This was truly one of the best 民宿 experiences I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Two gentlemen welcomed us warmly with smiles and immediately helped us carry our luggage, which included two large suitcases and two small suitcases, all the way up to Level 3. We were also given a complimentary room upgrade because a larger room was available, which was such a thoughtful gesture. After checking in, they patiently guided us through the room facilities and made sure we knew how everything worked. On the first day of our stay, they also prepared a beautiful fruit platter and tea for us, which made us feel so welcomed and well taken care of. Their service hours are from 8am to midnight, but what impressed us most was how much they went beyond that. Whenever available, they also had a driver who could send us to the nearby Lijiang Old Town, making our trip even more convenient and worry-free. The level of care and help they provided is honestly beyond words. They made our entire stay comfortable, smooth, and stress-free. Together with the beautiful scenic views, their outstanding service made us fall in love with Lijiang even more and truly made us want to visit again. On our last day, we had to check out at 7am, which was outside their usual working hours. Even so, the owner personally stayed at the counter and set his own alarm just to help us carry our luggage down. He did not have to do this, but he still went out of his way to assist us. He also helped arrange transport to take us to Lijiang Train Station, which made our departure so easy and comfortable. The service at this hotel is genuinely excellent. I almost have no words to describe how grateful we are for such a wonderful stay. This is the first time I am putting so much effort into writing such a long review for a hotel, and that says a lot about how amazing the experience was. If you are visiting Lijiang, I highly, highly recommend this 民宿. The service, hospitality, comfort, and overall experience are truly top-notch. Il servizio è stato impeccabile dal momento in cui conferma la prenotazione fino a quando non parte. Assicurano che tutte le domande e richieste siano trattate proativamente. La loro camera è esattamente come è con grandi vibrazioni architettoniche locali, ma molto calda e confortevole. Le camere sono molto pulite e non profumate che possono essere un problema comune nelle città antiche. Sono anche molto collegate intorno e in grado di introdurre ristoranti/bar. Certamente la mia scelta migliore per il mio prossimo viaggio! Da confermare la prenotazione alla partenza, il servizio non è difficile da fare.Assicurano che tutti i problemi e i requisiti siano affrontati attivamente.La stanza, come le foto, mantiene lo stile dell'architettura locale e caldo e confortevole.La camera da letto è molto pulita e non ha un odore comune di antiquariato città. The design is stunning—traditional Chinese wooden architecture that creates a rustic, soulful, and deeply relaxing vibe. From the property, you are treated to breathtaking, unobstructed views of the mountains that remind you exactly why Lijiang is so special. 🛎️ Seamless Service from Start to Finish Navigating an ancient, car-free city with luggage can be daunting, but the hotel made it effortless. They provided a free car pickup from the train station, and upon arrival at the city gates, they arranged a human rickshaw to whisk our luggage through the stone streets directly to our door. A special shoutout to 阿龙 (A-Long), 李琳 (Li Lin), and the entire team. They truly go out of their way to make you feel like family rather than just a guest. We loved that breakfast, afternoon tea, and even laundry services were included. Vicino al Parco Heilongtan, puoi vedere direttamente il monte Rizhao Jinshan dal ristorante del B&B, che è un'esperienza fantastica. Le strutture e l'ambiente sono molto buoni, soprattutto la disposizione all'ultimo e al quinto piano. Si vede che il capo è una persona che ama la vita. Il tè pomeridiano e la colazione erano squisiti e il servizio di numerosi maggiordomi era molto caloroso e lodevole.

La cosa migliore di Yundu è il cane che ti accoglie all'ingresso. È una palla di nuvola piena di energia e giocosità. Comunicare con loro è stato abbastanza accettabile, ma forse qualche traduzione è stata mal interpretata, il che ha causato problemi di comunicazione. Tuttavia, i problemi sono stati risolti rapidamente e, alla fine, siamo rimasti piuttosto soddisfatti del loro servizio. La posizione è ottima. È raggiungibile a piedi dalla città antica tramite la strada nuova. Purtroppo, mia madre non poteva camminare molto, quindi non siamo riusciti a esplorare questo percorso. La pulizia era generalmente buona, con alcuni punti che necessitavano di maggiore attenzione. Mi sono sentito davvero dispiaciuto di lasciare questo posto. L'alloggio è stato fantastico fin dal momento in cui siamo entrati. La reception offre già di per sé tantissimo. Gli animali domestici, con cui i bambini possono giocare e scorrazzare liberi, sono un'esperienza unica. Stavamo per prenotare un Intercontinental, ma sono così contento di non averlo fatto! Il nostro soggiorno qui è stato fantastico, l'arredamento della camera e il bagno. I letti erano comodi, la doccia e i servizi igienici erano puliti e molto lussuosi. L'area colazione sul tetto, a bordo piscina, è uno spettacolo da vedere, con vista sul monte Yulong. Credo che l'alloggio abbia fatto del suo meglio per offrire agli ospiti la migliore esperienza possibile di Lijiang, grazie alla sua posizione. Per quanto divertente sia stata l'esperienza per tutta la famiglia, siamo molto dispiaciuti di andarcene. Lijiang è magica e Paralloge l'ha resa ancora più speciale per noi. Si trova in una zona più tranquilla della città antica, ma ci è sembrata la più comoda da raggiungere con i bagagli e da soli. Anche se non abbiamo dovuto portare i bagagli, abbiamo avuto un maggiordomo che ci ha aiutato a prenderli per noi, comunicando con noi e aiutandoci con qualsiasi cosa di cui avessimo bisogno in ogni momento. Il nostro amico che era a colazione e a prendere il tè pomeridiano parlava un ottimo inglese, è stato molto disponibile e piacevole chiacchierare con lui. Non è difficile comunicare con nessuno. Tutti erano adorabili e sempre sorridenti. Potrei continuare a parlare di ogni momento che abbiamo amato, ma sarebbe un saggio. Torneremo sicuramente ♥️

