"Ho trascorso quattro notti nell'ottima suite del nuovo aereo e mi sono sentito piacevolmente sorpreso dall'ospitalità e dall'eccellente qualità di questo bel resort vicino all'aeroporto, che non era notabile (nessun aereo che volava oltre o vicino alla posizione). Il personale dell'hotel era sempre attento, amichevole e utile. La spiaggia era mantenuta pulita, le scuole di pesce in acqua indicavano la sua purezza. Il buffet di colazione del ristorante Allegro ha offerto una varietà di cucina da scegliere: delizioso, fresco, appetito. Mi sono particolarmente apprezzato i trattamenti filipino locali come puto e bibinki. Inoltre, ho goduto la mia pizza vegetariana a Delfino e i succhi freschi, freschi e tristi, al bar del succhio. Ho ricevuto due trattamenti molto rilassanti da Ms.Aileen al Spa, con la sua atmosfera tranquilla e tranquilla. La signora Rose era impeccabile nel garantire che io avessi sempre nuove bottiglie d’acqua potabile, ma non mi era richiesto il suo servizio quotidiano, ma la mia stanza era pulita, io ero pulita, io ero in buone condizioni, e il mio lavandino era in buone condizioni. "a quick overnight stay at quest. ian was generous enough to extend a late check-out as ive checked-in late and considerate in providing me with a corner room with a gorgeous view of the business disrict. bedroom was spacious but needs a makeover. it also has the amenities you need - iron and board included. the bathroom had a weird layout. express check-out was convenient and fast. overall, will stay here again."

È un hotel a prezzi preziosi, quindi non aspettare grandi buffet o attrazioni di fantasia. È tuttavia pulito e ben mantenuto. Il personale è super amichevole, supportivo e va ben oltre il loro modo per rendere il vostro soggiorno il più confortevole possibile. A solo 5 km di guida al porto del mare, Fort di San Pedro e alla Basilica. "

"Fili Hotel in Nustar Cebu is an amazing place to stay. Their customer service, cleanliness, amenities, food and everything is top notch. I'm so happy we spent our 10 year anniversary here. Our son loved everything in the place too. We are definitely coming back"

"Before we submitted our booking,We requested to extend one room untill 6pm..We expect to pay a day or what the hotel policy is as our flight was a bit late at night.Unfortunately,Kicking us out at 1pm.So,we just went to the SM killing our time and came back to the concierge to get our luggages and went to the toilet to get changed and get ready for our flight home.We were so embarrased cos we were just in the hotel entrance corner unpacking and packing our luggages and their were a high profile people passing and stirring on us as there were two events happening in that night(5-6 pm). And ooh…there smart tv only accepted android to watch netflix. Otherwise,its a great hotel and crossed the road to the mall."

"My wedding was held at Parklane (Eugenia Hall),and I couldn't have chosen a better venue. The hall was spacious and perfectly sized for our guest list. The rooms we rented were not only lovely but also immaculately clean - a huge plus for our out-of-town guests. I highly recommend Parklane Hotel Cebu for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was superb, with a wide variety of delicious options. But what truly made our experience special was the warm and welcoming staff - they went above and beyond to make our wedding day unforgettable."

"Ha avuto un soggiorno molto bello in questo hotel. La stanza era ok per il prezzo che ho pagato. L'hotel era decente. E 'connesso a un Mall, molto conveniente soprattutto la macchina ATM vicino all'ingresso dell'hotel. Non male affatto. Speciale attenzione alla signora Gracyl Ann, la direttrice di prenotazioni, che ha lasciato il suo modo di aiutarmi con le mie situazioni di prenotazione. Era molto utile e attenta. Lo apprezzo davvero. Amo anche i cacciatori al Lobby Hotel. Un po' turbato con il personale del colazione che non era stato molto utile con i miei ordini di colazione. Forse anche i canali televisivi in camera potrebbero avere anche canali internazionali/inglese per noi stranieri di godere durante il nostro soggiorno qui. Fornire anche caricatori aggiuntivi per telefono/dispositivo solo in caso ci siano ospiti che hanno dimenticato di portare i loro cavi di carica come me 😅In generale, è stato un buon soggiorno. Se torno a Cebu, non m'importa di rimanere qui di nuovo 😊"

"Per il prezzo che ho pagato (~7300 pesos), non ne valeva la pena. Ho prenotato la mia camera per la prima volta con circa un mese di anticipo solo per sentirmi dire giorni prima del mio arrivo che il mio letto king size sarebbe stato cambiato in un queen con un letto singolo aggiuntivo. Vorrei solo che ti dessero le opzioni che avevi prenotato originariamente e non cercassero di convincermi che avrei ottenuto un accordo migliore con l'aggiunta del letto singolo. Pensavano che uno di noi avrebbe dormito nel letto singolo mentre l'altro avrebbe avuto il letto matrimoniale tutto per sé? La nostra prenotazione era per la vigilia di Capodanno e abbiamo anche prenotato un pacchetto celebrativo per il loro grande balcone. Inizialmente mi è stato chiesto di pagare un certo prezzo da un membro dello staff, ma in seguito ho scoperto che avevano commesso un errore e che avrei dovuto pagare il costo aggiuntivo al mio arrivo. Una volta arrivato, ho pagato il costo del tè, ma ho dovuto passare attraverso 3 diversi membri dello staff prima di ricevere le istruzioni corrette e le fasce da braccio che dovevo ricevere. Il numero successivo riguardava la festa celebrativa che avrebbe dovuto svolgersi dalle 10 alle 12:30. La mia camera era al 16° piano e sono andata in camera mia alle 12:30 solo per intrattenermi ulteriormente fino alle 3 del mattino. Il suono basso della musica mi ha tenuto sveglio fino alle 3:30. Infine, il buffet del mattino successivo era vario in ciò che offrivano ma, a parte il caffè, il pasto era freddo. Il mio consiglio alle persone è che questo hotel è sopravvalutato e che è possibile trovare hotel migliori a prezzi più economici che, a mio parere, rappresenterebbero un passo avanti in termini di servizio e comodità. Non sprecare i tuoi soldi!"

"A mixed review. The staff are mainly excellent. But there were a couple of issues with the stay. The room was nice and we received a free upgrade. The shower is very bad: cold water and the spray coming out at all angles. Having stayed previously I know the showers are usually good. The staff resolved the shower issues. But I had been travelling for two days and I really needed a good shower. I had a cold, very poor quality shower spray for the most important wash of my stay. The door staff are great for hailing taxis. The breakfast buffet is very nice however the pancakes and omelette quality depends on the griller: one morning fresh and made to order and cooked perfectly. The next day the pancakes are made in advance and lose the fluffy texture and warmth and the omelette undercooked. I was checking out separately from my partner. We had chosen not to have the room cleaned for out 4 night stay and left the sign on the door for this. However on checkout we had the ridiculous situation where my partner can't leave the hotel because this cheap paper sign is missing from the door. I am having to wake up from my sleep at the airport to help resolve this mess. The matter was resolved after quizzing housekeeping staff. But seriously, this is not the actions a nice hotel should be employing. The hotel could be excellent. The room patio doors of 508 need a good clean. The hotel is very close to being excellent. At the moment, the service doesn't reflect the price paid. The management can tighten up on the service and make the trip far more enjoyable. I would have been stayed again but the door sign shenanigans means I won't be. There is opposition for their trade n the opposite side of the road."
