Hotel in zona New Life Baptist Church, Singapore

Greetings esteemed reviewers, it is with great dismay that I pen this review to share my recent experience at the Conrad Orchard Singapore which was well below expectation. This isn't my first time to stay here. In a previous review, I had bestowed upon the hotel a rating of four stars and had made mention of the General Manager's name, Oscar Postma, as a mild critique of their performance. My stay had been quite wonderful, albeit marred by their proclivity towards complacency in providing minor special requests. However, I found myself the subject of ill-treatment at the hands of the hotel's personnel. Their behavior was nothing short of bullying, as they proceeded to pursue punitive measures against my top-tier membership in their esteemed chain of hotels, ultimately resulting in its suspension. The road to reinstatement was replete with challenges, and I was disconcerted by their unseemly conduct, which seemed to be directed towards punishing me for my candid review. It is my duty to warn other fellow reviewers that these individuals are not to be mistaken for gentlemen of standing and refinement, but rather, they utilize tactics that are more in line with the mindset of a thug, targeting those who dare to voice their concerns. Any potential guest at the Conrad Orchard Singapore should be prepared to navigate such hostility. In summation, I find the behavior of the hotel's personnel to be wholly unacceptable, and I would caution any prospective guests to prepare themselves accordingly. It is my sincere hope that this review serves as a warning to all who might consider a stay at this establishment.

In un posto così caldo come Singapore, genitori e figli devono avere qualcosa che possa essere giocato anche in hotel. Anche il ristorante dell'hotel è delizioso, la colazione è a buffet e la cena è di cucina occidentale, gli ingredienti utilizzati sono freschi e il gusto è naturalmente buono, inoltre il prezzo non è superiore a quello dei ristoranti occidentali simili braciole e pasta sono tutte buone. Non preoccupatevi, c'è un menu per bambini, perfetto per chi è stanco dopo una notte con i bambini e non vuole uscire in hotel. L'hotel è davvero bellissimo. Non appena ho aperto le tende ogni giorno, ho sentito che sarebbe stato un altro giorno utile. L'unico inconveniente era che la stanza era un po' piccola, stavo crescendo un bambino da sola e sentivo che lo sarebbe stato un po' angusto per una famiglia di tre persone.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato una grande esperienza. Dal desk front, la custodia e il personale cucina sono tutti così bello e amichevole. La posizione è anche molto conveniente 3 bus fermati lontano dalla città vivente. La pulizia è mantenuta tutto il tempo. La selezione del colazione è in corso, non tutti i giorni.

房間挺大，有小客廳，還有小廚房可以做飯，還算寬敞，酒店周邊比較安靜，旁邊就是地鐵站，從地鐵站直接走到烏節路商場十分鐘，非常方便，早餐比較簡單，基本天天就是幾樣選擇，住了6天吃膩了

As two couples we had a great 7 day stay at Fraser Suites. I will summarise our stay as follows: Positives: The accommodation suited us perfectly; spacious, with a balcony, washer, dryer, and two bathrooms. Plenty of storage space, especially in the kitchen if you need it. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The apartment was spotless and housekeeping visited every day, replenishing laundry powder, toiletries and they also left fresh towels. The master bedroom is big, with ensuite bathroom (with a separate toilet to the shower). There is a Fairprice Finest literally next door, along with a Little Farms, and an Italian restaurant that does takeaway pizza. Other local eateries too. The Great World MRT is about a 12-15 minute walk away, but once you get the hang of the buses they are good too, as there are stops nearby. The MRT is just two stops away on this route (Riva Lodge). We didn’t use the free shuttle service. The pool area was nice and pool towels are provided. We never had to wait long for the lifts. Negatives: A mirror in the bedroom would have been useful so that I could do my make-up and dry my hair whilst my husband was in the shower. I don’t think there was one in the master bedroom either. There are full length mirrors all along one wall in the kitchen so I resorted to doing my hair and make-up in there. No spare socket by the bed. Nowhere to put towels in the smaller bathroom. We would have been happy to re-use towels if there was somewhere to hang them up and felt this was a waste of energy. A couple of hooks would have been brilliant. The kitchen was very poorly equipped if you’re going to be there for a longer period, but there is a note left by management to just ask for anything you need. A small table on the balcony would have been useful. Breakfast was very hit and miss. On more than one occasion I had to tell the staff that the scrambled eggs and sausages were cold. I was very worried about the food safety aspect of lukewarm meat. We ended up asking the staff to get the chef to make us fresh eggs once we realised this was an option. The toaster was so slow and took 2-3 rotations to get anything other than warm bread. It was however nice to have a bit of variety of the Asian dishes. If you don’t mind being a bit outside of the city, this is a great place for families with the convenience of laundry facilities and a balcony. Daily housekeeping was a bonus and breakfast included. I would certainly recommend it. I hope this is helpful!

My parents and I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express Orchard in Singapore. The hotel is ideally located, just a short walk from Orchard Road, making it easy to access shopping, dining, and entertainment. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and well-equipped, with great amenities like a free breakfast that my parents especially enjoyed. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free experience. Overall, it was a great choice for our stay, and my parents were particularly happy with the convenience and comfort. Highly recommended!

Zhu Jian ha fatto tre generazioni di viaggio e amato l'hotel. Non c'è così tanta scelta per la colazione in hotel, ma è delizioso. È così lungo il ristorante che ho fatto p3. Ci sono pane (tutti i panini) e panini di corna, frutta e salate, e la frutta fresca preferita dei bambini, e bevande di cotone. Sono le sei e otto ore di sera (ora felice?), ci sono vino e cibo (soprattutto frutta, pollo e pizza).L'hotel è in generale molto mini, in totale quattro strati, e dieci camere in ogni strato iniziano. I giorni successivi al mio soggiorno dovrebbero essere piene di stanza, ma non c'è molto spazio nel bar. La porta anteriore dell'hotel è la stazione di guardia del fiume. La porta posteriore è la stazione di guardia del mondo. È molto vicina. La foto P8 è fatta sulla porta anteriore dell'hotel. La luce gialla nel mezzo della foto è il logo della stazione della metropolitana.La porta posteriore è il fiume Singapore. È anche molto timido guardare altri cani correre in bicicletta. Puoi andare al molo di Cracovia e all'acqua di buoi e alla strada di Ussil (in mezz'ora).C'è una lavatrice nella stanza, che è necessario per questo posto dove si suda ogni giorno.C'è lavatrice di polvere.Ci sono utensili da cucina ma nessun condimento.Ci sono acqua calda.Benvenuti vino rosso e Macarone. Very spacious room with both a shower stall and a bathtub. Added bonus that there is filtered drinking water available directly in the room. Service was generally good as well - had a faulty minibar fridge which was replaced quite quickly by maintenance staff. Based on the cleanliness, room comfort and location of the hotel to many restaurants and a big mall (Great World City) nearby, would definitely recommend.

Hotel recentemente rinnovato. Ho prenotato una camera ventilata ma ho ottenuto un upgrade alla camera urbana. Penso che fosse un periodo basso nel periodo in cui soggiorno, molto silenzioso, buona insonorizzazione e camera abbastanza spaziosa. Piscina e palestra di buone dimensioni. Tutto il personale era sorridente e pronto ad aiutare con qualsiasi richiesta. Camera molto pulita con pulizia giornaliera. L'unico inconveniente era che la temperatura dell'acqua della doccia non era costante, improvvisa esplosione di acqua calda o fredda mentre si faceva la doccia a metà.
