"Questo viaggio nello Yunnan mi ha fatto scoprire un vero gioiello di B&B! Appena siamo arrivati davanti all'ingresso, un ragazzo è subito uscito per aiutarci con i bagagli 🧳. Al check-in, abbiamo anche gustato un tè alla rosa molto lenitivo per la gola, ahah. I bagagli sono stati portati direttamente in camera dal ragazzo, e la cosa migliore è che ci hanno offerto un upgrade gratuito della stanza, ahahah! La colazione al piano di sopra è deliziosa, calda e ti fa sentire a casa. Il tè pomeridiano è molto raffinato e si può gustare ammirando le montagne innevate, una vista superba! In particolare, l'atmosfera della serata con il tè al burro al piano di sopra, ascoltando musica e chiacchierando con ospiti provenienti da diverse parti, scambiandosi esperienze, è stata fantastica. "The room was so lovely and so was the courtyard. The ambiance of the hotel was amazing. It is conveniently located near the entrance of the ancient city, making it accessible even with luggage (trust me, book a hotel near the exit. It is hard to drag your luggage around the ancient city). Plus point is the hotel is tucked in an alley so it wasn't noisy at all at night
Hot water comes out instantly when you turn on the tap :) Owners were super lovely and helpful.

The sound proofing of the rooms are not that good though, so a word of caution for light sleepers.
During our stay, 小李 took really good care of us, never failed to ask what we intended to do on each day, provided help and suggestionsto us on what to do. We started and ended each day chatting with him. 😊
On our check out day, we had to leave at 6.30am to Shangri-La and 小李 woke up to help us with our luggages and waited with us till our driver came! We could not thank him enough and appreciate him going all the way to help us.
We had a wonderful 5-day stay and Lijiang made an impression on us. We definitely recommend anyone to stay there..

Utilizzerà un carrello per aiutare con il trasporto dei bagagli. Il cortile ha un sentiero un po' tortuoso che conduce a un luogo appartato. Non appena siamo entrati, siamo stati trattati con un tè nella sala da tè. La fragranza del tè era rilassante e siamo entrati rapidamente nel ritmo lento di Lijiang. Il capo ha tirato fuori una mappa del tesoro e ci ha ricordato di stare molto attenti quando si visita il percorso per evitare trappole! 1. Posizione
Si trova in alto nel vecchio castello, quindi lo scenario che lo sovrasta e la Montagna innevata del Drago di Giada sono molto belli.
2. Condizioni della stanza
È uguale a quello che vedi nella foto. Tuttavia, pensavo fosse una terrazza privata, ma si è rivelata una terrazza condivisa, quindi ero confuso, ma l'ho detto allo staff e, fortunatamente, c'era una stanza libera, quindi mi hanno cambiato in una stanza migliore. Sarebbe una buona idea tenerlo presente al momento della prenotazione.
3. Gentilezza
Anche se è stata colpa mia se ho effettuato la prenotazione senza fare le dovute ricerche, mi hanno cambiato la stanza. Grazie E mi ha dato molto aiuto di cui avevo bisogno per il mio viaggio. Dopo aver effettuato la prenotazione del ritiro, quando gli ho detto che volevo comprare il tè Pu'er, è andato con me in un negozio di tè, ha interpretato e mi ha aiutato a comprare una buona macchina a un buon prezzo. Hanno anche trasportato tutti i miei bagagli al momento del check-in e del check-out.

Cccl3monEssendo una viaggiatrice solitaria, questo era il mio primo viaggio a Lijiang. Poco dopo aver prenotato, la locanda mi ha contattato per confermare i dettagli del mio arrivo e ha organizzato il prelievo dalla stazione ferroviaria. Al mio arrivo, sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa di scoprire che la mia camera era stata migliorata. Inizialmente avevo prenotato una camera più grande per l'ultima notte, ma gentilmente mi hanno assegnato quella camera per l'intero soggiorno, così non ho dovuto spostare i miei bagagli.
Posizione: La locanda si trova proprio nel centro storico di Lijiang, una meta molto popolare tra i turisti cinesi. Non ci sono andata in alta stagione, ma anche in quel periodo l'atmosfera era a tratti caotica. Al mio arrivo, i miei bagagli sono stati caricati su un piccolo triciclo per essere portati alla locanda. È molto facile perdersi nel labirinto di stradine, quindi consiglio di scaricare AMap prima dell'arrivo e salvare la posizione della locanda per orientarsi più facilmente. Se dovete uscire dal centro storico, potete semplicemente raggiungere la strada principale vicino all'Hotel InterContinental per prendere un taxi.
Camera: La camera è davvero spaziosa e accogliente, e hanno pensato praticamente a tutto: da un minibar gratuito e un bagno completo di articoli da bagno, fino ai tappi per le orecchie. Mi hanno anche accolto con un cesto di frutta al mio arrivo, un gesto davvero gentile. Il bagno è grande, con doccia e una vasca enorme, oltre a un WC intelligente con sedile riscaldato. La mia camera dava sulla strada, quindi la sera può essere un po' rumorosa. A me non ha dato fastidio perché mi addormento abbastanza facilmente, ma se avete il sonno leggero, troverete dei tappi per le orecchie. In alternativa, potete optare per una camera che si affaccia sul cortile interno, che dovrebbe essere molto più tranquilla.
Locanda e Servizio: La locanda ha una splendida terrazza sul tetto da cui, nelle giornate limpide, si può ammirare il monte Yulong. Ho avuto la fortuna di trovare bel tempo per tutto il soggiorno, quindi sono salita lassù ogni mattina solo per godermi il panorama. Se amate le piante (soprattutto le succulente), questo posto vi piacerà: sono ovunque e curate con grande attenzione. Un altro punto forte per me sono stati i simpatici cani e gatti che si aggiravano per la locanda. Se amate gli animali, questo è sicuramente un vantaggio.
Servono anche una colazione in stile cinese e i noodles di riso erano davvero squisiti. Tutto il personale della locanda è incredibilmente gentile e disponibile, si impegnano al massimo, consigliando ristoranti e sale da tè locali e suggerendo luoghi da visitare.
Non parlano inglese, ma non è stato affatto un problema. Abbiamo semplicemente usato WeChat per comunicare. Consiglio vivamente di scaricarlo prima di venire in Cina, lo userete molto, non solo per chattare ma anche per i pagamenti (insieme ad Alipay).
In generale, non posso che consigliare caldamente il Floral Hotel. Il servizio è stato fantastico e ci tornerei senza esitazione.

