Hotel in zona Sri Mariamman Temple, Singapore

This is my 3rd stay in Galaxy Pods @ Chinatown and I am pleased to find the staff as welcoming and as friendly as before. I appreciate their good and prompt service with a smile 😃 The complimentary water (cooler) and complimentary coffee and tea along with the free use of Bath towel shows that the Hotel cares for their guests. There is also a spacious lounge with tables and sofas to chill in. Thanks for making my stay so comfortable ! 👍 Best Regards, Jacquie

I just had a problem checking in as the self check in is not working. But the customer service is very attentive and accommodating. She guided me all the way and been a very big help. I also encountered a toilet bowl with stain, the previous user did not clean it. But the rest is clean. They do not serve food so I was given a voucher as my booking has food inclusion.

Non ho mai soggiornato in una stanza così piccola per il prezzo nei 10 paesi che ho visitato. Questa camera è composta da un materasso sul pavimento in uno spazio di circa 6 piedi x 6 piedi. Ha un bollitore/brocca con una tazza e 1 bustina di tè in dotazione, odio il tè quindi non sono rimasto colpito dal fatto che non avessero nemmeno una semplice bustina di caffè inclusa, soprattutto per il prezzo della camera. Non so come il bagno abbia superato i regolamenti edilizi quando non puoi sederti sul water perché è girato di lato e a 6 pollici dal muro, preparati a guidare in sella se vuoi usarlo. Sono solo una persona magra, quindi se non sei una persona magra avrai grandi difficoltà ad usare il bagno o anche a fare la doccia. Ho provato a scattare foto del bagno ma è così piccolo che ho avuto problemi a farlo. Hanno scale mobili che non funzionano, quindi preparati a portare i bagagli su per le scale. Devono investire in un aspirapolvere e una scopa perché puoi vedere che i pavimenti di tutto l'hotel non vengono aspirati e l'atrio d'ingresso non viene spazzato. Sembra davvero che ai proprietari non importi più e stiano semplicemente massimizzando i loro profitti dai turisti. Questa è l'impressione che ho avuto, soprattutto quando c'era una famiglia che chiedeva un rimborso e non era contenta dell'hotel. Se non fosse stato per i problemi di cui sopra, questo posto avrebbe ottenuto una valutazione migliore da parte mia, ma un hotel che sta diminuendo senza spendere soldi si trasformerà sempre in qualcosa che le persone non valutano bene. Non ci tornerei mai più semplicemente perché il bagno è così piccolo con una toilette su cui devi sederti di lato per usarlo, e le scale mobili che non funzionano costringono a salire le scale della scala mobile con i bagagli.

It’s close to the MRT station, which made getting around the city super easy for us. There are plenty of restaurants and food stalls nearby, offering a variety of options for all ages. We also enjoyed exploring the vibrant Chinatown streets right outside the hotel. Rooms: 🛏️ The rooms were clean and well-maintained, though they were on the smaller side. As a family, it was a bit tight with our luggage, but the comfortable beds and good air conditioning made up for it. If you’re traveling with kids, I’d suggest packing light for more space. Amenities: ‼️ The hotel offers basic amenities like toiletries, a kettle, and fast Wi-Fi, which was helpful for planning our family outings. While there’s no breakfast service, we didn’t mind because there are so many food options just steps away. Staff: 👤 The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They gave us tips on family-friendly attractions and helped us with directions. They even stored our luggage after check-out, which allowed us to explore a bit more before leaving. Overall Experience 💯: Rest Chinatown Hotel is a good choice for families looking for an affordable and convenient stay. The location is excellent, and while the rooms are compact, they are clean and comfortable. It’s perfect for families who plan to spend most of their time exploring the city. Dato che il prezzo non è alto, inizialmente pensavo che fosse della stessa qualità dei vecchi hotel di Hong Kong e Macao (perché il prezzo è simile). Inaspettatamente, quando sono arrivato, ho scoperto che il design dell'hotel è moderno , pulito e semplice. Ha tutta l'attrezzatura necessaria e il letto è comodo e confortevole. Inaspettatamente, ci sono due cuscini a persona. Lo spazio nella stanza con due letti singoli è sapientemente utilizzato. Ci sono anche prese e interruttori della luce su entrambi lati del letto. È molto comodo far scorrere il telefono sul letto per guardare la TV e spegnere le luci quando vuoi addormentarti. Inaspettatamente, il valore CP è molto alto! E la posizione è vicinissima al centro di Chinatown e all'uscita della MTR! Abbiamo effettuato una prenotazione all'ultimo minuto, ma inaspettatamente abbiamo prenotato un buon hotel, il che ha aggiunto molti punti al nostro viaggio!

