Greetings esteemed reviewers, it is with great dismay that I pen this review to share my recent experience at the Conrad Orchard Singapore which was well below expectation. This isn't my first time to stay here. In a previous review, I had bestowed upon the hotel a rating of four stars and had made mention of the General Manager's name, Oscar Postma, as a mild critique of their performance. My stay had been quite wonderful, albeit marred by their proclivity towards complacency in providing minor special requests. However, I found myself the subject of ill-treatment at the hands of the hotel's personnel. Their behavior was nothing short of bullying, as they proceeded to pursue punitive measures against my top-tier membership in their esteemed chain of hotels, ultimately resulting in its suspension. The road to reinstatement was replete with challenges, and I was disconcerted by their unseemly conduct, which seemed to be directed towards punishing me for my candid review. It is my duty to warn other fellow reviewers that these individuals are not to be mistaken for gentlemen of standing and refinement, but rather, they utilize tactics that are more in line with the mindset of a thug, targeting those who dare to voice their concerns. Any potential guest at the Conrad Orchard Singapore should be prepared to navigate such hostility. In summation, I find the behavior of the hotel's personnel to be wholly unacceptable, and I would caution any prospective guests to prepare themselves accordingly. It is my sincere hope that this review serves as a warning to all who might consider a stay at this establishment.

As two couples we had a great 7 day stay at Fraser Suites. I will summarise our stay as follows: Positives: The accommodation suited us perfectly; spacious, with a balcony, washer, dryer, and two bathrooms. Plenty of storage space, especially in the kitchen if you need it. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The apartment was spotless and housekeeping visited every day, replenishing laundry powder, toiletries and they also left fresh towels. The master bedroom is big, with ensuite bathroom (with a separate toilet to the shower). There is a Fairprice Finest literally next door, along with a Little Farms, and an Italian restaurant that does takeaway pizza. Other local eateries too. The Great World MRT is about a 12-15 minute walk away, but once you get the hang of the buses they are good too, as there are stops nearby. The MRT is just two stops away on this route (Riva Lodge). We didn’t use the free shuttle service. The pool area was nice and pool towels are provided. We never had to wait long for the lifts. Negatives: A mirror in the bedroom would have been useful so that I could do my make-up and dry my hair whilst my husband was in the shower. I don’t think there was one in the master bedroom either. There are full length mirrors all along one wall in the kitchen so I resorted to doing my hair and make-up in there. No spare socket by the bed. Nowhere to put towels in the smaller bathroom. We would have been happy to re-use towels if there was somewhere to hang them up and felt this was a waste of energy. A couple of hooks would have been brilliant. The kitchen was very poorly equipped if you’re going to be there for a longer period, but there is a note left by management to just ask for anything you need. A small table on the balcony would have been useful. Breakfast was very hit and miss. On more than one occasion I had to tell the staff that the scrambled eggs and sausages were cold. I was very worried about the food safety aspect of lukewarm meat. We ended up asking the staff to get the chef to make us fresh eggs once we realised this was an option. The toaster was so slow and took 2-3 rotations to get anything other than warm bread. It was however nice to have a bit of variety of the Asian dishes. If you don’t mind being a bit outside of the city, this is a great place for families with the convenience of laundry facilities and a balcony. Daily housekeeping was a bonus and breakfast included. I would certainly recommend it. I hope this is helpful!

La dimensione della camera è più grande di altre camere a Singapore. E' molto pulita e il personale è molto utile. Il buffet ha una buona varietà di cibo, sicuramente ritornerà quando visitaremo Singapore di nuovo.

房間挺大，有小客廳，還有小廚房可以做飯，還算寬敞，酒店周邊比較安靜，旁邊就是地鐵站，從地鐵站直接走到烏節路商場十分鐘，非常方便，早餐比較簡單，基本天天就是幾樣選擇，住了6天吃膩了

La posizione dell'hotel è buona (solo pochi minuti a piedi dal centro alimentare Lau Ba sha e dalla Cina Town). È facile raggiungere Marina Bay Sands, Quay, shopping mall, ecc. con pochi minuti di autotrasporto. Inoltre hanno lavanderia di servizio. In generale, è un buon posto per rimanere con un prezzo accettabile.

