Hotel 5 stelle a Suzhou

L'esperienza al Kimpton Bamboo Grove Hotel di Suzhou ha superato di gran lunga le mie aspettative! Devo assolutamente menzionare la governante ”Cherry” (车厘子管家): il suo servizio è stato incredibilmente attento e premuroso, anticipando sempre le mie esigenze e rendendo l'intero viaggio eccezionalmente piacevole. Le strutture sono impeccabili: la palestra aperta 24 ore su 24 è comodissima, la piscina ha un'acqua pulita e i dintorni offrono un bellissimo paesaggio. Le attività manuali del Bamboo Grove Workshop sono un plus divertente e il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo. La ristorazione è un vero fiore all'occhiello: la colazione offre una vasta selezione e l'Eggs Benedict del menu segreto era delizioso. I piatti innovativi Huaiyang del ristorante ”Zhuquxuan” sono indimenticabili. L'Happy Hour giornaliero è imperdibile, con bevande gratuite di alta qualità, personale caloroso e premuroso e un'atmosfera rilassata e piacevole. L'hotel si trova nel cuore della città vecchia, circondato dal fossato e da bambù, con un elegante e tranquillo giardino in stile Suzhou. Il design interno che incorpora il paesaggio circostante è ingegnoso, con antichi pini che si fondono con lo spazio. Soggiornare qui è come essere in un paradiso terrestre, perfetto per una vacanza rilassante!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 3 notti con il nostro 10 mesi di età durante la Settimana d'oro. Pros: - L'hotel è autocontenuto e non c'è bisogno di lasciare l'hotel. Ci sono grandi e ben mantenute aree per le nostre passeggiate quotidiane con il bambino, compresi musei e pagodi tradizionali dotati in tutto il luogo. All'interno dell'hotel vi è un ristorante cinese, occidentale (bicchiere, pizza) e giapponese (teppanyaki) e una sala da gioco per bambini e piscina, insieme ad altre attività amicali come la mangiare conigli e giochi sul prato. - L'hotel è vicino al lago e è molto bello.È molto rilassante andare lungo il lago. - È una città antica a circa 15 minuti a piedi dal lobby principale dell'hotel. - Il personale è generalmente amichevole e utile - Sono disponibili camere ampie e familiari. Ci siamo fermati in una suite di vista sul lago, che era proprio per noi e per il nostro bambino. - Hotel è a prezzi accessibili secondo le norme internazionali - Hotel è meno di 2 ore di guida da Shanghai, dove viviamo - Ci è piaciuto particolarmente il ristorante teppenyaki dove si può avere una stanza privata e un cuoco privato per cucinare i vostri pasti - Anche se era la Settimana d'oro, non ci siamo sentiti troppo affollato, forse perché l'hotel ha grandi terreni. Cons - Il cappotto del bambino che ci è stato dato aveva una matita estremamente sottile e inconfortabile; per compensare, ci è stato dato un confortante per mettere la matita; ma questo è insicuro per i bambini più giovani, che dovrebbero dormire su una superficie ferma. - La proprietà e le strutture sono un po 'date - Ci sono stati nozze molto alte sul prato che ci trovavamo ogni giorno nel lago, e la musica e l’inizio di tutto il tempo di gioia hanno disturbato l’atmosfera tranquilla del luogo, e anche il bevanda mattina e pomeriggio del bambino. Per le famiglie con bambini che ancora hanno bisogno di andare in giro, potrebbe essere meglio stare in una sala di vista giardino più tranquilla invece di una sala di fronte al lago.

La posizione è eccellente, proprio all'interno della strada Pingjiang, che rende molto conveniente per andare in giro e vedere la vista. Il servizio caldo e pensiero del personale ha lasciato una forte impressione. Le strutture e gli apparecchi elettronici dell’hotel sono stati accuratamente selezionati e di alta qualità, che apprezzo davvero. In generale, è un hotel boutique ben curato e privato in una posizione fantastica. Spero che l'hotel continui a mantenere questo livello di qualità e servizio in futuro.

Il servizio dell'hotel è eccellente. Il ragazzo alla reception è gentile ed educato. Ci ha aiutato a fare l'upgrade a una suite per famiglie gratuitamente e ha dato ai bambini il gelato Haagen-Dazs🍨. La colazione viene servita nel ristorante autonomo adiacente, dove è possibile ordinare cibo cinese e occidentale, in un ambiente piacevole e con pietanze abbondanti. L'hotel è vicino a numerose attrazioni ed è raggiungibile noleggiando un'auto elettrica. In breve, dovete soggiornare qui quando venite a Suzhou. Lo consiglio vivamente👍

Sylvia alla reception dell'Indigo Suzhou Grand Canal è stata fantastica! Ha reso il mio viaggio a Gusu assolutamente perfetto! Che si trattasse di chiedere indicazioni, consigli su ristoranti o modifiche/cancellazioni di prenotazioni, ha sempre risposto rapidamente e con professionalità. L'operatrice è stata gentile e paziente, riuscendo a seguire le mie richieste con precisione, e ha risposto prontamente e in modo premuroso a ogni mia esigenza, realizzando davvero il concetto di ”tutto ciò che chiedi ti sarà dato, senza bisogno di aggiungere altro”. Con una governante così, non c'è da stupirsi se l'Indigo Suzhou Grand Canal rimane un ricordo indelebile! La prossima volta che verrò a Suzhou, sceglierò sicuramente di nuovo questo posto e ringrazierò di nuovo Sylvia!

