Il nostro soggiorno è stato una grande esperienza. Dal desk front, la custodia e il personale cucina sono tutti così bello e amichevole. La posizione è anche molto conveniente 3 bus fermati lontano dalla città vivente. La pulizia è mantenuta tutto il tempo. La selezione del colazione è in corso, non tutti i giorni.

Greetings esteemed reviewers, it is with great dismay that I pen this review to share my recent experience at the Conrad Orchard Singapore which was well below expectation. This isn't my first time to stay here. In a previous review, I had bestowed upon the hotel a rating of four stars and had made mention of the General Manager's name, Oscar Postma, as a mild critique of their performance. My stay had been quite wonderful, albeit marred by their proclivity towards complacency in providing minor special requests. However, I found myself the subject of ill-treatment at the hands of the hotel's personnel. Their behavior was nothing short of bullying, as they proceeded to pursue punitive measures against my top-tier membership in their esteemed chain of hotels, ultimately resulting in its suspension. The road to reinstatement was replete with challenges, and I was disconcerted by their unseemly conduct, which seemed to be directed towards punishing me for my candid review. It is my duty to warn other fellow reviewers that these individuals are not to be mistaken for gentlemen of standing and refinement, but rather, they utilize tactics that are more in line with the mindset of a thug, targeting those who dare to voice their concerns. Any potential guest at the Conrad Orchard Singapore should be prepared to navigate such hostility. In summation, I find the behavior of the hotel's personnel to be wholly unacceptable, and I would caution any prospective guests to prepare themselves accordingly. It is my sincere hope that this review serves as a warning to all who might consider a stay at this establishment.

As two couples we had a great 7 day stay at Fraser Suites. I will summarise our stay as follows: Positives: The accommodation suited us perfectly; spacious, with a balcony, washer, dryer, and two bathrooms. Plenty of storage space, especially in the kitchen if you need it. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The apartment was spotless and housekeeping visited every day, replenishing laundry powder, toiletries and they also left fresh towels. The master bedroom is big, with ensuite bathroom (with a separate toilet to the shower). There is a Fairprice Finest literally next door, along with a Little Farms, and an Italian restaurant that does takeaway pizza. Other local eateries too. The Great World MRT is about a 12-15 minute walk away, but once you get the hang of the buses they are good too, as there are stops nearby. The MRT is just two stops away on this route (Riva Lodge). We didn’t use the free shuttle service. The pool area was nice and pool towels are provided. We never had to wait long for the lifts. Negatives: A mirror in the bedroom would have been useful so that I could do my make-up and dry my hair whilst my husband was in the shower. I don’t think there was one in the master bedroom either. There are full length mirrors all along one wall in the kitchen so I resorted to doing my hair and make-up in there. No spare socket by the bed. Nowhere to put towels in the smaller bathroom. We would have been happy to re-use towels if there was somewhere to hang them up and felt this was a waste of energy. A couple of hooks would have been brilliant. The kitchen was very poorly equipped if you’re going to be there for a longer period, but there is a note left by management to just ask for anything you need. A small table on the balcony would have been useful. Breakfast was very hit and miss. On more than one occasion I had to tell the staff that the scrambled eggs and sausages were cold. I was very worried about the food safety aspect of lukewarm meat. We ended up asking the staff to get the chef to make us fresh eggs once we realised this was an option. The toaster was so slow and took 2-3 rotations to get anything other than warm bread. It was however nice to have a bit of variety of the Asian dishes. If you don’t mind being a bit outside of the city, this is a great place for families with the convenience of laundry facilities and a balcony. Daily housekeeping was a bonus and breakfast included. I would certainly recommend it. I hope this is helpful!

