"During our family trip to Jungle Aqua Park, we were thrilled by the idea of staying in a resort that promised fun, relaxation, and plenty of activities with its all-inclusive offerings. Sadly, while there were some bright spots, much of our experience left us feeling frustrated, and at times, even scammed by the way things were structured. The Good - The facilities themselves are well-maintained and visually appealing. The pools and theme park rides, when open, provided excellent entertainment for both adults and kids. - The variety of pools and slides seemed promising on paper, and when operational, they delivered an exciting experience. The Not-So-Good 1. Questionable All-Inclusive Facilities & Timings The biggest disappointment of our stay was the deliberate clash in operating times for different amenities. For instance, dinner ended abruptly at 8:30 PM, but the popcorn, doughnut, and candyfloss stalls at the theme park (especially appealing to kids) shut down only half an hour later at 9 PM. This left us scrambling to enjoy everything in the tiny time-slots available and made it nearly impossible to take full advantage of what's included. Even more frustratingly, theme park rides for adults were bizarrely restricted, with only one ride open per night as a rule. This limited options and left us wondering why the resort would restrict its own attractions. 2. Artificially Prolonged Queues Breakfast became a daily test of patience. The focus on one egg station for omelets—not even offering options like scrambled or fried eggs—created unnecessarily long lines. It often felt like the resort intentionally used these extended wait times to waste your morning, essentially cutting into the time you could use for exploring the resort’s facilities. Not ideal when you're already struggling to balance overlapping schedules! 3. Staff Attitude & Service Another major letdown was the attitude of many staff members. We found them to be unfriendly, unhelpful, and sometimes even outright rude. When raising questions or trying to understand how things worked, we were made to feel like an inconvenience rather than welcome guests. Customer service is key in any resort, and unfortunately, Jungle Aqua Park missed the mark on this front. - Better alignment of operating times across the resort to allow guests to enjoy all-inclusive perks without a rushed experience. - More consistent opening of adult rides so guests can maximize their enjoyment of the waterpark. - Breakfast options should be expanded beyond omelets to reduce queue times and provide more variety. - Training the staff to prioritize customer service and handle guest inquiries more politely would greatly enhance the guest experience. While Jungle Aqua Park showed flashes of potential in terms of its facilities, the inefficiencies and poor management of schedules made it difficult to fully enjoy what was offered. What should have been a stress-free, family-friendly vacation often turned into a logistical challenge, filled with avoidable friction and unnecessary waiting. With improvements in scheduling, staff attitude, and a more guest-centered approach, this resort could truly shine. However, as it stands now, I would hesitate to recommend it, especially for families looking for a relaxing time."

"Abbiamo soggiornato con la mia compagna per 6 giorni in questo splendido Resort sulle spiagge di Hurghada. L’ Hotel è STUPENDO, lo è stile davvero unico , tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. L’accoglienza è Ottima , il cibo molto buono e le camere accoglienti e pulitissime. Offre una ampia scelta di Ristoranti che ogni giorno cambiano Cucina, (Egiziana, Asiatica, Greca ecc ecc), all interno ci sono dei piccoli negozietti dove acquistare oggetti e un ATM per prelevare del contante. Il resort ha diverse spiagge, quelle meno rumorose dove ci si può rilassare e quelle più movimentate. Diverse piscine con molti Bar. Campi da tennis calcio e altre attrazioni (biliardo , Ping pong ecc ecc). Ci siamo trovati davvero bene, la reception è disponibile per qualsiasi evenienza. Il buffet è davvero Grande e variegato. Lo consiglio. SUGGERIMENTO: EVITATE le escursioni, il personale sopratutto un certo SAPRI cerca in tutti i modi di fregarvi soldi. Abbiamo acquistato tutte le escursioni che proponevano (Snorkeling, Spiagge, Deserto) e i prezzi sono molto più elevati rispetto a quelle che trovi su siti come ed GET Your GUIDE. Questo personaggio prima ti cerca di intortare dicendoti che gli altri tour non sono sicuri (cosa assolutamente non vera ) abbiamo fatto un escursione con un altro tour ed era sicurissima, poi ti mostra prezzi altissimi di ticket venduti ad altri turisti dicendoti che le vende ad un prezzo più altro , poi inizia a dirti che i Tour durano diverse Ore è in realtà non è così(molto più brevi) , infine INSISTE a venderti tour privati screditando quelli condivisi con altra gente promettendogli che VEDI COSE (Delfini Tartarughe o altri pesci) quando in realtà non hai alcuna probabilità di vedere cose in più dei tour condivisi, insomma fa di tutto per spillarti più soldi. Questo non mi è piaciuto , infatti SCONSIGLIO a tutti vivamente di prenotare tramite loro. Ci sono moltissimi TOUR Operator molto più organizzati di loro e con prezzi nettamente inferiori."

