"The room is very spacious for the three of us and looks quite new. Everything is well maintained, and you can even do your laundry here. The host is very nice and changes the towels every day. The location is also very close to the North Gate of Lijiang Old Town, making it easy to walk there. Highly recommended — I’d definitely book this hotel again if I visit Lijiang. The room is exactly like in the picture. No photo attached cause we only took video for the room."

CChloeBEST HOTEL EVER! Se c'è un sesto rating per il servizio, lo darei. Il personale di questo hotel ha davvero fatto il chilometro extra per tutto. La vista dell'hotel è la migliore che abbia mai avuto, non solo a Lijiang, ma confrontandolo tutti gli hotel che ho mai soggiornato. La vista, il servizio e le strutture dell'hotel vi fanno desiderare di rimanere. Il servizio in particolare! Avrei consigliato al 100% di restare qui se avessi visitato Lijiang!

Le dotazioni del B&B sono piuttosto buone, inclusi ascensore, biancheria da letto e bagno. L'unico inconveniente è che l'igiene nelle aree comuni è davvero nella media, non all'altezza delle dotazioni, e spero che possa essere migliorata. Non prenotate una camera al primo piano, che si affaccia sul cortile e sarà rumorosa. Il proprietario del B&B è molto gentile e il servizio è discreto. Ci ha offerto delle torte floreali Mu Laoye al momento del check-in e ci ha aiutato a portare i bagagli alla partenza.

UUtente ospiteHotel altamente consigliato se si vuole essere nella città antica e non troppo lontano dalla strada principale. Il servizio di maggiordomo personalizzato con 小勇 è stato fantastico! Il gruppo WeChat è stato creato prima dell'arrivo e lui ci ha aiutato a organizzare il trasporto gratuito dalla stazione ferroviaria di Lijiang a 南门1号 dove è lì con il carrello per aiutarci con i bagagli poiché la strada nella città antica è dissestata. Super grato per l'ottimo servizio dove si è prodigato oltre l'orario di lavoro per soddisfare le nostre esigenze e anche per presentarci percorsi panoramici all'interno della città antica e consigliarci ristoranti e consigli per lo shopping nei dintorni. Ci ha anche aiutato a prenotare i biglietti per lo spettacolo 玉龙雪山 e 丽江千古情.
Abbiamo tutti apprezzato l'interazione con gli animali in hotel. L'hotel ha un cane samoey meticcio dorato di oltre 1 anno di nome xixi che è amichevole e giocoso. 2 alpaca, uno marrone è maschio e uno bianco è femmina ed è più timido. 2 conigli e 2 pavoni.
Ci sono anche lavatrici e asciugatrici per le tue esigenze di lavanderia. 2 postazioni di gioco. Palestra. Biblioteca. Tavolo da biliardo. Sale da tè. La sala KTV era bella!
Anche la pausa tè e la colazione erano belle. Il flat white era legittimo.

UUtente ospiteEntrare nell'InterContinental Lijiang Ancient Town è come mettere piede in una tranquilla residenza principesca Naxi. L'architettura sfalsata e il design del cortile Naxi si fondono armoniosamente con le lontane Montagne Innevate del Drago di Giada, rendendo ogni scatto una foto perfetta. Ho amato in particolare il design del focolare nella hall e l'area della biblioteca; l'atmosfera è assolutamente perfetta. Le camere sono spaziose e luminose, con una vista mozzafiato appena si apre la finestra. Quella sensazione di evasione di ”uscire e ritrovarsi nella città antica, rientrare e trovarsi in un'oasi di pace” è davvero imbattibile. La vacanza trascorsa qui è stata così rigenerante che non volevo più andarmene.

As this hotel offers incredibly scenic views and interesting free and paid activities such as stargazing, forest walk, fragance pouch making, traditional ethnic costume and photoshoot experience, we decided to spend 2 out of 4 days in Lijiang mostly within the hotel. It was absolutely worth it, as we managed to achieve our goal of avoiding crowds when catching views of 日照金山 - this was easily achievable as we chose a room that gave us a direct and unobstructed view of 玉龙雪山 🥹 but even visitors who choose other rooms can catch this view at the yoga platform that’s open to all. Throughout our stay, the service provided by the hotel staff was thoughtful and thorough, and we were pleasantly surprised with little gifts on our bed after each room makeup service. Our room was also spacious, luxurious, clean and comfortable. I highly recommend visitors to go for the massage here - the masseuse is highly experienced and skilled, so much so that the discomfort
and tension I felt in my body due to altitude sickness, stress and flu totally went away after 1 hour of head, neck, shoulder and foot massage. While this hotel is located within the mountain area requiring a mountain entry permit per entry, it’s hardly secluded. The hotel offers shuttle bus services to and fro the Hyatt hotel, and one can easily call DiDi as well. Looking forward to stay here again the next time we visit Lijiang, perhaps in the perfect season for mushroom picking ☺️