房間挺大，有小客廳，還有小廚房可以做飯，還算寬敞，酒店周邊比較安靜，旁邊就是地鐵站，從地鐵站直接走到烏節路商場十分鐘，非常方便，早餐比較簡單，基本天天就是幾樣選擇，住了6天吃膩了

Zhu Jian ha fatto tre generazioni di viaggio e amato l'hotel. Non c'è così tanta scelta per la colazione in hotel, ma è delizioso. È così lungo il ristorante che ho fatto p3. Ci sono pane (tutti i panini) e panini di corna, frutta e salate, e la frutta fresca preferita dei bambini, e bevande di cotone. Sono le sei e otto ore di sera (ora felice?), ci sono vino e cibo (soprattutto frutta, pollo e pizza).L'hotel è in generale molto mini, in totale quattro strati, e dieci camere in ogni strato iniziano. I giorni successivi al mio soggiorno dovrebbero essere piene di stanza, ma non c'è molto spazio nel bar. La porta anteriore dell'hotel è la stazione di guardia del fiume. La porta posteriore è la stazione di guardia del mondo. È molto vicina. La foto P8 è fatta sulla porta anteriore dell'hotel. La luce gialla nel mezzo della foto è il logo della stazione della metropolitana.La porta posteriore è il fiume Singapore. È anche molto timido guardare altri cani correre in bicicletta. Puoi andare al molo di Cracovia e all'acqua di buoi e alla strada di Ussil (in mezz'ora).C'è una lavatrice nella stanza, che è necessario per questo posto dove si suda ogni giorno.C'è lavatrice di polvere.Ci sono utensili da cucina ma nessun condimento.Ci sono acqua calda.Benvenuti vino rosso e Macarone. Ci sono macchine per caffè e caffè.La qualità delle scorte è buona. Un punto che deve essere ricordato: 1. La stazione della metropolitana alla porta non vende la carta di collegamento, deve essere comprata altrove e caricata vicino alla macchina di scarico 2.I bambini devono pagare un ulteriore prezzo per l'uso dei letti esistenti 3. I forniture monouso non comprendono le scarpe 4.È meglio notare che il tempo di soggiorno è tardi. Anche se ci siamo arrivati alle undici di notte, abbiamo detto che la reception cinese ci sta aspettando, ma non sapeva quanto tempo aspettare, mi sentivo un po'solo deplorevole 5. Sembra che si prenoti sei notti

Swissotel stamford was a lovely place for a babymoon with a 2.5yo toddler. The whole family loved its location, comfort and huge space. Very suited for a local getaway and many thanks to the discounts on Trip.com that allowed for a cheaper stay in city centre.

Good location but the hotel check in process is a little slow and they don’t have special parking rate for hotel guest, will have to pay for the parking about 50 dollars a night

La dimensione della camera è più grande di altre camere a Singapore. E' molto pulita e il personale è molto utile. Il buffet ha una buona varietà di cibo, sicuramente ritornerà quando visitaremo Singapore di nuovo.

The hotel itself is consider convenient, there’s a gateway right across the street beside the hotel where it can connect down to Suntec City lower level food court. This trip we brought our one year old with us. During the check in, no one informed us about the music festival (DJ) that had been going on for the past days. The room that was given to us were right on top of the music festival, it was so loud during the afternoon and I was told it’ll continue to 10pm. My son couldn’t take his nap at all! This messed up our whole day schedule, we basically wasted the whole day trying to get a room change. However, thanks to the assistant front desk manager (Ivy) we were able to get a higher floor room away from all the noise (finally got a room change at around 8:30pm), if it’s not for her help I would have given a even less of a rating. Once again I would like to thanks Ivy for all her help. She was great.

Ho festeggiato il compleanno di mio marito al Ritz Carlton. Siamo rimasti stupiti dal servizio e dalla camera assegnata. La club lounge ha un servizio eccellente, vorrei fare i complimenti in particolare a Firdaus e Moira. Entrambi hanno reso il nostro soggiorno un'esperienza straordinaria. Ci piacerebbe tornare per altre feste. Hotel altamente consigliato per godere di un servizio e di una vista eccellenti!