Rooms & complex in general a little tired, but decent food & location, tranquility made up for it. Would I go back ? Defintley for the tranquil enviroment, beautiful beach & decent food. "Pensavo che sarei rimasto deluso dopo aver letto le recensioni, ma non ho riscontrato alcun problema. Inaspettatamente soddisfatto Ho chiesto alla reception se potevamo organizzare una bella camera e siamo stati sistemati nell'edificio 4. Non era lontano, molto silenzioso e la stanza era molto grande. Il check-in è stato rapido e abbiamo preso il bus navetta per la camera con i nostri bagagli. Anche il buffet è abbastanza buono, puoi mangiare qualche pasto senza problemi. Puoi prenotare sull'app per i ristoranti marocchini, anch'essi davvero unici. La cosa principale è che la vista sul mare è enorme e bellissima, e il colore sfumato... è così sorprendente che non riesco a sopportare di andarmene."

"L'Holiday Inn Hurghada comprende tutti i pasti ed è adatto per più di 3 giorni. Dispone di una barca per le immersioni, di un molo privato, di un centro immersioni, di 3 piscine e di una spiaggia privata. Ci sono appartamenti e hotel, nonché un grande centro commerciale. Si consiglia di soggiornare in un hotel con vista sul mare. C'è una zona commerciale a 15-20 minuti a piedi a sinistra del cancello per navigare. È un ottimo hotel. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare qui."

"Mirret è un appartamento nel complesso dell'hotel del gruppo Autumn, a ovest di strada (un altro hotel nel gruppo del mare a est della strada, Paramamiret). Non è molto soddisfatto di questo appartamento hotel, principalmente la reception e il cameriere sono molto poco professionali, il cameriere non è abbastanza educato e è ansioso di spendere un po'di soldi. La ricetta è anche spazzatura, non mi ha dato l'anello per mangiare, perché l'hotel ha tre pasti, e devo andare al ristorante del primo piano dell'hotel al di là della strada per mangiare. È necessario avere un anello per mangiare. Non mi ha dato l'anello. Non lo so. Quando si prenota un progetto marittimo, deve essere chiaro che il nome di Mirret, sulla strada occidentale, non mescolare con il Paramamiret, altrimenti non riesce a trovare nessuno.Questa stanza di appartamento è grande, ma non c'è vista, le finestre sono tutte nel cortile dell'edificio. Se il bilancio è sufficiente, si consiglia di vivere all'hotel Paramamirite, a est.Non c'è nessun cinese sulla spiaggia per tre giorni per mangiare."

"Non c'è discriminazione, solo lentezza e scarsa efficienza. I camerieri sono molto entusiasti. Dato che ci sono pochi turisti cinesi, vengono a salutare quando vedono ospiti cinesi. Ci sono barriere coralline e pesci vicino all'hotel, ed è possibile fare snorkeling. Ci sono molte piscine e i bambini si divertono sugli scivoli. Non paragonate i pasti a quelli in Cina, si può mangiare a sufficienza. L'all-inclusive è davvero senza preoccupazioni. Il punteggio di igiene non è al massimo, sia perché ogni tanto vedo piccole formiche nel water di casa, sia perché gli uccelli marini si posano sullo schienale della sedia in posizione panoramica, il che mi mette a disagio."