UUtente ospiteThis was my second stay at a Banyan Tree property, and once again, it turned out to be a truly memorable and pleasant experience.
Frank, our personal concierge, was exceptionally responsive and attentive throughout our stay. He was always quick to assist with our requests and even replied to messages after regular working hours. There was a minor housekeeping incident during our stay, but Frank handled the service recovery professionally and resolved the matter promptly. The thoughtful gesture of providing gifts and a cake was greatly appreciated, and my child absolutely loved the surprise. From start to finish, we felt genuinely well taken care of. Frank’s service was highly commendable, and he is definitely a valuable asset to the Banyan Tree Group.
Our dinner experience at Baiyun was also superb. The ambience was wonderful, and the food was excellent.
We also enjoyed the complimentary photoshoot session, which became one of the most memorable highlights of our trip. Our photographer was incredibly professional and patient, guiding us throughout the session and capturing many beautiful photos. In the end, I decided to purchase a photo package because the photos turned out so well and were truly worth it. The staff there were also warm, friendly, efficient, and highly responsive.
There are, however, a few areas that could be improved:
1. The menu and operating schedule for Mingyue were somewhat confusing. We had planned to have dinner there one evening, only to realize that Chinese cuisine was not served on certain days and during certain hours, which required us to make alternative arrangements.
2. The soundproofing in the room could be improved, as we were able to hear our neighboring guests quite clearly even when they were speaking at normal volume.
3. The water temperature in the shower was inconsistent. Although we adjusted it to a comfortable level, the temperature would occasionally drop suddenly and become very cold.
4. Staff could perhaps be slightly more observant and proactive. On our first day, it was raining when we arrived at the room via buggy. There was no sheltered area where we alighted, so we had to stand briefly in the rain while moving our luggage.
5. The fruit platter in the room could be fresher. The apples and oranges did not seem as fresh compared to what we experienced at other hotels in Dali and Kunming.
6. Breakfast options could be expanded further. I was also hoping to find more fresh and exotic detox juices, especially ones prepared on the spot. (Similar to Bintan Banyan Tree)
Despite these minor issues, our overall stay was still excellent. The scenery and views within the resort were absolutely stunning, and we especially enjoyed being able to feed the ducks and fishes. It created a very relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere for the family. We would definitely love to return again someday.

不过，酒店仍有几个方面可以进一步提升：
1. Mingyue 的菜单及营业安排稍微有些混乱。我们原本计划某晚在那里用餐，后来才发现中餐只在特定日期和时段供应，导致我们需要临时另作安排。
2. 房间的隔音效果可以再加强一些，因为即使隔壁房客只是正常音量交谈，我们也能听得相当清楚。
3. 淋浴的水温不太稳定。虽然我们已经调到舒适温度，但水温偶尔还是会突然下降，变得非常冷。
4. 员工或许可以更主动及细心一些。我们第一天抵达房间时正好下雨，而下车的位置并没有遮雨处，因此我们在搬运行李时需要短暂淋雨。
5. 房内水果盘的新鲜度可以再提升。苹果和橙子的状态，相较于我们之前在大理及昆明入住的其他酒店，感觉没有那么新鲜。
6. 早餐选择方面可以再更加丰富一些。我也特别期待能有更多现做的新鲜排毒果汁或特色果汁。（类似Banyan Tree Bintan的安排）
尽管存在这些小问题，但整体入住体验依然非常优秀。度假村内的景色和环境真的非常漂亮，我们尤其喜欢可以喂鸭子和鱼儿的体验，让整个氛围变得格外轻松惬意，也非常适合家庭度假。未来有机会的话，我们一定还会想再次回来入住。

I was traveling solo for QingMing, but the location brought me here since I was stopping for one day. Note: Romance show has just two late afternoon shows during this holiday of tomb-sweeping. 30 minutes to Land of Wilderness from hotel as an off the beaten path option.
The King 180° room had a great view. Breakfast was good. Comfortable bed and nice waterfall shower bathtub combo. Lots of space and seating in the room.
Staff helpful and friendly. Deliveries easy. Price great.