La posizione è molto buona, vicino alla metropolitana, a meno di dieci minuti a piedi. Dopo il check-in, sembrava un magazzino, quindi sono andato alla reception e ho cambiato camera. In un posto dove il terreno è prezioso a Singapore, le camere sono davvero piccole. Ci sono molte varietà di colazione e il gusto è buono, ma ci sono poche varietà di frutta. Quello che c'è da lamentarsi è che c'era un portiere che ha visto gli occidentali, anche molto giovani, prendere l'iniziativa per aiutare gli altri a portare i bagagli, ma ha chiuso un occhio su di noi. Ha aiutato a portare i bagagli solo quando gliel'ho chiesto , doppio standard.

Anche se l'hotel è piccolo e ben attrezzato, sono comunque molto soddisfatto di questo hotel. Ci sono solo due cose di cui voglio lamentarmi: la prima è che il wifi in camera è davvero scarso e non può essere connesso. Fortunatamente ho la mia rete wireless. La seconda cosa è che non c'è presa elettrica accanto al letto... Questo è molto scomodo. Ma la TV ha Netflix, il che è fantastico

Questo hotel è situato all'ingresso a Chinatown. Le persone sono amiche e utili:) Anche hanno già riattaccato il condizionatore d'aria nella stanza! Grazie per la gentilezza. Ovviamente, è vero che è piccolo ma è confortevole da solo. Il letto è molto grande per una persona. Inoltre, potevo aprire il mio bagaglio! Hanno gli strumenti di doccia di base come molte tovalette, shampoo, ecc. Il vantaggio più grande dell'hotel è che si può immagazzinare il bagaglio presto, e la posizione è sorprendente! Infine, se hai un piano per andare al mercato mattinale vicino, dovresti cambiare il denaro di Singapore:) Non posso pagare Alipay, Cards perché sono un straniero(solo nel mercato) È un bel viaggio in questo hotel! Infatti, per i coreani, si può pensare a questo come un piccolo Gositel spaziale. Se vuoi rimanere entro una settimana, consiglio questo hotel. Questo posto è stato il migliore in questo quartiere, a questo prezzo. Fortunatamente, ho portato i pantaloni all'interno separatamente e li indossavo. Se stai andando a viaggiare, consiglio di comprare un pantaloni. Comunque, ci toliamo le scarpe a casa :) Ci fu un 7-Eleven 2 minuti a piedi, e c'era una casa Nasipadang lungo la strada. Naturalmente, ci sono voluti circa 20 minuti a piedi per Sate Street, e per colazione. Il mercato era 7 minuti a piedi. La stazione Maxwell è a 5 minuti di distanza e la posizione è così buona. Penso che questo sia ok per questo prezzo!

A Cozy and Convenient Stay at Claude Hotel - Newly Renovated I recently stayed at the Claude Hotel in Singapore and had a wonderful experience. Despite being a small hotel, it is incredibly cozy and thoughtfully designed. Every inch of space is utilized efficiently, and it truly has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The room I stayed in was a windowless one, but it didn’t feel claustrophobic at all. The bed was very comfortable, and the bedding was exceptionally soft and pleasant. Although there wasn’t space for a full wardrobe, the cleverly designed hangers above the desk were a practical solution and kept everything neat. One of the highlights of the hotel is its attention to detail. They provide two bottles of water daily, and there are welcome drinks available, including sweet tea, Coca-Cola, and isotonic drinks. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s amenities are fantastic. On the ground floor, there are convenient washing and drying machines with adjustable settings, and they even provide laundry capsules. Another thoughtful feature is the luggage platform on each floor, which makes it easy to transport your bags without struggling with stairs. I also loved the aesthetic touches throughout the hotel. The elevator, as seen in the attached photo, is beautifully designed and adds a touch of elegance to the overall experience. Location-wise, the Claude Hotel is perfect. It’s situated in the vibrant Chinatown area, surrounded by countless restaurants, bars, cafes, and a huge street market. Despite being in the heart of the action, the hotel is tucked away on a quiet side street, so it remains peaceful and quiet. The only minor downside is that you can hear the metro occasionally, but I used earplugs and slept soundly. With three metro stations and bus stops nearby, getting around Singapore is a breeze. Whether you’re a tourist or a business traveler, the Claude Hotel offers excellent value for money. I highly recommend it for its cleanliness, comfort, and unbeatable location.

Le attrezzature sono molto nuove.A volte il bagno deve essere in fila.Non si rimpiazzano le tute o si aiutano a pulire i letti per più giorni.Spazzole: il bagno è un po'caldo fuori occasionalmente; il bagno è freddo e instabile; c'è una cameriera con un cerchio che si fa sempre il volto.