La locanda ha organizzato con cura una navetta per venirci a prendere alla stazione. Diversi ragazzi e una ragazza, la signora Su, ci aspettavano al punto di consegna in anticipo per aiutarci con i bagagli. La padrona di casa è stata molto disponibile nell'organizzare il nostro itinerario, liberandoci da ogni preoccupazione. Ci sono un altro hotel sorella . C'è un autobus gratuito a 4 pm per un altro hotel sorella all'interno del parco nazionale montagno Yulong Snow . Ma è necessario pagare 100 RMB extra come è all'interno del parco nazionale . Abbiamo avuto cena di lambda a caldo e il loro riso fungo con sorprendente Mountain View . Un'altra vista scenica diversa che vale la pena andare . La stanza è davvero spaziosa e davvero tranquilla rispetto alla città antica . Viene visitato per la terza volta .

La donna delle pulizie deve fare di meglio. Abbiamo messo le tazze usate accanto al lavandino, ma la donna non le ha pulite.
Il giorno prima del check-out, ci siamo recati alla reception e abbiamo comunicato che avremmo avuto bisogno di un risciò per portare fuori i bagagli alle 7:30 del mattino successivo. Il signore alla reception ci ha chiesto di contattare noi stessi la governante. Gli abbiamo detto che non avevamo un numero di cellulare cinese e gli abbiamo chiesto se poteva aiutarci a contattarlo.
Ha detto: ”Lascia che ti prenda nota”, poi ha indicato il numero di telefono e ha detto: ”Dovresti contattare tu stesso la governante”. 😅Alla fine, abbiamo chiesto al nostro autista di contattare la governante.

UUtente ospiteThis was my second stay at a Banyan Tree property, and once again, it turned out to be a truly memorable and pleasant experience.
Frank, our personal concierge, was exceptionally responsive and attentive throughout our stay. He was always quick to assist with our requests and even replied to messages after regular working hours. There was a minor housekeeping incident during our stay, but Frank handled the service recovery professionally and resolved the matter promptly. The thoughtful gesture of providing gifts and a cake was greatly appreciated, and my child absolutely loved the surprise. From start to finish, we felt genuinely well taken care of. Frank’s service was highly commendable, and he is definitely a valuable asset to the Banyan Tree Group.
Our dinner experience at Baiyun was also superb. The ambience was wonderful, and the food was excellent.
We also enjoyed the complimentary photoshoot session, which became one of the most memorable highlights of our trip. Our photographer was incredibly professional and patient, guiding us throughout the session and capturing many beautiful photos. In the end, I decided to purchase a photo package because the photos turned out so well and were truly worth it. The staff there were also warm, friendly, efficient, and highly responsive.
There are, however, a few areas that could be improved:
1. The menu and operating schedule for Mingyue were somewhat confusing. We had planned to have dinner there one evening, only to realize that Chinese cuisine was not served on certain days and during certain hours, which required us to make alternative arrangements.
2. The soundproofing in the room could be improved, as we were able to hear our neighboring guests quite clearly even when they were speaking at normal volume.
3. The water temperature in the shower was inconsistent. Although we adjusted it to a comfortable level, the temperature would occasionally drop suddenly and become very cold.
4. Staff could perhaps be slightly more observant and proactive. On our first day, it was raining when we arrived at the room via buggy. There was no sheltered area where we alighted, so we had to stand briefly in the rain while moving our luggage.
5. The fruit platter in the room could be fresher. The apples and oranges did not seem as fresh compared to what we experienced at other hotels in Dali and Kunming.
6. Breakfast options could be expanded further. I was also hoping to find more fresh and exotic detox juices, especially ones prepared on the spot. (Similar to Bintan Banyan Tree)
Despite these minor issues, our overall stay was still excellent. The scenery and views within the resort were absolutely stunning, and we especially enjoyed being able to feed the ducks and fishes. It created a very relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere for the family. We would definitely love to return again someday.

