Hotel 5 stelle a Suzhou

Consiglio vivamente questo hotel, è stato in assoluto il migliore in cui ho soggiornato durante il mio viaggio! La vista dall'hotel è semplicemente mozzafiato, ogni angolo rivela il fascino del Jiangnan. Le piante nel giardino sono disposte con cura e armonia; sia che ci si sieda nella hall o ci si affacci dal balcone della camera, si è circondati da un paesaggio elegante. Ogni foto scattata qui è degna di essere condivisa sui social! Avevo aggiunto in anticipo su WeChat Anbo, del reparto relazioni con gli ospiti, e mi ha assegnato una camera con una vista panoramica molto caratteristica di Suzhou. I cuscini nella stanza erano perfettamente morbidi, una volta appoggiata la testa non volevo più alzarmi. C'erano anche tappetini da yoga e una bilancia. Il servizio dell'hotel è stato super attento, il personale sempre sorridente e disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Anche quando c'è stato un piccolo inconveniente, è stato risolto con prontezza e grande disponibilità nei confronti degli ospiti. La colazione dell'hotel è stata ancora più sorprendente, con una varietà tale da rendere difficile la scelta! Il brodo dei noodle in stile Suzhou era fresco e saporito, il pane appena sfornato era croccante e morbido, e c'erano anche una varietà di piatti caldi cinesi e occidentali, frutta fresca e dolci raffinati. Gli ingredienti erano freschi e il sapore eccellente, ogni boccone era pura felicità. Questo hotel è un vero paradiso, la prossima volta che verrò a Suzhou lo sceglierò di nuovo!

Il 17 gennaio, dopo aver partecipato a un evento di club del libro presso il Suzhou Ben Se Art Museum, io e il mio amico abbiamo pernottato in hotel. A causa di un errore nella prenotazione, avevo preso una camera matrimoniale, ma la reception ci ha gentilmente fatto un upgrade a una suite familiare. Un ringraziamento al cordiale e affascinante ragazzo della reception! La camera era sorprendentemente grande. In una mattinata nebbiosa, ho ammirato un'alba dolce e poetica dall'incredibile terrazza della camera. Accanto alla terrazza c'era una magnolia imponente, piena di boccioli pelosi di colore indefinito. Se fosse stata primavera, con i fiori in piena fioritura, stando lì avrei potuto quasi toccare la primavera. La pasta a colazione era deliziosa. Nel pomeriggio, seduti sulla terrazza con il mio amico, abbiamo fatto bollire l'acqua per il tè, ammirando il lago e osservando gli uccelli. C'è forse un altro momento nella vita così reale e allo stesso tempo effimero come questo? Nel giardino dell'hotel c'era anche un pruno in fiore, con i suoi deboli accenni di rosso. Posso immaginare la sua bellezza quando sarà in piena fioritura. In sintesi, le strutture sono di alto livello, il paesaggio è magnifico e il servizio è caloroso e attento. In precedenza, ho soggiornato al Conrad Hangzhou Tonglu e ricordo che sui loro panini della colazione era impresso il logo dell'hotel. Se l'hotel stampasse il logo Lamborghini sui tovaglioli del ristorante per la colazione, forse avrebbe un tocco di dettaglio unico in più.

È il primo soggiorno della mia famiglia al Garden Hotel e il servizio clienti ci ha semplicemente stupiti! Tutti quelli che abbiamo incontrato sono stati cordiali, gentili e disponibili, in particolare 小韦 e 小顾 alla reception e un paio di altri signori che hanno sempre risposto alle nostre domande e ci hanno accompagnato dalla hall all'ingresso nord del Garden Hotel e viceversa. Abbiamo prolungato il nostro soggiorno da due a tre notti perché ci siamo sentiti davvero a nostro agio. Non vediamo l'ora di prenotare il nostro prossimo viaggio a Suzhou e di soggiornare di nuovo al Garden Hotel! Sylvia alla reception dell'Indigo Suzhou Grand Canal è stata fantastica! Ha reso il mio viaggio a Gusu assolutamente perfetto! Che si trattasse di chiedere indicazioni, consigli su ristoranti o modifiche/cancellazioni di prenotazioni, ha sempre risposto rapidamente e con professionalità. L'operatrice è stata gentile e paziente, riuscendo a seguire le mie richieste con precisione, e ha risposto prontamente e in modo premuroso a ogni mia esigenza, realizzando davvero il concetto di ”tutto ciò che chiedi ti sarà dato, senza bisogno di aggiungere altro”. Con una governante così, non c'è da stupirsi se l'Indigo Suzhou Grand Canal rimane un ricordo indelebile! La prossima volta che verrò a Suzhou, sceglierò sicuramente di nuovo questo posto e ringrazierò di nuovo Sylvia!

