PpostcardsandstampsWe enjoyed our stay here, so when we returned from Shangri-la to Lijiang, we made a repeat booking at this place. The cleanliness of the place and the friendliness of the staff were the main reasons for our return. Location: This place is situated near the border of the Lijiang Ancient City. It is close to the main road (2 min walk) which makes it easy to meet your driver for airport transfer or any tour you join. It is also extremely convenient to get to the main attractions such as Mu Residence (5 min) and Zhongyi Night Market (6-8 min). You will be away from the hustle and bustle at night, and get some peace and quiet. Room: We were lucky that we got a room on the ground floor, as we had very heavy luggage. It would be very difficult to pull them up the stairs if we were on the upper floor. Every room has a different name, and shows that the owners put some thought into giving each of their guests a unique experience. The room we got was of moderate size, with a small sofa area for you to enjoy tea and snacks. There was also a kettle and four cups, and a 5-litre water dispenser that dispensed hot and cold water - I appreciated this, which was more environmentally friendly and generous than other accommodation which gave us 2 bottles of water (500ml each) each every day. The room was also equipped with heating, for the room and the floor, and they were controlled by the front desk. There was also a humidifier. The room's interior decoration was warm and cozy. Outdoor: We also enjoyed sitting outdoors, idling, gazing at the fish, watching the flowers bloom, while enjoying many cups of tea. Toilet: It was of decent size, with a shower cubicle that dispensed hot water pretty quickly. They provided us with everything so there's nothing you need to bring: shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, slippers for shower, towels for body and hair, one-time face towels, hair dryer, body lotion, soap, detergent. Service: The staff was hospitable, friendly, and the service was impeccable. We enjoyed chatting with them over many cups of tea, and rose pastries. They even recommended travel routes and restaurants to us, which were very good, and we even got discounts or freebies by telling the restaurants where we were staying. It was easy to communicate with the staff on WeChat, they responded promptly, and arranged free airport transfer for us as we stayed more than three nights. Food: Breakfast was served every morning, which included a bowl of Yunnan mixian (noodles), a steamed bun, a hard-boiled egg, corn, and some spicy preserved vegetables. Every booking came with one serving of afternoon tea, which included rose pastries and a variety of fruits. We arrived after midnight and the staff prepared some rose pastries and fruit for us, in case we would be hungry, which was very thoughtful of them!

EEelnefUn altro soggiorno meraviglioso in questo Airbnb. Sebbene questa camera non abbia una vista diretta sul Monte Innevato Yulong, l'esperienza complessiva è stata comunque eccellente. La colazione era deliziosa e preparata con cura, e abbiamo apprezzato molto le bevande gratuite: un tocco davvero gentile e generoso. L'host è stato, come sempre, molto cordiale e attento, rendendo il nostro soggiorno confortevole e rilassante. Un ottimo posto dove soggiornare, con una calorosa ospitalità e un ottimo servizio. Altamente raccomandato!

Posizione Si trova in alto nel vecchio castello, quindi lo scenario che lo sovrasta e la Montagna innevata del Drago di Giada sono molto belli. 2. Condizioni della stanza È uguale a quello che vedi nella foto. Tuttavia, pensavo fosse una terrazza privata, ma si è rivelata una terrazza condivisa, quindi ero confuso, ma l'ho detto allo staff e, fortunatamente, c'era una stanza libera, quindi mi hanno cambiato in una stanza migliore. Sarebbe una buona idea tenerlo presente al momento della prenotazione. 3. Cccl3monAs a solo traveler, this was my first trip to Lijiang. Shortly after I made my booking, the inn reached out to confirm my arrival details and arranged a train station pickup. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that my room had been upgraded. I initially booked a larger room for my last night, but they kindly upgraded my entire stay to that room so I wouldn’t have to move my belongings. Location: The inn is right in Lijiang Old Town, which is a super popular spot for Chinese tourists. I didn’t go during peak season, but even then it felt a bit overwhelming at times. When I arrived, my luggage was transferred onto a little tricycle cart to be brought to the inn. It’s very easy to get lost in the maze of small streets, so I’d recommend downloading AMap before you arrive and saving the inn’s location to make getting around easier. If you’re heading outside the Old Town, you can just walk to the main road near the InterContinental Hotel to catch a taxi. Room: The room is really spacious and cozy, and they’ve thought of pretty much everything—from a free snack bar and full bathroom amenities to even earplugs. They also welcomed me with a fruit basket when I arrived, which was such a nice touch. The bathroom is big, with both a shower and a huge bathtub, plus a smart toilet with a heated seat. My room faced the street, so it can get a bit noisy in the evening. It didn’t bother me since I fall asleep pretty easily, but if you’re a light sleeper, they’ve got earplugs ready. Or you can go for a room facing the inner courtyard, which should be much quieter. The Inn & Service: The inn has a beautiful rooftop where you can see Yulong Mountain on a clear day. I was lucky to have great weather the entire time, so I ended up going up there every morning just to enjoy the view. If you love plants (especially succulents), you’ll love this place, they’re everywhere and so well taken care of. Another highlight for me was the cute dogs and cats around the inn. If you’re an animal lover, this is definitely a bonus. They also serve a Chinese-style breakfast, and the rice noodles were honestly so good. Everyone at the inn is incredibly friendly and helpful, they really go above and beyond, from recommending local restaurants and tea houses to suggesting places to visit. They don’t speak English, but it wasn’t an issue at all. We just used WeChat to communicate. I’d definitely recommend downloading it before coming to China, you’ll use it a lot, not just for chatting but also for payments (along with Alipay). Overall, I can’t recommend Floral Hotel enough. The service was amazing, and I’d absolutely stay here again.

