Hotel 5 stelle a Suzhou

The hotel has excellent facilities, and the health club is particularly impressive, including a large indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, hot tub and a well-kitted gym. The staff are very friendly and attentive all round the hotel. The room was clean, spacious with comfortable beds. The buffet restaurant had plenty to offer for breakfast, particularly on the local selection.

L'hotel è situato nella zona centrale di Pingjiang Road, appena fuori dal centro città, e ci vogliono circa dieci minuti a piedi per raggiungere il Museo di Suzhou e il Giardino dell'Umile Amministratore. L'hotel è stato ricostruito da una vecchia casa, mantenendo lo stile dei giardini di Suzhou. Ha un ambiente tranquillo ed è separato dal centro città da un muro, creando un mondo a sé stante. Lungo il fiume dell'hotel c'è un'area dove è possibile preparare il tè attorno a una stufa. È molto piacevole godersi la brezza nei caldi pomeriggi primaverili. Questa volta per il compleanno del bambino, l'hotel ha messo a disposizione una stanza per genitori e figli, una torta molto carina e tutti gli oggetti di scena per il compleanno. È stato davvero premuroso. La camera è spaziosa, dotata di vasca da bagno e WC intelligente; lo spogliatoio e il tavolo da toeletta sono sufficientemente grandi. Frutta, bevande, spuntini, zuppa dolce della sera e colazione cinese e occidentale sono tutti inclusi. Se arrivate in auto, parcheggiate nel parcheggio di fronte, è gratuito. Servizio maggiordomo WeChat tutto il giorno, un ringraziamento speciale alla signorina Xu alla reception, il servizio è molto buono, premuroso e attento. La prossima volta che visiterò Suzhou, alloggeremo di nuovo qui.

Non poteva avere una migliore esperienza. Il design interno era bellissimo e la stanza era molto pulita e confortevole. La viva generale era a casa e tranquilla. La posizione era molto centrale e vicina a tutti i siti turistici, ma si trova in una zona chiusa, che lo rende un santuario tranquillo lontano dalla ruggine e dalla bustina. Lo raccomandarei certamente.

È il primo soggiorno della mia famiglia al Garden Hotel e il servizio clienti ci ha semplicemente stupiti! Tutti quelli che abbiamo incontrato sono stati cordiali, gentili e disponibili, in particolare 小韦 e 小顾 alla reception e un paio di altri signori che hanno sempre risposto alle nostre domande e ci hanno accompagnato dalla hall all'ingresso nord del Garden Hotel e viceversa. Abbiamo prolungato il nostro soggiorno da due a tre notti perché ci siamo sentiti davvero a nostro agio. Non vediamo l'ora di prenotare il nostro prossimo viaggio a Suzhou e di soggiornare di nuovo al Garden Hotel! We were happy with our stay here. The room was nicer than it looked online, and the hotel was really clean. There are playrooms for young children that are free (3 rooms with some different toys in each room). The rooms are a bit old and tired, but my 2 year old enjoyed playing there and requested UK hi back lots of times. For parents it is just great to have somewhere for your kid to play and have fun, especially as the weather was very cold when we went! Outside there is a play area and sand digging pit. Location is walking distance from Tongli old town. Restaurant does evening buffet, and buffet breakfast. The food is fine, more Chinese than western, my husband really liked it and my favourite part was the Beijing roast duck at dinner. The pool is warm, with floats and rubber rings to borrow. There is a little land train, it takes a 10 minute trip around the hotel grounds and the cost is 20RMB for one adult and child. For me it was very boring but my son loved it 😂 The staff are very warm and friendly, everyone is very professional. Each guest is connected to a butler on wechat before they arrive so you can easily send a message and get some help. Our butler is Yu Ting and she helped us very professionally. For me, the things the hotel can improve are (1) the animal petting zoo - by western standard the facilities for the animals are not very good, just concrete enclosure with hut. For foreigners, we do not really like this. (2) We had a problem with the other guests smoking in the hotel, eg in the coffee bar. When I complained to the staff they tried to stop the guests, but even though they repeatedly reminded them to stop, the other guests continued. In the end they arranged for me to move to a private room near the bar where I could avoid the smoking. I was very grateful that they found a solution for me and my baby, but I am speechless there are such guests who flagrantly break the rules and the hotel cannot stop them. We smelled smoke in some different public areas, so maybe this is a problem with several guests 🙁 Overall we are happy with our stay and it is a good place to spend a few days with kids.

