UUtente ospiteHad a 98 sm suite. It was fabulous in terms of size and furnishings, very clean and quiet. Wished our stay was longer. Breakfast choices were great and there was a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer to use. Malls nearby were small and not well occupied. Recommended for an comfortable hotel stay at hankou.

UUtente anonimoBooked the hotel for a weekend get away. We chose this hotel based on recommendations from friends and because of the pool available to use.
After checking in we were upgraded free of charge to a deluxe room and were gifted a complementare tea/coffee voucher whilst we waited for our new room. Our luggage was taken up to the room whilst we enjoyed our coffee. The room was nice and clean and had a good view of the city. We decided to change and head down to the pool, only to be told a swimming cap was required if we wanted to swim, they had swim caps to buy but for the sake of a one night stay we decided not to purchase the swim caps as we wouldn't have used them again, I feel like had we known about this rule when booking we could have prepared our own to take. When we returned back to the room we decided to run a bath, whilst running the bath house keeping invited themselves into our room and then left when they realised it was occupied. We thought this was strange as we hadn't long checked in and didn't require housekeeping.
Other than that it was a pleasurable stay.

UUtente ospiteSono rimasto in questo hotel molte volte mentre frequento il viaggio a Wuhan e mi triste dire che questo servizio hotel è peggiore solo ogni volta che sono rimasto lì.
È l'unico hotel 5 stelle in Cina dove nessuno ti aiuta con il bagaglio quando arriva o parte.
Nessuno vi saluta, non ricevete niente dalla direzione, nessun frutto nella vostra stanza, niente vi accoglie, anche se io prendo sempre la stanza più grande.
La colazione (soprattutto le famose noodle Wuhan) non era buona nei primi due giorni, non so cosa è successo dopo. nessuna coerenza nessun servizio davvero niente di speciale nella stanza.
A partire dalla prossima volta, resterò in uno degli hotel Marriot della città.

LLim fu hwaL'hotel è molto bello, si sente lussuoso, ha detto vicino all'aeroporto, ma è a 15 km da. Fornisce l'aeroporto di pick-up, ma è necessario fare numerose chiamate. Forniscono solo spedizione all'aeroporto da 6am-8am. Metro proprio davanti all'hotel. La colazione è ragionevolmente buona.

BBearded WandererChe cosa posso dire? Che soggiorno sorprendente ancora. Ho soggiornato per eventi di lavoro in cui abbiamo usato la sala da ballo per la nostra celebrazione di lavoro. Poi sono venuto qui per la pace quando mio padre è andato via. Questo era l’unico posto che sapevo potessi venire, che mi portava pace e felicità. Questo viaggio era per il mio compleanno e era di gran lunga sorprendente. Abbiamo deciso di andare con una suite e la prenotazione è venuta con una fotograa gratuita. Il nostro fotografo, Xiao Liu, è stato gentile e la foto è stata una fantastica esperienza. Il buffet per colazione è fantastico e il buffet per cena ha anche divertimento vivo e cuochi fantastici. Abbiamo anche voluto ottenere massaggi ma è scaduto. La prossima volta li troveremo. In generale, sono grato per l'Optical Valley Hilton e la vera pace che le nostre esperienze portano ogni volta. Precisamente ciò che abbiamo bisogno in vacanza.

DDavid H…Un altro grande soggiorno al New World Wuhan Hotel. È situato in posizione centrale. Con il centro commerciale all'aperto K11 vicino alla porta e il centro commerciale WS all'interno della strada, ci sono molte opzioni e cose da fare. Il personale è meraviglioso e il colazione è terribile con molte opzioni alimentari occidentali.

EEpibatidineVery old hotel. Everything looks very worn, mould observable everywhere in the room. Cracked tiles and wallpaper that is coming off.
What was worse is the service - I asked for advice how to book tickets to Hubei Provincial Museum as I’m a foreigner and had issues with my WeChat account. The concierge checked and told me there is nothing he can do about it. What amazed me is that as he was talking to me, he wasn’t even looking at me at all.
In another incident, I informed hotel the day before that I need to check out at 630 am to catch an early train. Concierge assured me that a packed breakfast will be ready for me for pick up when I check out. However, when I checked out on the actual day, breakfast is not ready and I had to wait for 10 min for it to be done.
I had imagined that Hilton would try to mitigate the older facilities (which I understand that you can’t do much about) with more customer centric service (which makes customer feel more welcomed.
Unfortunately I was wrong. Overall a very disappointing stay.

My room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a cozy bed and all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the space.
One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet. While it offered a good selection of options, I felt that adding a bit more variety would elevate the experience even further. Nonetheless, I enjoyed starting my day with a hearty meal.