Le dotazioni del B&B sono piuttosto buone, inclusi ascensore, biancheria da letto e bagno. L'unico inconveniente è che l'igiene nelle aree comuni è davvero nella media, non all'altezza delle dotazioni, e spero che possa essere migliorata. Non prenotate una camera al primo piano, che si affaccia sul cortile e sarà rumorosa. Il proprietario del B&B è molto gentile e il servizio è discreto. Ci ha offerto delle torte floreali Mu Laoye al momento del check-in e ci ha aiutato a portare i bagagli alla partenza.

PPrajna Paramitha DewiThe service during our stay here yesterday was truly outstanding, starting from the on-time & responsive driver who picked us up from the station, to the proactive & attentive hotel staff (a guy)👍🏻 What impressed us even more was that the hotel staff (a guy) had already prepared a luggage trolley to help the 3 of us carry our large & heavy suitcases (he had even contacted the trolley driver before we arrived). So when we arrived, everything was already well prepared👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 This was anticipated by both us & the hotel staff due to the uneven stone paths in the area, which could have been risky for our luggage and less efficient otherwise We received very satisfying service overall, from the refreshing Americano welcome drinks upon our daytime arrival, the attentive hotel staff (a guy) who kindly helped us with many requests (sorry if we were troublesome), to the auntie who was warm & kind in preparing our breakfast and cleaning our room🙏🏻🙏🏻 The hotel has a warm “old classic” 1990s theme, in line with its location in Lijiang Old Town, making it very suitable for families. It feels like staying in a classic old house in Japan (for example Kyoto), giving a very cozy & family-friendly atmosphere. Inside the hotel, there is a small garden with a Chinese-style gate and gravel stones that feel very zen. You can sunbathe or simply sit there to calm yourself. It seems there used to be a cat as well, but according to the staff it's no longer there. So sad haha😂 The room was clean. The room heater worked well and was available only in the main bedroom (apparently), so the front futon room was not very warm. The bathroom was very advanced: an auto-flush toilet with a heated seat so we didn’t feel cold, a fully functional shower with both hot & cold water, complete amenities that were regularly replenished, daily room service, and a breakfast that was filling & delicious in the morning (we booked with breakfast). Most impressively, a high-end Dyson hair dryer was provided in the room! This's something we really need as women and is very hard to find in hotels in Indonesia (we are from Indonesia), as it works extremely wel👍🏻l I feel like I would bring my parents to stay here again next time, haha 5 stars for this hotel⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

XxcalliexHo avuto un soggiorno meraviglioso e confortevole a Yintang, il conducente era in tempo per prendere l'aeroporto e Abu ha aiutato con i miei bagagli al momento dell'arrivo. La strada era un po' rocciosa, come la collina, ma c'è una piccola strada che collega Yintang alla città di Shuhe in meno di 5 minuti. Anche la torta e il tè erano rosa prima di entrare nella stanza. Abu era molto gentile per migliorare la mia stanza. Il primo piano dietro la piscina, molto bello e tranquillo.Mi piaceva la posizione di Yintang rispetto al soggiorno nella città antica di Dayan, come la sua strada troppo piena e rumorevole. Tutto nella stanza era pulito e c'erano servizi come lavatrice di bocca, detergenti, tessuti bagnati, dentifricio e maschera per dormire. C'era un gruppo di chat attraverso il chat, dove Abu e la sua squadra erano sempre così utili e ricordavano che c'era il tè pomeriggio, la zuppa notturna e il servizio alzato/sotto. Abu è stato molto reattivo e mi ha aiutato durante il mio soggiorno, presentandomi per comprare tè e altre domande.Sono molto felice del servizio di prima colazione di Abu insieme al suo team. Quando visitano Lijiang, mi consiglierei di fare Yintang alla mia famiglia e ai miei amici.Vorrei anche tornare a Yintang la prossima volta.

Iivy711老闆娘人很好，幫我們拿行李，找停車位，因為淡季還給升級了房間。請我們喝玫瑰茶，還給出了過幾天的行程攻略。民宿位置也很好，離着古城北門衹有幾十米的距離。 房間是納西族裝修風格，沒有電視投影，我覺得可以接受，房間在後院的二樓，非常安靜。房間很大很漂亮。床品特別乾淨，洗護用品也很好。大落地窗看小院裏特別悠閑。 唯一遺憾是熱不很熱，好像是因為修水管，老闆娘也表達了歉意。

CChitrlada HarnWhen my mother agreed to visit Lijiang with me, I browsed many hotels in Trip.com and sorted out this hotel out of many hotels with good reviews without knowing beforehanded that this will fulfill my satisfaction to the most. Before we got there, I contacted the hotel if it is comfortable for my mom to stay there because she is 88 years old and need to use wheelchair. After that they made up a wechat group to facilitate us. The staff who took care of us , xiao juan , helped us with the trip plan, escorted us to the ancient town of Dayan and Shuhe ,lead us to understand the town of Baisha and helped us with everything we need. She shows her emphaty to people with everthing she does.All the staffs there are young , polite and friendly. The location of the hotel is very suitable for exploring the ancient town of Baisha. The view of the snow mountain can be seen from the inner garden and more clearly from the third floor of the hotel.The room is comfortable with good quality bedsheet , blanket , towels and the heating floor. The breakfast is adequate with a set of chinese small dishes together with a choice of boiled rice or noodles. They provide free coffee all day with daily afternoon tea set and late night sweet soup and plum wine. I feel like I have nothing to ask more and wish to express my gratitude to all the staffs here. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to all who need to receive impressive service from these lovely staffs.
