Hotel con spa a Suzhou

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with our 10 month old during Golden Week. Pros: - Hotel is self-contained and there is no need to leave the hotel. There are large and well-maintained grounds for our daily walks with baby, including museums and traditional pagodas dotted throughout the property. There is a chinese, western (steak, pizza) and japanese (teppanyaki) restaurant within the hotel. There is also a kids play room and swimming pool, along with some other kid friendly activities like rabbit feeding and games on the lawn. - The hotel is right next to the lake and is quite beautiful. It's very relaxing to stroll along the lake. - There is an ancient town about 15 minutes walk from the hotel's main lobby. There is a free hotel shuttle to and from the ancient town too. - Staff are generally friendly and helpful - Large, family-friendly rooms are available. We stayed in a lake view suite, which was just right for us and our baby. - Hotel is affordable by international standards - Hotel is less than 2 hours drive from Shanghai, where we live - We particularly enjoyed the teppenyaki restaurant where you can get a private room and a private chef to cook your meals - Despite it being Golden Week, we didn't feel that the hotel was too crowded. Perhaps because the hotel has large grounds. Cons - The baby cot given to us had an extremely thin and uncomfortable mattress. To compensate, we were given a comforter to pad the mattress. However, this is unsafe for younger babies, who should sleep on a firm surface. - The property and facilities are a bit dated - There were very loud weddings on the lawn facing the lake each day that we were at the hotel. The loud music and emceeing disturbed the peaceful ambience of the place, and also disrupted baby's morning and afternoon naps. For families with children who still need to nap in the day, it may be better to stay in a quieter garden view room instead of a room facing the lake.

Abbiamo soggiornato a quattro stagioni come celebrazione del compleanno di mio marito e siamo andati con un'altra famiglia con bambini. Entrambe le nostre famiglie hanno goduto di un soggiorno puro con grandi strutture per i bambini, da come hanno adattato la stanza con i bambini essenziali (passeggio, bagno per bambini, lettiera e altro) alla zona di gioco per i bambini con un grande personale in tutto l'hotel. Non sono mai rimasto in un hotel dove il personale era così buono e perché l'hotel è anche grande, è stata la migliore combinazione. Il miglior hotel che abbiamo soggiornato con il personale che anticipava le nostre esigenze e ricordava le nostre preferenze durante il nostro soggiorno. Non si reca nessuna denuncia!

The hotel clearly caters to families, with thoughtful amenities and a welcoming atmosphere that kept the little ones happy throughout our stay. • Beautiful hot springs – The onsen was a highlight. Soaking in the warm, mineral-rich waters while surrounded by nature was pure bliss and the perfect way to unwind. • Breathtaking views – Every glance out the window rewarded us with stunning scenery that made mornings and evenings truly special. • Comfortable, well-appointed rooms – Spacious, clean, and cozy with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Bello hotel, la posizione è ideale per i viaggiatori con molte mosse. La stazione ferroviaria è lungo la strada, il metro è a soli 30 m dall'hotel. La stanza è completamente attrezzata. La condizione non è nuova ma non critica. Il grande vantaggio è la piscina, mi piace la piscina al mattino. Comincia a lavorare alle 7:00, ma in realtà anche prima. Lo consiglio.

The service at Naked Water is second to none. We were so well taken care of during our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful and the villa had everything we could need. The free bike rental was nice as we could explore the surrounding area easily. The spa was also excellent. I had one of the best massages in my life. I’d highly recommend this hotel. We made a mistake booking only one night.

This marks our second year of celebrating the holiday season with Club Med, and once again, it was truly worth every penny. Our first unforgettable experience was December 2024 at Club Med Anji, where we were warmly welcomed by Mr. George and his amazing team. From the very beginning, they made us feel genuinely cared for. The team was approachable, attentive, and incredibly warm, making our stay relaxed and memorable. This year’s December holiday brought us to Club Med Urban Oasis Taicang Resort, and the experience was just as wonderful. We would like to sincerely thank Mr. Stanley and Mr. Jake, who were very professional and responsive in addressing all our concerns, ensuring everything went smoothly throughout our stay. Traveling with three kids, comfort and cleanliness are extremely important to us. A very special thank you to our dear ayi 张二双, who we met in Taicang as well. She took such great care of our room. She was kind, helpful, and meticulous, our room was always spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The kids absolutely loved it. From the service to the atmosphere, Club Med continues to deliver exceptional holiday experiences for our family. We will definitely keep choosing Club Med for our holiday celebrations. The hotel has everything to have a great journey. It's clean, the room are spacious and beautiful. I had always get a warm welcome from the employees at the entrance. I stayed 2 weeks there. The breakfast is great with many choices. The gym has everything you need but some equipments are a bit old or in bad condition. It can be busy the evening. Also there is a mall next, with many restaurants inside. And a massage center in front by crossing the street (foot massage must be tried during your stay) Laundry service is really expensive (I paid around 80 USD for a small size machine)

Unforgettable travel experience!!!! Reliable customer service, hotel contain gym, hot springs, and nice food around. Quiet and convenient. It is about 10mins to walk to closest metro, 15 mins to closest shopping center. Stuffs are so nice and polite. I must give a shout-out to the service team of this hotel! Mr.Chen is meticulous and considerate in his work, always thinking of the guests' needs. The front desk staff, Ella, is professional and patient, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The concierge, Gary and Connor, are especially warm-hearted, helping with luggage and route planning with great reliability. Throughout the stay, I was taken care of with great attention to detail, making the stay extremely comfortable!🤗🤗🤗🤗

We always pick the W Suzhou as our go to hotel when we need a break or when there is a holiday. The hotel is very clean and modern. They also take very good care of their regular guests. It was my birthday and a wondering manager arranged some treats for me. It made the stay even more memorable and special. We are looking forward to our next stay.

這已經是我第四次入住太倉輕井澤温泉酒店了，這次端午假期帶着媽媽、先生和兒子一起來度假，依然覺得非常滿意。酒店整體環境安靜舒適，房間靜謐、設施齊全且有品質感，衞生狀況也一直保持得很好，讓人住得很安心。 最喜歡的還是這裏的温泉，温暖、舒適，也很正宗。對我來説，温泉區域的衞生情況尤為重要，而輕井澤在這一點上一如既往地讓人放心。每次泡完都覺得身心都放鬆下來，很適合假期短途休養。 酒店周邊也很適合度假，開車大約15分鐘可以到沙溪古鎮，那裡有很多好吃的；附近還有生態環境很好的金倉湖公園，適合一家人散步、放鬆。我們從上海開車過來大約一個半小時，交通也很方便，所以這兩年一到假期就會想到來這裏住幾天。 這次入住期間，酒店服務也讓人感覺很温暖。工作人員親切周到，餐廳服務尤其細緻，會主動關心和詢問我們的需求。得知我媽媽胃不太好後，還特意加了白粥，真的很貼心。因為這兩年多次入住，這次酒店還贈送了私湯，讓我們感受到滿滿的誠意和賓至如歸的温度。 總之，輕井澤温泉酒店已經成為我們家假期短途度假的固定選擇。無論是房間、温泉、衞生、服務，還是周邊環境，都讓人很滿意。下半年有機會我們還會再來。
