breakfast and elegant hotel. Nice rooms and great concierge service!

Will I stay here again? Absolutely yes! It's flawless and by far the best hotel i have stayed in China and in my life. Firstly, when i stepped in, the front desk lady (小慧）was so friendly and patient to bribg me through the check in process smoothly and professionally. She patiently explained all the details and services available such as free meal services delivered by robot to room, free airport shuttle, breakfast timing and free laundry services. Secondly, when stepped into the room, the room was so modern, sparkling clean and hi-tech. There was no foul smeel and smoking smell. Fruits (banana and madarain oranges) and some snacks were provided for free. The curtain can be open or close eith a press of the button beside the bed. The warm pressure and temperature are just right and functioning well almost instantaneously. The toilet bowl is also high tech and equipped with sensor and remote control that can heat up your cold butt in cold winter and wash your butt after your business. Thirdly, there's a cute little robot that can accurately deliver meals to your roon! So cool! Lastly, the breakfast buffet was sumptuous and amazing. Also the best i have had staying in China. Many varieties from small xakes, pastries, dim sum, vegetables, noodles, rice, salad, tea leaves, coffee, fruits, yogurt, juices, porridge and etc. The dining ambience is also relaxing and nice although it will be perfect if smoking is disallowed there. Finally i also wish to extend my thank to the other frontdesk ladies who were on duty onthe night of 2 Jan 2024 and 3 Jan morning as they were also super friendly, polite and attended to my queries well. I offered a small tips of 10 yuan but they turned down as they insisted they are not supposed to accept tips. I am sad but still they are doing their job professionally and i am impressed. ❤️💜💖💙💛💚🤍 Truely a 5/5 stars hotel. Thank you.

L'hotel è situato in posizione strategica, vicino alla linea 4 della metropolitana, il che lo rende particolarmente comodo per ristoranti e negozi. Non è lontano dalla Torre della Gru Gialla, il che rende i taxi facilmente accessibili. Le camere erano molto pulite e ben arredate, con servizi completi e letti comodi. La camera che mi è stata assegnata era eccellente, con una vista mozzafiato sul fiume Yangtze. La colazione era abbondante e varia. Il direttore dell'hotel, Huang, è stato professionale ed entusiasta, rispondendo prontamente a qualsiasi esigenza. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

Tutto è stato così bello sul nostro viaggio, soprattutto i dipendenti e il modo in cui hanno aiutato con tutto! Tuttavia, alcune cose da notare, sembra che la piscina all'aperto non sia mai aperta o aperta in tempi specifici. Anche la piscina interna dovete indossare una capsula, volevamo solo fare una piscina casuale, ma non ci lasciavano senza una capsula che è vergognoso, perché questo è stato uno dei motivi per cui abbiamo visitato questo hotel specifico e non siamo arrivati Utilizzare una piscina. Inoltre non c'è un vero ”bar”, ma ci sono posti confortevoli dove si può ordinare alcol nel lobby principale, ma non un bar. Solo uno dei ristoranti era aperto la sera. In generale, rimarrebbe ancora una volta se le strutture fossero ordinate. Inoltre, non copiare e incollare l'indirizzo locale sull'APP perché ti porta al posto sbagliato e doveva prendere un altro taxi di 30 minuti!!