Amazing hotel for a family staycation, especially over the New Year countdown. The location isn’t convenient for travellers, and much of the moving around is by foot. Although 5 stars, the overall room amenities is bare minimum (only 2 toothbrush, without comb, shave kit, etc). Also the room comes with just 2 capsule of coffee. Not quite what we expect for a USD500 per night room.

L'appartamento è stato il miglior hotel/servizio! La nostra famiglia di 4 ha prenotato la 2 camera da letto e si è trasferita da ottobre 2022 a febbraio 2023 (circa 4,5 mesi) 2 camere da letto sono dotate di lavatrice, cucina completamente attrezzata, frigorifero e microonde 👍 L'hotel offre anche un servizio di manutenzione abitativa alternati giorni (dipendentemente dal numero della stanza) vogliamo estendere il nostro più profondo e grato grazie a tutti i membri del personale di custodia (soprattutto a coloro che servono la nostra stanza -1301) durante il nostro soggiorno! A livello 9, ci sono anche un gruppo di personale molto dedicato, amichevole di front office, per favore estendete il nostro apprezzamento a tutti loro, sono sempre così felici e sorridenti ogni giorno 👏👍 grazie FO team! Lavanderia , spazio di lavoro, palestra, piscina al livello 9, ci piace usare queste strutture. La posizione di questo hotel è 100% perfetta! È vicino alla stazione MRT di Raffles Place, caffè, centro di hawker e ristoranti sono tutti all'interno della zona. Molti luoghi turistici (Merlion, Boat Quay, Singapore Flyer) sono a pochi passi. Questo hotel offre ogni giorno (Weekday except PH) colazione al livello 1, la loro scelta è limitata (circa 5-6 a scegliere e è la stessa durante il nostro soggiorno 4.5 mesi) quindi dopo poche settimane siamo stanchi con il colazione. In generale amo questo hotel e sicuramente torneremo di nuovo! 🥰

Questa è la terza volta che sono rimasto a Capella Singapore e ci sono molte ragioni per cui continuerò a tornare. Prima di tutto, è un hotel amico degli animali e si esce davvero tutti per assicurarsi che il vostro animale domestico sia ben guardato. Il mio gatto Theo lo ama perché lo parlano, lo incastrano, lo incastrano, ecc. Un altro motivo è il servizio - è assolutamente fantastico, da check-in a check-out. Tutti i membri del personale sono meravigliosi e amichevoli, efficaci e carini, vi salutano per nome e sempre li per voi se avete bisogno di qualcosa. Le camere sono splendide, e questa volta ho chiesto la stessa vista sul mare e fortunatamente l'ho trovato come era familiare per Theo. Il cibo a Fiama è sorprendente - la qualità e la selezione per il buffet di colazione e cena sono favolosi. Adoro assolutamente le selezioni asiatiche e occidentali per i principali corsi per il colazione, e la gamma di altri prodotti caldi, freddi, frutta, yogurt e panini erano fantastiche. Per cena ho scelto di ottenere servizio in camera da Fiama e le pizza erano divini! Anche il tè pomeriggio nella stanza del soggiorno è grande e delizioso. È un breve passo attraverso la struttura alla spiaggia, ma per essere onesti, solo essere nella piscina (ci sono tre - uno per gli adulti, uno per i bambini e una piscina per lattanti) e nuotare e rilassarsi è stata la mia opzione. Sono ansioso di tornare presto!

La stanza è molto trasparente, un nuovo hotel, c'è un supermercato sottostante, è molto conveniente viaggiare, il personale di servizio è molto occupato, contatta molto tardi e rispondi rapidamente. La prossima volta che torno a vivere, è che non è conveniente prenotare per sei notti.