La posizione dell'hotel è eccellente, situato in Huama Street, vicino al centro storico e a diversi ristoranti. Anche il parcheggio gratuito è molto comodo per chi arriva in auto. Se l'unica preoccupazione è la comodità dei trasporti, questo hotel è praticamente una scelta ovvia. Il personale della reception è eccezionalmente accogliente e offre un servizio eccellente, risolvendo rapidamente i problemi di parcheggio. Per quanto riguarda la camera familiare in sé, personalmente ritengo che ci siano alcuni problemi. Innanzitutto, non so se sia dovuto al riflusso delle fogne o a qualcos'altro, ma il bagno con doccia aveva un forte odore di notte. Io e la mia famiglia lo abbiamo scoperto solo dopo essere tornati in hotel da una giornata di visite turistiche. In secondo luogo, il lavandino accanto al WC rappresenta un pericolo per la sicurezza. Mi sono alzato per andare in bagno nel cuore della notte e, poiché la distanza tra il WC e il lavandino è piuttosto ridotta, il mio gomito ha colpito lo spigolo vivo del lavandino quando ho alzato il braccio, causandomi immediatamente gonfiore e livido. Non so se altre tipologie di camera abbiano lo stesso problema. Spero che l'hotel possa rafforzare la gestione dell'igiene delle camere e prestare maggiore attenzione anche alla sicurezza delle stesse.

The room was extremely clean and spacious with 2 queen sized beds that can easily sleep 4 adults. Nice hot tub in the balcony with both cold and hot water taps, can adjust to your preferred temperature. We were entertained by the voice control of common appliances in the room. The hotel breakfast and welcome tea break were delicious, and we could enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains while having our meal. All the staff we met were very pleasant and enthusiastic in welcoming us and making our stay an enjoyable one. A special mention to hotel staff Ava who helped us collect our laundry from the dryer and sent it to our room while we spent our day outside the hotel. Free laundry service at the hotel too, just have to diy. Overall great experience during our stay here, will strongly consider staying here again for a next visit to Lijiang!

Cleanliness: room was slightly dusty. Spiders and insects in the room, but expected because it has many oriental decorations that require constant cleaning to prevent dust accummulation. Location: convenient, it’s of walking distance to the north gate, easy to stroll around to different parts of the ancient town. Service: I have never given a bad review for the service attitude of any accomodations which I’ve stayed at in China, but I honestly think that the service here is mediocre and more reactive than proactive. They fulfil the basics of bringing your luggage up to your room, giving directions to the laundry and breakfast areas and arranging for pick up from the station to the hotel for a stay of at least three consecutive nights. I cannot speak for all the service staff, but the service staff that mainly tended to me during the stay definitely needs to be improved. He was helpful when I needed help for the laundry setting. However, when I needed help with booking tickets to snow mountain (I’m a foreigner and do not have a local number), it was a rather frustrating experience. He shared that the booking of tickets to Yulong Snow Mountain can be done 3-4 days in advance, and he could help me when I arrive at the accommodations. When I arrived, it was 4 days in advance but he was rather nonchalent and did not manage to help me secure tickets for my intended date of visit and had to eventually rely on the tour group to help change dates. The night before the tour visit, I had to reach out on wechat to ask about when and where the meeting point is for the tour. Even after the tour, I even had to ask several times to pay for the tour tickets as he had helped me to secure the ticket to the glacier park cablecar eventually. I had already shared that I could not transfer money on wechat and could only do via scanning his wechat/alipay qr code or vice versa. I feel that given that you guys are located in Lijiang and located near to Jade Snow Mountain, you should have encountered other customers who need help with the booking and this shouldn’t have been such a stressful tour booking experience. Amenities: they have two all-in-1 washing machine and drying amenities which was rather helpful. In the original room which i had booked, the air con leaked at around 10pm+. I texted the service staff on wechat and another staff came 5-10minutes later to check. This staff said it’s normal for the air con to leak at times especially if it’s blocked. After checking, he offered to change rooms for me. He helped me to move my luggage to the new room. There was no form of apology by any of the staff on the day itself when the incident happened. It was only on the next day when I requested for check-out transportation services to the railway station for the following day, where the staff who mainly tended to be apologised for the aircon leakage and offered complimentary transport services to the railway station. I’ve stayed in many accomodations in Yunnan but this was the most disappointing stay thus far and I will definitely not be back again.