The room was spacious with nice view of the inner courtyard. What is most impressive is that the hotel proactively provides room guests with hot water and tub for soaking feet during evening time and will help to the bed ready for resting! This is really bringing personal service to the next level! Keep it up!

Could not have had a better experience. The interior design was beautiful and the room was very clean and comfortable. The overall vibe was homey and calming. The location was very central and close to all the tourist sites yet it is in an enclosed area making it a quiet sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle. We especially enjoyed the sound bath experience which was relaxing and healing. Would definitely recommend this.

The hotel has its own onsen area that's open to non-hotel guests. So the entrance starts with the shoe cabinets before reaching the front desk that serves both onsen day-use guests and hotel guests. The Japanese themed room was luxurious. Very clean and impeccably maintained, good sound proofing I could hear a pin drop in the room. Double basins, Dyson hair dryer, bidet toilet bowl, standing shower and a huge zen sofa couch area by the window, complete with tea and chess set. Pity there's not much of a view out there. There's also no phone here, just a speaker by the bedside table or one can use WeChat to communicate with the front desk and of course robot deliveries. Bed and pillow was too soft for my liking. Service is excellent and they even provide turn down service. I left the room for onsen and came back to a room where the curtains are drawn, a plate of fruits on the table, floor towel laid out in the shower area with the bath towel, originally under the basin, now hung on the door of the shower. The stay package came with an Afternoon Tea set of fruits, desserts and crackers. The cheesecakes were meh but the pineapple tart made up for it. Fruits were fresh and yums. In-house guests were given unlimited access to the Onsen and I took my time to enjoy it fully. It's a full Jap style onsen, meaning going fully naked. A rather small onsen with just 3 pools but the outdoor one was the best, soaking in 43 degrees pool in the cold. There's a chill out area outside including a lounge, meditation room and a movie-cum-reading room (what an irony though). They also have private onsen rooms for rent at additional costs. Leisurely breakfast the next morning at 930am. Yes, I had to choose a specific hour to be at breakfast as it's a Jap bento set with a partial buffet (of noodles and porridge). Not outstanding for me. But otherwise, it was 5* experience and I recommend this to anyone planning to come to Taicang to experience the onsen.

Our stay at the Novotel Suzhou was nothing short of memorable! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service, which set the tone for an amazing experience for our entire family. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a modern yet inviting ambiance that instantly made us feel at ease. We were particularly impressed by the range of facilities that catered to everyone in the family. The hot springs were a highlight for us, providing a tranquil escape and a perfect way to unwind and rejuvenate. The water was just right, and the surroundings were serene, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere. The swimming pool was also a big hit, especially with the kids. Spacious and well-maintained, it offered plenty of room for swimming, splashing, and simply having fun. The kids’ playground was another wonderful feature that our children absolutely loved. It was well-designed, safe, and filled with engaging activities that kept them entertained while we enjoyed a bit of downtime. Food at the Novotel Suzhou was a true treat! The morning brunch had a diverse selection of delicious items that catered to all tastes. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, making each meal a delightful experience. We looked forward to each dining experience, knowing there was something new to try and savor. The afternoon brunch was another stand-out feature. It was a luxurious affair with a mix of international and local flavors that kept us coming back for more. The chefs clearly took pride in their craft, and it showed in every dish. Overall, our stay at the Novotel Suzhou was filled with wonderful moments, from relaxing in the hot springs to enjoying family time at the pool and playground. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to create lasting family memories, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Abbiamo avuto un bel tempo durante il nostro soggiorno all'hotel. Anche se siamo rimasti solo per una notte , siamo riusciti a godere di tutte le strutture e abbiamo fatto camminare la mattina. Se tu vieni qui, non restare nella tua stanza, andare fuori e esplorare! Grazie speciali a Kevin per aver aggiornato la nostra stanza!