We were happy with our stay here. The room was nicer than it looked online, and the hotel was really clean. There are playrooms for young children that are free (3 rooms with some different toys in each room). The rooms are a bit old and tired, but my 2 year old enjoyed playing there and requested UK hi back lots of times. For parents it is just great to have somewhere for your kid to play and have fun, especially as the weather was very cold when we went! Outside there is a play area and sand digging pit. Location is walking distance from Tongli old town. Restaurant does evening buffet, and buffet breakfast. The food is fine, more Chinese than western, my husband really liked it and my favourite part was the Beijing roast duck at dinner. The pool is warm, with floats and rubber rings to borrow. There is a little land train, it takes a 10 minute trip around the hotel grounds and the cost is 20RMB for one adult and child. For me it was very boring but my son loved it 😂 The staff are very warm and friendly, everyone is very professional. Each guest is connected to a butler on wechat before they arrive so you can easily send a message and get some help. Our butler is Yu Ting and she helped us very professionally. For me, the things the hotel can improve are (1) the animal petting zoo - by western standard the facilities for the animals are not very good, just concrete enclosure with hut. For foreigners, we do not really like this. (2) We had a problem with the other guests smoking in the hotel, eg in the coffee bar. When I complained to the staff they tried to stop the guests, but even though they repeatedly reminded them to stop, the other guests continued. In the end they arranged for me to move to a private room near the bar where I could avoid the smoking. I was very grateful that they found a solution for me and my baby, but I am speechless there are such guests who flagrantly break the rules and the hotel cannot stop them. We smelled smoke in some different public areas, so maybe this is a problem with several guests 🙁 Overall we are happy with our stay and it is a good place to spend a few days with kids.

La hall dell'hotel è confortevole, le camere sono state recentemente arredate e sono completamente funzionali. Ciò che più mi piace è la sua posizione geografica. C'è una stazione della metropolitana proprio davanti all'hotel, e puoi andare al Giardino Wangshi, al Padiglione Canglang, al Giardino Keyuan, al Tempio Confuciano, a Shiquan Street, ecc. Non è lontano dal Museo di Suzhou, ecc. Accanto all'hotel c'è Huanyuhui, con tutti i tipi di cibo delizioso che puoi gustare. Un soggiorno molto soddisfacente durante le vacanze del Primo Maggio, tranquillo nella vivace città, godendo delle caratteristiche della città vecchia di Suzhou

這已經是我第四次入住太倉輕井澤温泉酒店了，這次端午假期帶着媽媽、先生和兒子一起來度假，依然覺得非常滿意。酒店整體環境安靜舒適，房間靜謐、設施齊全且有品質感，衞生狀況也一直保持得很好，讓人住得很安心。 最喜歡的還是這裏的温泉，温暖、舒適，也很正宗。對我來説，温泉區域的衞生情況尤為重要，而輕井澤在這一點上一如既往地讓人放心。每次泡完都覺得身心都放鬆下來，很適合假期短途休養。 酒店周邊也很適合度假，開車大約15分鐘可以到沙溪古鎮，那裡有很多好吃的；附近還有生態環境很好的金倉湖公園，適合一家人散步、放鬆。我們從上海開車過來大約一個半小時，交通也很方便，所以這兩年一到假期就會想到來這裏住幾天。 這次入住期間，酒店服務也讓人感覺很温暖。工作人員親切周到，餐廳服務尤其細緻，會主動關心和詢問我們的需求。得知我媽媽胃不太好後，還特意加了白粥，真的很貼心。因為這兩年多次入住，這次酒店還贈送了私湯，讓我們感受到滿滿的誠意和賓至如歸的温度。 總之，輕井澤温泉酒店已經成為我們家假期短途度假的固定選擇。無論是房間、温泉、衞生、服務，還是周邊環境，都讓人很滿意。下半年有機會我們還會再來。

Our stay at the Novotel Suzhou was nothing short of memorable! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service, which set the tone for an amazing experience for our entire family. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a modern yet inviting ambiance that instantly made us feel at ease. We were particularly impressed by the range of facilities that catered to everyone in the family. The hot springs were a highlight for us, providing a tranquil escape and a perfect way to unwind and rejuvenate. The water was just right, and the surroundings were serene, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere. The swimming pool was also a big hit, especially with the kids. Spacious and well-maintained, it offered plenty of room for swimming, splashing, and simply having fun. The kids’ playground was another wonderful feature that our children absolutely loved. It was well-designed, safe, and filled with engaging activities that kept them entertained while we enjoyed a bit of downtime. Food at the Novotel Suzhou was a true treat! The morning brunch had a diverse selection of delicious items that catered to all tastes. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, making each meal a delightful experience. We looked forward to each dining experience, knowing there was something new to try and savor. The afternoon brunch was another stand-out feature. It was a luxurious affair with a mix of international and local flavors that kept us coming back for more. The chefs clearly took pride in their craft, and it showed in every dish. Overall, our stay at the Novotel Suzhou was filled with wonderful moments, from relaxing in the hot springs to enjoying family time at the pool and playground. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to create lasting family memories, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Every big holidays, our family has visited this hotel. It's already 4th time. Time flies. Even though, some facilities and cleanness are not perfect as same as 2 years ago, the cozy mood is fit for us. BTW, hot spring, please operate everyday. Only for winter time is not that pleasant for visitors who like to see sunset in the hot spring. After changing from Dusit Thani to Hilton, little bit decent but need to be improved. Too many flies in restaurant, aisle of buildings need to be clean. However, we will be there again. Thank you for staffs' kindness.