La hall dell'hotel è confortevole, le camere sono state recentemente arredate e sono completamente funzionali. Ciò che più mi piace è la sua posizione geografica. C'è una stazione della metropolitana proprio davanti all'hotel, e puoi andare al Giardino Wangshi, al Padiglione Canglang, al Giardino Keyuan, al Tempio Confuciano, a Shiquan Street, ecc. 這已經是我第四次入住太倉輕井澤温泉酒店了，這次端午假期帶着媽媽、先生和兒子一起來度假，依然覺得非常滿意。酒店整體環境安靜舒適，房間靜謐、設施齊全且有品質感，衞生狀況也一直保持得很好，讓人住得很安心。 最喜歡的還是這裏的温泉，温暖、舒適，也很正宗。對我來説，温泉區域的衞生情況尤為重要，而輕井澤在這一點上一如既往地讓人放心。每次泡完都覺得身心都放鬆下來，很適合假期短途休養。 酒店周邊也很適合度假，開車大約15分鐘可以到沙溪古鎮，那裡有很多好吃的；附近還有生態環境很好的金倉湖公園，適合一家人散步、放鬆。我們從上海開車過來大約一個半小時，交通也很方便，所以這兩年一到假期就會想到來這裏住幾天。 這次入住期間，酒店服務也讓人感覺很温暖。工作人員親切周到，餐廳服務尤其細緻，會主動關心和詢問我們的需求。得知我媽媽胃不太好後，還特意加了白粥，真的很貼心。因為這兩年多次入住，這次酒店還贈送了私湯，讓我們感受到滿滿的誠意和賓至如歸的温度。 總之，輕井澤温泉酒店已經成為我們家假期短途度假的固定選擇。無論是房間、温泉、衞生、服務，還是周邊環境，都讓人很滿意。下半年有機會我們還會再來。

Our stay at the Novotel Suzhou was nothing short of memorable! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service, which set the tone for an amazing experience for our entire family. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a modern yet inviting ambiance that instantly made us feel at ease. We were particularly impressed by the range of facilities that catered to everyone in the family. The hot springs were a highlight for us, providing a tranquil escape and a perfect way to unwind and rejuvenate. The water was just right, and the surroundings were serene, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere. The swimming pool was also a big hit, especially with the kids. Spacious and well-maintained, it offered plenty of room for swimming, splashing, and simply having fun. The kids’ playground was another wonderful feature that our children absolutely loved. It was well-designed, safe, and filled with engaging activities that kept them entertained while we enjoyed a bit of downtime. Food at the Novotel Suzhou was a true treat! The morning brunch had a diverse selection of delicious items that catered to all tastes. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, making each meal a delightful experience. We looked forward to each dining experience, knowing there was something new to try and savor. The afternoon brunch was another stand-out feature. It was a luxurious affair with a mix of international and local flavors that kept us coming back for more. The chefs clearly took pride in their craft, and it showed in every dish. Overall, our stay at the Novotel Suzhou was filled with wonderful moments, from relaxing in the hot springs to enjoying family time at the pool and playground. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to create lasting family memories, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Abbiamo avuto un bel tempo durante il nostro soggiorno all'hotel. Anche se siamo rimasti solo per una notte , siamo riusciti a godere di tutte le strutture e abbiamo fatto camminare la mattina. Se tu vieni qui, non restare nella tua stanza, andare fuori e esplorare! Grazie speciali a Kevin per aver aggiornato la nostra stanza!