此外，我们也非常享受酒店赠送的摄影体验，这成为了整趟旅程中最难忘的亮点之一。摄影师非常专业且有耐心，在整个拍摄过程中不断引导我们，并拍下了许多非常漂亮的照片。最后，我还特地购买了摄影套餐，因为成品实在太优秀，非常值得珍藏。那边的工作人员也都非常热情、友善、高效率且回复迅速。
不过，酒店仍有几个方面可以进一步提升：
1. Mingyue 的菜单及营业安排稍微有些混乱。我们原本计划某晚在那里用餐，后来才发现中餐只在特定日期和时段供应，导致我们需要临时另作安排。
2. 房间的隔音效果可以再加强一些，因为即使隔壁房客只是正常音量交谈，我们也能听得相当清楚。
3. 淋浴的水温不太稳定。虽然我们已经调到舒适温度，但水温偶尔还是会突然下降，变得非常冷。
4. 员工或许可以更主动及细心一些。我们第一天抵达房间时正好下雨，而下车的位置并没有遮雨处，因此我们在搬运行李时需要短暂淋雨。
5. 房内水果盘的新鲜度可以再提升。苹果和橙子的状态，相较于我们之前在大理及昆明入住的其他酒店，感觉没有那么新鲜。
6. 早餐选择方面可以再更加丰富一些。我也特别期待能有更多现做的新鲜排毒果汁或特色果汁。（类似Banyan Tree Bintan的安排）
尽管存在这些小问题，但整体入住体验依然非常优秀。度假村内的景色和环境真的非常漂亮，我们尤其喜欢可以喂鸭子和鱼儿的体验，让整个氛围变得格外轻松惬意，也非常适合家庭度假。未来有机会的话，我们一定还会想再次回来入住。

KKarena TI appreciated the convenient location and service, but the misleading tour arrangements, unexpected extra charges, and poor coordination made my overall stay frustrating and disappointing.
Location: The hotel is in the southern part of the Old Town, which has fewer crowds than other areas. It’s quieter, still beautiful, and easily accessible.
Service: The hotel offers one complimentary train/airport pickup if arranged in advance (for 3 night stay). The staff helped carry my luggage from the South Gate (cars can’t enter the Old Town) and provided welcome fruit upon request. Breakfast was as described, though the noodles were undercooked. The staff were responsive and helped me book tickets, including a trip to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain—but this is where things went wrong.
Initially, the hotel staff quoted me a reasonable price that matched my research and said the schedule was flexible, I could spend as much time as I like. When I went to book, they suddenly told me I needed to pay about 200 RMB more because I was a foreigner—something I knew wasn’t true from my experience in other cities. They also said lunch was mandatory. I was short on time and wanted convenience, so I accepted the extra charges.
Although I was told that jackets, oxygen bottles, and water would be provided, the driver took me and other Chinese tourists to a store to buy additional oxygen and energy drinks at four times the normal price. There I was told the “free” oxygen bottle was too small—information the hotel hadn’t mentioned. I bought one just in case but never needed it.
I booked a sunrise tour with a 5 a.m. pickup, but we didn’t actually see sunrise at the mountain—partly due to weather, partly because the schedule wasn’t designed for it. The driver took me to Blue Moon Lake first, then the cable car, and the Impression of Lijiang show last. He kept saying I was short on time, so I needed to buy an additional ticket for battery car to get around and rushed through Blue Moon Lake without knowing how long the walk should take, only to end up waiting an hour at the cable car.
After the show, we were taken to lunch, which had no menu—just a very basic hot pot shared with random strangers seated at the same table. The driver texted me to hurry up because other passengers were waiting and even told me that they didn’t pay for lunch because they knew it wasn’t good. That upset me even more. Overall, I felt rushed, overcharged, and misled, and the whole experience made the trip far less enjoyable.
Amenities: The amenities were as described, but there was no daily housekeeping or towel replacement.

KKim DzungLa casa vacanze si trova vicino alla porta del mercato di Zhongyi, molto comoda per raggiungere la strada principale e prendere un taxi. La sera c'è un mercato alimentare con molti piatti, dove si possono acquistare regali come tè alla rosa e dolci. A 200-300 metri dal Palazzo Mu, comoda per raggiungere i luoghi principali della città antica. Fuori dalla porta di fronte c'è la stufato di costolette secche dell'anziana signora, e a pochi passi c'è un delizioso negozio di noodles dall'altra parte del ponte, di cui ho dimenticato il nome. La casa verrà a prendervi e vi porterà i bagagli.
