La cosa più importante è che il proprietario della villa vi incaricherà di contattarvi prima del vostro viaggio e durante il soggiorno. Little Seven@Xiaoqi è gentile e disponibile. Vi aiuterà a organizzare il trasferimento dalla stazione ferroviaria alla villa e viceversa. Inoltre, vi fornirà consigli e vi aiuterà a prenotare trasporti e biglietti in anticipo. Adoro soggiornare in questa villa e ci tornerò sicuramente in futuro. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare in questa villa. Servizi paragonabili a quelli di un hotel a 5 stelle. "Il mio viaggio a Lijiang è stato incredibilmente meraviglioso grazie al Sifu Yashe e alla nostra governante Wu Di! La locanda è antica, con l'acqua che gorgoglia nel cortile, piena di poesia, come se ci si trovasse in un paese delle fate. La camera è accogliente e la biancheria da letto è delicata sulla pelle, per permetterti di dormire sonni tranquilli ogni notte. I consigli di viaggio che ha condiviso mi hanno permesso di vivere in prima persona i costumi e la cultura di Lijiang e di percepire il fascino unico di questa città. Grazie all'accordo di Wu Di, il viaggio a Tiger Leaping Gorge mi ha fatto sentire la maestosa potenza della natura e mi ha fatto innamorare profondamente di Lijiang. È stato così indimenticabile! "Perfect Location Inside the Ancient City, But Not Ideal for Seniors or Big Luggage The location is perfect — right inside the ancient city, which makes exploring the area super convenient. However, it may not be suitable for elderly guests or those carrying large luggage, as you’ll need to go up and down a fairly steep slope to get to the property. The host was very kind and helpful, always ready to assist whenever we needed something. The only downside was during check-in — we had to wait quite a while because the room wasn’t ready yet. We were already tired at that time, so it was a bit frustrating. Other than that, everything went smoothly and we had no major issues during the stay."

"This is a cozy and well-located homestay near two ancient towns — Lijiang Ancient City and Shuhe Ancient City. They offer convenient one-way transport to both, as well as pick-up service from the airport and train station, which is a great bonus. The rooms are spacious, clean, and offer beautiful lake views. The homestay is also equipped with a lift, making it especially convenient for guests with mobility needs. Overall, a highly recommended place to stay!"

"Ho trascorso un soggiorno piacevole in questo hotel. Il personale è stato molto disponibile e ha comunicato in un inglese di base, il che ha reso l'esperienza più fluida. Ci hanno aiutato con i bagagli dalla strada principale all'hotel e sono stati rapidi nel risolvere un problema con il pagamento DiDi. La loro reattività alle nostre domande è stata molto apprezzata. "La casa vacanze si trova vicino alla porta del mercato di Zhongyi, molto comoda per raggiungere la strada principale e prendere un taxi. La sera c'è un mercato alimentare con molti piatti, dove si possono acquistare regali come tè alla rosa e dolci. A 200-300 metri dal Palazzo Mu, comoda per raggiungere i luoghi principali della città antica. Fuori dalla porta di fronte c'è la stufato di costolette secche dell'anziana signora, e a pochi passi c'è un delizioso negozio di noodles dall'altra parte del ponte, di cui ho dimenticato il nome. La casa verrà a prendervi e vi porterà i bagagli."

"We had a lovely stay at Jinmao Purelax Lijiang, The Unbound Collection by Hyatt. We were there during early June. The view from the room was amazing. It was wonderful to wake up to the Yu Long Snow Mountain every morning with a cool breeze. Breakfast was a good spread of traditional Chinese fare and international staples. We look forward to having good breakfasts every morning. The staff even packed for us breakfast when we departed earlier than the breakfast time for our day tour of Yu Long Snow Mountain. While overall, it was a good experience, there were some quirks, that we felt were slightly below our expectations befitting a Hyatt branded hotel. There wasn’t a proper mini fridge. We had to request for one. And it was not functioning properly - we eventually had to ask the staff to keep our medical items with their staff who delivered to our doorstep upon request, promptly. The air-conditioning was also controlled centrally and we could not adjust the temperature despite having a controller in our room. We were advised by the staff to keep the netted balcony doors open to let the fresh air in. But it was not possible when we sleep due to the bright light and the room was warm. The other freebies made up for the overall experience at Jinmao. We had a wonderful complimentary photoshoot at Bo Jue Travel Photography studio which was conveniently located within the hotel’s premises. The staff there were friendly, professional and made the photo shoot fun and enjoyable. We upgraded the package as the photographers and DI artists made fantastic work in double quick time. We also had a complimentary Pu’ Er Tea tasting session where we were greeted by a warm and attentive lady, Ah Qing. She was a great conversationalist and we enjoyed her company. We also checked out other features like the petting zoo, indoor swimming pool and the sauna. There are also many family friendly activities to participate in - there are plenty of opportunities to play within the premises! Jinmao Purelax Lijiang may not be the shiniest and newest hotel but this grand dame is a wonderful place for folks of all ages to play, relax and soak in the sights of what Lijiang has to offer."

"Cozy and small homestay with cute flower garden. The location is near the top of Shizi Mountain so the taxi cannot drop you off right at the front door. It’s a little bit inconvenient carrying big luggages. Affordable price and the location is also near the way to the old town"

"The inn is very aesthetic. It even has a rooftop where you can see the view of Lijiang Ancient Town at night. All the amenities needed are there and changed on daily basis. The owner, Jack helped carrying our big luggages to the inn during checking in and during checking out as well. The location is very near to the north gate and the old town lijiang ancient city. Be sure to install Amap to navigate easily around the town. The halal Lanzhou Beef Ramen is just opposite the north gate. If you have problem using Alipay, you can cash out at the bank opposite the north gate. Jack also helped booking the taxi for us to the railway station on our way back since we had problem with our Didi apps. Most important, he can speak English. Well done, Jack! Till we meet again!"
